I had order caramel gluco milkshake from your food panda application on 26th september 2018. And payment was done online from my saving account. But till date i didn’t received the order. Customer care helpline number [protected] number is not working.
Request you kindly reimburse my amount or deliver my order asap.

I ordered one cake on 16th sept 2018 but it got cancelled as they notified that the refund of rs.582 will be within 7days. Still i have not get any refund though it is already more than 12 days. As i keep on check with them for the refund but i am not getting a single response. Please never ever trust to food panda. It happens with my friends also.

It's been more than 10 days, but amount is not refunded yet. Orders have been cancelled by foodpnada once a month us deducted. They have informed me via sms that amount will be refunded in 7 to 10 working days. But still amount not refunded.

My food was not delivered to me and the status changed to delivered. When i tried to contact support through chat no one is available to help me out. This is not expected from foodpanda. Moreover, the delivery boy did not even contact me to ask the address and all. When i contacted to delivery boy he told me 2-3 boys came and took over the drink. The delivery boy told me that delivery boys are not getting their salary... But my point is that the delivery boy issue is your lookout i want my order to be delivered on the mentioned address or else refund my money back to my account.. I shouldn't have made online payment

I have ordered from food panda and its been almost 3 hours but the food is still not delivered. Very poor and bad service, i will never use food panda in my life.
One of the pathetic service provider. It should be black listed from market. Its a request to android and ios to remove this app from market.

The order number y7th-zd3e they didn't delivered and marked my order delivered, so i have so many call to their costumer care but those complain no are switch off i tried so many time around 50 times
I am not worry about my money but it is major cyber crime they do like that
It is about for online transictions please do somthing so many people are saying bad comment for food panda only for about the transiction

Up till now, i have ordered many things but almost all my orders get canceled and the amount also not get refunded yet.
When i place an order it takes orders after sometimes it moves ahead i. E it shows progress in the app about food delivery, but after waiting for more than 2 hours it cancels the order, as if we are mad waiting for foods, our lunchtimes get over, we face too many problems related to this.
It's not like this, that it happens 3 to 4 times, it happens every time.
And even their wasting my coupons,

I hope you may take my complaint seriously.

Both the orders didn't delivered me.

Case 2: the order number m1bu-4w73 they didn't delivered and marked my order delivered, so i have chat with your support they told i didn't attend call of rider, then i sent my call log them i didnt got any calls from him.
After proving proof they said its too far so it's not able to deliver.
Now finally i asked them to order a food some where deliver.

I was waiting till night from 3pm no food has delivered i again with them they mentioned there is some technical problem and they not even answered me closed chat with arrogance (I have chat history in my email)

I am not happy with your services and felt sick because of you ppl, i didn't had food for two dsys i waited till 11pm and slept without food. Next i order once i wake up again they not even deliver it.

Very sorry to tell you this, if some order the food and wait for it they will die with starvation.

I ordered food from barfi restaurant in noida through foodpanda. Food was not delivered, but the foodpanda app says it is delivered. The delivery executive who was supposed to deliver food as per the app, told he doesn't have the food order. No customer support executive available despite several attempts from me. Money was paid inline and is nit refunded

My order was cancelled and i did not get my refund and customer care told me refund was initiated and i asked about it and as per your instructions i shared my last one month paytm status also but i still didn't get my refund.

I had ordered a veg soup for my wounded friend who had an accident yesterday. As he stays alone, i ordered a bowl of soup and went back home.
After 1hour the delivery executive calls me up and says my place is quite far from the restrurant so he won't be able to deliver my food (*hindustan sweets to lake gardens).
So asked me to cancel the order. I replied will not cancel.
Ques-if he was not ready to deliver then why did he accept the order??
And by the delivery boy: unit and unless we put the otp generated by the restrurant we are not able to see the location.

I told the delivery boy promptly if you ain't delivering the food then some other will.

After 10mins the food panda app showed that my food has been delivered by i didn't get any parcel from their end.

I ordered something from food panda about 10 days back. They were unable to fulfill the order and also made me wait for the order for about 2 hours and then they canceled it.
It's been about 10 days and i still did not got my refund.
If i contact the customer care through chat, i don't get any response as after one response, my chat box is disabled and their representative leaves the chat.
They don't have customer care number and hence i am unable to contact them in any manner.

When i tried to eat the food i found some hair in the food and how can i eat such food and i tried contacting the customer support over chat and they are just annoying with late reply and they are not even responding to the messages i waited around for 20min but they are not even responding and the agent name is vanya and i asked her to respond she didn't and then i told that i'm recording the whole conversation she just ended the chat session and exited the chat.

I order food through food panda app from la kababiya restaurant, dwarka sector 7 and did not received any order but my payment was deducted from my account as i paid online.

Delivery boy (Vikash yadav - [protected]) didn't pick up phone calls.
Vendor la kababiya said its not under his scope
No valid complaint number of food panda available.

What should i do in this case?

I ordered 3 chicken biryani from paradise on 27 sep 9 pm payment has been done and it is expected to come by 9:30. It is shown that it's picked up by the delivery executive and will be delivered soon. I was expecting the call from the delivery boy but without any information it is showing that the order is delivered. I didn't get my order delivered but it is showing as delivered in the app. I tried calling the delivery executive many times he is not picking my calls. I tried to contact the customer support of food panda but nobody is responding for my messages.

First of all, they deduct the money and most of the times restaurants reject the order. Secondly, even if they accept the order the delivery services are bad. Today we ordered food, we waited for 1 hour and we get a message stating that the food is delivered. Meanwhile got no call or message from foodpanda delivery guy. Their customer service is worse than expected. They don't have a working customer care number and only support you can get is via chat. And as expected they don't respond even after hours... I ordered dinner 10:00 pm and its showing delivered in 10:10. Is food panda is so fast. No they cheated us.
Yet i didn't rececived my order. Tried connecting customer care which is worst they don't even reply,
My money got wasted.
Is this way to cheat someone take payment online and don't deliver food and when asking for customer support no one will respond.
Like this food panda has cheated so many.

I have ordered the food from foodpanda with order id: s3wr-j51x at 1.30 pm and it was showing 30 minute delivery but still i waited up to 2.40 pm. I contacted the representative at 2.40 pm and he asked me weather i want to cancel the order or wait for 30 minutes more and i told them to cancel. But the delivery person came around 4.15 pm and called me. At that time i was on a meeting and not able to answer the call. After that the order was showing delivered but i already told the representative to cancel. Very much poor service from foodpanda team and the delivery also. If you are showing in your website to deliver in 30 minutes then sometimes it might take one hour not three hour. I ordered food at 1.30 pm but the food came to me around 4.30 pm after cancellation. I request you kindly help me to refund my money and i am extremely sorry that i ordered from foodpanda instead of zomato or swiggy. Foodpanda taught me a very good lesson and i will remind that in future. Kindly refund.

No delivery boy of food panda has picked the order. They do not respond on customer care number and not on chat option on their app.

I want compensation. Let me know how can i proceed legally.

Finally the restaurant had to deliver the food from their own delivery boy.

No msg or response from food panda is given on the matter in spite of repetitive attempts to contact them.

I hv given my order at 6.35 pm today. The status was boy is on the way to pick up your food. But then no response. Did chat sent lot many messages but no reply. They are taking the money from customers by showing all coupon codes but no service. I need this to be solved. Also i ordered from my another number they have marked it as delivered but it's not. Such a bad and painful service
