I am owner of ford ecosport. Last month my car's bridgestone tyre got burst while driving on nh 1 between ganaur to panipat. I had complaint to bridgestone and ford both for the same but bridgestone rejected the claim. Thanks to ford they replaced the tyre with 25% costing and provided new tyre. It is very unfortunate eureka ford dealer is closed in chennai, no alternative service centres opened so far. And no public information on such closures.

Also, these two areas or road and ecr road ipo mahabalipuram are important areas in chennai, but no service centres in these areas over 200 sq kms in chennai city. All existing car owners in this area affected by this.

Ford should take over these closed service...

I have booked ecosport trend +diesel color silver on 26.12.2018 with down payment of 4 lacs on the commitment that they will deliver it by friday. Now they have started avoiding me. When i reached them through different sales guy, i was told that silver color is unavailable. When it was unavailable then on what basis they have taken booking amount from me.
