I ordered food on 22nd from food Panda endorsed restaurant Singla and the food order was cancelled by them after 2 hours.still waiting for refund even though according to policy it says within 4 hours they refund to wallet.moreover there is no customer care number to complain.pathetic service...never going to order from here... They r looting us in the name of food order...

I ordered 3 plates of chole bhature today at 1.37p. M. The foos provider was singlas. Till 7.30p. M it kept showing that food was being prepared and when i contacted the support staff, they didn't reply and at around 8.00 p. M it showed food has been delivered though i didn't receive anything. Is this the kind of service you offer?
You are not capable of providing any service.
I will make a big scene out of this.
And i am never gonna order via food panda again and will make sure none of nt aquantaince do.
I want my complete refund.
Your service is absolute worst

Firstly, please ensure that the restaurants listed on your portal are policy bounded. I ordered food from foodpanda on 23rd sept and done the payment through phone pay app. The payment was done and after 15 minutes, i got the message that my order is cancelled, however the payment is not refunded. This is really annoying!! Such restaurants should be penalized and the customer should be given some sigh of releif.

I ordered a food delivery from Foodpanda App and Paid Rs 9/- after applying their offer MATCH9 and waited till i could but never got my food delivered.

The App customer care ignored me
The Facebook page ignored me
The Twitter account ignored me as well.

I called the delivery guy and got to know he never got any orders to even deliver and the app conveniently after a while said "Delivered"

Its not about Rs.9/- its about their customer service not giving a solution. Tx

I haven't received my order but it's showing on my app that that my order id z5dg-j7je is been delivered to me by delivery boy Rahul shah his mobil no [protected] [protected] and when i've called him back he refused & talked to me absurdly.

So request you all to look into the matter seriously & provide my order back asap on high priority or refund my money.

I have ordered 2 mini biryani from green bawarchi srinagar colony road, and they accepted my order. Order declined after accepted and two hours waited. i have waited for two hours and order got cancelled. the chat support said that order will be delivered in 35mins and refund also but order got declined after i waited for two hours. shame on you foodpanda.

I ordered for tawa paratha from "oye kake"in fort mumbai area

Details showed paratha with side curd and gravy but i have received only paratha, restaurant is not responding, it is just one single paratha without any thing is side

This is minimum requirement in any restaurant is atleast one gravy.. This is mandatory anywhere.. Its very pathetic of restaurant and also foodpanda to not deliver like this

I want refund for the same

I will complete twice but not taken action or refund my money.
18sep at 10:54pm i will order meal used food panda app.
Choco coco nut shake offer price is 79rs.
I will pay this using online payment option. And my money deducted my account.
After 20 to 25 minutes later food panda call me and says, your order cancelling due to shop/restaurant close. And he says your money refunded your account.
Today 24th sep still not refund my money plz help us

I never received this order and this was marked as delivered by the delivery executive. When contacted the delivery executive, he did not answer my call and kept on declining my call.
When contacted the customer care, the executives (Not sure if they are real ppl) asked me to wait for 2-4 mins to check but never responded back.

Does food panda have any kind of customer service? Do you actually refund peoples money after not delivering the food? Or is food panda a hoax site?

I have ordered the food, they did not come to deliver the food, not even customer care responded even they closed the complaint stating you received the food, however i was keep on stating i did not received the food, even the delivery guy was asking they dont get salary from 4-5 months, hence they won't cancel my order. However i waited for food an hr after picked up the food.

When i called to restaurant they said they already delivered the order.. When i check the address.. They have delivered the order at wrong address..

What pathetic service you have..

I placed two food orders at my nearby restaurants janakpuri delhi for address k62 new mahavir nagar through foodpanda. My order was placed but there was no receving confirmation or updation with the respective restaurants. My payment was deducted but no confirmation regarding delivery from food panda. There was not even the availabilty of delivery executive through which contact could be made. I had to finally cancel my order after almost 1 hour of waiting and the other one is still pending for delivery. We faced alot of inconvenience after placing order because of your negligence. Please look into this negligence from your side and initiate the refund soon...

I had ordered paneer tikka and naan from dana choga in gurgaon sector 50. I ordered at 8:34 pm. However i waited and waited patiently for 1 hour. Then my patience ran out. I called the number given by foodpanda and the guy said ‘sir order nikal chuka hai bas 10 minute mai aajayega.’ believing him, i still waited. 10:15pm, i was still waiting for my food i had ordered more than 90 mins ago. Then when i called they said that the order is about to dispatch and will reach yoh in 15-20 mins. So the order i placed at 8:30, hadnt even dispatched by 10:15, even though the restaurant was pretty close to my house. And all this time the foodpanda representatives at dana choga kept lying to me that the order has dispatched and will reach shortly. And after i directly called the restaurant, the food arrived within 10 minutes.
Thus in short, foodpanda is the worst food delivery app. It treats its customers like a joke and thinks they can screw with people and get away with anything.

On 23rd Sep 2018, I have placed an order for Chicken Biryani in Paradise Restaurant(Kukatpally) through Food panda app. My order wasn't confirmed for almost 2 hrs and i don't find anyway to contact Food panda.

I was expecting a call from Food Panda but not a one received yet ... Out of no choice i searched online for any Helpline and tried few Helpline numbers found in Consumer Complaints website ... But this is even in vain

If they can't do the basic service, better they shutdown the app ...

I am disappoibted by food panda ' s such action. I had ordered two pizzas from shiv sagar hotel. The boy picked the order from the hotel but did not came to deliever it. I made a complaint against this but no response. My money has been gone!!
To earn money it is so difficult and these people just steal it!.. Indian government should do on this. Today i am affected many people will be affected gradually... Please please do something and giv me my money backkkkkkkk

I have ordered food twice but both order were cancelled. I am still waiting for refund. Whenever i contacted chat support and asked about refund, they do not respond. I sent email also but did not get response other than informing me that the refund was processed. Order numbers are "t7nj-d50m" & "v6to-t0h7" it is not a question of money as the amount is few hundreds but trust.

I ordered using food panda app and made an online payment using paytm, restaurant cancelled my order. I asked for help on support, they placed an order of same amount from other restaurant. This time it was cancelled due to the delivery boy. I asked again on support they assured me that i will be receiving a mail, which i haven't yet regarding the refund. And now food panda support system does not reply on the support chat. It has been over a week... I haven't received any mail any text from you people regarding my refund.

I had ordered from restaurant square pizzeria on 20 sep 2018 for which the order code was u7nc-v20m.

My order was for 1 non veg pizza and 1 garlic bread for which i had already paid through online mode. I received my order in a third class manner. Their rider, rajesh kumar, handled my order in a pathetic way due to which the entire topping of the pizza stuck to its cardboard container.

When i asked rajesh to come and see what he had done, he promptly started his bike and left without acknowledging what i said.

This is absolutely not acceptable. My food was destroyed due to shoddy handling of their rider, and i want my money refunded.
