Hello, i ordered my food from boat noodle restaurant in cyberjaya, dpulze through foodpanda but i did not receive my food. I waited for almost 2 hours. I paid through online banking. So my money is already deducted but i did not receive my food. It's 10pm now and the restaurant i ordered is already close. So what should i do now? I need a answer or i would have to take action for this. Thank you.

I had a conversation with sheyral from the chat support at food panda. I am writing this email using the desktop as it is almost impossible to collect the chat data using an app. I have a copy of all the chat data.

Is this the way you talk to customers. They are supposed to know that this kind of authoritative language is not permissible. I am a customer, moreover, i have paid for the food upfront.

I want the refund instantly and if this is customer service, god save food panda. I have been to some countries and one thing i know for sure is the horrible customer experience in india with a population of 1.6 billion people.

Let me tell you something - i agree the customer may not be absolutely correct or may be demanding. But the customer is after all the very reason that the business exists. The customer might be irate or even wrong, but there is a way to talk to me or any customer. We are not slaves, it is a free nation.

I need strict action to be taken against that agent and her coordinates;.

Awaiting your reply. We are not bloody stray insects that you show such disregard.

I placed an order from burger king yesterday through foo panda. Biggest mistake i made. I paid for the menu before delivery. It was such a poor service by food panda delivery services. Part of my order items was lost. They brought in such a condition that it seems like they were about to eat it.
I was continuously calling to make sure they will deliver. They were not intending to deliver as it was already showing delivered in food panda app. First they gave incomplete order. I called again than they delivered half of it. It was such a pathetic experience. They dont look like they were from genuine company as they were looking like a local guy who was on his way to home and helping some one to drop the parcel.

I have ordered from cafesta an order worth 235.52. Through foodpanda on aug 01 2018 at 3.46pm. Payment was done online and order was confirmed. Order history is showing delivered status and support team was unable to contact the delivery person. There was no assurance regarding delivery nor the refund of payment done.

This is pure financial fraud on part of foodpanda.

I ordered the food from food panda at Preet Punjabi sending bill no 30994 and received stale food I called the hotel about delivered stale food they answered that you can directly talk to food panda rather than giving any satisfactory answer.

Intially she asked to share the pics of food and we shared
We got replied by her that there is no pneer left infact paneer was in the delivered container .
We did not get any satisfactory answer by her she said she can initiate only 50 rupees voucher
We are totally disappointed
Very bad experience with food panda and hotel preet wakad
We asked them many times to take it back .but they were refusing it

At least by raising complaint I am hoping to get any satisfactory response

Sir i have order 5 butter roti, 5 rumali roti, a half kadhai paneer, but the order took 1hour 20 minutes to deliver the food, and the the rotis are without butter, i raise this issue to the support assistant priyansh tiwari, he was saying that they can issue refund amount only for butter that was not there on rotis. Around half an hour later they said that they can replace only rotis, but my issue is that how can we accept only replacement of only roti, if 55 minute takes the restaurant to deliver the food, then how can we eat the rumali roti and kadhai paneer when they becomes cool. At last i was telling that if you can replace the full item becomes it becomes cool at that time, but they denying for any replacement, the restaurant food is with us, because the rotis becomes tight, not able to eat,
I have request to you refund my whole amount because the food they send to me is also available with me, i didnt eat anything from it

I received food 1.5 hours late, after that it was soaking in water when i received, when i asked foodpanda to return this order and give me a refund, the chat support lady spoke in ridiculous language.. She tells me to eat whatever food you received as the weather is bad outside and it's raining your food is bound to be dripping in water.. Highly objectionable customer services and ridiculous delivery

Foodpanda is providing falsified status with orders, the company is charging delivery fee as extra on food charges, but the delivery is worst among all other companies.
Customer support is not helping to cancel order and refund.

Wow. The same was told to me before 30 mins, do you expect me to wait for another 25 mins and then contact you guys, then again another 22 mins...
Is there anyway to cancel the order, as the food is wasted now, rider picked the food 2 hours ago, so now again 30 mins, after 2.5 hrs food wont be same

Very very worst services, always declining the orders even after order got confirmed.
I got only apologies more than my orders from food panda.
I order for lunch at 1pm on[protected] order got confirmed and amount has been debited in my account but after sometime they said that order declined then called from food panda taken order to different restaurant but it's also got declined. I waited for my lunch till 3pm but finally got cheated with food panda.
Previous time also happened same thing order got declined even after confirmed the order and debited the amount. Got a mail saying that refund process initiated you will get your refund amount in 7-10 days, i waited for 15 days didn't get my money back, then i contacted food panda customer care they came to know that refund process not yet initiated.
I got more and more apologies from food panda rather than my orders.
It's a headache and gets hurt being order food from food panda...

We have placed an order after some time we have received an sms stating we had to cancel your order due to some issues and we will refund the amount if deducted. Till date we haven't received the refund it is almost 10 days. Please help in getting the refund. We have already contacted food panda team through chat there is no proper response from them. Need to stop this type of non sense from food panda. They dont have proper data base as well.

Ordered a food over foodpanda, After ordering they have shown that, it will take 95 minutes to deliver. I have asked them to cancel it, but, they told it can't be cancelled. After 95 minutes of waiting they haven't delivered my food. After tha t, they weren't able to track for next 40 mts.
Then, afterwards, they told they are cancelling the order. 2:30 hrs of waiting, and they ### service.

Resolution -- If they can't provide service, then they should not be in this business

Worst service by food panda..

I have installed app yesterday and placed an order but unfortunately after payment I have received notification as restaurant canceled my order and I have to wait 7 days for my amount.. This is my first order experience..

When I placed my second order.. Restaurant confirmed my order and amount has been deducted from my account and also received confirmation message as my food is on its way and 8 min away. I have waited for one hour but no one came, when I tried to reach the delivery person. I shocked his mobile number switched off. I tried to contact chat support team and they told my order is on its way and slightly delay but it's almost more than one hour. I have placed order 10.00PM and after 2 hours at 12.00 food panda chat support confirmed me that they are cancelling my order without any reason after some time they told me they have delivered food and updated as delivered in app but I have not received any food item. After my enquiry they are saying regret for inconvenience and offering me complementary meal.. All this nonsense happened to me is attached.. And I suggest everyone not to use this kind of app.

First order(u4sn-kaip) made on 8:15pm. Restaurant accepted order after 45 mins. Order got cancelled. Live chat helped me to place new order(s2pi-4hdv) on 8:51 pm. Got call from foodpanda customer care at 10:00pm. You have two choice either pick new restaurant / cancel order. Worst service. Please don't waste your time. If they are not able to deliver why to wait 30/1hr for confirmation

Food Panda is a cheater. they do not check the orders and deliver incomplete items. to complain immediately, there is only a chat through app. Food panda doesn't bother as they have already received the payment.

while complaining on chat, Food Panda simply delete the chat instead of resolving the problem.

I suggest everyone not to use FP, better you order directly from the restaurant, at least they find solution and satisfy you.

I ordered dal and khamiri roti from Karim on foodpanda app, the delivery guy got me home food chapati and arbi ji sabzi, I told him this is not mine, he told me to talk to foodpanda, no way u can reach them except chat on app, I hanged on the chat for long no solution, he asked me to send pic, sent 3 times he said not received, I asked for Whatsap no or mail I'd, he said I can't share with u, u can't do anything when u have already paid, I deleted the app

I bought cream yogurt from panda Aziz mall
It is poisonous .
This morning I started to get my break fast when I tested it ..I start vomiting. ..
There are so many spot in the cream and they are black ...so horrible to see .
I felt sad and angry at the same time

It is so bitter tasting ..
I am not ok ..and I fell so sad ..

Please find u way to stop this product to be sold in Aziz mall.
Shat supposed to get out of it is just sicknrss and sad feeling you get in this is morning. ..
Away I am not ok right now ..because I had headache and sour test in my tongue
And that is too bad you get this feeling in the morning Sir .
This what I have us experienced this morning with is expired bitter test of cream yogurt product.

Yesterday I ordered for a plate of Dum Gosht Biryani from Behrouz Biryani. The dish which I received, had a very small piece of mutton. No one will say this preparation is a Biryani, to me, it was combination of a small piece of mutton+gravy+rice. No taste of Biryani... quality and quantity were very poor, the only good thing was that I received the hot parcel on time..

My friends, whoever read this post, please never order this dish again. neither I will do..

I will try if I can take proper action against this vendor if I get help from the administration.. these cheaters should be punished very hard.

I ordered food from FoodPanda. They accepted my payment and after that informed me that the order is cancelled. After contacting customer care, I came to know that they will refund the amount in 7-10 days.

Reply from customer care:
"You will receive a confirmatory email about the refund within 1 working day and the money will be credited to your respective account within 7-10 working days."
"We understand that you are eagerly waiting for the refund, however, due to banking procedures it generally takes 7-10 working days for the amount to get credited to your bank account."

What does foodpanda do with the money? Earn interest by keeping it in their account for 10 days? This has been going on for a long time. Something is suspicious here.

My order yesterday got cancelled but my money has been deducted from my bank account. I couldn't order again because I was scared to pay again. this is not the first time each and every time I order from food panda it happens. I think they are taking the money and rotating for 7 - 10 days and then giving back to us. I want the money to be transferred. And if we contact their customer service they only have chat facility, they are worthless, they don't even bother to reply.

I had ordered one American burger, two chicken maharaja burgers, one chicken crispy burger one large French fries and four chocolate lava cakes from burger point Chandigarh. However I was delivered a veg burger in place of chicken crispy burger. The rest was correct. On contacting the restaurant I was told that nothing can be done about it. There is a differce in value of order however the restaurant is unwilling to do any corrective measure.
