On food panda i ordered a veg roll and the payment was also done by paytm but is order is not delivered. on the page of my order list, the message is shown as 'delivered' but actually it is not.the delivery boy says that it does not come in his area then how the payment is done... the message of required area should be shown before the payment... i want my refund... i hope take my problem under consideration as soon as possible...

    Food panda cannot be trusted anymore, at least not by me. My order got placed and even the restaurant's confirmation msg was received, but after that no reply, no msg, nothing! I even abused the chat support, but no reply from there also! Now i am assuming that i have been cheated by this super fraud website i'll never use it again! Never!! Plz somebody sue this fraud company run by a bunch of fraudsters!

      I have ordered the food last sunday night 09.16.2018 around 11:05 pm which never delivered to me however as per foodpanda app food is delivered.
      So we called super fine chicken biryani mr mehboob [protected], [protected], they said food panda delivery guy picked the food, then we called the delivery guy he said he left the job 2 years back.
      Something is going wrong here, i would request you to please refund our money back asap.

          I ordered food online at 2:20 pm on 19th sep, got notification that it will be delivered in 30 mins, but i didn't got any call or sms, only getting notification from app that food is delivered. Also i tried contacting their support through chat but no one is responding.

            I had ordered puneer butter masala order code s3kp-c6I9, but the order has not delivered.Please take immediate action on that.I hav through this no.[protected].It shown that the order has delivered, but I have not yet received.Such a disgusting things they are doing.

              I received my foodpanda from toast box causeway point, it was all spilled out.. Left only 30%.. I am not satisfied with the delivery. Liquid spillage, messed up everything and I am left with nothing to drink!!! Do revert with a satisfactory explanation and compensation. Refer to attached pic as evidence.

                I had made 3 orders amounting up to a total of rs. 324.21.

                On 14th september, i was given a refund of rs. 157.79 for the foodpanda order #[protected]@1. - which is not the amount of the order (Rs. 176.79).

                And i have got no intimation or confirmation about the second transaction - foodpanda order #[protected]@1

                It has been almost a week and there is no response from the company also.

                  Foodpanda they r running a scam. I ordered chocolate they sent gulab jamun and the delivery person was very rude i have recorded all the conversation. Today i order smthng the status showing delivered i haven't recieved anything even after i had paid the amount. Man they didn't have any customer service no. Very clever. They r not replying on chat aswell i have all the proof nd now m gona file a case against foodpanda... #foodpanda scam..

                    After the cancelation of order my money is not still refunded in my paytm wallet.. today 18/09/2018 i ordered in foodpanda by mistake... so i canceled my order after the payment...a massage came to my mobile that my money will refund within 4 hours.. but still my money not refunded in my wallet ... i am tensed about that...plzzzz slove my problem quickly...

                      I had order 1 Chicken Malai Tikka Roll under foodpanda's scheme for RS29..My order was accepted and I paid via Paytm, the restaurant has confirm the order but the delivery guy(Amit Tanwar-[protected]) go to pick up my order. I call him lot of time but he said that hi is on the way but, i called up so many time but same answer given by him, but after few minute his phone was o[censored]nreachable. i check my delivery status in the application the items was deliver but i didn't receive. I have all conversion of call recording with your foodpanda rider(Amit Tanwar) it's way of talking not acceptable. It's not about Rs.29 I felt something fishy about it. I m complaint you on Indian consumer court for this treatment to customers.

E 18-sep-2018, recently i had ordered some food from my registered mail [protected]@gmail.com but the food was completely leaked inside delivery guy's (Mukeshkumar patil, mob-[protected]) bag when he was about to deliver.                               I ordered food on foodpanda on Sunday from burger king, greater noida (16/09/2018) and it was showing that food is being prepared so I started waiting.
                              After waiting for 45 minutes, I again checked the status, it was still on preparation stage.
                              As per the rules, the food was supposed to get delivered to me in 45 minutes.
                              So, I opted for help support, but it took a lot of time to start the chat.
                              So, the only option I was left with is to write an Email, I wrote an Email telling them about the problem, but they didn't respond.
                              The next day I again wrote an email they didn't respond.
                              I then tweeted about the same to the official food panda account, still there is no response.
                              They haven't refunded my money.

I was informed that the amoiunt will be refunded within 7 to 10 days but the amount is still not credited in my account.

                                  I had order dessert under foodpanda's scheme for RS19..My order was accepted, money got cut but the delivery guy did not go to pick up my order ..After 4 hours foodpand said they will refund my order...I told them strickly that i dont want RS 19 back but the dessert that i had order since it was their scheme. I felt something fishy about it but stood my ground against their customer care chat...and finally they told me they will issue special voucher which will be valid for 1 month... When i went to use the voucher which was showing on my app it was not functioning and then one fine day that voucher also dissappeared..I have all the email conservation from foodpanda end..and also screenshot of the conversation by customer care. .I tried to contact them through mail but they are not reply ..i guess they are trying to wait for the one month to get over and then will say voucher expire ...

                                    Ordered sandwich was not delivered even after 2 hours and they changed the status to delivered. When i contact the shop, they told delivery executive taken it and not responsible for the same. When i contact delivery executive he told he is not even picked the item. It is a terrible experience with chetty's corner.

                                      I placed and order using foodpanda app on 25 august.
                                      The order was never delivered.
                                      Neither i received any information about it.
                                      2 days later i informed the incidence to the foodpanda support.
                                      They cancelled my order, without disclosing any particular reason behind the undelivered order.
                                      Then with quote that the refund will be credited within 7-10 working days the support chat ended.
                                      I have been waiting since then for my refund to be credited, but even after 3 weeks it isn't..
                                      I even mailed them twice in between but received the same old copy paste reply of "refund will be credited within 7-10 working days".
                                      I think they do not know how the days have been counted.

                                        I ordered around 1:47 and its 3:00 now.. I have been trying the restaurant from past 1 hr since the number provided in my account seems switched off.. I tried contacting support staff to help me out for the same but staff is just checking my order since half an hour and the responses are like 5-10min delayed.in addition to this, the support personal haven't checked anything till now, just asking me to bear with me.

                                        I have already lost my patience and the pathetic support from the support personal hasade me loose my calm.

                                        I am really disappointed by this service. I want some actions to be taken for the same.

                                        1. Why does the app shows status as delivered even when my food was not delivered.
                                        2. Why is the support personal took this long for the responses.
