This is to inform you that i am the regular customer of foodpanda and ordered many times food through your app but this is first time that i paid for the order and the delivery executive hasn't delivered the food but your app is showing it got delivered. How this can be possible if i haven't received any food till now its 3rd day of order today.

I ordered the food from cafe milano on 19september, 2018 at 9:02pm and my order code is a392-wkfc

If this how foodpanda will start cheating then what will being the regular customer will do… i am very unhappy this time from the foodpanda service

Terrible delivery service!
I ordered vegetarian cheese chili fries during my lunch time on 19th September and placed the order at 12:41 pm.(code-a577-bvdz) The order was accepted and the payment was done online via paytm. Firstly, there was a delay in the delivery which was received only by 2:20 pm. Secondly, the order was not picked correctly and I was given chicken fries instead of cheese chili fries. Unknowingly, me being a vegetarian, I consumed chicken and then was brought to notice by my friend that it was chicken. I never found any delivery system so pathetic and irresponsible. Foodpanda's irresponsibility cost me an act against my religion. This is really miserable! Such irresponsible! Here's a picture too! Really terrible!

I will file a complaint against your company backend is not responding on mails and your company dont have any direct phone numbers now your company deducted my ampunt of rs 315 and i didnt recived any order or any refund .I need my refund asap otherwise i will complaint against u . Pathetic service of food panda . I need my refund any how .bwrost company.

Today I placed an order for an ice cream from Nirula's which was for Rs 80.00 using food panda application on my mobile. I got an offer that I would just have to pay Rs.09.00 for the same order. When I received the order, to my shock it was just a spoon full of ice-cream. Shame on Nirula's & shame on food panda, that they don't even verify the credibility of a restaurants.

Hi, i have order food from foodpanda application and in few minutes it's showing the food is delivered. When i have tried to contact the restaurant (Meghana foods) in marathahalli, bangalore. They said the delivery boy took the parcel and he left. When i have asked the delivery boy number he refused and cut the call. I have also tried to contact foodpanda customer care, but they are not responding properly.

This is the second time i have faced the same problem from foodpanda.

Due to many advertisements redarding offers i have ordered food using coupon nine. First time i got order. Next time in some offer i ordered food for 29 rupees it is cancelled by them saying order was closed. Second time i ordered again they again cancelled the order. Now these cheaters have given new coupon match9. Yesterday i again ordered momos for 27 rupees but that order is also cancelled. They are just bluffing people. Please cancel their food licence

On food panda i ordered of rs 169 and the payment was also done online but is order is not delivered.

On the page of my order list, the message is shown as 'delivered' but actually it is not.
Delivery boy did not call i have called to restaurant the person said he has given order to food panda delivery executive.

I want my refund...

I ordered food from ffoodpanda. they delivered my food late nad was not edible.
i then complained about it, so they said i will receive refund confirmation email in 24 hours. It has been 72 hours, i have not received the email and neither have i received the money.

i request the forum to take strict action against this fraud company and help me shut it down. such fraudsters are not needed in india..

I have been trying & mailing foodpanda since 10days.. I have not yet received my refund.. Y is so? Pls refund my money back it's my humble request.. What is the issue to give my own money back.. This is to inform you that food panda is operating in an extremely misleading and uncontrolled way, wherein it is fooling its customers.

There are no customer support services, the chat support system has it issues due to which the issues is never resolved, there is no redressal mechanism, the food delivered is not withing the timelines and does not meet the quality.

I have ordered Mcaloo Tikki from foodpanda on 14th september where order no : r0tu-5v9a .But the ordred was cancelled from your end and I got the following message:

"Sorry, we've had to cancel your order r0tu-5v9a from McDonald's (ORR Central Mall). We'll refund the amount if you were charged."
But till now I have not received refund from your end.

Too bad experience with foodpanda.We order for lunch today. Which shows order accepted and will be deliver within 30min. After 30min when we check app to check status it has been shown that the order is cancelled. They dont bother to make a call before cancelling it and the deducted money was not refunded. It was written that money will be refunded within 7-10days

I have come across terrible service in terms of orders and customer support. I had to cancel my orders back to back and the customer support was disgusting. Vanya was the person assisting me. She was absolutely hopeless and was off no use at all. It was really a test of patience for me. I will make sure these will be my last order from food panda. Really disappointed. Also i would recommend people not to use it. You only provide offers but not even worth enough to handle the offers. Also i would like to repeat vanya was a complete mess.

I ordered milkshake from frozen bottle, it says delivered. These people are cheating. Do something for this foodpanda. Seriously, they are not even worrying about customers. They don't have a customer care number. They take hours to reply on chat. They just copy paste the scripts. I don't even know whether they are robots or what. As a country citizen, i want someone to take severe action on this. Just because it is a big brand you cant cheat people like this.

This is naveen melavanki, yesterday i had ordered from rajdhani around 7.45pm, order was confirmed at 8.00pm, but i did not recieve my order till 9.30pm. I contacted the supoort and started the chat, they said that the delivery boy is not logged in so he is not taking your order. This is not customers problem, i was not at all updated about this. I had even made online payment for the same and kept on waiting for 2.5 hrs. The supoort person named mandeep joined the chat, but he was so irresponsible that he was taking so long to reply for my texts, did not even bother to resolve the problem and just left the chat in between the conversation. This is the worst service i have ever seen. Food panda is so underrated. I am filing a case in consumer against foodpanda for such irresponsible customer support. I did not even recieve my refund. There is no customer care number too to talk. The customer should sit and chat for hour together to tell our problem caused by you people. I am even tweeting this.

My first two orders have already been calceled without any information before or after and till niw i have got refund of only one of them

Today again i ordered from a restraunt my order has not delivered and your #ing app says its delivered
You cheapsters. You are just here to con us. I even havent any contact number or name of delivery guy. Even the restraunt is not helping me in any way.

I ordered food yesterday from food panda site to janavi restaurant in bangalore.
Within one minute showed me that it got delivered.This is ridiculous.
How come..?Magic

When i called restaurant i got to know that they have not received any order on food panda.
I did not get my food and lost my money 147.

I want my money back.
