Foodpanda — refund not received even after 3 weeks | |
I placed and order using foodpanda app on 25 august. The order was never delivered. Neither i received any information about it. 2 days later i informed the incidence to the foodpanda support. They cancelled my order, without disclosing any particular reason behind the undelivered order. Then with quote that the refund will be credited within 7-10 working days the support chat ended. I have been waiting since then for my refund to be credited, but even after 3 weeks it isn't.. I even mailed them twice in between but received the same old copy paste reply of "refund will be credited within 7-10 working days". I think they do not know how the days have been counted. The complaint number that is generated is # 6165848. Was this information helpful? | |

I order thunde stom swirls but i did not get the order the delivery boy give me onther thing that i dont order and the product is not good when i call the delivery boy he told me that complen it .

We had ordered a 2 burger in andheri east location had already make a payment also but we received only one burger and trying to contact on given number of food panda but number is wrong.so can you help me in that or refund our money & we call that delivery guy he don't know about that. The order was place on 16th sep., 2018 at 11:27am.Estimated delivery was in 17mins.Its been over 1:30hours.Its not been delivered by the agent named santhosh kumar shah.And no option for cancellations too.Such a fraud app.so disappointed by this.
