Food Panda — my account is blocked without any reason | |||
Foodpanda blocked my account without any specific reason and now no response from them. Receiving only system generated mails and messages. The order was undelivered so i used the coupon again and they are sending the note o[censored]nfair and misuse of coupon which actually is not done. They have automatically cancelled my order and now they are not refunding my payment.They tell it will take 7-8 days for refund. This is the fifth order they have cancelled. This is happening from 2 days.

Im not able to use voucher codes at food panda. I contacted the customer support who informed me that they have black listed my nos due to some suspicious activity.
I request you to kindly get my nos unblocked so that i can use fp effectively
