I order on 20th sep 2018 through paytm after that cancelled they send the email stating that we have initiated the refund. Now it is 7 days completed till now no refund. I dropped an 5 emails no response their is no proper response from customer care also. Apart from that order 2 more orders are cancelled which need to be refund.

Useless tracking system, no customer care number nor central number working, poor recruitment, extremely disappointed

I have placed an order for puffs & paid for the my order online with order # z4ag-tdiv (Baker snack hub) @5:53 on 27 till 7:55 the order was reflected as order ln preparation after few mins it reflected as order delivered but i have not received it. Was trying to get support on food panda executive devki just gave her name when i question she has not responded

We have ordered a food based on the menu that got displayed in the app by entering the coupon code. The order has confirmed and later on it was changed to order delivered but order not picked up by me. It was happened second time to me. Interesting thing is they haven't refund my amount back. I don;t what's going on with their systems. If they haven't delivered order or any technical issues, it is their responsibility to refund the money back.

Delivery executive is not even lifting the call and worst part of food panda is the delivery boys are telling the order is not prepared but the restaurant but we made a call to restaurant they told us that the executive has not arrived, and even if we order items in dessert @9 our money are getting deducted and later they are telling your order has been cancelled what the worst service you people are maintaining do correct it and either refund the money or else send the orders but dont do # process of deducting money and canceling order

I have ordered from food panda from a restaurant called tea trails. It is already paid. It has been more than 2 and 1/2 hours and it is not delivered. The restaurant is situated not more than 3km away so it should not take this much time. I contacted them three times through chat support and asked them for cancellation and refund of my order but no one resolved my issue. Hence i want my refund back. Though the order is worth 30rs but still i am not at all happy with the service and way they tackle customer issues which led me to complain in the consumer forum.

Foodpanda india has been deducting money and not delivering food. There is no customer support for the items or to register for complaints. This is a case of money laundering and this is unacceptable. First of all they put these offers where they draw customers to get money from the app but nothing happens, there is no food delivered at all.

The tracking doesn't work, the status shows as delivered while it is not. I tweeted them and nothing seems to work. They are unresponsive and i think strong charges should be filed against them for doing such kind of acts.

My food was not delivered to me and the status changed to delivered. When i tried to contact support through chat no one is available to help me out. This is not expected from foodpanda. Moreover, the delivery boy did not even contact me to ask the address and all. When i contacted to delivery boy he told me he took the food. The delivery boy told my salary is very less, so i will disturb the customer. Online payment was my biggest mistake i think.

I waited for 2 hours for my order number: y6pp-jvte and the rider kept saying that he is on the way. I just called him and he told me my order was cancelled mid way whereas my application shows it to be delivered. The details of the rider are :

My order was prepaid. I need my money refunded and my coupon refunded immediately. Let me know if you plan on taking this seriously because this has happened on multiple occasions already and i am still waiting for the refund of my previous order no: b4tu-xrmk.

Please dont go with foodpanda they all are dacoits, i ordered my food today from paratha junction (Btm) and the delivery guy name was harish (Contact no-[protected]). My house is 6-7 km from btm and this guy was about to deliver and within a minute he clicked delivered and later i called paratha junction they helped me with his number and on contacting he picked my call when i asked why you clicked on delivered when you havent delivered it to me, he said sir i know the location and i am poor so to get the second order i mark delivered i will deliver it to you soon, after that 100 times i called he didnt pickup. First of all there is no customer care number for food panda the number mentioned is a blff you can never reach them on it. Second option you have is of chat support, text them and they will tell you give me few minutes i will resolve it and after that you keep on waiting texting they will not respond and again after few minutes that chat will be discarded now again you tap on chat support again someone will come and do the same and you are not getting any help. I doubt its a web of fraud sitting around and taking money from customers like us and not delivering things.
My recommendation nevr try this guys never. The worst and pathetic you would have ever seen is food panda.

I have made the order from food panda. They are receiving the order and decline it. When we are making the mail or complaint for the refund these guys are not responding and your customer care executive are behaving arrogantly.
I want my refund as soon as possible. If you guys don't want to make the order deliver, why u take the order and y u guys don't refund the money.

The status says the food has been delivered but i haven't received anything. When called the delivery executive he says foodpanda has cancelled your order, but my money has been deducted. When called the restaurant, the manager says the delivery executive has picked up the order long back. Order code -

I ordered the biryani on[protected] on 12:26pm but still i didn't get any delievery. Even o track the ordered also but it showing the chef is preparing from last 2hrs. I contacted with chat team also they told me we will check and let u know but still they are not find the issue. I did the payment also.
Now i don't want my delievery kindly refund my money.

I had order of rs 62 through food panda but your staff had confirmed me that restaurant is closed. You could not complete that order. She said order something else then food panda will pay for that order. She confirmed me that go to payment option but do not put any otp. But that order had not asked me for any otp. Payment has been debited from account.

After that nobody had called me and your numbers are also not reachable. I need my money back on urgent basis

Hi, i ordered food for around rs. 260 and made the payment through paytm on 19th september'2018 but the order got cancelled by restaurant. However, when i asked for refund from foodpanda my account got disabled and no response is coming through emails as well. Fake delivery site. Tried contacting through phone numbers provided on site but they are all fake. No response nothing.

I did not received my order from food panda and delivery boy titu singh having mobile number of [protected]. He used abusing words with me and my family member and also shown our order as delivered but i have not received any order by food panda. I also have cctv surveillance in my office building.

The app promises the delivery and the delivery executive made me wait for 4hrs to deliver the food stating that his bike had broken down and would keep insisting that I would get the delivery within 15 mins every time I called him. I understand that he was late because of the rain and wasn't really angry about it, however, after making me wait for 4hrs he stopped responding to my calls and eventually just marked the order as delivered.
Upon complaining to the customer care service, they just asked me to wait and eventually they stopped responding and left the conversation as well.

This is not the first time they have made me suffer for delivering my food. They have cancelled the orders multiple times and haven't delivered them either.
I still am waiting for a refund for 2 of my orders that I never received.

The only reason I order from them is that they lure us in with these really enticing orders and as a college student, saving money is a huge deal for me.

The food, however, is either not delivered half the time or is bad by the time it is delivered.
