I ordered food worth rs.508 from legacy of awadh and applied a 10 percent discount at the time of checkout after which, the bill and down to 468 inr. But when the order was placed, it showed that i had to pay 508 inr, which meant my discount coupon was not taken up. I paid up 508 and now i need my extra money back either in coupon or cashback. Thanks

    Hi,
    I ordered pizza on 22 nd november 2017, waited for about 2 hour but not received, called them multiple times but they said wait for 10 min again again but still not received. At last we cancel that order. It was my farewell party felt shame due to food panda service. I need to left office by 7 p. M after a long wait.
    For that pizza i had already made payment till today amount is not refunded.

    As per your policy if pizza is not delivered in 30 mins pizza hut will return amount as well as delivered pizza. It is applicable but in my case nothing is applicable really shame on pizza hut as well as on food panda.
    I need pizza to delivered to me as well as refund.

      Hello, i placed a small order on december 03-2017 of rupees 231, from the food panda website from the restaurant ravmchis vindhu. But after few minutes i received a message that...

      Hi suresh! We regret to inform that ravmchi's vindhu (Main branch) has declined your order. If paid online, refund will be automatically credited to your account within 4 days. Look forward to serving you soon.
      But we didn't receive the amount till now. So plz give response us as soon as possible

      I ordered Pizza from MOJO pizza, and paid 1113.8 on 10/11/17 but they did not accept the order so i got call from food panda and they conveyed the same on the call only i ordered 270 biryani from boxetr, they tolled i will get back the reset of money but till now i have not got any money.

      could you please return me back the money?
      I have ordered paneer tikka, but receivedwrong order without paneer.
      It's been 2 n half hours and the food is not delivered... Food panda customer care service is not helpful either... Most of all when I am ordering my food from food panda app why the hell should I talk to the restaurant guy... Please make it clear whether I am paying the concerned app or them.

        This is my reference number. The complaint was loged on 23rd novemeber for the refund amouny of 70 rs.. After 10 days i have talked to them on chat twice..[protected]. This is the reference number.. Everytime i get the assurance that money will be credited into paytm wallet very soon.. Yesterday i was being told that i will rcv the money within an hour.. It been more than 18 days i havent rcvd the money

        You morons, if any product has been discontinued by the restaurant you should mention it on your bloody site. It's your responsibility. The whole order of customer ruins and the worst part is you guys are not even ashamed! Better shut this app and start using zomato!

          I had place an small order of around 233 rs from online website food panda /empire restaurant-mosque road frazer town, banglore. Minutes after doing the payment i got a text stating that

          *dear foodie, unfortunately your order from empire restaurant (Mosque road) has not been confirmed due to restaurant's operational issues at the moment. Don't worry! Panda is here to rescue! You will shortly receive a call to replace and confirm your order with an equally good restaurant. Your patience is highly appreciated, team foodpanda*

          I got a call from a landline number [protected] mr. Chetan, i have the call recording. He said that the order was declined from the restaurant because the order was not available, where as i noticed on food pandas website they clearly had mentioned that order is available before 11pm on some orders but on my order nothing as such.. My only complaint is that if the order was not available why was it on website without any note. I cant wait for more 60mns to get the order replaced it's already 12:45 and im starving even after paying.

            I ordered veg burger from mad momos in pune through food panda app. They sent me non veg burger. When i complained to food panda they asked for photo of the burger and after looking at the photo proceeded to tell me that its a veg burger not non veg. After a time they stopped responding to my complaints. I am attaching the photo of burger not that it will be much help and the conversation. You expect a level of decency but how this matter was handled showed gross negligence and inability to own up to mistakes and do something to correct it.

              This is to inform you that my order was not accepted by the restaurant till morning and i have to sleep empty stomach the whole night. Also, after complaining the same thing multiple time to your executive through chat i have not received the refund nor the compensation of what i faced.

              This is not acceptable. Please refund my money and that also is conveyed to chinmay on of your chat representative to whom i am i am on chat currently. But he is also not cooperative and is not giving me a cal back even after requesting multiple times.

              I request you to kindly refund my money back as it is totally unfair.

              I have ordered from an restaurant in patna & they give me after 30 minutes of delivery time.
              My order was cancelled by the restaurant and money was deducted by the foodpanda.Afterthat, when I contacted the customer support they confirmed the order from other restaurant and then said it was a typo error.

                I had placed an order at foodpanda app with a restaurant called maarkesh.
                Initially receive a call from foodpanda after 30 minutes of the order that the delivery will be made within time.

                Then i receive a call from the servicr delivery boy named mahesh who had absolutely no sense of language and spoke to me in the most non-respective tone ever heard, seemed to be some local with no sense of behaviour. He called me only to tell that he wont deliver at my address and that i have to cone halfway to pic the order.

                Even the foodpanda customer service was absolutely useless as they dont provide a contact number to call on.

                Also the only way to conact is via chat which is even more pathetic as they take ages to respond.

                Also the kind of people that foodpanda uses as delivery are not very trustworthy as they seem to linger around even after delivering.
                Not only are they uncivilised but also seem to be goons with their appearance

                  This is ridiculous service. I had fully paid for an order on food panda at about 11am with birdy's powai. That order was cancelled
                  I was promised that next order will be fulfilled.
                  At 11.20 rolls mania i placed an order through a food panda executive. That was cancelled too
                  Third time when i chatted the order was reopened but on calling the delivery boy saying order is cancelled. This is apalling service. The executive refused to call me even. Will post this on a consumer complaint forum. Am reachable at [protected]

                  From the images you can see an order at 11am is not delivered by 1pm as well..

                  I ordered from FP and ordered from KFC and from u I got the bill of 731.85 bugs and I ordered as COD and when I got the delivery the bill was 735 bugs why I have both the bills with me so I also complaint against it to you but could not find any solution.so I take legal action against FP or KFC I want to know that

                    I live in delhi and have ordered food from one of the resturants named "the feast box" on 3 november 2017. I was just back from work and really hungry and ordered white sauce pasta and chicken chopsuey but pasta was really bad; now i tried to contact food panda but there was no way to have a telephonic conversation so i opted for live chat option. I had chat with three customer care representative namely
                    1). Risha
                    2). Aashima
                    3). Arti
                    They all made me look like a fool and left in middle of the conversation without even actually listening to my problem. Now i am typing this complaint still hungry and still wating for my issue to be resolved. I dont know whose fault is this the resturant which served me the bad food or the company "food panda" who would not even listen to my problem. Food panda actually doesnt even care if there customers are satisfied or not. This was my worst experience and will certainly be my last experince with food panda. At last i have a suggestion for food panda people; please dont treat your customers like # and keep them hungry as we are the one who generate income for you and after this experience of mine you will surely have atleast dozens less customers to satisfy.

                      Don't order from Foodpanda. In biryani got rubber bands and complained to customer service. They have not taken it serious. Don't order bledy [censored]ing Foodpanda.
                      I ordered food in McDo now and paid via gcash.. However, a message popped up that payment failed but the amount was deducted to my gcash account.. How can I get my refund? I wasnt able to screenshot it because it just popped up i think in just a second..

                        This is regarding the communication issue with food panda. I have ordered food from xxxx restaurant and unfortunately it was not confirmed, and i received the same thru a text msg after 30 mins, where as the delivery time is 45 mins, and till then i have received no info from food panda (I was thinking the rder was confirmed and food delivery is in process). The money was deducted form bank. Though, i didn't receive any text from food panda or xxxx restaurant regarding the cancellation.

                        I tried in many ways to contact food panda, but i am unable to do so. The website shows "live chat" option, which is waste of time and never working.

                        My sincere suggestion is, to maintain a proper communication, with in time. Post the contact number thru which customer can communicate with u easily.

                        Dont bugggg us. Please.

                        Yesterday (16/10/2017) i was ordering on Foodpanda for Chinese rice from Moko's. After completing the order as well as payment i received a message from Foodpanda stating "your order is canceled" but still the bill amount was charged on my card.

                        After sending multiple mails to the customer care i have received no reply from them.
                        Paid full in advance for my order in hyderabad on 22nd . Order was cancelled at last moment. I was told by executive that I will get refund in 15 mins. Later was told 4 days . And now 10 days. Food Panda is making money on customer's cancelled orders by delaying refunds by giving illogical reason of process.

                          Sir i ordered food from food panda and pay the bill by paytm but first thing they took 15-20min for confirmation of my order and then they said restaurant decline the order and the money will come back into your account in 24hr but i don't have money to order again... Please help me i don't have money to order again... I got call from food panda and the mistake they have done is that when every restraint is closed in my locality then why they are taking order... I want strict action against this kind of work... Resolve my problem asap!

                            I had made an order on food panda app dated 18 oct 2017. Order was made from kakaji's restraunt whitefield bangalore. Food panda delivery guy mixed up the order and when i reported the issue of missing items in my order first time they told restaurant is closed (When i checked with first agent) second time they told that restaurant guy told them that he has sent the item. Further wrote there standard script we are sorry for inconvenience... Take this as exception... Indirectly putting the blame on customer of lying. And asked me to check myself with restaurant. When i did a proper investigation it was found that the delivery guy messed up two orders. And on asking for refund initiation ticket they gave me a cold reply that they will check with restaurant owner. Earlier also once i got a different item in my order. That time when i raised the issue they told that u consumed what u got else we could have initiated a refund. This time they first tried to put it on customer then not ready to accept the fault and initiate the refund and then left the chat i have attached all screenshots of chat. I apologise only to make use of a bad word under frustration.

                              My name is gnanasekar first time ordered food through food panda mobile app, we ordered 1 family pack sultan's mutton biryani and we are very excited to have food... Perfect time the delivery boy delivered the food and took money rs.647 rupees include taxes then went, we are ready to eat food and before eat this food i hope that it will nice and i rated the experience with order food panda, i gave 4 rating then we taste that food... We are identify that pieces are beef flush, we r had very bad experience with this type of cheat service. I talk with live chat executive parav he so helpful and he will not believe my words and they support their client sultani biryani restaurant, he said that they will not deliver the beef piece but i ate beef piece and they not agree my words again am trying to prove that will u arrange lab test i will prove this is beef piece, representative not agree with that they try to save that restaurant, i received call with food panda customer support he told same answer, i fed up with service and i need to prove this is beef piece why i should pay this monday for unlisted item, kindly take necessary action with the food panda and sultan's restaurant, they make fool as customers and i need refund money back..

                                Foodpanda agents are illiterate and truly non english speaking twats... Just act like bots and speak nonsense in broken english. Bloody gaon walas.
                                I placed order with this unhygenic restaurent called maha rasoi pimple gaurav pune and it was smelling bad... Chicken was tight.
                                Fp chat has long waitin period and ten they say hotel is closed call next day... Next day chat service not working and there is no other way to contact.

                                  This is the worst service. I had ordered food from foodpanda on 8 oct 2017 at 9.30 pm. I had paid the bill online in advance. I was given the order no and confirmation of successful order and payment. The order no. Was '"s7xx-k85r". About after 1 hour when i didnt receive my order, i called at the hotel which was going to deliver my order. However the hotel said that they have received no order from foodpanda for me.
                                  There is no customer care/helpline no available for foodpanda. So i had to go for online chat help. There waiting period was very long. When i was connected to chat, they lied to me that the hotel had denied my order. Because i had already talked to the hotel, i knew the truth.
                                  I know that the orders may fail sometimes. But foodpanda did not intimate me that the order has been failed so that i could have looked for some alternative. Food panda lied that they had send sms, this was not true. How could it happen that the sms for confirmation code arrived within seconds and the sms for intimation never came?

                                  Food panda is a cheating service. I want them to be punished for not intimating the customer, because of which i had to sleep hungry on that night. Because in the whole process, it was too late in the night to look for an alternative.

                                    When rain falls food panda update message on their ordering site and app saying "please note that order delivery might get delayed due to bad weather/traffic conditions" "got it/thanks" and customer clicks on "got it/thanks" and place the order, once restaurant accept the order (Due to rain, there may be more orders and conditions will be bad) after regular time (Let's say restaurant usual delivery time is 1 hour) food panda/customer calls the restaurant and asks about status. When clearly while ordering it self it saying your order may get delayed but customer expect food in 1 hour, we can't blame customer but food panda it sel[censored]pdated that pop up on their systems and they keep on bugging restaurants and says as it is delayed you have to give complementary to customer or they update at back end saying order declined, though food delivered may be 30 to 45 mins late and that money will not pay to vendor saying as this is complementary to customer.

                                    This is completely cheating and some customers intentionally utilizing this.

                                    Govt of india please take action on this due to this food is wasting and more people cheating restaurants with the name of food panda complementary policy, and food panda is cheating vendors.

                                    I ordered a food from Masala street via the food panda APP to iit delhi on 13 october 2017 but during the delivery the whole quality of the food was deteriorated by the delivery boy.

                                      I have paid for food from punjabi grills restaurant, bavdhan pune on foodpanda app, but because of their app's technical issue my order was not placed, but money got debited from my bank account. Now i am contacting foodpanda through their live chat. I have told my problem to 4 foodpanda customer care agents but everyone need their time to resolve and before resolving my problem everyone left the chat. Is it called customer service. One more thing one agent told me that i get will get my refund in 7 to 10 working days and in next message she says i need to check whether payment has been reached to us or not?. What??. I want my refund soon. They are saying they require this much of time for banking procedures. Really?. Its all foodpanda's problem not mine. And main thing there is not a single proof that they will give me refund. Its difficult to contact foodpanda thorugh chat cause by every 5 mins their agent changes and we need to tell whole story to them. Foodpanda please refund my amount.

                                        I ordered butter chicken from punjabi tadka through food panda and after receiving it, got to know that the quality of the dish was pathetic.

                                        Its tastes was totally sweet like a halwa and without any butter or cream.

                                        Me nd my family could not eat it and threw this in the dustbin and ate maggi.

                                        Please guys dont buy food from these cheapsters, they r just making us fool nd
                                        Robbing our hardearned money.
