Can you please help us on this complaint regarding car issue on going since 2017, please resolve either by new car or full refund or i might have to go to consumer forum or sue dealership and ford. My parents has kept quite since long, this is not what we expect from the car nor from the company. The car broke down every month since we bought, it is just 3 yrs. Old, you can review car report it visit dealership for repair every quarter, this is ridiculous, there should be some manufacturing issue since beginning which is not resolved by dealership nor by your company. You can check the car only service at this dealership and you get full report how many services was done, what they have done, what are the issues!
My parents bought a ford ecosport automatic in india nearly end of 2017 from dealership name : kings ford-surat, 135 premier plaza, next to big bazar, piplod dumas road, surat, gujarat 395007. Since we bought car they never happy as car were giving lots of trouble to them, because of this car my parents get mad at each other and fight as well because whenever they want to go out it is not working, it is not reliable at all. They are in their 70's, they used to drive manual car it was my bad decision to sold there old manual car by thinking buying new automated new car so they can peacefully drive without gear switching hassle and with better safety feature, but i did not know what i am buying, i ruin there regular life, the old car never problem to them.
The problem is battery run down issue : every time by father had to stop someone and tell them to jump battery before the leave and they get late or before their happy smooth journey they get mad, dealership replace the battery in very beginning somewhere in very first quarter after purchase however after that even it is not working and giving problem, i bought battery charger from usa and sent them to avoid feeling embarrassment. Yesterday they went somewhere and car completely stopped, it start but they could not reverse or forward the car, they called dealership someone came far around 20km from the dealership to the spot they towed it dealership, my mom had to take rickshaw (Auto) which she found very hardly as it was late evening, no traffic, no auto willing to go to place where we leave fortunately little paying higher one auto took her as he seen old woman carrying lot of grocery and my dad waited there till some one comes to car almost 1:30 hrs. Then my dad had to took another rickshaw to come home it was all disaster. Think if it was breakdown in halfway midnight somewhere there is no one to help or to give a ride.
The dealership now said to them give two day for observation for the battery and then we will provide you the feedback and return the car to you, they said battery running down so quickly because rearview camera light on!! Seriously!!! Can not believe the answer. The car has serious other issue as well apart from battery, can not they figure out or they do not want to fix it, car still has warranty and it went for the same issue to dealer so many times! Or they are making fool to old client and ford is loosing the respect. We were quite since long but unfortunately whatever happened on yesterday it blew me up and my parents had to travel by auto in covid situation which i never wanted hence i request you now please help us.
We are tired with this now, please change the car or refund the full amount.
This is really frustrating and can not wait for permanent solution.
