Dear,
The car was given for service at jsp ford kudlu gate bagalore. Post service the number was erased from the front number plate. Secondly the charging unit is missing. After a week of complaint also no action is taken.

      I’ve Ford freestyle titanium petrol 2018 model. When i started my navigation it showed message “path file does not exist”. Before giving the car for service i was using the gps, later i used it after 1-2 weeks after service and it started showing the above message. As i went to service centre they said the card got corrupted. When asked how it is possible because no one know how to open the card slot, they simple said you have to purchase the New card which will cost ₹9000. They not even put the card in laptop for checking weather it really got corrupt or not. Moreover its not my fault is software got corrupt. Its there fault and why should i pay for the same.

        My car no is endevour hr 26bv 5914, i have been getting vehicle serviced from harpreet ford gurgaon for last 4 years.

        Since the servicing started getting handled by the duo of anurag and vijender rathi my bill started shooting upwards of 35k everytime for last many servicing. My car has only done 95k and its brake pads have been changed thrice, for last few services, at 5 pm i am told, here is this major problem and the car has to stay for one more day... I suspect big foul play and even after paying hefty sums... Every time my vehicle come back... It seem in the worst condition... My usual usage is very easy and low... With very less wear and tear...
        Today also i was told in the evening at 5 pm that car has to stay as last munuit they have found issue which needs to replacement of parts which is going to cost 35k. Over and above 20k which was billed for regular. Service.,...
        I asked for the car to sent back immediately... Which case back after three hours. While i was tried to be heckled around...
        Today again i have got my vehicle back with just some oil being polished on the engine top, steering etc... There is no sign of any washing of the car, one of the lights of the car inside is not switching off... On calling anurag was told that he does not know and will send a mechanic top check it in the morning...
        I love my vehicle and feel cheated by harpreet ford gurgaon of very bad service even after paying huge service bills...
        Finally have decided to never go to harpreet ford and hope that someone will looking this flying of customers and help me out...

          Clutch is hard right from beginning... I hv complain so many times at service centre but they didn't fix it properly. They used to say that is all right but it is very difficult to drive especially in markets or in traffic in ecosports.

            I anand didwania was travelling from pune to indore on 29 aug 2020. There we met with life threatening accident where our car' back tyre swayed off while it was running and car got flipped 3 times over at chandwad. By grace of god, we are alive but have major injuries. Our 2.25 years old son was also onboarded. We purchased this ford figo 3 years back because of its build quality. But how come tyre could come of the metal part of it? We need justice and support from ford.

              I Have Purchased a car Ford Ecosport 1.5 TDCI Titanium from your dealer Diara Ford Hazaribag On 21/08/2018, They Provide Quotation of the required Services like (Accessories, Registration & Extended Warranty), I had Paid Full Amount As Mentioned Above In Quotation, Right Now The Service Executive of Dealer Told me that Your Car Is Out of Warranty, I[censored] want to extend your warranty u have to pay the amount, but I had already paid for 3rd & 4th Year Extended warranty as mentioned in quotation which is attached in this mail and I had Paid full amount of quotation, But Now company is claiming that your car is out of warranty

              So, I Request you to please Solve my problem as soon as possible for your better experience

                Sir i purchased ford ecosport titanium plus from tanish ford gurugram on 17th of aug this month.

                Now my complaints are as follows
                1. Apart from vehicle prices they charged me three thousand something for essential kit telling that it is not part of vehicles prices
                1. They charged me for body cover after reaching home i tried to put it on but it was not for ecosport but for ford aspire

                I told same thing to dealer he told it not available with us, now my new vehicle is without cover since last fifteen days, if they don't have, they should not be charging for me. They are not agreed to return my money back so that i can get it from another showroom...
                Most of the time dealer not picking up the phone also

                Plz look this matter seriously, it gives a feeling of careless behaviour towards ford

                  Respected sir it's horrible to tell you that I have purchased my new vehicle Ford freestyle on[protected].
                  *With include of loan facility by bank which is named as Vinayak souharda co-operative society. But the above mentioned Bank didn't get another key until now and they are threatening due to the irrelevant handling of key.
                  *From the day one up to now the battery condition is too much weak and until now I can't start the vehicle properly. And the battery already gone
                  *Until now I have raised the complaint three times in pps ford hebbal banglore and toll free number also. But the major fact is there was too much week while upto 25000 km two tires already got too much of crack I think the tire condition was not good or else in the service time battery and tyre may be changed by the service section.
                  *If we raise the vehicle over 80 kilometres speed engine will come upwards and nothing increase in speed properly. It's already noticed by Hubli showroom also.
                  It's horrible to say that I am already exhausted with the vehicle and I have purchased top end Ford Titanium plus MT and it's irritated to me now I am thinking to sell this vehicle better to go with the Hyundai venue please kindly solve all my issues immediately if it is not possible in this week I will go to the consumer court also.

                    I have serviced my vehicle yesterday at ks ford kota... And after servicing i found that the whole car is bumping on road from rear axle.. And i have told them to fix the rear speaker which is not working but instead fixing they removed a button from the steering wheel and i found it missing today morning when i checked my car from inside... Moreover overall service and washing is tooooooooo worse.,... Worst experience ever from k. S ford and ford motors...

                        Issue - I have bought the Ford ecosport thunder edition in mid 2019. Its been just an year and i have seen major problem of rain water accumulation in the car carpet in a parked car. Due to this water accumulation, its airbag module is corrupted/damaged. Harpreet Ford Service center, sector 34 gurgaon, is not considering it as manufacturing issue and not covering the damaged part n water accumulation under manufacturing warranty.

                        Desirable resolution - This should be treated under manufacturing warranty as there is no accidental reason for the airbag module damage and water accumulation in the car.

                        Kindly look into this matter.

                          Sir my car ford aspire 1.5 diesel purchase since oct2017 and my car is in warranty period. My car jh12h7188 was breakdown on 26/06/2020 on renukoot (Sonebhadra, up) due to technical reason. So i tow my car to gsr ford, renukoot on 26/06/2020 but after 1.5 months gsr ford’s technician was unable to start my car. Gsr ford sent my car to gsr ford varanasi on 07/08/2020 after 1.5 months. Then now gsr ford varanasi give me 2 days to start my car but till date 15/08/2020 he was not unable to deliver my car.
                          So sir please took into matter on serious note.

                            Good afternoon,

                            Can you please help us on this complaint regarding car issue on going since 2017, please resolve either by new car or full refund or i might have to go to consumer forum or sue dealership and ford. My parents has kept quite since long, this is not what we expect from the car nor from the company. The car broke down every month since we bought, it is just 3 yrs. Old, you can review car report it visit dealership for repair every quarter, this is ridiculous, there should be some manufacturing issue since beginning which is not resolved by dealership nor by your company. You can check the car only service at this dealership and you get full report how many services was done, what they have done, what are the issues!

                            My parents bought a ford ecosport automatic in india nearly end of 2017 from dealership name : kings ford-surat, 135 premier plaza, next to big bazar, piplod dumas road, surat, gujarat 395007. Since we bought car they never happy as car were giving lots of trouble to them, because of this car my parents get mad at each other and fight as well because whenever they want to go out it is not working, it is not reliable at all. They are in their 70's, they used to drive manual car it was my bad decision to sold there old manual car by thinking buying new automated new car so they can peacefully drive without gear switching hassle and with better safety feature, but i did not know what i am buying, i ruin there regular life, the old car never problem to them.

                            The problem is battery run down issue : every time by father had to stop someone and tell them to jump battery before the leave and they get late or before their happy smooth journey they get mad, dealership replace the battery in very beginning somewhere in very first quarter after purchase however after that even it is not working and giving problem, i bought battery charger from usa and sent them to avoid feeling embarrassment. Yesterday they went somewhere and car completely stopped, it start but they could not reverse or forward the car, they called dealership someone came far around 20km from the dealership to the spot they towed it dealership, my mom had to take rickshaw (Auto) which she found very hardly as it was late evening, no traffic, no auto willing to go to place where we leave fortunately little paying higher one auto took her as he seen old woman carrying lot of grocery and my dad waited there till some one comes to car almost 1:30 hrs. Then my dad had to took another rickshaw to come home it was all disaster. Think if it was breakdown in halfway midnight somewhere there is no one to help or to give a ride.

                            The dealership now said to them give two day for observation for the battery and then we will provide you the feedback and return the car to you, they said battery running down so quickly because rearview camera light on!! Seriously!!! Can not believe the answer. The car has serious other issue as well apart from battery, can not they figure out or they do not want to fix it, car still has warranty and it went for the same issue to dealer so many times! Or they are making fool to old client and ford is loosing the respect. We were quite since long but unfortunately whatever happened on yesterday it blew me up and my parents had to travel by auto in covid situation which i never wanted hence i request you now please help us.

                            We are tired with this now, please change the car or refund the full amount.

                            This is really frustrating and can not wait for permanent solution.

                              Dear sir / madam
                              My ford spire car regd. No. Up 78 eu 0080 handed over to m/s - girdhari ford, gaya (Bihar) through rsa on dated july 11, 2020 after accident at arwal, aurangabad, bihar.
                              But repairing works not complete to till date, after ask him they are saying i have no some parts of this vehicle, when parts is come then works will be complete.
                              So i want to know how much time will be taken by ford india and vehicle will be deliver on which dates. Kindly take a necessary action.

                                  Sir/madam,
                                  I roshan ch dahal, booked ford freestyle on 02/07/2020 and paid all amount (Cash plus bank finance from sbi) on 06/07/2020 from saharsh ford gangtok sikkim. I got registration details through sms on 7/07/2020 as the car registered as sko1pc3622 on my name. The showroom said they will deliver my car after 5 to 6 days as because of lockdown they need time to print number plate.
                                  I waited for a week, but didn't get my car, now it's more than a month but showroom people give some illogical reason to turn me away. I haven't received my car till today. I already paid 1st emi of the car without even getting to touch it. I sent email to ford official id but that didn't make much difference.
                                  Now please tell me, what should i do now? Where should i go? Who is responsible for the mental stress and frustration i am going through? Who will pay for depreciation value?
                                  Please help me to get justice.

                                    Hi am Deepak from Tamil Nadu, I was purchased ford figo aspire (petrol) on 2017 in Tamil Nadu servesh ford in Vellore, from the purchase date onwards am facing the vehicle pickup issue, my friend also using this same model (same petrol verstion) he given good feedback to me and suggest to purchase this after that I was drive his vehicle with nice pickup only I finalize the aspire, but unfortunately my vehicle have the pickuping issue my friend also feel the same while driving compre to him using the aspire with same model. Somany time I was completed to while service but the problem is not solved, I believe the ford vehicle performance and good service but unfortunately am fellet. Kindly get my feedback as much as possible and solve the problem.

                                      Today I am very annoyed and feel trapped in a scandal. In these few points, I would elaborate on every single point which made me feel a victim of harassment. All required documents have been attached.

                                      a. In March I decided to buy Ecosport Titanium+ AT from all the options which were available through CSD. The dealership on the first day of our visit gave us an option of choosing any color but just after 2 hrs, he said that car of white color would be available within a month and car of Canyon Ridge color would be available after 3 months. In my opinion, the dealer should have told me before in hand when I was in the process of choosing the color. What changed all of sudden ??
                                      b. I decided of getting the car booked of color Canyon Ridge and Virendra Chahar from The TARA Ford, Hisar asked me to pay Rs 50, 000 then only the booking can be done. So I paid the dealer a booking amount of Rs50, 000 and the delivery date of the car was 14 June 2020. A few days before the delivery date, I called Virendra Chahar(salesperson from Tara Ford) to enquire about the car, to which he said that the car would reach on the scheduled date and asked us to pay the rest of the amount. A few days later he called me and clearly said that only a white car is available because the company is not making the car of Canyon Ridge color just for the Automatic Transmission car. I was so surprised to know that like a few days back he said a different thing and now he is saying different things. Again the same picture comes in to view that he already had a white car in the stock and wanted us to buy the same.
                                      c. I called the customer care but did not receive a reply and then I mailed to Customer care regarding my issue. I am really thankful to Mr. Santhosh for putting so much effort and getting our car arranged of the same color. Without his effort, the car would not have been arranged.
                                      d. Now Another issue comes into the picture. I received information regarding the dispatching of the car on my name, The dealer asked me to get the payment done in the CSD and I paid the full amount of Rs10, 33, 660 and he completed all the paper giving a file of car availability. I was going places to get approval from CSD Depot to which they said that your car's approval for BS-VI has not been updated from the company end.
                                      e. I want to ask a few things here.
                                      1. If Car was not approved in the CSD then how come the Company issued the CSD rate list?
                                      2. If Car was not approved then how could the dealership take the booking amount on the name of the car mentioning the car to be in CSD?
                                      3. The approval process from the company has to be done prior and then only the company is authorized to issue the rate list and take the booking amount for the same. Why was this not done as the set procedure is already known by all the automobile companies?
                                      f. This is not the first time, Already the same has been faced by Capt Bhoop Singh, his file was rejected thrice from the CSD Depot because the BS-VI was not updated by the company. This clearly is not professionalism. Knowing the file would be rejected and knowing the approval is not in place then why did the booking amount was taken and the rest of the process was done. Why did not Virendra Chahar or the dealer mentioned that the file will get rejected while I was continuously visiting the CSD Depot? This is what you call harassment.

                                      I have been waiting for the car since March and still, I have not received the car. I am a Senior citizen and a retired Army Officer still has been putting effort into the approval and visiting the CSD Depot again and again which is definitely not my duty. I had a great image of this company in my mind but frankly saying now I feel harassed and feel as if being trapped. This is not at all acceptable. This is definitely mental torcher, financial loss, waste of energy. It is almost a delay of a month because of the approval. This calls out for strict actions from your end.

                                        Dear concerned,

                                        I had purchased ford free style vehicle from mody ford hyderabad. After paying 9.4 lacs a person will feel that car will be really good but from second day i am cursing myself for taking decision to but ford. From initial day the ac was not working and on second day it was taken to workshop where person had put gas stating gas leaked and gave car back. Again the ac was not working and car was taken back stating we will fix it. Now they say some seal is broken and needs to be changed. Moreover the google maps are not working and car is giving jerks on gear change. My question is when a person paid full amount then why he or she should take a faulty vehicle. According to the dealer the pre delivery check up was done and so was the quality check but nothing was found in it then why the problem came. I am sure no one will be willing to pay amount for faulty product.
                                        People were saying ford is good but i am finding it otherwise. Through this complaint where before writing this, i have already sent complaints to ford india, mody ford and to mr vinay from ford india about my concern and what a replacement for my vehicle or money back. A persons sentiments are attached with new vehicle and now i am feeling as if i am sitting on heap of problem creator.

                                        Please replace my vehicle and if not possible then please refund my money. I will definitely go for maruti.
