I have ordered food but order were cancelled. I am still waiting for refund. Whenever i contacted chat support and asked about refund, they do not respond. I sent email also but did not get response other than informing me that the refund was processed. Order number is "x3pn-orf3", the amount is rs.315.90. & trust me i will not leave food panda for this cheating behaviour.

    My name is prince sharma and i order spring roll with food 28/09/2018 at 5.30pm in my home address but i din't received my order and now i checked my food panda app its showing delivered so what the hell is going on last 3 days back is also the same situation with me they din't received my order so kindly checked and revert my amount on my paytm.

      When i ordered a cake on foodpanda, money got deducted and order showed that cake has been delivered. But i did not receive any cake.. Then on complaining they changed the order status to cancelled. But no refund got initiated. After sending multiple mails and chatting on customer support, they keep on saying, refund has been initiated but i did not get refund til now.

          I make a order from Foodpanda app on 26/09/2018 my money also deducted from my account but Foodpanda delivery boy doesn't deliver the order and status shows on their app that "your order is delivered"...My money also not return yet very poor service of Foodpanda.. Fraud app this same fraud happens with my friend also...shame on Foodpanda... Foodpanda delivery boy doesn't talk you properly... This is delivered boy no. [protected] who has responsibility to deliver my order but he doesn't deliver yet..Plz take proper action against Foodpanda.. Thanking you

            Hi team,

            I have placed an order yesterday at 10:30 pm.
            I have received my order so far. Till today morning the status was reflecting as still getting prepared. Isn't it rediculous. I have ordered yesterday night and till today morning it's shows preparing. I wonder all of a sudden the status was changed as delivered. Are you kidding us??? Seriously i tried chatting with the support people but couldn't get any reply. I haven't seen this kind of response on the other food delivering sites. Please initiate a refund. I'll share the details of the order. I have paid through patym. Is that why the negligence comes into the picture. I really need a valid reason behind this fake delivery.

F6zu-kyud order id they showed oreder is deliver in 20 min its 3 hour still i not get my order very worst service given by food panada they took money from people and get their order confirmed any not deliver even they don’t provide any contact no to contact even the support centre is to worst i have order 2 nd time still not get my order and not refund my money

                    They are wasting people time and money.
                    Almost all orders are getting cancelled. Only support service medium is chat.. which is also idle.. no one responds.
                    These type of apps cant be allowed to enter public platform. They are fooling public.
                    Refund process is very slow. I doubt if it will be processed or not. So i doubt they may be looting public money also.

                      On 28th september, I ordered 2 tai pai chicken at 8:19 pm but didn't receive any order. I was waiting for my order or a phone call but they didnt contact me.
                      After 1 hour I checked my delivery status then it was showing that my order is delivered. They deducted the balance from my account. I contacted them but they didn't respond.

                        I have ordered food twice consecutively on Food Panda on[protected] and the orders were cancelled saying the vendor declined the order. Two transactions dated 18th September 2018 with order ids are

                        The payment has been done from Paytm wallet and the refund is not yet processed or received after 10 days. There is no appropriate channel to raise the complaints and there is no contact number mentioned. Very worst service from Food Panda.

                          My Name is Amit Bhowmick. Today I ordered chilli pasta paneer from food panda but they did not delivered then after I tried to chat with customer support but customer care agents are very very fraud. They were making me fool saying that your ordered will be sent soon but my order did nat get. After 2 hours they are showing me that your ordered delivered.
                          Food panda is very very fraud company if you chat with them. They Delete your chat immediately so that you do not have any evidence against them.

                          Please take serious action against this company.

                            The delivery boys are not delivering our orders to us, when we are calling them for our food they are saying that I already delivered, I am not working for FoodPanda, I didn't receive your order details, i am not able not find your location, they said we don't have permission to deliver in your area.
                            And more important thing we don't even get our refund.
                            This time I am lodging FIR against FoodPanda.

                            I think they themselves are eating the orders.

                              Food not delivered by the food panda representative. We have ordered food at 5 PM on 28/9/2018 in Fasoos restaurant and they have confirmed us saying the delivery guy has picked the order from the restaurant. unfortunately he has not turned up even after 4 hours and we didnt get any information about the food being delivered. i would request you to look into this issue and let us know where the food got delivered and also refund the amount which we have spent as we have not received the order.

                                I ordered some food from the restaurant Food 2 Go through foodpanda on 20 September 2018.. An amount of INR 330 was deducted from my paytm wallet to pay for the order. The restaurant declined the order. I received a sms as well as a mail from foodpanda saying that the amount has been credited in my account. However, no amount has been credited in my paytm wallet.I mailed my complaint to foodpanda but they refused to respond. I want food panda to refund the amount.

                                  We have not received the order for about 4 hours in food panda.
                                  The customer service was not at all effective, we couldn't track the order as well. No proper information has been given to the customers who are awaiting for the food. The status got changed to delivered as well and the person who is suppose to pick the delivery has not attended our call as well. Though we have requested for cancellation after 2 hours, the customer executive Reshma and Annie who had chat with us online didn't agree for cancellation
                                  I really feel the money need to be refunded for this order and its really waste of time for us to wait for the food for more than 4 hours and then trying to contact customer service via several channels which is really frustrating.
                                  I will not recommend food panda as they have spoiled our evening time.

                                    I placed an order with id : w3ob-1psm on 26/09/2018 which was late by an hour and half due to which i had to cancel the order after pathetic experience with your customer support staff.

                                    The mode of payment was by paytm wallet. It's been over 48 hrs (As opposed to 4 hrs stated in your app) and i have still not received my money back.

                                    Also while chatting with your customer support team yesterday, my chat was abruptly ended by your team. First by ms. Anushri, then by ms. Sneha followed by ms. Parika. I'd like to have the chat transcripts.

                                      I ordered food from food panda but without any reason my order was cancelled, when i tried to contact the costumer support regarding this issue they said that the refund is initiated but till now i have not received the money.

                                      The same thing happened today also any my money is stuck with them again. The total refund amount would be around rs 250. The customer care is not responding to my issue.

                                      There refund policy clearly says that if money is deducted from paytm or any online wallet then it will be refunded within 24 hrs but it's more than a week now and they have not returned me a single penny.

                                        Now till 16.08 pm not getting any response from food panda, also restaurant says its a problem of food panda. I already paid the amount online.
                                        Please help us. Till time means till 18.08 pm i am not getting food or any other call related to my order. Now the food panda app shoes that the food is delivered by mr. Sandeep (Mobile no. [protected]).

                                        At the time of order i need to take my tablets so i order the food. Sir pls. Tell me how could u play with someone's life.

                                        I really disappointed and want refund of my money as well as for this headache and problem forum punish them as much as they could.
