Hi my order no : a519-pjhi which was order today . They didn’t deliver the food and update the status as delivered and collected the money from me...

I ordered dinner then I didn’t get it in 1 hour then I connected with customers care through chat but also they are responding well after many followup, they canceled order. It taken 2 hour
Really disappointed, now where i go for dinner
No matter, people hungry or not. They are just doing ### things. CUSTOMER CARE checked delivered order and cancelled that one...

I ordered cheese grilled sandwich from foodpanda. I didn't received any parcel but my order status showed as delivered. I called the delivery executive, he told that they are on strike and they are not taking any delivery. The delivery executive name is mangesh and his number is [protected]. I oredered cheese grilled sandwich from the tuck box mahavir nagar kandivali west, mumbai -67, via foodpanda on 26th september near about 8:30 pm...

I didn't ordered anything and it automatically took money from my wallet.. and the orders which I made earlier in that order I was supposed to receive the cash back of ₹100 but I didn't received.....

I placed one orders at around 3:30 one of which got order and deduct payment through paytm and the other was preparimg. After an hour of waiting when I contacted the customer support chat option, in chat box give me delivery boy number and then I called to delivery guy but he is not received call. The app immediately showed that the order was preparing till right now and the delivery not despatched or not on the...

I did not receive order of Rs 237. I called delivery person so many times but he did not receive and when I texted in chat with support they are only telling it will be delivered don't worry. Even I had emailed to customer care but they don't even reply and no refund. Very bad service....

I opened up a new id in foodpanda, but they are no letting me to use the coupon code. Whenever i try to use them, it displays you don't have any coupons, while my friends are able to order using those same coupons. I tried to send them a email but it has been 6-7 days, still i haven't heard from them, not a single reply from their side. If this persists many customers will be bound to unfollow foodpanda....

I placed two orders at around 4:30 one of which got cancelled and the other was dispatched. After an hour of waiting when i contacted the delivery guy he received and and disconnected without speaking. The app immediately showed that the delivery was made but its been around half an hour that i haven't received any delivery, the live chat feature wont work and the delivery guy isn't receiving my calls.
Pathetic service....

Food panda is the worst site we experienced recently. We placed order for pind balluchi and nirula's, both reputed and in dwarka. The app kept showing that the order is not getting confirmed to be placed by restaurants whereas the order never reached these restaurants.
The restaurant people were feeling ashamed to tell the status but these shameless foodsite people kept us hanging and waiting for food. My children waited for food...

I was a new foodpanda customer and in my first experience in itself I have ordered from foodpanda twice and order got cancelled both the time even after money being deducted from my credit card. I used there pathetic customer chat system where the representative is least bothered about solving customer complaint and kept on disconnecting chat several time.
Later some foodpanda representative confirmed there will be discount voucher...

Food Panda really painful service to customer. very very poor. I order item 2 many times but after payment food panda send to sms sorry Restaurant denied your order. we refund your mony 3-4 working days !! Today iface same problem ..after paid send msg denied order . i click customer support CHAT option and she talk to me use "Re-Use" coupon . but i try many many times !!not working coupon....

I ordered someting from foodpanda at 12 afternoon. my order no. is (#y2fg-3bde). I am no get my order till now then I trying to contact at customer care no. which I got from Google[protected] which is invalid;([protected])at this no. only one ring is going then over;([protected]) this no. is switch off.So pls tell me about my order as soon as possible....

I Ubedulla Abdul ordered from the Food Panda application order number (y0dg-73js) on 23th September, 2018 at 18;16 to Lassi shop. I made the payment 29 rs through Paytm application wallent Txn ID;[protected] the money was deducted from my account but the order cancelled any positive feedback. Please reply and kindly revert.

My order on;#z5dg-v7yc foodpanda was placed on 23th september 2018 at 18;15. Order was not delivered but when i checked the app it was shown as delivered to me. On 24th september 2018 time;14;55 but order not delivery
So request you all to look into the matter seriously & provide my order back asap on high priority or refund my money.

I had ordered food from food panda online before 10 days and made online payment. But the app had some issue n my order was cancelled after payment which i made using debit card. Iits got the message from food panda that your amount will be refunded in 7 to 10 working days. Almost more than 10 days are passed n still i didn't got the refund. What c grade service is provided for customers by food panda. I tried to call customer executive and...

I have placed and order from hotel great punjab, while i haven't received the order yet and its showing delivered in the app, delivery guys says i haven't picked the order. Spoke with 3 of food panda support name haris, yuvika, inderpreet and they have left the conversation in between without replying. These the worst thing, food panda toll free number is also not working....

I have order food on 18th Sep 2018. It was cancelled. Food panda customer service called me and they asked me whether I am ok with other restaurant. I told them I am ok. I didn't get any call from the other restaurant or from food panda customer care. didn't get reply on Chat. I was so irritated. I paid the money through my paytm wallet. Still I didn''t get refund. I never had this issue with uber...

After my order: r0zb-btdu was cancelled, i was informed that refund would be processed within 24 hours. After 2 days i chatted with their customer care and was informed that it will be processed within 5 days. Even after 5 days no refund. Moreover the customer care agents did not check the order id and told refund has been processed for another order id. Twice i was informed that it has been escalated but no one checked that it had already...

This order was placed on 17 september 2018. Order id w0go-6msj. The order was prepaid amounting to around 100 rupees. For the initial 3 hours it kept on showing that your order is being prepared and then all of a sudden it changed to order delivered (No time difference between when the order dispatched and order delivered). And when trying to contact through the chat help feature, only got the automated responses. Even sent them mail twice...
