Hi
I have got my car serviced in Pahwa ford in faridabad, totally unsatisfied. Got additional scratches on body not properly washed etc.
Besides that I have taken flexi service plan and get assurance that we will get Road side assistance but since last 5 hours I am struggling to get service for which I have already paid. What a pathetic service I am getting. Not expected from Ford.

    My ford ecosport diesel titanium model is 11 months old, running 24009 km.
    I was travelling back from dehradun, i noticed smoke coming out from bonnet. I called my service advisor (Pahwa ford faridabad) he said clutch plate has to replaced. Juz 24000 km, and clutch plate work out.
    I used polo earlier with 125000 km, with clutch issues.
    Ford india take some action.
    This way ford won't survive, if this is the quality ford has, i would suggest and request people to avoid ford vehicles.

      Dear sir,
      I submitted my car ford fiesta classic bearing registration no. Wb02v 1516 at your authorized service centre banerjee ford, durgapur, west bengal for repairing purpose on august, 2016. Car was in breakdown condition. Car was kept by dealer for more than 19 months at workshop ie. Till march, 2018 for inspection purpose and diagnosing the root cause behind problem. Initially i was given an estimate of rs.40, 000/- on november, 2016 post inspection. Accordingly i have made an advance of rs.15, 000/- also for the same. However, gradually the estimated amount over the time rose to 1.2 lacs, then 2.9 lacs, then 3.5 lacs and finally to 5 lacs till march, 2018 after thorough inspection and everytime something new was invented by the service manager and i was accordingly notified everytime to visit their service centre. Now upon asking the service manager mr. Ganesh kundu about the authenticity of his inspection report he got furious and denied from sharing any details about the inspection report. No assurance or guarantee was given from service manager's end that post incurring such huge expenditure of 5 lacs whether car will be back to running condition or not. Only verbally i was told that first he will replace parts then he will see the improvement status and then only he will opine.
      Owing to his lack of conviction i decided to take back my car from banerjee ford on april, 2018 by towing the car as the car was in breakdown condition. Now on the eve of towing when i inspected my vehicle i was utterly shocked to note and spot that several car spare parts and engine equipment have not only gone missing from car but even the whole car has been robbed of like anything and literally speaking nothing is left in my car. Upon raising these issues service manager is saying that whatever has gone you won't get it back. Upon further questioning him where the spare parts have gone and who will then fix it he is saying as because we are not imposing any garage rental upon you hence you have to bear this loss. Bizarre logic given by service manager mr. Ganesh kundu. Finding no other option i reported the matter to your company ford india, chennai. Till date multiple concerns have been created regarding this issue but no solution provided till date. Everytime a concern is created and then immediately closed by ford india without any reason and a rubbish mail is dropped at my mail id that "we think our team has provided you all the solutions and clarifications in this regard hence, we expect your problem is solved. So we are closing your concern. Please feel free to let us know for any other issue". I am fed up of receiving this response time and again were everytime ford india customer support team does day dreaming and assumes everytime that all solutions have been provided to the customer without enquiring the customer about the same.
      My car is lying absolutely in deplorable and pathetic condition at the service centre banerjee ford, since last 32 months without any reason. Despite of informing your company everything it is turning blind eye time and again and has always maintained a casual approach till date. Moreover, one week back i suddenly got call from ford india where initially i have been asked that whether any solution has been provided to me or not till date and upon saying no i have been asked to cooperate with the dealer and also it has been stated that nothing can be done in this regard as company is helpless and they can't act against their dealers because they have been instructed not to take any action against the dealers by their higher authority. Moreover, i have been asked to pay 1.5 lacs to banerjee ford and get fixed all those missing spare parts.
      So it means that company will not bother about their customers no matter to what so ever extent the customer is being harassed by the dealer. Company's main motive is to keep on launching products one after another and ask their customers to approach their dealers who are waiting to loot, cheat, deceive and scam customers in the name of providing service and extended warranty.
      If your company "fraud motors" the great american mnc have any shame left then please take up this issue at the highest level of your management and also convey this issue to your ford india president mr. Anurag mehrotra and ask him that if he really cares about his customers as he lectures on tv shows then ask him to pursue this matter expeditiously and honestly by providing justice to his customer who is suffering like anything and running from pillar to post in hope of getting justice.
      Despite of providing all evidence to ford india about the forgery & fraudulent malpractices of the dealer banerjee ford the company is turning blind eye again and again moreover shamelessly supporting the dealer in its fraud activities. Mr. Kumaresh raju your customer care representative was handling this matter since last 02 yrs where i was kept on hold but absolutely this guy did nothing. Moreover, he was working in connivance with the dealer. Later on my case was being handled by mr. Navin, mr. Gautam, ms. Preeti and finally it was assigned to another # mr. M sudalaiyandi. This rascal initially conducted a telephonic communication with me by taking mr. Ganesh kundu also on conference. The communication lasted for half an hour and mr. Ganesh kundu openly conceded that spare parts could go missing in their workshop as it is not possible for them to keep a track of every vehicle. Moreover, many mechanics are working in their service centre so practically it is not possible for them to observe everybody's work ie. Who is doing what in which vehicle. Now despite of having a detailed discussion on this issue my concern was closed by your company representative and i have been told that nothing can be done in this case because mr. Ganesh kundu said them that the spare parts which i had pointed out was not present at all in my vehicle since the beginning when the car was submitted in their workshop.

      As above my vehicle produce sound at the time of running due to wheels. As par service manager it will be changed by 50% company bearing and 50% by customer . i want to reimbursmnet 100% because it is starting problem.

      So plz help me and solve it
      I purchased ford ecosport from Novelty ford Jalandhar in January 2019. When they were selling car they committed extended warranty, Seat Covers And Skuff Plates along with it. Seat Covers and Skuff Plates they provide me in March 2019 and that also after so many follow ups. But till the date they not provide me extended warranty for the car.

      I have purchased a Ford freestyle car on Dec 2018 from Jadhao Ford Akola.

      Due to some my car areal(antenna) was brake.

      From 15 Feb 2019 I was demanding for areal (antenna) but showroom manager neither giving proper answer nor taking booking amount.

      Please arrange me this part as early as possible

        I purchase figo aspire titanium diesel from metro ford-bangalore.
        From day one, i have complaint of hard clutch. Within month i visited metro ford first service centre (St. Marks road) about hard clutch problem. Service adviser told its master-slave cylinder clutch unlike cable clutch and will become softer on use.
        Again compaint raised at 1st service in 2 months done at (Yeshwantpur) for hard clutch. Some fine tuning done and told will be normal after use.
        Since then the hard clutch problem is informed to metro ford several times apart from 2nd and 3rd service i. E.20 k service.
        No solution,
        Now another major issue of loud noise while braking at rough road has come before 2nd service of 10000 km run. I have escaped from accidents about to happen due to distraction by noise and brake working ineffectively.
        I went to metro yeshwantpur and they told its normal.
        Again at 20000km service also they told normal.
        Even on several exclusive visits and burning full day and fuel, these two problems are unresolved.
        In my last visit on request from showroom on 9th march2019, metro-hassergatta has replaced clutch retainer spring and did some juglery on temporary basis. Also i was told that braking noise is abs issue and common for all ford.
        Its highly dissappointing. I am cheated by ford india for selling poor designed and faulty vehicle.
        I want my money back.

          My name is sooraj i kept my car for service in pcs ford labour on 25th apr 2019 and i informed technician to do normal service and i pointed about the sound of engine and after sometime he told fuel injectors to be replaced immediately. I asked him my vehicle just ran 71000 kms and how come it happened he replied about diesel you're filling is of low quality and i checked internet and i found that so many people is facing the same issues and it's defect of that part and actually this part has to be recalled by ford but not done and if we pay 12k /injector same complaint will again rises so it has to be replaced by ford free of cost. So please solve this issue

            I bought a 2018 ford freestyle (Vin no-majgxxmtkgjm01138, reg no-kl23q9507) about 5 months ago and the car had crashed into a divider 4 days ago at 5:25 am and irrespective of the force of the crash the airbags did not deploy, i bought this car because if its 6 air bags thinking it would protect me and my family in case of a crash. But now the car has crashed and yet no airbags deployed, occupants were wearing seatbelts and it was not a minor crash, all o[censored]s were lucky to have escaped without any physical injuries, but my car has suffered some amount of damage, i am filing a case against your company for providing me with a product with such faulty airbags, i paid 8.05 lakhs for this vehicle and i expected it to be worth that money and now i dont feel it is safe, i wish to talk to any higher authority regarding this issue and i want an explanation as to why my airbags did not function as they should have in a crash.

              I am lakshman, i bought ford eco sport on 30/11/16 from ludhiana bhagat ford.in last year 23/11/18 i have visited to service center related to battery concern. My car better keep discharge after 5, 10 minutes. They today me we tested your battery. Please test one month if any issue we will change your battery in warranty. It was first comment from guy who was handling my concerns. I visited again in month with same issue. But this time. They charge my battery. Told me again for testing. This happens 6 times. On 19/04/19 i went to service center 7th time. They told my your battery cells got low need to replace battery. Now they asking for money. My battery was in warranty. When i visited first time. They made me fool next 5 months now why i should pay for this. Please do short out my issue.

                  Dear sir/ mam,
                  As my earier complaint on 11/04/2019 at complaint no - [protected]. The goodyear dealer comes for inspection on 12/04/2019 and on checking the tyre he is saying that it is not coming in insaurance policy. The inspection person is saying that we have ride my vechicle on rim. That by the tyre got burst and got cut on it. But sir there no cut on recent tyre. The goodyear dealer is saying that no insaurance will get on it. And then after the dealer is saying that on first tyre which is burst before second tyre will replace my tyre on 50%. And now the ford company call me from chennai on 13/04/2019 and making conference with sales manager shakeel khan ford jhansi. And the person from jhansi is saying that take one tyre on insaurance and the other one on 50%. But sir if this should will be done why the company first tell me that the tyre will not changed. And then i have buy new tyre from market on paying money. I am not satisfied with the inspection team from goodyear because he not listing anything and the dealer team is not asking to him anything and not asked me anything what the dealer have said. So please send another ispection team that should ispect my tyre and should give me right report.
                  Because my two tyre have burst in approx 3 months of regestration of vechicle. And on the second tyre which is burst on nh-1 on where i am riding my car on approx speed of 120-140. And when the vechicle got bubbled and i think it got punchered and i have take my safe side and it will take to approx 1-2 km to take safe side. And the inspection is saying that its my fault.

                  On my first complain the dealer is said that he will not changed the tyre. And he tell me that buy a new tyre for your vechicle. And i have buyed new tyre on paying the money. And after the second tyre got burst and then i again complaint in goodyear the dealer comes and tell me that second tyre will also not changed. And sir i am in very big trouble that only 3 months have passed and the two tyre got burst. And i am not satisfied with the dealer and the company.
                  Please changed my tyres because i am not satisfied with the goodyear tyre. Only 3-4 months passed and two tyre got burst. That’s why i am saying that because it is not safety of me on riding on goodyear tyre.

                    I took my ford aspire to the mody ford showroom in nagole, hyderabad; after the ac stopped working suddenly. It's been 3 days since i took my car there but they haven't been able to solve the problem. At first they got the ac working but after a few hours it stopped working again. It's too inconvenient for me. I doubt the workers are not qualified to work in showrooms. This is too bad. It hasn't been 3 years since i bought my car and it's already showing repairs.

                      We purchased ford free style (Aug 2018) model at hyd. From past three months front left tyre is getting punctured repeatedly and today that co. Person declared that it will not be able to replace or so. Fine., where ever i showed these tyre's (Good year) are worst. Thank you to provide such a waste co. Tyres. Please look after this matter. Today only i met two people with same problem, with same tyres at your service station. Look at this matter soon.

                        I purchased ford ecosport titaniums diesel top variant on feb 12, 2019. Today is 13th of april. Completed 2 months.
                        Within these two month, both my front tryes have been replaced due to tyre bursts while driving.
                        And yesterday again my fl tyre bursted while i was driving back from office. My speed was around 40-50 kmph.
                        I communicated the same to my service center and filed a complaint at customer relationship center.

                        I read many articles on internet having the same trye burst issue with r17 ecopia tryes.

                        I am posting here to escalate and make this issue public and have ford india resolve it quickly as i can’t drive my car with confidence.

                        I bought this variant because of safety as it have 6 airbags and a bigger driver display unit. But it seems like i and my co-passangers are no longer safe in this vehicle as the tyre can burst any time.

                        Thankfully till now whenever my tyre bursted i was in low traffic with low speed. But that would not be the case everytime.

                          We have taken a new ford figo ambient variant, kairaly ford, puzhakkal, thrissur, kerala, which was delivered by the showroom yesterday morning. There are 2 bents on the roof of the newly delivered car, which was not noticed by us at that time, even by the showroom staffs, at the time of their pda checks.
                          We informed mr. Rithesh, sales manager, regarding this, today morning and went to showroom, handed over the key to mr. Nishaf a m, sales manager, who told us they will clear the bent and paint the vehicle.
                          The delivery of the vehicle was already 2 days late according to their commitment. After all, we are not at all ready to take a new vehicle with patch works.. And we are going to seek legal support for the time and money, spent on this...

                            But no delivery status after promising 4.4.19 and 7.4.19. All the promised dates left away my family is disappointed and not interested with for now

                            Commitment matters but the dealer is least bothered about the delivery status
                            Purpose was to give somebody but my dream didn’t come true

I was not at all happy and satisfied with the service i received from ks ford. When i got the vehicle back, i noticed my gears giving me problem as they had become hard. This problem was not there in the vehicle while giving it for servicing. I immediately called back ks ford and informed about this issue, as also sent mails & messages to ford customer care. They collected the vehicle twice after that after repeated requests and took it to service centre, however returned it back both times without rectifying the problem.
                                In fact ks ford technician as well as their service manager mr vipul told me that there is no problem with the gear. This means that as a customer, i am raising an incorrect concern of gears being distinctly hard after its normal servicing done by ks ford earlier this month. This is very unprofessional behaviour on part of ford india pvt ltd. I also requested that if ks ford is finding it not capable to rectify the issue - which has come up after servicing by them only, then i would request ford india to send a team of more qualified technicians from their head office/main servicing plant - to rectify the issue. I sent number of complaint mails & messages to ford on email, facebook and otherwise about the problem - but all have fallen to deaf ears. This is absolutely pathetic and poor customer service from a reputed company like ford.
                                In fact, now there is ac problem also come in the car (Which also was reported during servicing & which apperently ks ford rectified - but ac has stopped working again).
                                I have no other option but to raise it with highest officials of ford india pvt ltd and in the consumer forum. Along side i would definitely spread the word around on social media - to people so that they think twice before buying a ford vehicle.

                                  I purchased a car ford figo aspire card from odisha ford (Padma motors private limited) pratap nagari, cuttack odisha-753011.
                                  Purchased date - 23-jun-2018.

                                  Later on i came to know that the dealer sold me the car which was manufactured on jan-2016, generally such old manufactured car not suppose to sell the car, i discussed the same with sales people, they convinced me there will be no problem, nothing will happen, in case any problem they will take care.

                                  I went to odisha ford showroom for scheduled servicing on 31st jan 2019, after servicing over they placed me the bill for the day, where i found instead of my name as customer swayamprava dikshit name was present on the bill as customer, i discussed with dealer people i avoid to put my signature on that to pay and take back my car, i complain the same to gm service of odisha ford, team said me due to some technical issue in their database it has happened this is not big problem we will correct that, i asked them to corrrect now then only i will sign the bill otherwise no.

                                  Gm service mr. Mohanty manage the situation in their system they shown me the things has been taken care but the invoice will be remain unchange, so its our fault from odisha ford he assured me no need to give the amount raised on that bill, consider as a gift from odisha ford, bill was of rs.2864, in this way i back to home with my car, they said everything will be correct with actual.

                                  On 23-march-2019 at night i parked my car, when i tried to start the car at morning to go somewhere, the car was not fail to start, i called to road side assistant for their help, they managed to come on the spot and give jump start to car with the help of their battery of the car. They said me there is problem with your battery so please change that on priority.

                                  On this incident i complain the same to ford india that i purchased the car just before 6, 7 months back how come such problems may come with my car, request them to please look into this and give permanent solution, after the complaint call i received one message from ford that mr. Jyotirmaya nayak thanks for calling to ford india your complain registered, completely i shocked to saw the message, i purchased the car on my name (Shaikh saddam hossain), in service invoice swayamprava dikshit was there i complaint for again one new name come to the picture, i was totally confused.

                                  Get this clarify i went to odisha ford again and asked them give the detail of my car stored with them, from that i came to know the car first purchased date mentioned is 30-jun-2017 and the warranty also started from that date, whereas i purchased the car on 23-jun-2018, how come the warranty can start 1 year before of purchased date, according to ford rule warranty of new car is valid for 2 years, start from jun-2017 suppose to end on jun-2019, in order to hide their fraud activity dealer already adjusted the one year extended warranty fee along with car prices and extended till jun-2020, without informing me.

                                  On asking all these things they are again telling there are issue with their database due to which all the things are happening we will fix all.in this way i am being cheated me, since a long i am struggling to get the justice from them, i am completely harassed and disappointed with the service, commitment, delivery and behavior of odisha ford staffs. Please help me to get out from this problem with proper justice and compensation.

                                  1. Sold me old manufactured car of jan 2016 on jun 2018, 2.5 years old. And taken payment according to the price of that car on 2018.
                                  2. Warranty period already started 1 year before of my purchased date.
                                  3. Without my concern they took 1 year warranty extended amount and not given any invoice for that and not even informed me.
                                  4. Probably the car sold to someone earlier to their relative or staffs on 30-jun-2017 and returned and again sold me the same on 23-jun-2018, due to which customer name was not matching with my name in their database.
                                  5. Continue sly visiting to their office and asking for justice and compensation no one listing me on this regards.

                                  Sir i m working as judicial offcer in gujarat and i gave my ford eco soprt at anand sarthi ford It takes too time to sort out push front door button and car service has not been within time and poor service and support... i have not been informed yet that when i will have my car... very poor service

                                      Hi all i had purchased a ford ecosport 3 months back n within the said time its malfunctioning has already started the vehicle has already taken enough peace of my mind
                                      Vechile broke down n when contacted the service people first they said they couldn’t help bcoz it was sunday.
                                      After 4hours of waiting they towed my vehicle away n since then its being lying with them
                                      The service department has ni clue as to what has happened with my vehicle they say that a certain part is not available and it would take 2 months time for them to fix my problem.

                                      Mr. Vishwas is a hopeless fellow with no sense to speak to customers
                                      Also mr. Trivedi has no idea as to what needs to be communicated to the customer.
                                      I am tired of calling them daily
                                      But they are all shameless creatures sitting there n having a gala time with no proper response to my query.

                                        I am driving ford figo sports edition from 2 years. I met an accident in november so i gave my car for an accidental repair in chand ford guwahati assam. Nd i got my car after 4 long months. The estimate was around 3.5 lks which was covered by my insurance. And now i hav been driving my car for few days. And now i noticed that the steering wheel they put in my car is of lower version one without any leather wrap nd red stich.. But my original steering wheel had pre installed leather wrap with red stich in it which look really good but now its of rubber nd ugly.. So i want my my steering wheel to be replaced with the original one which comes for my perticular model.. As il not bear such mistakes.. Plz resolve my problem
