Ltd) ahmedabad, gujarat, india my car chassis no majaxxmrkajp65901 i got delivery at 23nov 2018, and rto registration done i got sms from rto for number allotment, but number plates fitments not done it is very long time no call form dealer side, i am suffering from traffic police harassment,
Please do need full urgently.

    Dear sir/madam,

    I have purchased ford ecosports ambient in nov 2016 from sai ford jabalpur with engine no: ge43535 and chasis no: majaxxmrkage43535 and since then i have drive it 17000 km.

    I am facing the problem of engine starting. Today on 08/01/2019 i am facing this problem for the forth time. I have shown my car to ford galaxy bhopal on july 2018 when it happens for the first time, then they have changed the software and told me that it will work properly, again on dec 2018 i face the same problem then i have shown my car to sai ford bhopal the also told me that we have changed the software and after 5 days engine starting problem again happens then i have shown it to once again galaxy ford bhopal and the reprogram the key and software.

    But today also i started my car in the morning from my home for going to office it started properly, i drive 14 km and stopped my car on bhopal bypass highway near iiser college bhopal bypass for some work. But after that it dose not start again.

    Ford have sold me a defective car, and i want to file a case against ford india and sai ford jabalpur.

    Ford can think about the situation, if i am driving the car with family in night and if it happens the who will be responsible on any misshapen

    I think ford will provide me a new car,

      I am owner of ford ecosport. Last month my car's bridgestone tyre got burst while driving on nh 1 between ganaur to panipat. I had complaint to bridgestone and ford both for the same but bridgestone rejected the claim. Thanks to ford they replaced the tyre with 25% costing and provided new tyre. But today again while driving same new tyre got burst.
      We have many bumps on road and most of indian roads are uneaven. If these tyres are not capable of taking weight of vehicle why ford company is giving these tyres with the product.

      Or is it means ecosport is not meant for offroad areas.

      Please look into this and if possible please provide other company tyres as i have purchased this vehicle for my ease not to visit ford office again and again

        It is very unfortunate eureka ford dealer is closed in chennai, no alternative service centres opened so far. And no public information on such closures.

        Also, these two areas or road and ecr road ipo mahabalipuram are important areas in chennai, but no service centres in these areas over 200 sq kms in chennai city. All existing car owners in this area affected by this.

        Ford should take over these closed service stations immediately and re-start them, or arrange suitable workshops, as warranty is also affected.

        This has bad image on ford, forget about urea, as people buy car for ford name, not eureka.

        My request is for ford management intervention to solve this problem and worries of ford car owners, now risked with servic and loss of confidence for buying future cars from ford india.

          It so happened on 28th morning at around 9.15 am that left wheel of my car hit an adjacent concrete projection at a speed of 20-25kph.

          I stopped immediately for checking up and found something is not okay inside the wheel set-up.

          I immediately called cauvery ford udupi service and mr. Pradeep acknowledged my request and was present at the site in no time. I sincerely appreciate his quick response. However, on further inspection by mr. Pradeep revealed some form of deformation to the tie rod. He even guided and assisted to get free road-side assistance for my car needed to be towed to mangalore (65km away from the accident site).

          Meanwhile, mr. Pradeep drove my car to a nearby place where the car can be safely parked till the arrival of the tow vehicle. This is where the problem began, i didn't have any idea about.

          My car reached to cauvery ford mangalore service in the afternoon of the same day and i was connected to mr. Prashant who, i was told will be taking the case forward.

          Since i had decided to do the repairs through my insurer, i had to wait till monday for the arrival of the supervisor, which i felt okay since insurance offices remain closed on saturdays.

          On tuesday i came to know that the ball joint and one other part is also damaged which will be covered under insurance but not disproportionately worn out tyres.

          But how did the tyres got so damaged? It was because of the kind act of mr. Pradeep to drive the car away from the accident spot to a nearby (

            I am very much regret to inform you that during the small peiod of 06 month i am suffering one or other problem with vehicle. First time front glass broken reasons not known to us. Second time vehicle was getting hot showing cooleng gets hot and today vehicle is not getting started.
            I am using the vehicles of different manufacturer for more than 10 years but didn't across the problem like this. I thinks there is some manufacturing defect hence i am facing regular problem
            I request you to please look into the problem in details and get the problem solved once for all or replace the vehicle with other one.

              I purchased new ford ecosport and since i bought within a week a sound in brake will come i visited noida ford 63 dealer and asked to check but they told its new car so after aine time 1000 km it will set.. After 3 service with same dealer each time i raised the issue but everytime they ignored and just rub the disk and brake pad and give back to me.. Sound will atop for 10-15 days and its start again.. Now this time when i asked them strictly to resolve it dealer of noida sector 63 asked me that disk and brake pad need to change and i give me 10k estimate.
              Dealer know this brakes was damaged since beginning due to manufacturing defects but he pass time so that now he make excuses of wear and tear part and can make money.
              This is wrong practice by noida dealer and highly disappointed from such a brand.. I raised the same issue with ford india too but they are also seems to be not interested is customer issues whe focus is on just selling the car without caring wrong practices followed by its dealers.

                As an owner of ford figo i regret to bring in to your notice that i am not satisfied with the quality of the metal sheet and also the painting of the car. I purchased this car in 2012 and was able to notice rust on side doors one year back. It is not supposed to happen to the vechile in these days. Before purchasing this vechile i was using a maruti zen which was 12 byears old and no such complaint was there. So request you to take necessary action and find a solution to this problem

                  I have booked ecosport trend +diesel color silver on 26.12.2018 with down payment of 4 lacs on the commitment that they will deliver it by friday. Now they have started avoiding me. When i reached them through different sales guy, i was told that silver color is unavailable. When it was unavailable then on what basis they have taken booking amount from me.

                  They are not picking my phone.. Ford should delist such fraud dealers immediately who doesn't believe in client and are interested in making money by unfair means.

                      Hi i am mayank nassa owning ford ecosport diseal, i bought my car on 12thmay 2017 and its been jst 1.5yr and my gear box get stucks after every 4-5 months and i am facing the gear box issue for the 3rd time nd highly dissatisfied with the ford company and there service, great inconvenience has been caused to me due to this, service centre doesn’t response to my complaints properly and buying a ford was d biggest mistake from me, my car is with service centre from past 10days and i haven’t got my problem resolved

                        We had booked ford ecosport twice. Once in 2015 at talera ford, pune
                        By giving amount of rs.50, 000.
                        They did not give us the car for 6months despite of regular asking. When we demanded refund of our booking amount, they were not at all ready to give us that either.
                        The employees were very rude and unresponsive to calls and to provide any information about the delivery of the car or the refund.
                        Still, we booked another ecosport at bhavba ford, panel again because we wanted that car. There also we paid, booking amount of rs.30, 000 and we got the same treatment. We did not get the car for 4 months and again when we asked for refund, they were not ready to give!!
                        Does ford india does not want to sell its cars??
                        At both the showrooms, we were asked to change the car color 100 times saying this color has been stopped or its not available now. We were very fed up with the company and its dealers and the cars.

                        Despite this unruly, bad treatment by ford, we again came back to ford, thinking the situation might have changed and booked the ford aspire car recently before 2months in diwali by giving at payment of rs.25, 000 at shivalik ford, pune.
                        And again we are experincing the same situation, which we experienced twice in the past with the ford company. We are not getiing the color of our choice, which was infact suggested by the showroom emplooyees and manager themselves. We already have changed the color twice and yet not getting the delivery of our car. They are also not showing us the actual car with color and yet we are made to take a decision of changing the colors. No discount or any small offer is given ever, even during diwali ir christmas!!! How ridiculous!!!

                        What is wrong with ford??? Is this how you treat the customers who are trying to buy your cars??? If you dont want to sell just shutdown the indian factories here. Alraedy maruti suzuki and tata are giving major competitions and better customer service and fast delivery.

                        This definately calls for a compensation to us, since we have been treated wrongly not just once, but thrice by the company and its dealers.
                        We have had a great loss of money, time, efforts and mental stress rising from the loss and unruly, unkind behaviour from the company every single time after booking a car with ford.
                        This matter needs to be looked into urgently.

                          I have brought a new ford figo aspire 2 years ago but from 5 months i am facing problem of rusting in the whole car. The doors are not opening. The engine box was rusted completely. The paint starting removing i had complaint to your dealer many times but there was"t any response from dealer since they are saying to leave the car but there was no benefit said by them. So i had complaint in the consumer court against your product and your dealer with my complaint number 1069210.

                            My car no he 26 cb 7201 ford ecosport was creating staring problem so it was sent to harpreet ford gurgaon service station for rectifying the error

                            I was told that self start motor not working so it need to be replaced for which rs 7000 approx will be charged. I agreed to it and also got my car serviced along with this and paid total bill amount of rs 15000

                            Car was dropped at my place since i was out i could not check the same. At 11 in the night when i had to go somewhere i started my car i was surprised to see that same problem was still there and nothing was rectified. I could not go to a designated place and ya drop take a taxi.

                            I am really surprised to see the kind of bad services being provided by harpreet ford. Company is doing cheating and fraud with customer and only charging money. They must refund my money and rectify the car

                              After driving 13000 km the clutch plate broken down on highway before 8 month back. I replaced the clutch plate. Now again after driving 6500 km the ford technician is saying the clutch plate is half gone, and they are blaming the driving condition. I am driving from last 10 years and 1st time i faced this with ford only.
                              There is some serious issue with ford echo sports clutch plate.

                                I am dr anuj jindal, i booked an test drive of ford endavour on15/12/18 in exchange of vw polo. Your team from tricity ford panchkula took my car for inspection and when they came back my gear box was not working, it was broken. When i asked about the issue to your representative mr ashok kumar, they started fighting and ran from the place. I am highly dissapointed by the kind of behavior their team has shown and will soon take a legal action against your franchise if somebody will not reimburse towards my loss. Kindly look in to the matter.

                                  Hi i am ranjith, i have pick up problem in my ford figo and get service at suryabala ford trichy rd, thiyagi shanmuga nagar, vasanth nagar, singanallur, coimbatore, tamil nadu 641005. After 5 days after the they billed rs 14300 and delivered the vehicle. The next day i went for a long drive and i came to i faced the same pick up problem and the nest whole day i spent in the service center to rectify the problem end of day they told that the problem resolved temporarily and need to change a spare that cost rs. 21000 and stock also not available. The next day i faced the same pick up problem and vibrating nose form the front side. When open the bonnet came to they didn't screwed the bolt s on the air filter properly. After i screwed it manually and i felt better pick up. So why the spare that cost rs. 21000?. And even the not filled the air to stepney wheel even i remained many time. Their service is very poor, time waste and money waste. But i resolved the problem with a local mechanic guy and he charged only rs 2000. Now my car have good pick up.

                                    The Manager,

                                    I own a Ford Aspire Titanium, booked under the name of my father, Mr. Jugalkishor Kilji with the passing number GJ14 AK 6916.
                                    While driving today on amreli-lathi highway in Gujarat, the road was a little uneven and my speed was slow as there was my family and a 2 year child on board, the alloy wheel of the left front tyre bent and the air from the wheel got released all of a sudden. There was no puncture throughout the entire length of the wheel.
                                    Due to this, i lost my balance but luckily as my speed was slow, no one got injured.

                                    But this came as a surprise to me as such a thing rarely happens and had i been driving a little faster, it would have caused injuries.
                                    I spoke to one of your customer care agents in Rajkot Ford service centre (Jai Ganesh) but i got a really rude response from him saying that this is not his responsibility.
                                    If this isnt the responsibility of your people, then whose is it. I have been driving cars since many years now and no such thing has ever happened.
                                    I now doubt the quality of the alloy wheel used in my car.

                                    I need a response and inspection in regard to this matter or else due to this unacceptable behaviour of your staff and the danger and damage caused, i will take a legal action.

                                      The steering has been locked in running condition. It is a very serious issue on the safety grounds. According to your service provider (Mr. Rohit sanghi owner of vinayak autolink pvt ltd, indore, mp), it is a technical problem. He also said that there is not any loss of life. So, it is very small issue.

                                      But please clarify that “are we waiting for any loss of life”, after that we shall take any action. Who will be responsible for that type of issues.

                                      We do not want to continue with this four wheeler, so please return back the same. Because it is a very big failure of your technology.

                                      Please note that contact us on urgent basis, because we are going to go for legal action and media also.

                                      You are wholly responsible for the consequences arise from above action

                                        My figo car broke down on a highway in kolar and called up for roadside assistance. The customer care representative told me to first make online payment of 2k and then they will proceed with the towing process. I couldn't pay online as internet connectivity was poor and i told that i'll pay cash as soon as the vehicle comes for towing. But the customer care representative told that it's not possible to send the towing vehicle unless n until i paid the online payment. I was shocked by their behavior. It felt like, a person is drowning in some deep waters and the guard asks first pay me money n later i'll think of saving u from drowning. I also told them this is the reason why ford is still not able to connect with indian population. Later i had to call up a different towing services who accepted to help me n towed my vehicle and later completed the payment in cash. Hope ford india makes some changes in their approach
