I ordered my food at around 10:45 p. M on oct 2, 2018. One delivery executive was assigned to order and after 30 mins, the delivery executive was changed. After 1 hour of placing the order, i started chatting with support, who replied after 20 mins (I. E. 12:00 am) that "since the order is delayed, should i cancel the order?".
Now, at 12:00 am, i am here without any food, without any sense of action from foodpanda, and since the restaurants are closed now, i can't even order food from anywhere.
The order was not delivered ultimately, with foodpanda cancelling the order without my consent and leaving me stranded without any food.
Food Panda customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
