I have ordered at 8:20pm and order was not delivered.

I have contacted support team and they said it will be delivered by 10:37 and even after that order was not delivered.

And even now (12:30 am) the order is showing as preparing.

I've contacted more than 10 people from the support team. They listens the problem and quits from it.

    Order placed on 2nd october, 2018 at 22:48. At 00:12, order still showing being prepared. On chatting with the customer support i received no response for almost 2 hours. I paid the amount and it was deducted from my bank account.

    I want a refund of the amount paid straight back to my bank account.

      I ordered my food at around 10:45 p. M on oct 2, 2018. One delivery executive was assigned to order and after 30 mins, the delivery executive was changed. After 1 hour of placing the order, i started chatting with support, who replied after 20 mins (I. E. 12:00 am) that "since the order is delayed, should i cancel the order?".
      Now, at 12:00 am, i am here without any food, without any sense of action from foodpanda, and since the restaurants are closed now, i can't even order food from anywhere.

      The order was not delivered ultimately, with foodpanda cancelling the order without my consent and leaving me stranded without any food.

        Hello,
        We always had a worst of the worst experience while ordering food from food panda, this time again we ordered something and landed up in frustrating situation where amount got deducted but we haven't received our food + as usual food panda customer care is the most careless team where nobody gives response or take interest in solving the issue.
        We raised a complaint and approached so many times but no one replied so we had to waste our time in writing here.

          Two orders today 2nd october 2018 in gurgaon first order was delivered 2 hours and was cold and soggy but still showing delivered. Delivery boy gave me wrong number. Your chat guys are not responding from last two hours.
          Second order no information. Even restaurant guy called me if i have received. But no delivery and do details of delivery boy.

          Please refund my money and i will never order from food panda after such a pathetic service

          Food panda is the worst food ordering app ever, they take online payment and do not deliver your food, customer support executives do not reply or support you even for refund o[censored]ndelivered food + we receive soggy and untidy food very badly packed dripping and last time we ordered milkshake and we got half bottle and they didnt even bothered to exchange or refund. And today we ordered one more milkshake our money got deducted but we didn't receive our order they are just cheaters.

            I order from Fasoos, Mahakali on 2nd [protected]@ 7.10 pm and the order was supposed to be delivered by 7.40pm and I didnt receive anything till 8.10. So when I contacted Food panda this customer rep named Vesna left the chat in middle without any intimation or help. I kept asking for help and finally another rep Tanisha came online and at 8.30 pm she said your order is cancelled and yoour refund is initiated. this happened after 1hour 20 minutes of placing the order. I told them I need the food as I have bee hungry for the last 1.5 hours and she replied back, she cant do anything except for a refund and left the chat. Is this the kind of customer service that we expect out of Foodpanda. They are not delivering and on top of that being rude by leaving chats unanswered and doing nothing about customer's queries. I need compensation for the time they wasted with me on chat post which they did not deliver the food and cancelled the order after 1 hours 40 mins. Foodpanda - you guys are going down exactly because of this unfriendly and callous behaviour towards your customers. I was regular with you guys and thought I will come back and see how things work out but you guys didnt miss a chance to disspoint. Such a sham and shame.This lady Veshna needs to be thrown out without a second thought.

              I ordered food from foodpanda and this was my first order in this app where in i have faced many issues
              1.while ordering there app got hanged and due to which my voucher was not used
              2. After ordering they kept me waiting for 25 mins and after that they themselves cancelled my order just with one message
              3.i have spoken with the foodpanda executive through chat facility and i have been given assurance that refund will be credited within 7 days though as per there policy if payment is done through wallet mode refund is intitated within 24 hrs
              4 after so many days today when i enquired about my refund they have reverted me back that due to technical reason refund has not been initiated wht the hell is this there is no communication regarding this to me.
              I want my REFUND asap ...pathetic services by FoodPanda... no reason why you guys are giving discounts am sure the sales have been drop due to your pathetic services...

                Order placed and payment done successfully 3 times. But all the orders were cancelled and no refund since 10 days. Customercare service not good.

                  Hello, I had used Food Panda to order a few items even before. But for a couple of times I have not received my order. The order is accepted as my money is being paid and kept in preparation for hours. This has happened more than a couple of times. There is no way I can register a complaint on their site, so I have to register it here.
                  I have been cheated more than once in this manner, wait for the person to get tired of the order and then I checked in my order list, all my orders are said to be delivered. Also their support is only a chat bot, which is hard to navigate too.

                    I have been chasing foodpanda customer care for my pending refund on email but I am not getting any response. Also, on the chat my chat sessions are being terminated with any response.
                    I have asked for next level of escalation, but have not shared with anything.
                    The order IDs for which the refund is pending are b1zc-m5t4, u9aw-jvxh_1 and x5gb-ejep_1.

                      "chors" at delivery boys backed by some pathetic customer care.. My order god know delivered to whom or no; resturent team confirmed on mobile they have handed over; but there food panda delivery boy was through out stayed out of coverage or switched off on mobile... and backend FOODPANDA says resturent has refused order ..I am awaiting refund or any action from the FOODPANDA..

                        Order id : m8uf-vmyo. placed on october nd at:14:22 but i have not received my order nor any call from delivery executive. had a chat with customer care but no use. they wasted my time...another hour and initiated a refund without my permission. How can they be so irresponsible. They had initiated a refund without my permission and here I'm typing this complaint without having my lunch.

                          I had placed an order using foodpanda app, my money was deducted but I did not received the delivery even after an hour. Later I was refunded the money saying the restaurant declined order. Now, I have placed a different order on foodpanda ID : y3gi-0gzo, the expected delivery time was 17 minutes, but it has been more than 45 mins I have not received delivery. I have received a sms that the restaurant has confirmed my order and food is being prepared, but it's been more than 50 mins now. Also when I asked for help from the foodpanda support team there was no response from their side. I cannot track my order as I am not yet assigned to a delivery executive. This is the same problem I had encountered with my previous order. The reason could be foodpanda does not have any delivery executives working today in my area on account of public holiday and yet they are pretending on app to provide delivery services and charging money. If the area from where I have ordered the food is not serviceable, foodpanda must not display false information on their app. Also, there is no help from foodpanda's support team. Order ID : y3gi-0gzo ordered on 2 October at 14:57 from Flavour Stones. It is the second time I am facing the same problem again. Kindly refund my money back.

                            My order is not delivered, even delivery didn't not call once if he was unable to find the location. Also the customer representatives are useless... I contacted them 3 time but they did not responded once...i wastes my 3 hours for this order.
                            This is not the first time. My roommate also suffered same problem many time.

                              I have ordered 8-9 orders from foodpanda... Out of that only. 1 order got fulfilled... I paid them via tez. Now for others orders they said it ll be get refunded back. But is this the foodpanda mad?. Out of 8 order only 1 order got confirmation. Aren't you one who decides the restaurant. Disappointed with foodpanda. Please take action on foodpanda services. They are fooling us.

                                I ordered a frozen shake at 6 in evening and paid through paytm. It was showing chef on work after waiting for an hour it was still showing chef on work. Really what a disgusting service, they are just doing fraud. After 8 hours of delivery at 2 in night it was showing order delivered. What the hell! It was my first order on food panda, but after this i will never use it. Return my money asap or i will file a case in consumer forum.

                                  I was ordering "murgh handi" on 9th sep' 2018 worth inr230 from "barbeque time" wakad, pune, from my account "[protected]@gmail.com" which while paid through phonepe gives a refund of inr50 on phonepe. While ordering it, my money got deducted from my account while the order got cancelled. I received inr180 refund from foodpanda but still it's almost a month i have not received remaining amount, neiither on phonepe or in my account. I contacted foodpanda and they said they'll return it soon to my phonepe wallet but still i haven't got the remaining amount.

                                      I ordered paratha from chaudary ke mashoor parathe restorent. Rider 'deepak sharma' pickup the order and take only 4 minute to delivered on wrong location and in app order shows delivered but order hasn't been delivered on my location. Don't know what happen with my order, this incident happen with me in second time. So please take action with him or suspend him and refund our amount.

                                      This is totally unfair on a customer's end.
                                      Please look into this.

                                        Order not received yet, and its showing its delivered, no delivery guy was assigned, then who delivered it. 13 hours passed now, no support yet. Your customer support is no useful, nobody is listening, i tried dozens of times but nobody even replied to me. You are just torturing your customers. As a company you are just a scam, and the people who are working their are just making fools to their customers.

                                        i don't understand these things is happening in reputed company and support team don't reply my any queries. it is my worst experience food panda.i never use this app for food delivery.
                                        After placing my order restaurant either didn't confirm my order or cancel the order .it happened almost three to four times. as I did online payment it's a huge money I invest for foodpanda and services so pathetic .please refund my money as soon as possible as I didn't get any kind of service from your side.
