My car ford figo titanium kl07bv2945 is lying i the service centre of [vs ford kozhikode since 5th of september. The issue was with break fluid leakage and key cylinder. The service advisor says the spare part has to arrive from chennai and waiting this long and no update from the advisor. When i call his supervisor he says i will update you tomorrow ie the 20th day for the vehicle in the service centre. I am a frustrated and unhappy customer as i received better service in kochi with kariali ford where i took the vehicle in 2012.
I work with iim kozhikode and request intervention from ford.

    I brought ford ecosports tit in jan 2019. Iam very happy with car driving but car has problem with its tyres in very first month there is inside leackage infront tyre i repaired. But after 15 days again leackage side of the tyre. Iorally complain to arun ford, nagpur. I have this 5 th car of different brand. Maruti, hunadi & ford but u r co. Dissopointd me. There were 7 puctures repaired in last 4 month and latest one is bigger than other 3 punctures in 2 inch circle on side of tyre thats unrepair. Thats why i complains to service engineer to inspect the damaged tyres.
    I request you to replace my all tyres. Coz i'm afraid from side cuts. Pl solve my problem as early as possible.

      Sir my name is srinivasa reddy jinkala, i am chartered Accountant, MY Vehicle Registration number : AP27BZ0942, my vehicle is total loss because of accident, insurance claim is settle and U R FORD CREDIT INDIA PVT LTD Gave NOC To me, but until now ( more than 6 months) termination of hypothication is not done until now, i requested u r representative so many times and as per my knowledge he try his level from last 6months but until now that vehicle is not hypothication release

      Please solve my problem as early as possible

      from last 6 months this problem not solved, i know how many times i call and already i contact so many times RTO office, but they said FORD SHOW ROOM HAS NOT AUTHORISED IN ONGOLE, (NOT REGISTRED IN ONGOLE)

        With ref service of my car ecosports trend plus (Diesel) dated 10-aug-2019, was not satisfied totally, the service cost pained myself near about 9000 inr. Problem is below mentioned :
        A) horn not checked. B) clutch was not checked and hard. C) some rolling sound coming while accelerating. D) feeling no special that car service is happen.
        last saturday 14th sept went to your workshop and stated the issues. with test drive, advisor has admitted that clutch is hard and rest of all perfect. he said clutch works need to be done. I have already waited from 12:00pm to 1:30pm. some body works need to be done and through claim, and supervisor stated that your clutch works will be done at that moment.
        Now please clarify : what type of service worth approx 9000inr you are including? why every issues are not checked during the service ? is this how you are cheated to customers?

          I want to share a consumer grievance with you related to my ford ecosport vehicle which i bought just 4 months ago. I bought the top variant considering its safety features but just after 2 weeks of buying the vehicle i got to know that the bridgestone ecopia tires coming with the vehicle are not safe at all and there has been 1000+ complaints i could see on social media. I reported the same to ford india on 4th june 2019 and requested them to replace the tires which they denied and asked me to drive with confidence. Later on 10th septemeber 2019, i got my first tyre cut which i noticed anyhow and could have been incident of tyre burst as well. Now i reached out to ford but they are not listening at all saying this is not a product issue and dealer too is not helpful. I have signed up a petition and have got more than 150+ signs supporting this in less than 24 hours. These are the people who have also faced this issue. There are atleast 10 complaints on daily basis related to bridgestone ecopia tires on ford india twitter page still they are ignoring it and playing with our life. Kindly intervene in the matter and help 1000+ people to get justice. Though we have a good consumer policy as well in digital india and i have posted there as well but still waiting to hear anything on the matter. If required, i can post more proofs regarding this.

            I had bought a ford ecosport titanium plus sports variant (Deiseal) in the month of april 2019 from one of the showroom in the kerala called kailari ford, kollam. There were lot of other issues related to delivery as well in the services and these issues are solved after investing lot of my time and money.

            The issue that i want to highlight here is that the tyre issue with the car that i bought. The first tyre issue happened to me in the second week of car delivery (Changing the tyre with the stepney for the brand new registered car in the middle of the road, its hard to believe but this is what is happened to me). After a lot of talks and complaints with customer care and show room they agreed to replace the faulty tyre with the new tyre.

            (Second time) now the same tyre which is replaced is also having the tyre cut issue and the same has been raised with customer care as well. For the last tyre issue they have asked me to bring my car for inspection in one of the kairali ford showroom in kerala, but when i contacted the show room they were saying “due to lack of tyres in show room we are not able to serve you”. During this course of time i had bought one new tyre from outside and put it in the stepney as i need to go for a long drive. Now i really scared to drive my car on the road, due to the mentioned tyre cut issue. And i am not sure when is the next tyre cut issue is going to happen!!!

            After a lot of research on internet and discussion with motor expert on this matter, it happens due to low profile tyre and does not suit for indian road, and these type of tyres come only with ford ecosport top end models from three brands bridgestone, apollo and michelin. I was ready to pay from my pocket and change all the five tyres to any of the suggested tyres from ford for this, but that does not solve my issue permanently. It is understood that, the issue is common with 17 inch rim (Comes with ecosport top end models just before the latest models) and the only solution to this issue is to change the rim to 16 inch

            I have been trying with customer care and showroom for this permanent solution, but no proper response. I am hopeless at the movement and really regret buying a ford car

            I hope this forum will help me to resolve this issue and address this complaint to the right people in ford (Esclation)

            Facing same issue, pls guide me whom to contact. 3 among 5 tyres had cut ( Two tyres in 100 kms distance) and 1 in a year i bought the car (2019). Seeking your prompt response as I see many complaints for same issue.

            I am also suffering this same issue from Apollo tyres by samadhiya ford Gwalior two tyre is third class two tyre cut in 150 km distance now agency doesn't change tyres and complaint was rejected by Apollo tyres company.
            I am also suffering with same isssue. i had purchased the top end ecosport with 17 inch alloy. till now total 6 tyre damage( cut ) .really I am also regretting :(

              I'm very happy and enjoy the car. But car has a problem with it's tyre.
              The tyre brust two time at normal speed. The dealer is change two time. But now again third tyre has a new cut on it. Car is not comfortable with r17 tyre.. Pls change the tyre. Coz i'm always afraid from cut. I can't dare to go long drive with my family.
              Pls change the tyre into r16 with alloy wheels.

                Hi,
                I bought ford freestyle diesel on 26th august 2019. While driving one day, my brother who was behind me in his car noticed black smoke emitting from my freestyle.
                Infact i wasn't even accelerating hard but smoke was too much.
                Went to ghaziabad service centre, but guys there says its normal in ford.
                In my family, 2 more ford diesel cars are there, but this issue is not there.

                Really worried about the same. As the black smoke is really too much while driving normally on road.

                Please help.

                  As per the subject cited above i am very disheartened to purchase ecosport top s model because the tyres have burst three times and the saluja ford guitar mandi himachal pradesh have replaced my tyres three times and the agency people are very cooperative and helpful but the quality of tyres is the worst i ever got in a car. I have this 5th car of different brands. I used maruti, hyundai, skoda, mahindra, and now ford but your company has disappointed me. Due to bursting of tyres during night time i have to face a lot of problem and with me was my daughter who is diabetic and during night and her sugar lowered as there was no eatable shop and you know low sugar is very dangerous, while changing tyres because at night i couldn't find any tyre repair shop. Not only me many are facing such problem and how can i recommend to my friends due to such problem. So i request you to kindly change the tyres of good quality brand like mitchellin or yokohama. The tyres in my car are of bridgestone but they are of very bad and low quality, can't you provide good quality products. Whereas what you show in your advertisement is that to fool people. Please change my tyres as well provide good quality in your cars.

                    My car is slightly touch to another car due to heavily traffic flow and my car exterior part (Below the grilled portion) is totally damaged and my car interior part is also damage and it may cost around 23000 rupees. So it is very costly to middle class level people. So improve your build quality and material quality. And also your seat quality is very poor. So i would refered to you that please recall your all ford freestyle car all over india and changed your quality level. And i don't want prefer this car for other. Because of your quality performance

                      I am a third-hand owner of a ford ecosport suv. I noticed engine oil getting reduced (More than needed, at least 1 litre) after crossing just 1000 kms. I went to the ford service centre in cheranallore and they told me that they need to rework the engine and they told me that the it will cost about rs. 70000. I am so much dejected because i don't expect such an issue to happen for a ford vehicle which crossed just 70000 kms. I demand a proper solution for this.

                            My car ford aspire mh04gz8965 submerged into flooded water on 5th august 2019. Without crankning i towed my vehicle to satyam ford thane (Maharashtra) for repairing purpose. My car's idv value is 3.5 lacs, the new india assurance insurance company is insurance company & insurance taken from satyam ford since last four years without fail. Surveyor is ready to give only rs.2 lacs for repairing whereas service center has given all parts replacement cost as 4.8 lacs (Quotation attached) by wild guess without verifying actual parts condition, whether it is repairable or not.
                            Satyam ford have quoted 2 -3 parts repeatedly. Even they quoted for abs which is not in my car. Being a laymen, i don't know how many parts are quoted wrongly. I requested them to give me genuine repairing quotation, which they are not giving. I have contacted them through several emails which are unanswered.
                            Then i contacted customer care through phone. Customer care has simply send me email with repairing cost as 4.7 lacs and asked me to contact service center and insurance company. After several phone calls to customer care, they stopped responding me.
                            Service center and surveyor both are forcing me to do total loss of my car as repairing cost is too high. But i want to repair my car with genuine cost.

                            Please take immediate action against such a fraud/cheaters. Due to such advisors (Service centers) & surveyors (The new india insurance company), i am suffering huge personal loss and mental trauma.

                              I booked the ford figo titanium blue desiel by 21th july 2019 at tanish autocar pvt ltd. They committed the waiting period is max 3-4 weeks. They pressurised me to make the full payment in the first week to get the delivery asap so i made the full payment of 8 lac. Now they don’t pick my call, i visit there today. They clearly told me that they don’t have any delivery date as the vehicle is not in plant. If the vehicle is not in the plant how can they booked it and committed me the delivery in 3 weeks.

                                I bought new ford ecosport car on 13th april 2019. Within five months i faced first gear shifting problem in my car twice and same i reported to ford service center.

                                Now they said they are going to replace clutch bar of my car. My car number mh14-hk-7321. The problem is they simply denied my concern which i faced after even i have shared video's and third party road assistance feedback.

                                Do not know why they have not sent ford mechanic itself to check car on the spot when i asked for road assistance.

                                Note: first gear shifting problem occurred twice in last five months which worried factor for ford safety and manufacturing.

                                  Seek help against the fraud done with me by venus ford, moradabad, india. Even after proving the fraud happend with me ford india has denied to help me. I bought new ford figo aspire last on 06/11/2018 for which the insurance was done by the venus ford itself. I did pay to them the amount the asked for including the engine protection against water damage. Now unfortunately my car got stuck in rain water and insurance company has denied my claim because as per them the engine protection was not added in my insurance and now when i contacted venus ford, moradabad, india, they are telling me that it was a miss from there end and denied to help me and same is with ford india.

                                    I have purchased Ford Figo in MPL Ford Showroom, Chennai (Tamilnadu, India.)as on April 2012.
                                    I was very satisfied with Ford Figo, by its Performance & Reputation among all other Hatchback Class vehicles in India.
                                    I was using Ford Figo regularly & haven’t noticed any major issues. After 60, 000 kilometres i have noticed some sound variation and mileage drop.
                                    immediate i have updated in next service in showroom, they told diesel engines like this only sir no issue..
                                    2 day (12th Aug 2019) i have noticed a Malfunction Notification (Yellow color), which was appeared while driving then immediately
                                    I took my car to ELITE FORD showroom at Bangalore and Technician verified and told Glow plug issue we need to replace but now parts not available come come after 2days.
                                    then after 2days (14th Aug) I went to ELITE FORD Showroom then another technician check the vehicle and told this is issue with fuel Injectors (2 Nos got issue).
                                    Are not functioning & shall be replaced with the new & costs near about 30, 000Rs. Here i have one Question they are not aware of the exact issue and they opened job card to replace blow plung (cost around 8000).
                                    then informed injector also issues.
                                    I never expected this type of serious problem within in my car, I did regular Service each 10k kilometres .Check my Vehicle history how much amount i spent for service. still now didn't gave out side.
                                    Officially I have registered a complaint with Ford. After that i got the call from Arun ford india customer care. he suggested to give Vehicle another showroom and check the issue.
                                    Hence in order to find a solution for this issue, I was obliged to write a mail to you about the captioned subject. And I read few of the complaints
                                    then i come to know 2012 ford Figo Vehicles having Injector problems, asked same question to ARUN Ford Indai customer care person. he told if you having this issue you can't run this many Kilometres 100K.
                                    If Ford india identify the injector issue, why they didn't recall the vehicles?
                                    I am very upset with Ford & not ready to bear 30, 000Rs (may be more) cost for this unacceptable reason.
                                    I am expecting your favourable reply with immediate effect, or else I will publish this issue in Internet & recommend not to buy any Ford Vehicles.
                                    Also I will definitely register a Complaint in CONSUMER COURT, if you don’t respond professionally & beneficially to me.

                                      Sir mere dawara dinank 3/08/2018 se service ke liye kah rakha tha kintu aapke staff ke dwara day to day peshi diya ja raha hai unhone pahele 5/08/2019 ko gadi pickup karne ki bat ki fir driver ko nahi bheja fir unhone 06/08/2019 ko driver bhejne ki bat ki par us din bhi driver mahi aaya call kar bole jane par next day driver bhejne ki bat ki gayi usme bhi 10km tak hi pickup ke liye driver bhejne ki bat batai. Kintu kisi karn se sevice book nahi mil paya to driver ko wapas bula liya gaya kya jo gadi kharid raha hai wo itna beiman ho sakta hai ki aapki aap kewal ek service book ke liye uski gadi wapas bhej de.

                                      Fir se request kiye jane par aaj dinank 09/08/2019 ka due diya gaya tha kintu aaj bhi gadi lene kisi ko nahi bheja gaya hai. Kya isi tarah se pareshan hone ke liye maine ford se gadi kharidi hai
                                      Agar aisa hi service rahta hai ford ka to meri gadi aap wapas le le jitna amount katna ho kat le mujhe aisi third class service ko lena hi nahi jo mere liye samsya ban jaye isse jyada achcha to three wheeler auto bechane wali company service deti hai.

                                        I am the owner of For Ecosport Register No.KL-38-F-6569, Chassis No.MAJAXXMRKAHB53532. I bought the vehicle on 13.06.2017. At present the vehicle is in Panvel, Mumbai. The vehicle is not getting started from yesterday morning onwards. Even though, we changed the battery of the key, it is not getting started. We feel that the battery of the vehicle is having complaint. Since it is parked in the basement of the flat, behind a pillar, it can not be moved/towed without starting it.
                                        I contacted the nearby service center of Ford in the following numbers, but did not get a proper response: -
                                        1. No.[protected] - 11.09 am and 1.26 PM
                                        2. No.[protected] - 1.34 PM, 2.40 PM & 2.45 PM.
                                        At 2.45 pm, they directed to call toll free No.[protected].
                                        When called in toll free No. at 2.48 pm, they directed to contact No.[protected]. When called in contact No.[protected] at 2.48 pm, they informed that they will call back, but did not call back till now.

                                        Therefore, it is requested to look into this issue and direct the personnel concerned to attend the vehicle immediately as I am using the vehicle every day.
