I have been trying to order for more than 6 times but they always decline my order even when the payment was done online. Never ever gonna use this # app ever. I was starving for midnight food in my office so i ordered from foodpanda and this is what happens when you order from unorganized and disordered food delivery marketplace. If you are lacking in delivery executives please try and hire some more or shutdown.

    Food is a fake app which promises discounts on deserts and never delivers it, the delivery executives are not trained and they threaten us. Orders gets cancelled and the worst part is no customer service. We have to wait for hours to chat with a customer service guy. No number or mail available for instant resolution. Pls don't fall prey. Cancelled orders are deleted from order history and delivery executives mark orders as delivered even though order is not delivered.

      Hello my order no is order id u8ob-fj73 and my name is ashesh tiwari. It was an order from burger king. Even after an hour my order was not delivered and now it says on application that the order is delivered. I want a refund for this order. There are no support executives online on chat to support.. I left endless messages. Please look into this matter and give me a refund.

I didn't receive the order even after 1 hour and the order is showing delivered in the app. I have already paid money online for the order.               I placed an order of kulfi on 8th sept from kulfiano, saket but i didnt received the order and money is also debited from my account.

              This is very dissapointing from foodpanda as i received order is delivered but it was not delivered. Order code - m7jt-vl9c.

              I have written mails to foodpanda and also, contacted them over live chat but no response is received from them. Can you please look into the issue so that my amount is refunded?

              Please dont used foodpanda for food.they are fooling us by providing coupon. After that they will block ur account fooling that you use multiple.                 Dear food panda,

                Even before the delivery was possible, i asked the delivery man to get change of 500 rupees. He insisted he had no money and i should find the money, which seemed like an order! I told him to come, i would manage somehow. Looked through all my belongings and found 250 rupees. The total according to my receipt and food panda was 248.85 rupees. I found the money required to pay the bill.
                When the delivery man arrived, he kept insisting that the bill was 285 rupees, and it didn't occur for me to check the bill, which said 248.85 rupees on it. So i somehow found 20 rupees more, but was missing 15 rupees. The man made a huge fuss about cancelling the order after delivering. And was criticizing me for ordering food wiht the option of cash on delivery and not credit card. He kept insisting that i should have paid by card. And he was absolutely rude and horrible the entire time belittling me.

                I asked him to leave, and locked my door, he made a face, cursed under his breath and left.

                Later i realized that the bill was 248.85 rupees, and i paid the correct ammount. He lied!
                I am really pissed off

                  On 8 sept 2018.. I make oder mcd delivery using aplication food panda.. I make oder before 10pm.. Then i received call from customer care.. There informed me.. There recieved double oder.. N i request cancel one oder due to first oder unsuccessful when i try made payment by credit card.. Then second time i made oder use online bank in n the oder successfull.. How u feel after 2hour im waitting for my food n oder its cancelled... Its hapen many time to me...

                  I haven't received the food, i have ordered the food on 5-9-2018 at 2:40pm, my order code is w6hy-umcs. As per app notification food has marked delivered but i haven't received.
                  If you don't want to serve food panda so please let us know, we won't order again. Someone is hungry and waiting from last 1 hour and what they get nothing.

                  Today I ordered cake, order is not delivered at home but status of order was showing as Delivered, I called delivery boy he was not answering my calls, even I started chat with customer care, I did not get any correct response from customer care representative. Very third class service provided by Food Panda. I lost my trust from Foodpanda
                  I have been told time and again that the refund has been initiated on the 30th of Aug. Its the 11th of Sept. And still it has not even got refunded in my account. And even my bank is saying that no such refund has been initiated from foodpanda's end to the bank. This is totally fraud. Please refund my moneu

                    Today i ordered chicken burger on offer for rs-29/- i. E., on 8th september 2018, 6:47 waited for couple of hours, but didn't deliver the food from your end. I made the payment through online, called the delivery boy several times, but there was no response. I want the amount to be refunded.

                    I ordered food. But these guys are not responded until I let them know. They have to deliver with in 30 minutes. After 1 hour they said canceling my order. This much concern they are having with their customers.
                    I have ordered food yesterday evening, there is a cheap behavior from delivery guy, the guy is very rude while talking, without my permission, he even deciding to give back the food and marked as delivered. i did not received my money back also. if food panda is running in a promotion, should have value on that.

                      I have joined food panda on 20th aug2018 and its been stated that payment will get on weekly basis. But i didn't get my payment since i joined.
                      Foodpanda executive had missed one digit of my account number to mention and they told me that they have updated the same before 1 week but still i haven't got my payment.

                      As my colleagues have already got their payment.

                        On 6th of september 2018, i have ordered for a sandwich from food panda. I have got the message that order picked up. But without delivering the delivery executive marked it as delivered. That person didn't even call me regarding the order. I have tried to talk to chat support, but it is one of the worst customer support i have ever seen. I have mailed them regarding this on the same day. I didn't get any reply for that.

                          I am vishal garg. I have placed an order through food panda. The restaurant to which we have given the order has recieved the money. We have ordered 1 soya chaap masala of rs110 from 'shahjis by indichow' (Resturant name). After placing the order we called the restaurant but the restaurant is permanently closed since many days. So we want you to return our rs110 positively as fast as possible.

                            I have ordered a subway club sandwich from the laketown subway joint. I payed with my debit card and chose the honey oats multi-grain bread. If they did not have the bread, they could've told me over the call. But when i received my order, it had the plain wheat bread. It was ordered for my guest. Very disappointing from subway. I want a refund as soon as possible.

                              I placed an order through food panda last night i. E. 6th september 2018. Payment of rs 150 was made via paytm. I waited for my order but no details of deliveryman was shared neither did i receive any call from him. After an hour status of order was showing delivered in the app. I was not informed of the delivery at all. I have tried to get in touch with chat support 7 times but no response received. I want my refund. Such horrible service was not expected. Customer support is even worse.

                                I ordered some food last night order id m5fx-cuds (06.09.2018) delivery time was 41 mins. My order was confirmed at 7:39. I called the delivery person when it was updated in food panda status, i believe 2 guys were delivering the food so they picked up and i hear that ki tu baat kar tu baat kar none of them wants to listen. I called again they picked up and simply said teri location kya hai as if im his brother, what do u mean by teri location n all. I dint said anything as it was already late and told them 20 times about the location but every time they called they were asking for the location finally when they reached around 9:10 still at that moment he was in next building. I was very angry at that point of time my evening was already ruined. I have to reach early morning to my work place so i dont want to get into any conversation. When i opened the food packaging it all over over mixed with chutneys n all. I did not eat that stuff. This was an harassment by food panda and by clay oven's. Surely i will forward this complaint further to the concerned authority.

                                  I placed an order on 6th sept 2018, at 11:27 but it has not been delivered till now and the restaurant in charge said that there is no delivery executive from food panda present to take the order. When you don't provide any delivery executive why do you take orders then.. Should have informed then and there.. If my order does reach by today i want refund of my payment.

                                    I have ordered a food item on 19-aug-2018 but the restaurant had cancelled my order as they don't serve that item. I have paid an amount of rs.232.62/- through online payment. As i have enquired the support team through chat they told me that i will receive my refund on 30-aug-2018. But until now i didn't received my refund.
                                    I have 3 points on which i need to complaint:
                                    1) why do they provide the food items which the restaurant won't serve and why don't they update the menu list?
                                    2) why they don't have any customer support number so that the issue can be resolved?
                                    3) why don't the support team respond quickly to the customers, if they have cannot support the customers ontime why can't they get back to us with a solution?

                                    I have never seen such pathetic service.

                                      I placed an order and when the deliver boy came, he refused to come to my location to deliver it saying that he cannot come to slum areas and will only deliver it in building colonies, arguing for 15-30 mins he asked me to cancel the order and will not deliver it.
                                      I asked his name for placing a complaint and he gave me a wrong identity "ali khan" where as the actual name is "akhikh naimuddin mansoori" which i got it from the application with his number - +[protected].
                                      Also i had a chat with support executive parika, and all she did was to cancel my order and asked me to place a new one, however i denied cancelling and she avoided me on this.

                                      I didn't got my order my money was deducted from my Paytm and i registered complaint also byt but there is no response yet

This excecutive drink all our stuff and ask us to cancel the order as the deal was so cheap he grab our stuff. And he told to cancel the order he will refund the amount by paytm but we don’t want amount we want our order.. I want to know about my status of my complaint and status of that delivery guy.. I also want to let you know that he abuse me after a long conversation... I want about the my complaint status on call. And then he showed the status as delivered but i didn’t received any order and any amount as well azar-[protected].. And if there will be no enquiry happens this would be taken very unprofessional... I will never use food panda again and never recommend any of my friend to use
