On 19 sept 2018 i placed an order (order code: s7yu-a6td) which got cancelled and even I received a mail saying refund has been initiated but the amount is not yet credited to my account. When I trying to call on below helpline number[protected] some one disconnecting the call again and again.I have already raised this with [protected]@foodpanda.in email id but no action is taken. This never happened before.This is really creating a bad impression on consumer. Please look into this.

    I had ordered food (Order Id a6aa-elcu) . I did not receive my order but the FoodPanda app updated the status as delivered. I tried to reach the restaurant, and calls were unanswered. I tried to check for support from FoodPanda CUSTOMER CARE and this is the most disgusting part. No CUSTOMER CARE phone number, useless live chat support and no response to emails either. Never order from Foodpanda. Uber Eats, Zomato and Swiggy are way better. Being a German company, the app is utter rubbish and not at all standing for the sender country. ### FOODPANDA!!

      ordered food on foodpanda , money is debited but food is not delivered

      Ordered the food on 25 Sep 2018 at 7:40 PM. Paid online . Order was confirmed. Estimated time was given in the order confirmation mail as 27 minutes. It is more than 1 1/2 hours but still food not delivered.

      The status is stuck at 'Chef preparing food.' It has been stuck like this for more than 90 minutes. Tried contacting Support through Live chat. No response. There is no customer care number to contact. I am unable to cancel...

      I have ordered for pizza today & paid through Paytm.
      I didn't receive the order but your app shows delivered.
      Contacted chat people 4 times but to no avail.
      Really pathetic & worst service from Foodpanda.
      I will never order & recommend anyone for Foodpanda.
      Also I will give this feedback everywhere on social media also.
      Cheater.

        I have made a prepaid order on Sunday 23rd of September. Even after repeatedly contacting the restaurant, I did not receive my order. The restaurant staff was not taking my calls. I initiated foodpanda live chat but did not receive any reply. Even after two hours, neither the food was delivered, nor I got any communication from foodpanda. And till date I have not received any refund in my account. I have contacted them on live chat as well as emailed them but have not received any revert. Order Code is: r6wj-m384. Order amount ist for INR 964, 65. Please look into this matter seriously as in today's digital world, the act like this can cause serious issue in payment through wallet. Thanks

          On[protected] at 20:40 I placed an order of Rs. 132.42 on Foodpanda (Order code v4ys-sgif). After half an hour the app showed that there's been some issue with the order and they'll resolve it and I'll receive a call. I waited for about 10 minutes and then raised a query on Foodpanda chat (in mobile app). And after about 15 minutes I got a call from Foodpanda. The guy told me that due to some technical reason the order was cancelled and he's placing the same order again. I said OK.

          Now, the new order (Order code v4ys-ye5k) is placed and after about 15-20 minutes later I was seeing that a delivery boy is assigned to pick up my order from restaurant. But now there's another problem. In the tracking page, I saw that the delivery boy's standing at some location. He's not going to restaurant. So, again I contacted chat support in mobile app. Tried three or four times, all of them just said that be assured and then the chat went unresponsive. After about an hour, the app showed that the food is delivered. I didn't got any delivery boy's number from the app. Support was not responding at all. Foodpanda just took the money and no one's responding from their team now.
          I've even sent a mail to [protected]@foodpanda.in (complaint # 8400717). But there's no response from them either.
          So, in short after two orders and waiting for about 4 hours, I got nothing but frustration.

            I paid and amount around 345 on 2nd September, 2018 through TEZ. I verified my bank account and it was Debited. But the money is not yet refunded. I tried contacting them through app and mail. But no response from them.
            They promised a resolution and are not responding. This happens regularly.

            I will proceed further legally if they don't respond through this channel.

              I recently ordered from Food Panda and I did not receive my order. The order was prepaid through Paytm. This has happened a lot of times with my friends as well. Moreover, there is no record seen in the app for undelivered items. Not just that, I tried to resolve the issue on chat support. They gave me the number of the delivery guy. The delivery guy told that he hasn't received any notification regarding the order and thus, cannot pick my order. Moreover, they hardly reply. Secondly, there's no record of the chats even. As far as the refund is concerned, none of my friends have received the refund so far.

                So food panda is running a large scale scam online. Luring people in with unbelievable deals of food items under 100 rs. They are generating a large scale consumer chain overnight. But in reality, they are just trying to loot people. I have ordered over 5 times now, and the food was not delivered despite of being prepaid. They are not making the refunds also anytime soon, and as the amount is pitty (Under 100 and even under 50 at times) most of the consumers are not even taking the pain to pursue it also. I have screen shots from 2 such instances.

                And this isnt all. So for rest of the orders that were not delivered, there is no record of it left on the app. Food panda has conveniently removed the record of all such orders from the order history.
                The chat team is never responding on time and is absolutely of no help. They have auto replies to every problem and don't even respond on time.
                One such incident was about my order no (A3qc-jmz0). The delivery guy expected me to travel to about 2 kms to pick up the food at 12 at midnight. And when i denied, he didnt deliver and on the app its still saying delivered. He order was for mere 69 rs, but it leaves me wondering that if the same thing is happening to everybody (Which i am sure is) then how are we even allowing food panda to function. The same problems have been reported by my colleagues at work and all are writing to this portal for the same.

                  Hi,
                  I had order a food item on Food Panda on an offer, after completing the order procedure and payment I can see on the tracking section that my order get prepared and delivery executive had successfully delivered it within 25 minutes, while I didn't got anything. Then I had talked with the customer executive and they told me sorry about that we are unable to contact the delivery executive, we can process your refund if you would agree.

                  Such a bad service they are providing and making people fool. I had never ever faced such bad service. Swiggy and Zomato is the best food delivery hub. Never use Food Panda, They are fraud.

                      I had ordered food online order no a222-tajt but i did not receive my order but when i inquired with the restaurant they said that their deleivery boys are on strike and food wont be delieverd though my payment was deducted from my paytm account and not refunded no customer care nos working no live chat available i had to stay hungry and i have not seen such worst service

                        I regularly order food from food panda, but my last few orders were cancelled after a long waiting period for each one of them.
                        Last night was the worst experience i had, i ordered ice cream from havmor prashant vihar, paid online. But my order remained in chef at work position, i called restaurant and they said your order is ready and will reach you shortly.

                        I ordered at around 8:30 pm, i connected with foodpanda customer care at 10:00 pm, some jason connected and ensured food will be delivered, again after half an hour he said it will be delivered. At 11:15 i got connect with another executive sadhna, she said she is looking into it, and by 12:00 there was no response. I gave up and went to bed after the horrendous experience.

                        In the morning at around 10:30 i get the call from the rider, that your order is on the way, i said i ordered in the night, what i will do with it in the morning and i asked him not to come. To my frustration, in app it says, order delivered and please rate the restaurant. Wtf

                        I again connected with executive, anvi this time, she said, she is checking. After some time the most arrogant response i got "as per exception we are cancelling your order, you will get the refund in 3 to 5 days, anything else do you want". I'm so angry, i wasted my night, i have to specifically call to cancel the order which was not delivered, i'm trying to understand the reason why my order was not cancelled and refunded, and i get the response as if i'm the benefactor here. This is so bad, i cannot explain.

                        When i asked grievance cell number, i got the response we only have this customer care number.

                          Hi,

                          On sunday 23-september i have ordered food for dinner at 6:49pm, order code s2gl-rzh3.

                          But received message at 7:03 that " sorry we cannot fulfil your order at the moment, if paid online refund will be credited with in 24 hrs for wallet & payment with 3-5 working days for bank.

                          I paid using paytm but haven't received any refunds.

                          Non of your help line numbers are working

                          When will i get my money back.

                            This is with reference to order no s4kz-lcj1 from foodpanda. The order was placed on 15th september which was cancelled by the restaurant. Almost 10 days have passed but not received my refund. Moreover chat support of foodpanda is just useless and they do not acknowledge the issue rather make false commitments. Everytime when i drop mail to them they just create one reference id but not action has been taken. Latest ticket id is 7971812.

                            Please see what can be done in this case.

                            Today at 4:23pm i ordered dessert but till now neither i received the order neither i got my money back.i have ordered a cake and in the app it is just showing from 3 hrs the status is preparing.order code is -b4zv-0xfb.

                              My order b7ms-z06q on foodpanda was placed on 20th september 2018 at 2:16 pm. Around 3:30 order was not delivered but when i checked the app it was shown as delivered to me. On asking to foodpanda's support service they informed my order was cancelled and their was some technical issue after around 2 hours of my order placement. On checking order history it showed delivery boy was unavailable. On seeing so i again informed it to support team but all they had after 2 hours was apology. When i asked them that it was foodpanda's fault and they should arrange my order because i am being informed after 2 hours they refused to do anything. This is how foodpanda is cheating their customer.
                              I made same order again thinking this time it might work but same thing happened. If they were issues related to particular food in menu then it was not removed. Order number of second order is b7ms-fqdc.
                              I want compensation for the fraud made by foodpanda and also for making people fool and playing with people's hunger

                              I had ordered one item at 3.10 pm and in the app it is showing chef is working on it from the last 2 hours and i have not get my food delivered. order id Y0YC-3856. FOODOPANDA seems to be a thief company. none of the customer care no is working and even support team doesnot reply in the chat. its ridiculous.
                              In the foodpanda app I can see the ordered is delivered, which I never received and I was charged for that ordered.

                                Order was from Only Alibaba, Mutton Nawabi Biryani. Food pandadid not deliver the order and marked it as delivered.
                                The delivery boy called from number +91 [protected] and said cannot deliver as I have some problem with my bike.

                                  I maninder singh ordered from the food panda application order number (M5yo-9pqq) on 24th september, 2018 at 10:14 pm to kamboj’s restaurant. I made the payment of rs 1219.12 with txn id: [protected] through paytm application the money was deducted from my account but the order was cancelled from the restaurant. I tried to reach food panda but didn’t received any positive feedback. So could you please let me know how would i get my money refund also find the attached payment proof i have made it through paytm. Please reply and kindly revert.

                                      Today i placed the order with foodpanda for two subs and they have delivered it in 2.5 hrs. Though the delivery location was one kilometer away. After waiting for 40 mins i decided to cancel my order but was not able to cancel it. If foodpanda was not able to deliver the food in an hour then there was no point in keeping the customer waiting. That was a complete waste of food.
                                      This was my bad experience with foodpanda, i have uninstalled the app better go for uber eats or swiggy.

                                      Today I placed the order with FoodPanda for two subs and they have delivered it in 2.5 hrs(estimated delivery time was 26 minutes). Though the delivery location was not 500 meters away. After waiting for around 40 mins I decided to cancel my order, but was not able to cancel it as the food was prepared. If FoodPanda was not able to deliver the food in an hour, then there was no point to keep customer waiting for next 2.5 hrs. That was a complete waste of food.
                                      I had a very bad experience with Foodpanda, suggestion better go for Uber Eats or Swiggy.
