My name is Chitra Shekar .On[protected] i gave my car for service in elite ford mahadevpura, Bangalore. The service was horrible because my car faced issues after servicing like increased vibration, dashboard noise. Thus i had to return the car to the service station on[protected] and received the car on[protected]. Even after receiving the car second time none of the problems were resolved, in fact in the second time they told me to replace the rear left side spring coil bush which i accepted to change but after receiving the car from service station i realized that the cars rear right side spring coil is jammed. The next day when i went to elite ford regarding the jammed suspension complaint they are blaming it on me that i have jammed the rear coil spring and refusing to replace the rear right side spring coil. The service executive named shivakumar is least bothered about the resolving the matter . Thus i went to the manager to complain but later realised that the manager singh was also stubborn and not at all intrested in resolving the matter. None of the covid precautions were taken in the service centre, in fact the manager was himself not wearing the mask, when questioned about it he told me to mind my own business. This attitude and service by elite ford is just not acceptable. Please resolve this matter as soon as possible by replacing the right side rear spring coil .

    As I purchased my car on 17november 2020 from Shubham ford Gorakhpur, I asked to put spoiler and Stepney Cover, and extended warranty. On 17th because of marriage occasion It was urgent to take the vehicle, so i did. But on the very day only Stepney cover was fitted, still spoiler and Extended Warranty papers are pending.
    Naw the agent Chandrabhan and Gagan both the taking it very lightly, and not showing any intrest regarding my complaints.

      Hi, FCIPL has been playing around with me since 2 months, first they delivered my car NOC to an old address, in spite of informing them well in advance ad sending them new address proof, now no one is updating on the status. They have been sending the same crappy replies but no action has been taken yet. I have completely lost hope on ford customer service now. This is not acceptable at all !!

        Ith reference to above subject i had serviced my endeavour car with cauvery ford (Bangalore) and as previously mentioned regarding brake issue has been repeatedly occurring and while applying brakes at the speed 40kms it doesn't apply effectively last friday ie on 25/11/2020 while coming from vellore to bangalore i had a narrow escape as brake could not work effectively and missed a major accident, and this is the third time since the vehicle purchase but there is no proper response from ford India .kindly repair properly or replace the vehicle.

          I am having a Ford aspire where it is serviced by Kairali ford cheranallur. This time I could see the wheel nut covers are not in shape where they can't unscrew the wheel nuts . Then I realised this is a fraud from ford. Cause the wheel nut size is 18 and you guys have a thin cover that makes it the size 19. This wheel nut cover is so pathetic that it will be destroyed easily like it will get shapeless and then u can't use either 19 or 18 for that to change your tyre. I like to know what's the same issue happened in ford in the year 2019 to 2020 where I'll like to know with information act later on this issue to find out the nuts that have changed. Due to this you can't change your tyre if yoy are in a place where your tyre gets punctured. I've seen many ford owners cut this wheel nut cover to save themselves. When I asked there is a gratitude of 25 percent on wheel nut. Hilarious

                  I am very disappointed with ford, showroom in Gonda, (U.P.). Its an habitual offender and always pays rude behavior with customer. My vehicle (UP43AL7518) is deposit in Gonda Ford showroom for repair on 07 NOV 20.They told me that your vehicle will be ready in one week but now more then two week has been past and there is no action. And manager is saying that apne hisab se karunga ...
                  My vehicle is fully insured and they also demand extra money on the name of file charge.
                  Please do needful action.

                    I would like to place my complaint regarding work quality for my ecosport which was repaired 4 month back at dwarka Ford service center and I had visited your place from ghaziabad to dwarka just because of service as I am regular customer of harpreet Ford at shahibabad but I gone through review and I visited for my driver side door change and It was done but I got complaint same time when it was fixed but I was ensured that now to there won't be any problem regarding quality of service but within 4 month paint of door is coming out which I believe because of work quality this problem is occurred so pls look into this please refer my details below .

                        OD 02 BM 5435 .Whenever we approach for any service at capital ford we are not at all happy due to the behaviour of Kunmun Rath.
                        I tried to call her 3 times but she did not pick up and when she called me back she is asking for feedback.
                        Therefore I request you to kindly consider about service quality and most importantly the behaviour of Kunmun Rath mam .Take necessary action and we hope for better service in upcoming days.

                          I bought a new ford figo titanium blu on oct23 2020. While driving on a kacha road a stone hit engine oil sump if my car. I pulled over the car immediately and took the help of towing service to reach the showroom.
                          The showroom people after keeping the car for 10days reported that the engine has malfunctioned and should be replaced that costs 1.5 lakh.
                          Ford sales team mandated me to purchase insurance from them in lieu of dusserah offer and now the insurance company says the car didnot get comprehensive insurance and engine cannot be insured.
                          Ford sales team at visakpatnam pps ford didnot mention me about the insurance addon policy that covers the engine and the service team gas been so rude to me on contacting ford on [protected]@ford.com to explaij my regret.
                          I wish a proper action shall be taken on the same for
                          1) handing over a improper insurance policy and mandating me to purchase it from ford itself.
                          2) A brand new car's engine getting malfunctioned within 15days of purchase, that is now costing me around 1.5lakh.
                          The car didnot even get its fisrst service done and the permanent registration number hasnt come yet.
                          Please help me to reslove the issue do justice with respect to the issue.

                          The insurance and the build quality are both bad from ford end and I am suffering mental torture and financial loss from 11th midnight till date after not even using the car for 20days after purchase.

                              Dear Sir/Ma'm,

                              I would like to raise my complaint against purchase of my Car Ford Aspire CNG. Car is registered at RTO, Kanpur, City and Vehicle no. is UP78-GA-1686. I had purchased on 28/11/2019 from MGS Ford, Lucknow. I had purchased this Car for use of my father at my home town Kanpur, City. As in Kanpur City, this CNG car model was not available so I made advance booking and purchased it from MGS, Ford, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow.
                              Since the purchase I am struggling with this Car getting issues with CNG Kit.
                              When I had inquiry for purchase of the Ford CNG car, I was told that from MGS, Ford Sales team that it is company fitted CNG Kit and Car Service would be available in Kanpur as well as all over India. During delivery of the car, I got to know to CNG kit will be fitted later and it was not company fitted but Ford had tied with CNG kit provider and Ford will provide warranty for CNG Kit. For the First service of Car I had to go to MGS, Ford Lucknow because in Kanpur all service centers denied for the service indicating that they do not have Ford, CNG car services.
                              Since purchase of the Car from first day, I am getting issues with CNG Kit and while driving CNG is not automatically converted from Petrol, since purchase of the car in 1 year duration I had visited almost 5~6 times MGS Ford Lucknow Service center for the same issue as CNG service is only available there not in my location (Kanpur city). I am fed up with this Car and totally dissatisfied by sales & service of the "Ford Car company". I was cheated by The Ford company they have sold faulty product and services are also not available.
                              I would like to escalate to higher officials of Ford Sales and Service team would strongly request for permanent solution else return of the Car as early as possible.

                                I have Ford Figo car since 2011.In Jalgaon Saraswati ford Service centre, servicing experts are not there.I got bad experience manytimes.I told them 2 times recently pl check cluch plate but they don't do it & finally after 15 days clutch plate gone & I suffered badly with my complete family at the time of traveling outside of Jalgaon.
                                I suggest & humble request to all Jalgaon side customer pl atleast don't go for servicing at Jalgaon Saraswati ford

                                    Hi,
                                    I'm writting this complaint to register my dis-satisfaction towards the first paid service of my Ford ecosport. I have used Adiv ford Vaishali for the first paid service of my car along with the alignment and balancing. I must say I am not at all happy with my car tuning, alignment and balancing. My car just run 20, 000kms but it is giving me the feeling that I am driving a 5-6 yrs old car. Previously from last 24yrs I was driving Hyundai and this is the first time I have purchased Ford product and joined Ford family. But unfortunately my experience is not as per the required standards. Somewhere I am feeling cheated by using the product which is not properly service at the authorised service centre.

                                    Hoping for your appropriate and corrective action, so that I can continue my trust with the reputed organization like Ford.

                                        This is not a complaint. It's only a query.
                                        I have 2015 model Ecosport. Recently after 60000km service its is found that the front tyres inner side was worn out significantly. The alignment test shows only difference in total toe.
                                        I have changed all the 4 tyres. Please tell me what can be the cause for this issue before I take it to the local dealership. Attaching the alignment test result.
