Sir, i booked ecosport s titanium with sunroof varient petrol engine canyon ridge colour almost 4 months back from oscar ford agartala, tripura. I have already paid the booking amount. But after 4 months of wait 2 days back i was told by the representative that because of some technical problem the same model could not be billed in my name. It may take another 4 months or so to get the same model and they are not very much sure about it. So who will compensate the period i have lost (More than 4 months) to get my desired model? If i opt for any other car company model it will take some time. Moreover i wanted to purchase the ford ecosport only. I shall be very grateful if you can arrange the same model at an early date.     I earlier complaint against of my car tyre which get bubbles on only 12000km of run, company provide warranty on tyre is 40000km/2 years... My problem is that i am complaint this tyre bubbles to ford agency which also do complaint to good year company... But good year company denied to do claim of my tyre & they gave reason is tyre get highly impact or its get damaged inner side without check the tyre & with out opening the tyre... How company provide this false service to customer in any tyre get bubble this is responsibility of company to change the tyre and due to this my car is held on workshop its over 50 days already go... Who is responsible this i have my car and pay emi but don't drive car because car is in workshop... Ford doesn't provide parts of its car eralier than 30 days any law is for this take action against ford and good year company.

    Sollution :- please change my tyre & i want damages from samdhiya ford gwalior who is not provide parts to its customer but sells car... If don't provide parts then why are you selling cars... I face problem last 60 days without my car they give me car only for 3 days and return same place due small or minor damaging on car but they take almost 30 days...

      Dear sir,

      Please note this is the 2nd time i have been cheated and harassed by noida ford (A unit of maxis motors pvt. Ltd.)
      Details are as below:
      1st incident happened on 31/12/2017 in noida ford
      Invoice no. Sip17a10947
      Car no. Ka04mj-6267

      Details: initial diagnosis was a software error, saying this noida ford want me to leave the car for a day as their laptop was not working. I agreed and later they have come up with 1 no. Injector problem and got an approval from me for a budget of approx. Inr 8, 000 over phone to repair the injector. Later they have come back asking for an approval of inr 20, 000.00 then i visited service center and given approval of inr 20, 000 to repair and sat their in their service center. They have made a bill of inr 60, 187.00 which i have been forced to pay.in a span of 3 months i have to almost inr 1 lakhs to noida for the bills they prepared. Surprisingly i have see a service guy has taken 20 minutes for remove the head and fit it back in 15 minutes totalling to 35 minutes but noida ford charged me inr 55, 00.00 considering it a job of 10.28 hrs.

      2nd incident: today i. E. On 17.08.2018
      Reason of visit: normal service with oil change
      Problem while handling over to noida ford: nil
      Agreed time for returning the vehicle: 4:30 pm
      Got a call around 5 pm from the adviser that brake and brake disc need to be replaced and i denied to replace the same from them as they are charging too high. Then i request him to update if any other issue, he confirmed no vehicle will be ready for delivery by 5:45 pm.
      I reached in time and have to wait till 6:30 pm and then i have taken to the car and been informed some problem was there in power steering during idle condition and they are checking for the same. I was standing near my car and found a guy came and started the car and did some checking and then left. I was just waiting for someone to attend my car, no can came till 15-20 min and then i request a guy working on other near buy car and he called the concerned person to attend the problem. I was quite strange saying no such problem was there when i handed over the car for service. They have started doing hit and trial and changed the steering oil and found problem has even got versed. I request them to please handover the car back to me. They prepared the bill charging their hit and trial expenses which included steering oil and other accessories and handed over the car @ 8:30 pm with no washing and cleaning. I have to pay inr 6476.00 with no service and support.
      Now while coming back i realize that car steering is getting jammed during running condition also. It seems that they have done some blunder mistake with my car and the moment i reached my home i called the gm of noida ford and he want me to give car back to him to rectify the issue and assured i will be charged normal rates for the same. I am quite surprised my car was running fine, today i went for servicing and i paid inr 6476.00 and brought a problem with me of steering and again noida ford is trying to make money and for sure they will come back to me with big bills. My car in in the name of my company and may be this is the reason they are trying to take money.
      I request ford india to look into this case seriously and get my car rectified at some other service center without any cost to me.

      Also i want to make people and companies aware not to buy cars from ford as going to service centre like noida ford make your both hands empty by filling their pockets with greediness.

      How you selling ford's car if you don't provide parts it over 10 days no parts available of ecosport car on gwalior dealer...if we contact them they tell no parts available how could i repair my car ...if you don't have part's then why are you selling car...in my car dent is available while deliver me new car i complaint it nobody listen

        I am highly dissatisfied with the service provided by ford thane. Even after buying such an expensive vehicle if i am getting this kind of service then i really dont know what to say. I dont think i will be recommending anyone to buy a ford vehicle in the future and this will probably be my last ford vehicle. I had sent my car for certain issues and servicing to ford thane. One of the main issues was that the door handle of the driver door was broken from inside and simply had to be replaced. He had placed an order for it on 30th july, 2018 and said that the part should be available in a week's time and its been 17 days now and still the part hasnt arrived. Even after delivering the car there was no update from the advisor or the workshop manager at all infact they were avoiding my calls. Is when i had to contact them for another number is when they finally answered and he says that the part will take a week more to arrive and still doesnt commit over it.

          Hello,
          We have purchased the ford ecosports titanium+ 2018 facelift (Gj 16 ch 6751) model on mar 29, 2018. We have driven only the 5300 kms.

          On july 24, 2018 we are coming back from our family function and suddenly on speed of 40 km in city traffic 2 tyres got burst (Left front & lest rear).
          We have to toe my car to showroom and then we came to know we have to replace both the tyres.

          We have raise complain on july 25, 2018, still today we don't have any answer from the ford company, after 20 days.

          Now a days we came to know the two more customer in my city (Bharuch) have same issue with same model car purchased in year 2018 and ford company did not gave them answer till the date!!

          For our point of view first the 205/50 r17 tyre is not suitable for the same model. More over after the so many complain company's attitude is that, they do not want to resolve the issue!!

          In the end our rightfull resolution of our complain is to replace r 17 alloys with the r 16 as previous model has no issue in them. Also the vehicle's purchased warranty will remain same. Or take back your dumb product and refund our full payment immediately.

            Subject: service issues of kl-21-n-3200, ford figo 2016 model

            Sir,
            My car (Ford figo titanium 2016 model, reg: kl -21-n-3200) met with a motor accident on 7 march 2018. So, i had left my car for repair purposes at harry ford kuravankonam thiruvananthapuram. Later, i claimed back my vehicle for rs. 250000/- on with an assurance of 6 months warranty period. But within days my vehicle showed irregularities in the following parts,
            1. Steering column
            2. Seatbelt
            3. Brake pad
            4. Disc roter
            5. Callippers
            6.ac problem
            7. Un wanted noise from front

            Since the period of warranty had not expired, i left the vehicle for service again on at harry ford. The vehicle was returned to me on stating that the entire issues has been solved. But, i would like to bring your attention to the matter that none of the before mentioned issues has been solved and all of it still persists. Also, i hereby express my deep dissatisfaction in your services at harry ford thiruvananthapuram.

                Hi,

                I came to ford with my car tyre issue on 13th july.

                My car is lying in cauvery ford since 16th july to till date, we have been running around to claim the manufacturing defect tyre to be replaced by ford.

                I am very disappointed by such service and never expected this from reputed brand ford.

                I was informed by mysore cauvery ford service team that, apollo engineer confirmed and gave report as the problem with tyre is due to external impact and rejected our replacement.

                How can be it is a external impact can effect only a particular area of all tyres? Seriously, are their any men with common sense gives such report? The tyre has been swollen like a big bubble at edge of each tyre and 1 tyre had already got burst. I need in confirmation on writing from both ford and apollo reason for rejection, on wat basis they have given report as such,.

                Wat safety do we get while we drive our ford car?

                Fyi, we had treated this car as a baby and we never took this car in a way where the roads are complicated, for such type we took longer route instead of complicated routes. Hope you know the treatment and care all person would take for or their new car, especially if its their first car. This is my worst night mare for days by purchasing this car.

                Everytime, your service chennai team people will call asking for 1 day time and promise us to call back by next day and nobody calls back until i give a call to your customer care.

                  This complaint is very very alarming and requires immediate and positive response friom ford india. Yesterday, while driving the car we noticed flames rising from the bonnet and before we could understand anything within seconds the entire engine caught fire and burnt completely. The whole car would have burnt to ashes if the fire brigade did not came into action within time. This incident was unprecedented, disastrous, and life threatening.
                  Our car is ford fiestaiesta classic, 4 yrs old, and 62000 km driven.
                  We want a satisfying explanation from ford.

                    I had taken the car for periodic servicing on 21/07/2018. After service, the running board below the drivers door was found slightly crumpled. As the damage is not so obvious that one could notice it instantly hence it could not be brought to the notice of the dealership on the spot. on arrival at home the damage was informed to the service center on 23/07/2018 over phone and taken the car to the dealership on 28/07/2018 to show the damage .after checking the damage I was promised that the dealership would call me and appraise about the redressal. so far I have not received any call from you end.

                      Dear concern,
                      On 20th july i buy new eco sport titanium, total cost 1102000/-, after two days later, there is a check light display in my car meter, that is steering lock malfunction service now, on immediate i go to service station and they rectify my problum through laptop while connected in my car and said sir its resolve now, after 2 hours its display again then i again call service center, on 3rd aug midnight 9 pm its stop on road, power supply gone.
                      I call road side assistance they pull my car, and drop at servive station adv ford ghaziabad, up.
                      My concern is kindly replace my car or give my money back, its only 400km running only

                        I am using new ford ecosport, i my done two services at your calicut dealer pvs ford but i am not satisfied in their service because of the following reasons-
                        1. Every time they compelling for additional work like under body coating and door protection they telling if you are not doing this protection your door will got rust. Any fact of this?
                        2. Unnecessary they changed my wiper blade and charged
                        3. 2 days back i went for a sevice they are not willing to do in time after i went your dealer aly ford they solved the issue within 25 minutes.

                          Hi, i am dr. Siddalingeshwara pyati, having ford ecosport - ka 48 m 8469. Having problem with gear box. My vehicle is under warranty period. I have left the vehicle for repair at patson ford, belgaum, karnataka on 27/07/2018. They told it will take 8 days for repair. Does it take so long to repair a simple complaint.                             Brand new ecosport d titanium + driven 5000 kms and not one but 2 tyres got burst last night at delhi cant, since the vehicle was not on high speed it got saved from a fatal accident. Due to the sudden break, the car at the back hit the ecosport and further damaged the back tyre and the door. Is this is the quality of tyres provided in one of india's best brand? Not to end the ordeal the rsa arrived only post 2.5 hrs.. Is this the kind of service provided at middle of night to a stranded lady driver?? Highly disgusted, thanking my stars that the vehicle was not on high speed.

                              Sir, [jh05az9554] i bought this vehicle as per your kind support, the dealer has phone me but it is very surprising to know their version about changing /modify my engine which consumes more than what it actually requires after long pursuing behind them, today they said i have to bear 40% of cost? I mean to ask you is it a policy of ford india, while a costumer bought this vehicle how could he know it has defective engine, when it detected why 40% of cost shall be bear by the innocent customer?, you may inquire about it. I had come to know that several this kind of engine has been replaced by ford india through their dealer, then why different yard stick has using in my case.

                                I purchase ford aspire diesel model about 3 month ago. When i purchase new car subjected problem already exist on that model. I complain on service station. But dealer has not completely remove this problem. My car number is mp-20- cd-2842. I have personal met with ford jabalpur mechanic. But he does't repair or change any tool which is responsible for that error..

                                  Hi i am owning ford aspire since 2015. Till that time i am facing car door noise issue which they walys repair and in every 2 3 month the same problem is re-creating again and again. Many time i have complaiend in ford also but there is not proper solution till date.

                                  Today 23rd july my card wheel axis has broken while i was driving, i was lucky that nothing happened but my card got dis-balance. From the same location i tried ford toolfree number but no response finally i handed over my card to the nearest local workshop for repair.

                                  My question is its been only 3 years of my card how my wheel axis has been broken. Is this the quality and credibility of for india. Are they really focusing on their build quality if yes how this has been happen with me and what if accident had happen today. Please look into this issue else i need to check what other option can be done

                                    I have complaint regarding repair work done on my figo vehicle number ka-05 mk 3096. I took my car to the yeshwanthpur branch with air conditioner complaint. They checked and said thermister need to be replaced. They also informed to replace thermister they have open the dashboard it will charge labor ad well items charge. They billed me 5k.ac was working fine for few days then i again started same issue when i go on highway advisor were not able figure out what was the problem. They said i have take them on highway for ride. I decided to get this checked from outside there i figured out ac evaporator was damaged and this was not informed to me when they replaced the thermister. Because to replace the thermister they have to remove evaporator as well. This was not deliberately because so that they can charge me more money for labor as again they have open the dashboard.

                                    This particular branch of metro ford in bangalore are trying to rob customer without their knowledge and keeping them blind.. Some body need to take some action on my compliant i need solution as well as need fix of my ac problem.

                                      Yesterday i have visited harpreet ford located at dilshad garden with my family. I had planned to take ford aspire. But the salesperson - mr kashish was so immature and arrogant. When one of my family member asked that where is mustang in showroom as he wanted to see that, the salesperson said - ‘’pehle aspire to le lo’’.
                                      This is the way harpreet ford slaespersons treat customers. I have decided not to take any car from harpreet ford ever and will tell the same to my friends and relatives.
                                      If you give such service in the initial stage of sales then i am bit surprised how will be your after sales service.
                                      I have visited noida ford showroom where the salesperson was treating us well. Though petrol model of aspire was bot available at that time.
                                      I have lost my trust on sales service of ford and will opt volkswagen ameo only for customer service

                                        Dear team ford,

                                        I had purchased “ford figo aspire” in last year june 2017 from delhi ford with above registration no. All scheduled company provided service has been done.

                                        But unfortunately the unit has developed the following issues :

                                        1. Car average is lower than claimed by the company though it runs under all suitable conditions.
                                        2. Car starting torque is very low and very difficult to and time to achieved, this is a major safety concern during overtake.
                                        3. Car has gone under breakdown after 20 days of last service. I. E : battery is showing empty and no any ignition and center locking function - receipt as attachment

                                        My request is to please look into the matter seriously & resolve all my issues.

                                        My again request please re check complete vehicle to avoid this issue or any others in future.

                                        I am using ford manufactured car for last 4- 5 years and previously i have not faced any type of technical issues. But unfortunately this unit is not meeting the performance as desired and i am paying extra cost since its purchase.

                                        Please look into this subject and i hope my request will be considered and result in my favor being a valued customer.
