I had ordered 3 paneer shawarmas through the food panda app via order no a620-36ju. I had made an online payment for the same. At the 1st place my order was cancelled. After around 35-40 minutes o received a parcel at my place from food panda which contained only 1 shawarma. I was told by the delivery boy that he will get the other 2 shawarmas in some time. After taking the 1st bite of the shawarma i found out that it was a chicken shawarma. I had ordered vegetarian food and got non vegetarian.

I ordered 3 food items on 21st september around 9:33 pm. Out of which 1 food item was delivered other 2 got cancelled. I had done the payment by paytm wallet. And they have mentioned over there that by using wallets, refund will be credited within 4 hours. And i didn’t get that rs 88 till now. Its been more than 24 hours. This is really very bad experience from ur side. Will never do payment using wallet or card for sure in future. Kindly plz credit my amount of rs 88 in my paytm wallet. I m attaching screenshot for the same also.

Order no order#n6an-irxz placed today on 22nd sep at 8.45pm not yet delivered, i have paid online to tgem, i want refund & compensation as i had to starve now. Pathetic service food panda, when checked with restaurant they mentioned that this happens with every food panda customer so delete this app & prefer swiggy or zomato to order. I have sent them so many text messges on their chat but they did not respond.

I has ordered chicken birayani at 10.17 the boy gave missed call and was texting me iwhen i contacted him he is shouting and when i went to pickup he is abusing very badly on road the guy looks black and shot he came on activa i will never gonna leave this your food panda is such a cheap app no where customer complaint number also now i want that guy details and need apologize and i will definitely complaint to police station on this and even your app will be banned i need immidiate action now his number i received [protected]

Dear sir,
We have ordered two things from my mobile no [protected] at 6.38 pm, first order code is b489-6a8t 2 classic margherita pizza rs 58 & second order code is b489-99a3 1 chicken burger rs 29. Both payment was deducted from my paytm account.
Order is not received but massage was shown that order is delivered.
We call the delivery boy he says we are not serving your order, item is not available in laziz pizza.
And pass the massage delivered,
Please solve my problem and refund my balance.

I have ordered my food and made the payment through online and i asked my mom to pick up the food while i was working inside. He has allegedly showed fake details about bill and charged extra money and when i called him he is either hanging up or not picking up the call. I was utterly frustrated and support chat team of foodpanda is seldom online and no response from them. This issued as to be addressed seriously.

I ordered food from foodpanda one from chanda food sector 26 noida and other from flavours of south vasundhara enclave both the times they cancelled the order giving false reasons.

For 3 hours they had a chat with me and said there is a technical issue and for those 3 hours they were continously taking orders and there was no banner on app about any technical issue for those 3 hours and still isn't.

They should be penalised for false claims and taking customer money for 7 days and initiating refunds. These people don't even have civil taughts and are also wasting customers time.

Please initiate strict action against them.
If required i can provide all the chats with customer service, restaurant owner which shows they were urging me to place orders but were not sending thise orders to the restaurant.

Seems like this restaurant is cheating customers with fraudulent offers. After accepting the order i did not get any updates from the restaurant so i reached out to foodpanda support team after 1 hour and this is the response from them:
Silly reason stating that there is technical difficulty with delivery boy...

I asked them to find another delivery boy for my order and got weird and silly reason that it is not possible.

I would request consumer forum to stop this fraudulent offers who are trying to cheat the customers.

I didn't receive my order (Fries) which i ordered and the app shows that the order has been delivered. And the rider didn't pick up my call...

Pathetic service its been almost 2 hours now and i havent receieved my order yet, trued calling customer care on [protected] which is switch off, live chat option not working, called the delivery guy first attempt said will come in 15 min and its been 2 hrs now and more over the number is swith off attached is the screen shot of the order placed. I have placed an order by 3.00 pm today and got a call from tge delivery executive that his bike got punctured and asked me to come half the way, when i reached and called him, he told me that he was in a different location and will deliver the order. Its been 1.30 hrs now, when i call him he is not answering the call.

Pathetic service and i am really not so convinced with it.

Order from snak adda through foodpanda payment made through my wallet. Order not delivered and marked delivered on the app. After a long wait and messages executive reply refund will be made but no refund credited till now.
Again i order from pizzasia this time after a long time they informed that order has been cancelled from technical inconvenience refund wiil e initiated with 24 hour, its being 3 days to refund credited.
Same happen today they cut amount then cancelled order and no money credited.

We have ordered an food at 1.12pm on[protected]. After 2 hours also we didn't get delivery and we posted in twitter and tried different customer care numbers like[protected] and others..
And we spoke with the hotel management they told food is ready by delivery boy is not present.

This is too worst i have seen ever compared with swiggy, zomato and other companies.

I ordered a “large kfc popcorn” yesterday at 9.15pm.
After half and hr delivery guy “jitendra das” was assigned to me.
Around 10pm he picked up my order.
After waiting for half and hour and your tracking gui showed me 1 min left.

It was expected for me that food will come in 1 min and i will have it.

It dint go that way!!!

I called jitendra and asked "where is he?”
He replied :-
"i am at restaurant only and won’t bring your food as address to be delivered is not in my areas, i will call office and let you know”

I waited for his response which he didn’t do

Then when i called him he said he is not able to contact office and he won’t deliver the order.

I ordered food at 9.15pm. I was expecting it in maximum 1 hour which is 10.15pm

But i did not received order till now

I received your notification that “your order has arrived” at 11.05pm; “are you kidding me!!”

I dint received any of your order till now.
Because of you i was not able to have food yesterday night.

Is this your service???

And how can you send notification about “your order has arrived” without confirming it.

Don’t give false hopes and wrong notification to your customers

I ordered food the cancelled my order and they cut money from my account they didnt refund the money yet its been 4 days my ammount is 400 rps the address is parksite colony vikroli (w) they told me to talk with the customer care they said they will refund but they didnt please look for this issue this is wrong tht they dont refund our money back i was hungry its okay if the didnt give me the food they promised but i want my money back

1st time placed order of an ice cream bt i received fully melted ice cream... 2nd time i ordered for tandoor butter roti, they delivered me plain tawa roti..., 3rd time i placed order they cancelled that again i placed order of the same item again they canceled that... After all this their customer executive left the chat without any confirmation of refund n all... This is the service foodpanda providing to the customers...#very sad... Third class service really i’m fed up

Hello sir, I am Sarthak Jain and i am delivery boy working with food panda since 3 weeks, but i only get Rs.3, 300 salary, when today i visit foodpanda office in gurugram, they said that you are defaulter & you have to resigned, they forcely take my signature on resignation letter. but sir i delivers many order in 3 weeks and also i had online 12 hrs daily but they didn't give my salary, plz sir help me to file a complaint against company...

Maine aaj foodpanda saii 2 chicken roll & 1 paneer roll order kiya. Maine unhe paise bhi online paid kar diye thaii. Jab maine jis restaurant saii order kiye thaii waha par call kiya too unhone mujhe bataya ki hamare paas aisa koii order nahi aaya. Fir maine foodpanda koo contact kiya too unhone koii response nahi diya matlab kii unhone joo number diye hain wo galat haii. They also did not give back my order money also. So guys please don't order from foodpanda this is worst app. Sale chor hain chor. Bc aise hee paise kamate hain aur logo ko pagal banate hain salo jab order daii hee nahi sakte thaii too order accept hee kyu kiya tha. Sale sab jagha foodpanda - foodpand ho rahi aur sale order kuch nahi pahuchate order too chodo sale paise bhi return nahi karte.

I have ordered the food and deliver boy called me once and then after few seconds I called him back and he didn't picked up a call I tried many times and finally when he picked up my call he was delivered my food to anybody else and was arguing too. He didn't even confirm the right delivery before delivered it and I had already paid online for that food. Plz help.
