Dear sir/ma’am,
This email is in reference to tyre burst issue that i am facing since 2018. I would like to inform you that i purchased ford ecosport titanium plus model on 30-dec-2017 for safety purpose and within 6 months one of the tyre bursts in low speed. I requested for tyre change and dealer replaced it with the same tyre type, and till now i faced 9 tyre burst but family was protected as all burst happened at low speed 5-15km/hr.
This is not acceptable at all. I have 3cars including hyundai creta and maruti k10 and i have never experienced such issues in those cars. When i complained it to bridgestone they claimed that this low profile tyre can’t tolerate the weight of this car and this is the manufacturing defect. According to them 215*55 r 17 is compatible for ford ecosport. I’m being harassed by this tyre malfunctioning issue since i purchased this car as i spend most of my time in your service workshop. Could you please do the needful.

    I have ford car since 2008 and i liked the build quality of the car and that has convinced me to buy another aspire in 2018 now i am using both the cars but after sales their service is worst like anything. My old ford recently got services and ac system have been replaced by noida ford and after few months that new system got damaged and ac stopped working, i took my car to them and asked them to take care of because its in warranty they said you have to pay again then i escalated the matter to directly to ford india they said they will do something and took my car and now its almost 2 weeks they did not anything and when i call them to ask the disconnect my call. People don’t get in trap never buy any other ford car and save your hardest earned money.

      My figo is in 91000 km (Kl 40 j 8382) is my car number,, but some times vehicle will stoping, after, 2,, 3 minutes will work again,, my question is how can iget,, warranty about this,, ford have any responsibility? What happening injust 91000kms,, if company have any replacement this pcm units or not?? Now my car in kairali ford muvatupuzha, under service center, 4day's left but still my car is not ready and itok one car by rent it's not affordable for me for a long so please make sure my car will get fast,, iam waiting,, do something,,,,,, trustfully,,, prince mv madathumpady,, house,, pattimattom, po,, ernakulam, (Dist) kerala s india,

        I have given my vechicle at service center on 22 july 2019 at kannur ford service center. They cannot identify the complaint. The work have been attent by sidharth after 4 days he is not attenting my call. Then i called hin from another number and he gave me another service man number. He also cannot identify the complaint. What i have to do.

        Dont buy ford vechicle

          Sir/madam,

          I hardly make a complain but sometimes the situation forces you to do it. I would want to bring to your knowledge that i had given my ford figo in your service centre, ford gateway at siliguri for service. I had kept my sunglass, phone charger and a novel in my car but the itinerary was not handed over by the staff of your company to my driver while taking over the car. And when i went on 16th of july, 19 to take charge of my car, i was horrified to see the condition of my car, the windows were opened and the car’s seat was totally wet because of the ill management. I am also attaching the photo of my car so that you see the condition of the car’s seat and also the book which was still there in the car but my charger and sunglasses wasn’t there and when we told your staff, they told that they will see the camera and inform us later but we didn’t get any further reply, so i was bound to write this mail to you and when we asked the owner of the service centre about our itinerary, he flatly denied saying that he has no such system of maintaining itinerary while taking charge of the car. I would also like to bring to your notice that my car was held up for more than a week just because of a fan belt.
          Sir!! I would like to ask you is this what we get in return from your company “ford”?? Is this the service you are providing?? What are we suppose to do in this case??
          I would be glad if you would look in this matter and give us a solution as soon as possible.

            Worst quality of tyres you are providing even with the top model, i purchased in april 2019 and noticed back 2 back punctures which i got repaired however, within 3 months (6000km) rear right tyre has a cut on the inner side, your engineer rejected the claim stating that it has been cut due to sharp object, i have used my car 99% of tine in delhi ncr if it can't survive in delhi ncr i wonder where those tyres would survive why ford is compromising safety with these cheap good year tyres with poor quality

              Presence of street Dog on dt.21.07.2019 at kanal automobile service centre Jhansi,
              For your kind attention :-
              (1 ) Is it necessary to have a street dog on reception at the service centre ? if any employee is owning it, it must be kept in a separate room.
              (2) The street dog sitting on the reception greeted my nephew in a special way by biting him on his leg. There was our bag lying in the corridor and my nephew went to grab the bag on the same time the dog attacked my nephew and bitten him on the leg. One of your executives was standing in the corridor and we asked him to deliver the bag but he denied, if he would have delivered it the incident would not have taken place, such was the customer service at the reception. (3) The first aid box was not available at the service centre, why?
              (4) Special
              Is it according to the Humanity, no one even come to the suffered person and not even the manager came to ask what had happened? This has caused me the mental pain.
              Note:- Service of MP32C1743 was done three times in 20 days, most of the occasions service centre people are short of parts facilities and instruments and for that they make excuses and force the customers to visit the centre at some other time.
              Why did the customer petrol expenditure be borne on all the three occasions ? is it fair? and who will pay damage to my nephew ?
              The behaviour of staff is pathetic and these people are ruining the ford family image in the market.
              Therefore, believing in you and your Brand I am writing sympathetically and believe that something fruitful may occur. Kindly try to diagnose the problem and take necessary action at yours.

                First of all let me congratulate you for shaping up ford endeavour, an amazing beast on road.
                I am dr bose, a medical practitioner, a super specialist pulmonologist, practising in new delhi, india.
                I bought this car "ford endeavour-2.2l4x4 trend mt on 2017 from ridhi ford, delhi on may 2016
                My spouse prof. Bose was travelling with my and met a small accident in gk1, south delhi area in new delhi.
                I immediately contacted ridhi ford and came to know this dealer is non existing just to mention my terrible experience with this dealer in getting rc from ridhi ford. Thank god it is closed. I got my registration after a long gap, 2nd february 2017.
                I contacted my close by"harpreet ford, b-120, okhla industrial area, phase 1, new delhi 110007 "and front office connected me to mr gaurav negi, bp-service advisor, mobile phone no [protected]/ land line[protected]for for repair proceedings.
                On 16th july 2018. I asked for cashless services and he outrightly denied cashless services from my insurance provider universal sompo general insurance private limited. Later on he checked up book and agreed to provide cashless services.
                Mr gaurav asked my driver to leave the vehicle and next day despite mentioning details of damages, insurance agent was impolite on phone, harassed me and my wife and denied to cover up front window glass damage which normally otherwise covered by insurance companies.
                I agreed his decision and gave green signal to harpreet ford to go ahead with sanctioned repair proceedings.
                I was shocked by the unprofessional conduct and shameless attitude when i reached there to pick up my vehicle,
                Followings are my serious complaints:
                1. No transparency in communication
                2. Sudden bill of rs 9619/ was raised with out prior information
                3. When asked for right to information before going ahead with process. He raised his voice and said will send me a mail
                4. Unnecessarily i had to pay this extra amount for a trivial job, which otherwise would not have costed not more than 10, 000 from outside.
                5. I ended up paying rs 9619/ extra with out my glass job done
                6. Even courtesy sake, the gm did not contact me.
                My complaint to you for this unprofessional, rude, non transparent attitude of these shady companies.
                My humble request to you to take proper enquiry and pull up these guys and stop the dealership of these shameless dealers which are hampering your brand ford

                  Dear sir / madam,

                  Greetings for the day

                  It is normally not our practice to complaint, but we have been forced to pen down a severe complaint, hope it reaches the right person, and right action be taken.

                  My vehicle mh02 - cl 4161 in the name of harmony additives pvt. Ltd. Was picked up by vishwas driver on monday the 15th july, for regular service, where in it is observed that the advisor calls - in this case i just received an sms, no call from the advisor (In this case mr. Shariq). I had to call when will i get the car he said he will inform me, once he informs me the cost of service, well he informed me the cost approximately rs.7700/- but he did not inform me when the vehicle will be ready. (After that no communication from the ford).

                  When i called in the evening mr. Shariq said i will not get the delivery as there was heavy load, well when my vehicle entered the service center premises and was taken for service we guess that at that time itself the advisor could have told us that due to heavy load i will not get the vehicle today. But he did not inform when we will get the car.

                  When i contacted the ford service next day evening assuming that the vehicle must be ready (As there was no calls from the ford service center, mr shariq was absent - when i insisted to speak to some senior person my call was transferred to mr. Swapnil whose line was continuously busy and again the call was transferred to the operator, who then on my insistence transferred to mr. Soumil parikh he then informs me that there is some leakage in the pipe etc - he sent me an sms for rs.22000/ and after confirming with the stock person he said i will get the vehicle on friday afternoon.

                  To collect the vehicle on friday, i called the ford service station on thursday evening around 5.30, to my surprise mr. Soumil was absent and mr. Shariq said that we do not have the parts an he does not know when my vehicle will be ready, it was shocking to know that a reputed company like ford has employed such people who are so irresponsible - then i insisted to speak to some other senior person i was put to mr. Lewis whom i related the whole incidence and was informed that you will get the vehicle shortly.

                  Friday morning around 10.30 am when i called the ford service mr. Lewis was busy i was put to mr. Soumil where in he said the tempo is about to arrive with the parts, well again it was we who had to call in the afternoon to know whether the tempo with the parts has arrived, mr. Soumil said yes and he will inform me within an hour or so, till date he has not called me.in the evening when we called to know the status - mr. Soumil had left early as informed by the operator - we requested to put to swapnilji but as usual his line was continuously busy and then i insisted to speak to mr. Lewis who just apologized and said sir the vehicle is not yet ready and he will update me.

                  Today mr. Shariq called at 9.49 am and has informed that the vehicle will be ready, but when he has not informed, we have been taken for granted and we will soon upload the social media platforms this is just for your information.

                  Infact we were planning to buy 1 - ford endeavour and 1 eco sports by august end but now we will have to look for some more reputed brands, we are your 7 year old customer.

                  In the whole of these days we tried to contact mr. Swapnil never came on line and never bothered to call after leaving several messages with the operator.

                    I bought ford ecosport sports edition 3 months before.

                    I bought from vibrant ford, somajiguda, hyderabad, india

                    That time they gave me the documents of ecosports titanium plus model.

                    When i go to the rto for my permanent registration number. They said you bought the ecosport sports edition and documents are of ecosport titanium plus model.

                    I again gave my documents back to vibrant ford to make it correct, they said with the help of agent we can get the registration under titanium plus model.

                    Then i denied and told them to make it correct i want it under sports edition model name.
                    They took the old ducuments and said we will make it correct.
                    Its been one months gone they said it will take more 4 days 5 days and bla bla things

                    I have question if rto not allowed for the ecosport sports edition then why they are selling it.

                    after complaining this, i got the fraud call from Ford India or maybe other person.. he said he will transfer the penalty amount to my account through UPI .. bt then i checked he didnt pay me he was asking me to pay.. so i denied and gave my account details to transfer directly to my account through my account details then he said it will take 7 days.. I have all the recordings i will share if needed

                      Resp Sir/Mam,
                      I pirchased eco sport last year jan end and from 1st check up i had a problem related to average . The average never exceeded 14km per litre on an highway road. After that i faced problem related to clutch which was very tight and i complained about it to your service centre they diagnosed it many times and final they adviced to change the clutch plate and pressure plate within a year. And again after a weak i started facing the same and then on behalf of company they again changed my clutch plate but the clutch is still tight and i have complained about it to your service centre and from the day of purchase i have never seen my vehicle getting an average above 14..In highways everytim i check it comes out to be 13 or 14 and clutch is really very tight compared to other vehicle.
                      Kimdly provide me the solution for the same.

                        The vehicle was delivered at my home on 24th July 2019 for the first time (by this time the vehicle was driven for 49 Kms). I bought the vehicle under company lease through Magma Fincorp Limited.

                        On 7th July 2019, when I was returning from a outstation trip (by this time I had driven 760 kms only), the vehicle gave me an indication on the dashboard (refer attached snapshot). When I consulted PPS ford, they said it could be because of rat bite of some of the cable inside the engine cabinet and suggested me to drop the vehicle at their service station.

                        On Tuesday (9th July 2019), I dropped the vehicle at Domlur, PPS Ford service station. They inspected the vehicle and confirmed that there was no rat bite and said the vehicle needs a software upgrade. They made me wait for 3 hours, after which they said that the issue has been fixed and I can take the vehicle back. On driving for 3 kms from the service station again the same issue had popped up. I took the vehicle back to the service station. The service in charge (Mr. Murugan) did mention that they need to inspect more to fix the issue.

                        On Wednesday (10th July 2019), I got a call from Mr. Satheesh of PPS Ford that the issue has been fixed and a driver would deliver the vehicle at my place. After 30-45 minutes, I got a call from the driver that after driving the vehicle for 10 kms approx, again the issue has popped up and he is taking the vehicle back to the service station.

                        The very next day (11th July 2019) I got a call from Mr. Srinivas of PPS Ford that they are escalating the issue to Ford India and will be working under their guidance.

                        Yesterday (15th July 2019), I got a call from Mr. Srinivas of PPS Ford stating that they need to replace the entire cabling within the Engine Cabin.

                        This is a new vehicle and should not have any such issues. Changing the entire cables within the Engine cabin itself suggests that there is some measure issue with the vehicle and it could cause impact the vehicle in future as well.

                        Ford is reputed brand worldwide and they must have proper quality assurance in place before delivering any vehicle it to the customer. In my case, seems like it was not done properly and I am the victim of it. Why should I suffer because of anyone else fault?

                        I am certainly not happy with the way things have happened so far. I have spent 11 lakh rupees for not to get a faulty vehicle. Is there anyway, if the vehicle can be replaced with a new one or the money can be refunded back?

                          I gave my car for ac repair today 8:30 am and told them that ac motor needs to be replaced and need my car back max by 3 pm. Then people from harpreet ford gurgaon call me telling other works needs to be done in car i replied just do my ac work first and then i u can deliver car on time go ahead. Now when i called them at 3: 15 they said we will check ac now and rates also get changed from 3500 to 4600 + 1600 labour (I have recorded call). Never go there for your car repaired at any cost. You will find bunch of crooks there.

                            Its almost one and half year when i bought a new car from riddhi ford and in one year i have faced the issue of tyre crack near alloy around 3-4 times. Now again my 2 tyres got crack and they are saying to pay the half amount but why should i pay. I bought car of worth 13 lakh and in drive of around 18000 km only i have the tyre issues. If we have to change tyres soo frequently so how can i take my car to any trip. They are not listening to me and are not understanding that the car have got tyre manufacturing issue. If the tyre can’t have power to go on plain roads then i think i have wasted my 13 lakh rupees. Disappointed with ford customers service and these tyres. I have bought this top model paid extra amount just for the look of the alloys.

                              I have visited the crossland ford vki jaipur on date 3rd may 2019 for service. All services have done properly & as per service manager, there was no problem in the car.
                              Due to the hand brake issue. Again i visited at crossland on date 10th may 2019 with same services manager. As per him, there is below problems in the car.
                              That time i was surprised how did these problems occur in seven days.

                              All the relevant documents are attached. Please take necessary action against crossland.

                              Problems are below. Same has noted by the service manager.
                              1. Clutch set problem
                              2. Steering noise
                              3. Foot both shocker boot
                              4. V-belt tensioner bearing
                              5. Rear spring pad
                              6. Dicky shock
                              7. Steering button

                                We, m/s anupriya fruit & vegetable, of sarbeswarpur, po-purapara, dist - murshidabad, west bengal pin - 742201 india, a company who is engaged in import and export business having all requisite licenses to do so and with such regard had entered into a contract with henan win win chemical industrial co., ltd. Add: no.88, nanyang rd., jinshui dirstrict, zhengzhou city, henan, china for import of pvc resin sg-5 k-67 upvc pipe grade but on receipt of the said consignment on 25/05/2019 at our factory we found that the said raw materials are adulterated and on through inspection made by the technical persons it has come to the knowledge that a considerable amount of like that bad calcium carbonate has been mixed with the said raw material.
                                We had already made a first complaint with the exporter company in china who had without actually making any physical inspection of the said goods consigned and without testing the samples received by us have declared on 27.05.2019 that the said raw material is in perfect grade and they have nothing to do.
                                Hence, we make a formal complaint with your authority to kindly look into the matter and have the dispute settled amongst the exporter and the importer since we are under the guidance and authority of your good office. Please also take note that we have already send the samples for a laboratory test and have not yet opened the entire stock of import for the sake of independent inspection.
                                Hence, with utmost humbleness we right to you and say that please kindly do something for us to have a good business relationship with china in near future and also ensure that the present stock imported from china is replaced with a new stock of its actual grade.

                                  My ford complaint number is[protected]. My Ford Aspire car was sent to Cargo Ford Gandhinagar after an accident for repairs. Not only was a lot of miss commitment & delay done but also the work was highly regretful & shoddy. The colours don't match the quality of the repair is very bad. & on top of that the Ford Service Centre is a con job, not only do they not do anything except saying we are sorry & we will get back. They also close the complain ticket without resolution

                                    I have ford freestyle petrol purchased date 27.3.2019 after purchase petrol smell in ac went during driving. I complaint to ks ford sikar for this problem on date 20.06.2019 they said that in our vehicle as per tsb 19-2176 (Fuel cap hose) red. To rep. But part not available. We order the part directly form manufacturing plant of ford company. The part is available by 30.6.2019. But till date i. E 02.07.2019 they said that part is not available for next 4 to 5 days. Our buisness affected due to this problem because driving is not possible due to heavy smell in cabin. Pls solve the problem as early as possible

                                      I have a ford ecosport 2014 diesel model, the clutch is so hard and pushing back, that it was hurting my knees, when i approached the service centre, they said i have to replace the complete clutch system. When i asked to feel similar ecosport vehicles clutch, they refused, after spending 25k now i am back to feeling pain in the knee, it is 75 percent hard as the previous one. Now they are saying the clutch system is hydraulic system and nothing much they could do about it. What a cheat ford is, this will be my last car with them. Maruti suzuki swift dzire has the best soft clutch system in my friends car. I will change to that.

                                        I owns ford figo (Next generation) 2017 - titanium - diesel model.
                                        Paint of the alloy wheel gets peeling in the centre, exactly closer to the ford logo. I have reported the same to the service centre yesterday (28th june 2019) while giving my car for 50000kms service. Today (29th jun 2019) i got a call from them saying it was not an issue from ford end, it might be the issue from my end and they are giving the reasons which are not acceptable or genuine.
                                        I am not getting a proper response from the service provider in my locality.
