T is very sorry to inform you that you people are operating online cheating racket for delivery food by accepting money through paytm and after taking money into your account you people stopped responding.
Today i had ordered one kari paneer on your app food panda and also paid the requisite amount through my paytm app.
At about 90. Pm i have received the message that your order is conformed by tawa kitchen and instructed me to tack my status at the attached link.
At the time of placing my order it was assured me that my order will be deviled with in 45 minutes.
After waiting for one hour i started tracing my order on the link provided to me and i got the information that my order is on the way and i got the name and contact number i. E [protected] named rajesh sonu now and i tried continuously but that basted did not pick my phone and now at about 11.15 pm he started disconnecting my calls.
Mr service provider you did not take this complaint seriously as you have insulted me by not supplying the food despite accepting advance money, due to that act i have to feel insulted before my guests and immediately rushed at near by market for available dinner.
I am going to delete your food panda application from my phone as it has happened twice with me and after deleting this application i will surely lodge complaint with cyber cell delhi police for operating cheating site.
You are also directed to return my amount immediately which i had paid at the time of placing my order through paytm app otherwise i will also file suit for recovery with damages in civil court.
I will also put on google site that you people are cheater as when i tried to contact you through your customer care no[protected]. I have received the message that this number is not valid, it is very surprising that as the said number is picked from google and you people intentionally given wrong contact number which also come under the provision of cheating and fraud

I ordered food item from apana panjab magarpatta pune. Paid thru paytm. I have not received order but it shows delivered. I contacted to restorent, he has given me the contact number of delivery boy. Said that the person already taken away the order. I contacted him, but not picked up call.
It's pathetic service. Also tried to call customer care of foodpanda, but the number is not working.

The foodpanda service in airoli, maharashtra is very bad as they charge money and then their delivery guy do not visit the respective restaurants to pick up the order. Food panda makes it customer wait for long time about more than an hour and two and then cancels order.in a way the company is exploiting the public and looting money and also making them suffer

My name is nitesh bhardwaj, i placed order “[protected]@1” on 21st september 2018 and payment done via paytm. My order was cancelled but amount is not refunded. I initiate chat many times on foodpanda support, first time i got response for amount will reach you 5-7 days. But not received yet. I again initiate chat and put mail to them. On chat they left after listening query her name is saathvi, sadhika etc..! Same for happened with mail “no response “. Now my account is appearing blocked. Many times amount was deducted but not refunded i never complained earlier.

The order was never delivered, they deducted the money from my bank account

And the status of the order is showing as delivered

The time of picking up the order, delivery time, receipt of the order is same, that cannot be possible

I am attaching my chat with the customer executive, they continuously kept informing me that the order will be delivered but it was never delivered, l have also attached my payment details and also a screenshot of the fact that the pickup of order from.the restaurant time, on the way time and delivered time are all the same. That is not possible

Foodpanda is a online application that allows you to order food online. But this application is scamming people. They take order and dont deliver it. And also they take only online payment. Its been 1 week my order was cancelled by them and i didn't even recieve my refund money i.e. ₹264. For more details please check googleplay for reviews. Many consumers have been scammed by this application. They are literally running a fraud application. I kindly request you to take action against this as soon as possible.

Hi I just ordered through food panda a burger a restaurant which is located in triveni complex confirm my order and after few minutes when I checked food panda it was showing order delivered and this is not the first time it has happened with my colleagues before we just ordered through coupon code around in 9rs but with this small 9rs they are just frauding with people.

I have called burger singh, they said your order is picked up by food panda delivery boy. also the delivery boy name is Sutta singh as per food panda

Please provide my money back.

Yesterday i ordered combo food in which 5 items were mentioned but i got only 3 of them and also the food quality is very bad and uncooked. and they charged full amount.
I tried to reach their customer care through their live chat at east 4-5 times but i did not get help from their side, every they told me they will get back to me their but they didnt, so that's why i am here to get justice through you.

#CustomerComplaint: I placed an order few weeks ago at foodpanda. Made online payment and also received sms confirmation from them. But didn't get the food item delivery within time neither any intimation from the delivery guy. Suddenly I find the order status shown as delivered within the app!! When I called up the delivery guy, he said that by mistake the order status was changed by him & due to some technical glitch he was unable to contact me. Then he told me that the delivery was not possible for him & asked me to get the money refunded from the app !! Tried calling the customer care service several times but no response received yet. Even after mailing them with issue details, they did not yet refund the money spent !! Upon asking for a callback, didn't hear any thing from the back end team yet... I didn’t receive my order yet but it is showing status “order delivered”. I tried so many times to contact your customer care number and live chat, but no one is responding. Payment was done online but order didn’t receive.
Need help ASAP

Your services are pathetic and i am not going to order anything from here and suggest my freinds also not use this application.

I had downloaded ur app and booked for the first time. First of all i was kept waiting for one hour for confirming the order after the deduction of money and later informed that the order is cancelled. Also my code that was given for the first order was utilised and now shows that i have no coupon pending to use. I[censored] people dont want us to utilise it y do u promote ur app with wrong advertisement. When it says that the product will b delivered in 30 min what takes youll one hour to confirm the order. We could have booked from swiggy easily. I need a reply or else will take this higher on social media

I ordered shakes at 9 always this # happens rider not available, always talk to ua support no response always why food panda make people fools, ya i have to sue you now for this happens i have recording of talking with support, i talk to restraint he sayinsame little order or orders at craving 9 not handled always missed, why befool get people, my order i'd #b6cu-mocs, at last people waiitng and ordered cancelled, wait nd watch.

I ordered triple delight fruit biscuit from karachi bakery (Gachibowli, hyderabad) on 21st august at 6.19 pm. The amount (Rs.141) was debited from my account and they cancelled the order. They told that the amount will be refunded in 7 to 10 working days in live chat. But till now, i haven't received my refund amount. It's been more than a month. I have been trying to contact them but i'm not able to connect with them.

Order placed on 2nd october, 2018 at 19:44. I haven't received any thing. Intersting things is that after 10 hours at 6:30 on the next day showing that order is received. Even i haven't received any phone call from delivery boy or from restuarant.

I want appropriate actions should be taken against foodpanda. They are doing fraud. Only 0.1 % person complain rest don't know how to complain.

I had placed a order on sept 1 2018 at 2.03pm and my order number is b596i2t1.. The order placed successfully but not delivered but in my account it ia showing delivered, how is it possible?.. When i am trying to chat with customer care.. They are not responding to my messages... They are cheating with peoples... Now m help less... Foodpanda is fraud..

I order my food on foodpanda at 6:57 pm near and waiting for order to deliver but don't receive any order till 9:00 pm then I talk to customer support they says we talking to executive when we reach we respond you and after that at 01:40 am near they update my food status that they deliver my food without delivering me my order such a fraud they are doing with customer

Recently foodpanda has some promotional offers, i placed some orders 6-8 times, each time the order gets cancelled after 1-3 hours, that's a long wait for food,

After that, i decided to post it on their facebook page, so this time they smartly marked my order as delivered at 12.40 am which was ordered at 6.30 pm... Firstly who waits for 6 hours?

Additionally i haven't received the refund of any of it til now.

It's simply harrassing consumers and o feel cheated..

I have ordered a hydrabadi mutton dum biryani from nizam's biryani house via food panda on 23rd september 2018 at 2 pm. The order was neither processed nor my amount is refunded till date. I had to order food from some other service provider that day after 4pm after several falied attempts to get in touch with foodpanda. Till today, there is no update from them on the refund amount and the response from their customer care is not encouraging. Please help me.
