I bought a Ford freestyle titanium looking at the online brochure which shows fog lamps and parcel tray as part of the accessory and when receiving my vehicle, this was not available. I contacted the dealer who mentioned they get the vehicle without these accesories and Ford no more provides these in this model. I complained to ford and no use, the response does not make sense.
Please read my mails on complaint no[protected].
My decision to buy the vehicle also depends on such factors and i have been cheated. Please let me know how I complain against Ford if this is not resolved

    Dear Team,

    My Name is Akshay Shetty and I own A ford Ecosport 2013 KA19 MD 6623, from past couple of months I am facing engine problem in my car. The oil consumption is on the higher side. The car has run more 1, 10, 000 kms uptil now. The service and all us upto date. I am spending a lot on daily bases for Oil. The consumption of so much oil by the engine alerts a major problem. Ford being a revered company I seek solution with utmost priority as you people promise customer like me the top quality service

    Kindly peruse the above matter on priority basis and give me a proper solution. If it's delayed then I have to knock the door of consumer forum

      Hi Team,
      My car number DL9CAS1147, I have send it for service at pahwa automworld private limited on 26th Feb 2021, i have told them that I am facing a problem with horn which they promise me that they will change and another was clutch hardness, they told me that both things are absolute normal, we have done bleeding and all the that stuff, this car was send twice for the same problems but they are not agreeing on it...I have told them that if you want check the hardness u have go to market area to check the hardness but they refuse, and now I have come with new problem fuel guage meter I have fill the disel tank and now it's not showing the meter is reflecting 3 lines and it's not moving...team if this kind of service center ford is maintained I am sorry it's zero where mr Subash service advisor is zero.

        I gave my vehicle to Harry Ford trivandrum, to claim after a bike hit my left rear tyre and bumper KL07cq6094, they changed the bumper and checked the left rear tyre and said nothing is wrong, after 6 months only that tyre got worned out and then I complained to ford, they asked me to take the car to nearest dealer kairali ford cheranellor, service manager Rakesh over there was very rude on top of that I explained everything to him and he said he will look into it and then after doing the 4 th service he charged me and said we have done the service and can't claim since there is no impact, i clearly told him when I gave him the vehicle about claim but that time he never told me I can't claim and after the service he has given me a bill and said I can't claim which he should have told in the first instance, now I am stuck my vehicle is with dealer and they are stating it will cost 25k, sales guy from cheranellor Shyam told me he will speak to rakesh the service manager and get it done and he might have to create a dent in bumper to claim and needs my consent via mail, now he is stating otherwise, I have the call recordinggs for everything . This is my last ford vehicle . I know you guys will tell after 6-7onths I am telliing this- I am not a mechanic how will I know the bend in axil, after 6 months when the tyre got wormed out I realized there is something wrong

          Hi my name is Justine and I have a ford Figo my complain number is [protected]. So basically my car has an accident and I had to send my car for repair to delhi ford on December and they told me that I will get my care after 5 days and they delivered it but once I got my car the back light was fused which was a new light that they fixed and the back light was also shaking and the car was not completed properly. So I complained to delhi ford and they took my car back and again did the necessary. Once I got my car back I realized that even the paint work was not properly finished so again I called them and gave my car. Then they told me that the rubbing needs to be done again after that they send the car back to me and again it was unfinished the back was not polished and it was ruf surface so then again I had to take my car back and once my car came back after few days I found my car paint becoming black patch all around where ever the work was done. So I complained to delhi ford for it and again when my car came back it still had unfinished work and now the pant is becoming liter and getting patches again where ever the work was done. So I finally completed to the ford customer care and I requested them that give me some other services center instead of delhi ford. So Mr, Zakir told me to take it to harpeet Ford for Inspection and I did. They told me to wait for approval and I waited after few days they are calling me and telling me to take it back to delhi ford for repair. Why would I trust delhi ford for my repair again. The delhi ford service center is not good at all and even the ford customer care is not helpful at all. It's been a waste of my time to complain. It's sad to see ford beeing such a good company cars to be handled so poorly.

            Sir,
            On 25/2/2021 my eco sports car serviced by Sidhant Motor at Hisar. I received car in the evening at 6.00 pm. Next day morning car does not start. I ask to shidhant motor staff to send some one to check the car but they deny. Then I sent the car to Auto market, they told last two year they have not checked the battery at the time of service. there is no water in the battery. A lot of dust was on the battery.

            They told me service charges of car 4200/- but they charged 5700/- and the way of talking was very rough. Kindly take action

              Dear sir/madam,

              I am using ford fiesta 2011 model now past one month i m facing problem while driving 3rd gear some little jerking is there if running more than 60km/hr there is no jerking
              Not even crossed 50k km in my car I'm facing this problem regular maintenance and all doing showroom only last maintenance done in Vijayawada Andhra Pradesh
              Want to know y it's happening ok i understood some wear and tear is there but km 50k also not crossed

                I sent my car for servicing to Ford Poonamally Service centre on 18/02/2020. They checked battery and recommended replacement (Just about two years of life). The battery was changed (supposedly), and the car was door delivered. There was no document like warrantee card etc., to prove that the battery was actually changed and the old battery was not sent back with the car. Other minor replced parts were in the car.

                Please check if there is a scam out there to recommend premature replacement of battery so that the removed battery could be cashed in.

                Do you set dead lines to resolve complaints or this is an eye wash exercise where you expect the customer to get tired and sign off?
                This is a non committal reply. Who is customer support? Where do I find him.

                  I want to register a complaint against pps ford lalbagh. They sold freestyle diesel titanium plus top end model to me. Within one month car started developing problems. Sudden vibration in car when idle. And beep sound keep coming when car is off. Visited pps ford lalbagh with car, they did not fix the issue and send back saying it is normal.

                  Again promised to send tehnician home but they are avoiding my calls. I am going to file a case in consumer court

                    Yesterday i.e on[protected] at 11:45 am I gave my vehicle AP31ER9909 for 30000 kms servicing at fortune ford kondapur, and received my vehicle by 3:45pm.

                    Before giving my vehicle to servicing there are no complaints in my vehicle but after receiving my vehicle am getting a strange sounds from car front area where engine is equiped. I reside in sangareddy town which is 50k far from service center, I lost 1 valuable day and money, ultimately I received a dissatisfied service, kindly intervene and do the needful

                      Today morning I’ve faced some unusual overtaking while I was going on my work. The driver was continuously driving on a high speed and he was trying to overtake every Scooty and vehicle available on the road. He was trying to make faces as well...and he was about to hit us.
                      I want to complaint about the rash driving behaviour of the particular car owner who was not following any of the traffic rule...he even breaked red light but there was no camera to capture it and no police to watch this...the driving pattern was not good at all...pls look into this.

                            I am trying to sell my car and requested ford for LFC for/Loan closure form with details of my loan statement. But ford has failed to serve this simple request. I want to close this loan so that I can sell my vehicle but seems ford is of no use and feels like I am being tortured. The teams with whom I dealt are useless. Faced no issue with Maruti, Tata and Renault. I need this loan closing with all the details ASAP.

                              Music System - Ford Figo

                              I am a proud owner of Ford Figo since 2011. After my first Battery change, my music system didn't work and it was asking for some Code, which I missed during shifting. Once during a long drive, my kids kept on trying various codes and it got locked. I submitted that to Narayan Ford, Lucknow for opening the code. They said that we will have to send it to Chennai for opening the code. Now, they are telling me that they need to change the motherboard...

                              I purchased Ford Figo at Elite Vehicles Pvt Ltd, Bangalore on 29th Aug 2012. It is completely driven by me at the recommended speed only. Every year I does the annual service at Ford Service. As on date, I have driven close to 54000 Kms so far

                              Few weeks ago, while driving I noticed the Yellow flower indication and when I checked in Ford Service, they replied me that 1 fuel injector failed completely and the 2nd fuel injector is almost dead condition and advised to replace them immediately. Also, they told me that after replacing the 2 fuel injectors only they can tell the condition of 3rd & 4th Injector status whether it will long last or it will fail.

                              I googled and found that the Ford Figo manufactured in the years[protected] has this fuel Injector issues. I request you to please check on this and give me a permanent solution.

                                  I am using ford fiesta classic car and it was give to fortune ford service center for yearly service with engine vibrate problem. Executive told me that is because of injector problem and I replied him leave that vibration problem asked to do regular service.
                                  He deliver the car now withour running condition. When I given the car to service center it was running properly and working fine. Now they have handovering without working.

                                  I am very disappointed and i didn't expect this from Ford.

                                    I gave my car to service. service engineer came with bunch of parts to be replaced. He was not giving any guarantee on whether it can run for another 2-3 months. So I had to get them replaced. Now the bill is 37k. All I am asking them is to reduce some portion of their profit so that it will be that much less burden on me during this carona time. Ford india south region saying they can't do anything on it.

                                      I had given my car for annual serive to PPS form Yelhanka on 7th jan. Initially they told me that they will give the car the same day which i had wanted. They ended by giving me on next day evening. It was a pickup and drop. when i got the car back it was ok as i just drove around and found that it was ok. I had pointed out then itself that no outside cleaning was one, it was stil dirty.

                                      Since the car usage is very limited I actually found this issue after few days when i took it for a longer drive. There was no water in the screen cleaning liquid, then i tied to open the bonnet which i could not as the small strip of plastic which we have to pull to open the bonnet was broken and so i could not open the bonnet. '
                                      When the next day one guy came of inspection (Gopi) he told me that he will replace that and somehow opened the bonnet. That is when i came to know that there is no water in visor cleaning tank. he took snaps of that and left. when i tried to fill water there the complete water come out from the other side. Don't know what has happened. When i called up the supervisor he is not responding. When i called Gopi he said someone will call me, this has alson ot happened.
