We did not receive the order by domino's at said location. They are saying that they have closed their orders at my location and same has been told to foodpanda. They're blaming foodpanda. And now asking me to come at another location to pick up delivery.
Why should i suffer? I should get these details before placing order.
Pathetic service. Disappointing.

I ordered a cake on 18th sep 2018 using foodpanda mobile app from a restaurant the chocolate heaven (Whitefield bangalore) and made the payment of ₹369.49 using paytm wallet.
After few minutes of the placing order it had been cancelled by the restaurant and i got a message "unfortunately, the order could not be fulfilled by the chocolate heaven (Whitefield). Your refund has been initiated and will be credited within 4 hrs for the wallet payments and within 7-10 working days for bank payments we look forward to serve you again."

I have paid the using paytm wallet and till now i have not received the refund. I tried to call foodpanda customer support but unfortunately this company doesn't have on call customer support. I tried to message from foodpanda support using foodpanda app and i got a reply after 7-8 minutes "she is looking the issue". Till now no response. (Repeated 3-4 times).

After that i mailed on email but till now no one has replied for the refund status.

Now i am going to file the case in consumer forum.

Dear sir,
I was order something from foodpanda app on 17or 18 sep. Amount for this order debited from acc as rs 17 & 38. Few moment later order cancel by vendor but amount still did not received back.
Foodpanda says it will be reverse within 7-10 days.
I have mailed many time but no response from foodpanda regarding my reversal

Requested you please help to get the reverse my debited balance from foodpanda.

I haven’t used multiple coupons also i never got my refund for the transaction done when i escalated this matter to foodpanda they simply sent a foolish mail cut copy of their policy they are fraud cheaters they don’t call customer no reply to mails they simply cheat and mint money i need my account to be unblocked.

Foodpanda unnblock by account i will not tolerate this unethical behaviour!!!

Hi - please file a complaint against rider jai yadav [protected], indirapuram on using abusing language and or customer harassment. He did not deliver the food ordered and was saying that it has been snatched by other food panda riders as he was the only sissy baby on the road. He did not even informed us on that incident after waiting for the food for 1.5 hours, i called him again and again asking for the issue. He made fun o[censored]s with his rider friends and abused as well in return. I do not know why you guys hire such illiterate riders who don't know anything about customer service. He also told me that he joined 15 days ago and this is his first job. I request you to cancel his rider license as he has no manners to talk and also he was threatening in his voice as well. I heard that you guys are hiring 60 k more riders in next 2 months. Ironically restros are still accepting orders even after the riders strike for making more money. Riders are not delivering the food in return, its impacting customers only. No customer care number is available and refund is still pending. Please find the screenshots attached. I request you to please help me in refund my amount as god knows how will you survive if you expand like this. They confirmed our order, status changed to "preparing", but we waited till midnight, the order was not delivered to us. We contacted the restaurant, the food was ready but the foodpanda delivery guy didnt reach. They could have informed us earlier instead of waiting for hours for food. We stayed hungry last night and tonight also we people are staying hungry.

Screenshot attached with this mail, still executive not assigned at 00:18 hours, the status is showing "preparing".

And the same case must be happening over many places, please take action against it.

Today after coming from office i have ordered food from food panda through ola app (Ola collaborated with fodpands) around 6:45 pm as i was starving but still now11:25 they didn't deliver, ola app doesn't allow me to cancel the order saying vendors has accepted your order but they don't delivery at first place and not giving proper response.
I need my amount refund and ola shuld pay for making me stay starving giving me mental torcher.

As i ordered from foodpanda on 18th sep... My 1st order got cancelled and 3nd order was delivered which was opened and half in quantity... So i tried reaching to there customer support.. I waited 4 hoirs but no one replied and app crashed... Next day when i addresed the same they told me to tell them on the same day of delivery... As its been more than 10 days according to there given time. And my 2 other orders are still in refund process... My issue is that will iever going to get my money back... Or simply should file a case in court and ask for apology and my money... As its there customer support fault they dont reply and every time i ask them about my refund status they give me 5 - 7 days time.

I have given 2 orders one of roll and other paratha, for which money was deducted but food delivery not made. On the app it is showing food delivered. Restaurant owner says food was picked up. They don't even have any customer care no to talk.
The chat support that they have don't respond. This is a fraud company. Please cancel their licence immediately.

Order ID m3db-yvzh placed at 9:40pm and promised delivery in 26 mins and its not yet delivered. Upon enquiring with restaurant, foodpanda delivery boys are coming as delayed as 1-2 hrs. I faced the same issue yesterday. Customer care switched off n no chat option! I just downloaded the app yesterday but find it very disappointing on delivery part... seems clear case of FP bot paying their delivery guys!!

I have made an order using one of Foodpanda's promotional offers.
But i didn't get my order despite it being prepaid.
I have tried chatting with their customer service multiple times but they are unresponsive.
I have marked an email to Foodpanda's customer care and also have transcripts of the chats.
They are trying to dupe people through these offers.

After 3 hours, They intiated a refund request and issued a meagre appology but I had to waste my time and efforts in getting through to them.

They cannot cause such inconvenience to the consumer with such a casual and lethargic approach and falsified offers.

I will raise further complaints so that the company faces some ramifications over such behaviour towards customers.

I have ordered a food on 01/10/2018 at 7:11 Pm with the Order No. w7mv-t4hv and already paid the charge from the Paytm.
I have been waiting since more than 2.5 hour still the app showing the status as your food is preparing. I am trying to contact to Foodpanda Customer care but mentioned number([protected]) is switched off. After contacting to respective restaurant, I got t know that food is ready but delivery boy is not coming to receive the order.
It's sincerely request to Foodpanda team, do not play with the customer's time. You are providing the service means you should be follow your rules and regulations as well because we are paying for your service.

I want money back...!

I ordered chicken burger at 5.55 p.m. I didn't get my order at all. I have waited for 4hrs...it showed the chef is preparing. Now its 12 o clock its showing that it has already delivered and asking me to rate. Its so annoying, like who will wait for 4hrs after ordering food just to see them cheating as if they have ordered. I want my money back. This is not acceptable at all.

I ordered only a shake about three hours ago from this complaint and between these hours i tried to talk to executives but they ignored me now after three hours one of there executive asking me to cancel my order. They are ignoring because that was a offer on there application and that shake will cost only 9rs thats why they were doing this but my point is if they can't fulfill there orders than why they are giving such fake offers to people just to attract them and waste their time

I ordered something and both the times my money was deducted and after 1.5 to 2 hrs app showed notification that food was delivered . But I never received any of the two deliveries nor a call from delivery man . And i've tried literally like 15-20 times to raise the complaint in their chat support which is pathetic by the way, and each and every time they say "hi my name is --this--- . I will quickly look into your problem" and then i never get a second message from other side and worse 5-6 times they ended my chat after I stated my problem . Now I am in loss of my money and no one to resolve this issue. The most pathetic food delivery company and equally pathetic customer service, on the top of that foodpanda doesnt even have a working customer care phone number .

I ordered shakes from aad m aad b, wakad branch which is half an hour from our place. The hotel confirmed that the order has been picked up by executive long back. We even found out the name vicky shende and hes picking up and saying wrong no. Please suspend him and refund our amount.

This is totally unfair on a customer's end.

Please look into this.

My payment not received and as well as my order.and no proper response from food panda team and i have tried to reach their customer support team but it was also no in existence. This company is doing fake promises on offer to attract customer and when customer was ordering something from these app these food panda is not paying cash as well as order ." My payment not received and as well as my order" customer money was stealing by food panda

I paid for food which i never received and yet showed delivered. I tried contacting rider restaurant and then foodpanda chat where i wrote my whole concern for 7-8 time with different representatives because after every time there app would say reconnecting and show me that because i didn’t reply they had to end the chat. After this frustration i wrote an email (25sept) which tat suppose to be 8hrs to address my complaint but i got reply on 1oct long template apology which was simply sent for the heck of it because the representative didn’t even care to read the same as all i cared was to get my money back not a apology which was send to 100 of others like me.
And yesterday only my brother placed an order faced same issue where money was paid but never received the order.
Foodpanda is worst company ever i saw who’s taking our money not sending food in return and showing glitch in their app where need not to answer anybody.
Scam scam foodpanda is a scam company.

I ordered food on 13th sept which was cancelled as the restaurant was not able to deliver the food for some reason. I received a mail on the same day from foodpanda regarding the refund which they processed and time required to receive the refund amount. (7-10 days). Its more than 15 days now and i have not received my refund also did not receive any response on mails sent to their customer care team.

I have ordered food around 1 pm from one of restaurant which is near to me, but food panda not delivered in 3 hrs also. Also i have not received any kind of intimation till now.

Its really frustrating. I trying to cancel my order, even for that the person in chat is not active enuf to respond my concern. Its really horrible service.

After following up multiple times also there is no response from them.

And they cancelled order by themselves without intimating me.
