I have purchased Ford Figo in MPL Ford Showroom, Chennai (Tamilnadu, India.)as on April 2012.
I was very satisfied with Ford Figo, by its Performance & Reputation among all other Hatchback Class vehicles in India.
I was using Ford Figo regularly & haven’t noticed any major issues. After 60, 000 kilometres i have noticed some sound variation and mileage drop.
immediate i have updated in next service in showroom, they told diesel engines like this only sir no issue..
2 day (12th Aug 2019) i have noticed a Malfunction Notification (Yellow color), which was appeared while driving then immediately
I took my car to ELITE FORD showroom at Bangalore and Technician verified and told Glow plug issue we need to replace but now parts not available come come after 2days.
then after 2days (14th Aug) I went to ELITE FORD Showroom then another technician check the vehicle and told this is issue with fuel Injectors (2 Nos got issue).
Are not functioning & shall be replaced with the new & costs near about 30, 000Rs. Here i have one Question they are not aware of the exact issue and they opened job card to replace blow plung (cost around 8000).
then informed injector also issues.
I never expected this type of serious problem within in my car, I did regular Service each 10k kilometres .Check my Vehicle history how much amount i spent for service. still now didn't gave out side.
Officially I have registered a complaint with Ford. After that i got the call from Arun ford india customer care. he suggested to give Vehicle another showroom and check the issue.
Hence in order to find a solution for this issue, I was obliged to write a mail to you about the captioned subject. And I read few of the complaints
then i come to know 2012 ford Figo Vehicles having Injector problems, asked same question to ARUN Ford Indai customer care person. he told if you having this issue you can't run this many Kilometres 100K.
If Ford india identify the injector issue, why they didn't recall the vehicles?
I am very upset with Ford & not ready to bear 30, 000Rs (may be more) cost for this unacceptable reason.
I am expecting your favourable reply with immediate effect, or else I will publish this issue in Internet & recommend not to buy any Ford Vehicles.
Also I will definitely register a Complaint in CONSUMER COURT, if you don’t respond professionally & beneficially to me.
