Mine is a white aspire –tn37 cp 5873 titanium, april 2016 model. Ran 50, 000 kms already.

50, 000 kms service with suryabala ford at singanallur.
• service booking done with suryabala (Earlier i was doing the service with rajshree ford which is no more right now) and this is my first experience in this dealer ship at suryabala ford.
• vehicle was pickup by driver at 10:00 a. M on 05.12.18.. I was informed by the driver that the service technician will call me back. But, no call from any service engineer for the day. When i contacted in the afternoon, then i understand that the mobile number noted by them was wrong. Service engineer - mr kannan told that he will do the regular service and said the price is around rs. 5000 incl. Interior cleaning. I confirmed the pricing for that service and asked to confirm about the body shop work and its cost.. I also informed him that if the cost is less, i will pay and if its more then we will go for insurance. All my originals were kept inside the car and informed to the service technician again by me.
• i gave my observations list kept in the vehicle and informed to receptist. But that was not seen and later i informed and then it was seen by kannan-service engineer.
• he said, the body shop engineer vipin will call me back. No body called for the whole day inspite of the original rc, license and insurance given to them.
• i called them again in the next day afternoon (Today), he said again that mr. Vipin the body shop person will call me back. Serive engineer kannan, told he will confirm in 10 minutes. Never called again. I called him again after 2 hours and he said, he will ask vipin to call me back. Vipin called me at 3:15 p. M and told one person has to come for signature by next day and the vehicle will be ready by 10th or 11 th dec 2018.
• i called near to 10 times in the past 1-1/2 days and this is really a lethargic approach towards a customer. Customer has to follow 10 times in call, to get some feedback which is very worst. I'm travelling 60 kms daily with my car and struggling to get the car after service with in 2 or 3 days.. Very lethargic approach from a ford service technician and the body shop technician towards a customer. Very bad experience.. Completely unhappy: (

Have a rethink again to come for a service at ford dealership in coimbatore.

    Sir/mam, regarding the above mentioned subject i had got an accident near burdwan town of west bengal. After that i had given my car (Jh01cv 5308) in saini ford, kolkata. The dealing person was mr. Pintu palangdar whose contact number is
    [protected]. After finishing the service in the first week of september 18 i took my vehicle. At the time of delivery the lock of my stepney was broken, after asking about it they told that it was broken in service procedure so i left the issue. On 26th nov 18 my one tyre got punctured and my driver took out the tyre to change then he showed me that there is a big hole in the stepney tyre. At that time i called to mr. Pintu and sent the pictures but he denied about it. Sir my vehicle is new and never i have changed my stepney so with a responsibility i can say that the staffs of that service centre has stolen my new tyre and put the old tyre.
    Hence i request to take the proper action against the staffs and give back my new tyre otherwise i will lodge an fir against the service center and their staffs.

      Good day sir,
      I am mv thomas an ex defence personnel. My ford ecosport titanium, which
      Purchased from malayalam ford, kochi in nov 2013. (Kl42 h 7722) all the periodical service and repairs done by malayalam ford only. As my car effected byflooding in aug 2018, i contacted malayalam ford for repair. It was flooded just up to dash board. They took the vehicle to the service centre in august last 2018. I submitted the rc and insurance paper to the service centre. They told me that, all the insurance formalities will be done by them. After few days, when i enquired about the estimated cost of repair and the amount which is granted by the insure company, they told me that all the cost of repair will be met by insurance company. My car insurance value was rs.500000. (Five lakh). I do not need to pay anything from my pocket. During repairing period, my son visited three times to the service centre, then also they repeated the same words. After completion of the repair, they told me that, the total repair cost is rs. 260000 (Two lakh sixty thousand). And i have to pay rs.75000 (Seventy five thousand) from my pocket. Remaining amount will be given by insurance company. They kept me in dark about the estimated cost of repair and the amount granted by insurance company till last, despite asking several times. I paid rs.75000 to get my car released. After driving about 6km, when we entered a petrol pump, windows and diesel tank cap were not opening. They came and took the car back, and yesterday they delivered the car back. (30/11/2018). I am planning to get my car inspected by another agency/work shop to make sure that they have renewed the parts mentioned in the bill including central processing unit. Their behaviour was also very rude to my wife and son.

        I bought a new ford freestyle titanium car.
        Car is not speeding up fast from 0 to 60 km fast.
        From a still position e. G. Traffic signal, signal becomes green and
        I cannot take the car fast like other vehicles. Seems like a rpm limiter
        Is stopping the car engine from increasing the rpm beyond 1300.
        Kairali ford service at kochi palarivattom is not helping.
        Advice me what to do.

          I have ford classic fiesta 1.4 lxdi diesel model, 2011 year. Car no - mh-15-dc-3442. My car is only ridden 34500 km till date and that because before 2 years engine used to get stalled when car was in motion so sighting safety measure i reduced the mileage on the car, after showing at your service center 2 times but that was not fixed. The service center guys recommend to change fuel injectors to solve issue. I was really surprised to learn and shocked that how can fuel injectors fail so early?. Then on 3rd service this issue was fixed of stalling by formatting on scan. Hence car was working good at last. But suddenly since last 1 month car is locked at 2000 rpm and its not going above it. On checking with service center guys they are telling that 3 injectors in car have failed. And on further inquiring with work shop people and searching on internet i came to know that these cars are fitted with faulty continental fuel injectors! Cost of one injector is 18000 rupees. Ford how can you do these? After have knowledge of faulty parts is'nt it your duty to replace them? Go and search internet so many people have this issue.

            Sir i myself abhinandan gane i was visited your unique ford kolhapur maharashtra service centre with the problem of some noise due to breakage of gearbox mounting cut, shocker and they changed both. And after the completion of service new problem will start which is vibration in full vehicle. Then i was complainted about that same day in showroom they said you come we will clear your problem. After that i visited 2 times to that service centre with this problem from two months but they are not responding me properly till my vehicles problem was not clear. I am 100 km's away from kolhapur's unique ford service centre and visited 3 times in two months but i will not satisfied with your service and when i visit the service centre they will create a new problem. Right now i have some problems regarding vibration on full body, some noise in front side of the vehicle, continuesly blinking hand brake signal and so. And these all problems are created newly when i visited your kolhapur's unique ford service centre from september 2018.

              Dear all,

              Greetings of the day!

              This is with reference to my continues follow up permanent registration certificate (Prc) and permanent number of vehicle of my recent of ford aspire on 15th october 2018 from riddhi ford - mathura road, new delhi.

              Mr. Dinesh was the sales person following up with me on pre-sales and during sales process and the commitments made was hey-why but still i said ok, just because i like the car and even purchased without taking test drive.

              1. I was given the temporary registration certificate (Trc) on 18th oct 2018 which was valid till 17th nov 2018, (Copy attached). I have called mr. Dinesh and mr. Kunal multiple times for the pending accessories (Mud flap - included in the kit; side moulding and shark fin) for which the amount has already been paid till date they have been saying every time that it will be done after 2-3 days.

              2. I have also request for no claim bonus of my previous car which is sold to riddhi ford) they have asked multiple documents which i have given them over mails and whatsapp to avail the discount but the amount for which the company has to pay myself is still pending.

              3. Leaving all the concern behind, when it comes to prc which has already expired on 17th nov 2018. I called up mr dinesh on 18th nov 18 for which he did not picked up the call, further which i called the hunting no. Of riddhi ford[protected] they connected me to mr. Kunal, mr. Kunal said all the issue will be sort out by 22nd nov and they would give me a call, which i never received. Further which i called on 23rd nov which is today at 1:30 pm to mr. Kunal to know the status and he said he will get the issues sort out within an hour and call me, which again i never received. Then i call him at 7 pm, on calling for the 3rd time he picked up the call and said he was busy and will get the things sorted on 26th nov. Which i still doubt will be done.

              I have to travel out of the city next week on 28th nov, do i drive the car without valid registration certificate and god forbid if anything happens to the car, will the insurance give the claim for same.
              Due to no valid id of my vehicle i am not driving the car and going to office via auto and cabs, will the ford company pay the daily expense being borne for same.

              Considering all the above mentioned situation, let me know by when will i get the original prc, amount of ncb and amount for accessories for which now i do not want to get installed from riddhi ford anymore.

              Kindly consider the same as urgent and get the things done on priority basis.

              This is really pathetic service from riddhi ford and even the the kind of response received from senior staff like mr. Kunal is not expected.

                I had purchased Ford Figo sports model from V GO ford Faridabad on 07/09/2018. Till now i have not received my RC and Vehicle number plate. I had called many times to V GO ford but they are not giving much attention to the issue.V Go Ford General manager is also avoiding me when i go personally to the agency.

                  आपको सादर अवगत कराना चाहता हूं कि मैंने आपनी कार फोर्ड फीगो up27u 6324 bareilly कपल फोर्ड में readiotor और फैन ठीक होने चलती हुई दी थी एजेंसी ने चैक करके गाड़ी 13 अप्रैल 2018 को अपने पास रख ली इसके बाद 18 अप्रैल को मुझे 16000 रुपये का लगभग भुगतान होना है बीमा होने के कारण ये बिल लगभग 5800 रु। होना था जब मुझे कहा गया की 18 की शाम तक मेल आ जायेगा आपकी गाड़ी ठीक हो चुकी है कल आके ले जाइए।मैं जब 19 अप्रैल को अपनी गाड़ी लेने कपल फोर्ड bareilly गया तब मुझे बताया गया कि आपकी गाड़ी का इंजन सीज है इसमें लगभग 80000 हजार रु लगेगा मैने कहा जब मैने गाड़ी आपको सोंपी थी तब गाड़ी चल रही थी अब आप बाता रहे है कि 80000 लगेगा ।जबकि उसमे readioator fain भी डाल दिया मुझे 16000 का मैसेज भी कर दिया अब जब गाड़ी लेने आया हु तब गाड़ी स्टार्ट तक नही हो रही ।6 माह से मेरी गाड़ी वही खड़ी है कृपया मुझे मेरी गाड़ी सही कराके दिलाने की कृपा करें प्रार्थी को परिवार के साथ बिना कार के सफर करने में अत्यंत दिक्कत होती है और गाड़ी मरी लोन पर है जिसकी किश्त मैं आज तक दे रहा हुँ।कृपया मेरी गाड़ी सही करके दिलाने का कष्ट करें।

                    Dear sir,

                    I am a valued customer of ford. I have bought ford ecopsort titanium petrol model in oct 2017.

                    Approximately 4500 km already running.

                    Two services already done on dec 17 and oct 18.

                    But still i m getting 9.4km average.

                    I didn't understand why i am getting only 9.4km average. Company claimed 14 to 15 km average on city. On highway it will goes 19 to 20 km.

                    But on highway i m getting same 9.4 km average.

                    Day before yesterday i have visited agra.

                    We have taken the route of agra expressway.

                    Car is running at a average speed of 120 to 130 kmph.

                    But the major problem is average which is showing 9.5km.

                    On highway it increases 0.1.

                    Could you please check the vehicle and resolve the average problem on priority.

                      I have a car, figo titanium, diesel, 2011 make. Car stops abruptly - engine cut off while driving and it has an issue with starting.

                      Before two days it is good in condition, while i m trying to start today, it is not starting and showing following indicators in in its dashboard.
                      1. Malfunction indicator
                      2. Battery indicator
                      3. Oil indicator.

                      What may the probable reasons to observe in my car.

                        Refer two complaint numbers in subject. It's for coolant leak issue. The problem is unresolved and dealership taking ages to replace the thermostat.

                        Talera ford gave faulty vehicle later that broke my car in between of planned family vacation and later surat ford takes 5 working day to replace coolant thermostat part

                        Pathetic service from ford dealership.. Both in determining issue and fixing it.

                        No response from customer relationship manager as well as from dealership.

                          Since i bought this car, after using just 2000 km i was facing clutch problem, i have informed to noida ford, sector-63, noida. But they ignored by saying its normal, now i driven this call 45000 km and they are saying your clutch plate and whole systems is gone, and it will cost you around 45000 / rs. This is so pathetic experince with such a big brand.

                          Not only this i have come to know hard clutch could suffer a clutch pressure plate fracture with the risk of fire.

                          Please help.

                            I have had complaint since 2012 once my car free servicing was completed. First i used to give it to yeshwanthpur bangalore. They have cheated me and even changed the foot rugs. On enquiring nobody could resolve the issue.
                            Last year 2017, after i got the servicing done, they forced me to get brake pad changed. I argued with them knowing fully well that it would work another 10000 km.
                            They did not do the servicing properly and gave it back with out doing any oil change and even brake fluid. They have simple billed me money.
                            In complaining and giving them feedback they have again called me umpteen times and tortured me.
                            I am fed up of ford servicing in hesarsghatta who is cheating me. As i have no option, i am continuing to give my car to the same place.

                              I am satish kumar having a ford figo aspire titanium deasel which is purchased on 25.08.2018 which i drove for 5000 kilometers. The car was malfunctioning and both front tires were almost 75% damaged. I reported ford india and they assured that they will take care of the problem and advised to take to service center. I submitted my car in harpreet ford shahibabad where they diagnosed a problem in soccer and changed the same and told me that approval for tires will come from ford india. When i repeatedly chased ford then they took their service center harpreet ford in conference call and asked me pay for the tires. Which is unjustified and also i was not given any estimate for tires although they have tie up with tires manufacturing company. Now, the question is why to pay for manufacturing defects which was reported by me to ford dealer in very initial. Really pathetic service and car quality. My car registration number is up14du4328. My car is still in service center and waiting for final approval from ford india.

                                I have brought a for eccosport cars vin number majaxxmrkajm49436 on 07 september 2018, unfortunately i have met with accident on 19.08.2018 and i have call to road assistant service accordingly my vehicle was leftout by road assistant service at bhagat ford chandigarh on 21.09.2018 through crane service.
                                As per direction of service staff of bhagat ford motors chandigarh i have given all document to them trough corriuor with in three days.
                                Now after lapsed of more than 45 days my vehicle has not repaired so far and as confirmed telepathically from them they have told me that some damaged parts of my vehicle is not received from chennai plant of ford india so far..
                                I have take up the matter regularly through email [protected]@ford.com but no action has been taken so far. They have informed me that all parts have been delivered. As i asking bhagt ford motors they have told me that some of the pats have not received so far.
                                It is, therefore humble requested to take up the matter with concerned authorities and direct him to repair my vehicle on priority basis as i hv not applied for registration nos. So far due to nonavailability of vehicle at the site. My contact no. Is [protected] & email id is [protected]@gmial.com

                                  I have bought ecosport trend in aug 2016 and in only 2yrs of purchase i am facing serious problems in vehicle.
                                  From the last service @20000 km, their is jerking /vehicle not starting and spark missing problem in engine.
                                  The vehicle got stopped in the middle of the road in traffic and didn't started after that.
                                  My car is standing in ford service center from last 15 days and now the team is telling the cylinder head/gaskets are faulty and needs to be replaced only at 20, 000 km & they have generated quotation of 1, 41000 rs which is totally unreasonable
                                  How poor quality product ford is delivering and why we are supposed to bear this cost.
                                  I will request all the awared people not to buy ford vehicle. They don't provide quality products and even worst after service care.

                                    I have bought ford ecosport 1.5 diesel titanim mt in the year 24.05.2017. The navigator of the vehicle is not working from the date of purchase.
                                    The vehicle bought from pvs ford palakkad branch. Within days of purchase it closed.

                                    The second and third service was done from aly ford, palakkad. The service from the ford dealers are very bad.

                                    I need compensation of rs.5 lakh for this reason from ford.

                                      I am jinkala sreenivasa reddy, i am qualfying ca, my vehicle registration number is ap27bz0942 (Ford figo titanium), i with my family members coming from hyderabad to my village through addanki - narketpally highway and major accident done by hitting poles as on[protected], car was fully damaged (Total loss of car) but airbags are not open even total loss of car. Because of wearing seatbelts all are safe with minor injuries, from the incident of accident me and my wife mentally distrubed and shivering even to travel on car and didn't sleep properly until now. I thought ford company sell to defective car to me, otherwise why not open airbags, clearly ford company sold defective car to me. I choose ford car only for safery purpose since ford company slogan is"70percent of indians doesnot aware of safety measurements", ford company engineer visit the car and give the report " because of multiple damages airbags are not deployed) i am not trusting your words, at present also i have respect legend first car maker in the world (Mr. Henry ford), please justice me through compensation

                                        Hi, i had booked a vehicle in 2017 and as per the commitment by the sales person was not being provided and damaged the vehicle during taken for registration. However i had sent several mail communications but the result was negative.
                                        Now i saw the RC book is provided with different model and required to be change, but the same situation, they are not supporting for their fault as they done for all from the day booking of the vehicle. attaching communications with brief in details.
                                        Request the necessary action on the same.
