Concern, i has been sugessted by chand ford, tezpur that my ford fiesta car 1.4 d (2008) model engine complete head assembly to be replace with new one which is very disappointing to hear that because just before my head problem detected i have overhualed the whole engine 2 yrs back from today with a running km of 25000 in ti ford guwahati.
I dont know why they have suggest me for that, therefore i m totaly un satisfied with the ford service.

    Today my driver goes to service center at powai kavish Ford for some repair work
    They didn't respond very well and asking for money 1500 only to get car inside body shop without any inspection, i already done some repairing work last time at that time they charge me more than 2 lacs but still I am facing some issue they are behaving just like their monopoly
    I think they don't work with honestly

    It is very shameful to Ford india

      Dear ford team

      Is it Ford or fraud ..!!!
      I has been more than 50 days since my car is at the service centre and i have been facing problems again and again and i have been made to visit the service center again and again which has been costing me alot mentaly and financialy.

      Since the time i have purchased the car is has been a pain for me as it has been asking me for some repairs or the other very frequently and which has made me spent more than 3 lacks on just the servicing part of this car which is too high for car of this price range which is showing that ford has a business model of selling defected cars and then making customers pay again and again in the form of service. Didn’t expected this type of experience from such a big company. It has been very disappointing experience for me and very bad mistake of buying a car from ford. if you will check the history there might only be few parts left in car which might have not been changed otherwise all the parts have been been change even the engine of the car at only 55000 kms which is so bad from the company side and shows that the the car was itself defected or all the cars made by ford are giving the same pain to customers.

        Am bharath writing this complaint because there is no proper resolution received at service centre at oachira kairali ford. My vehicle engine guard damaged while running and not getting the correct solution from your end.

        My vehicle is purchased in 2018 and only 6 month I believe ford will replace or do the necessary services on my vehicle without any extra cost.

        Please do the needful urgently...

          I purchaised ford aspire 1 motn ago from sarwati ford jalgaon maharashtra. after gaiting assurance of milleage above 20 km/l. But after using almost 7000 km car dosnot give milleage of 15 km/l. i have consulted showroom 3 times but they didnot solved the problem. i think it is beyound there limits. my problem is much genuine. consider it as immediately as possible

            My vehicle is at Satyam ford mumbai as water entered in vehicle from 12 th july’18 and as on today also bodyshopbadvisor is not attentive enough to get work started.

            Cant wait further for satyam ppl to take me on ride as i shall need my vehicle for daily use.

            Vehicle first survey happened on 12th itself and its almost a week and now today i regret to put my vehicle in satyam ford.

            I am just not at all satisfied with services provided by satyam ford & intern impacting brand value of ford.

              I am an owner of Ford figo sport unfortunately my car met with an accident on 1st april 2018 and I handed over my car to my nearest dealer kairali Ford kottayam.
              Untill now ie 16/07/2018 no action been done from the side of showroom. I have a bumber to bumber insurance and I have paid advance amount of rs 150000/- also .
              The service head Mr.sumesh has not taken any step to start my car work for the past 3months .
              This is how you deal with a ford customer.
              Then how could I recommend this company to anybody else .
              I need to register a complaint regarding the same .
              Hope you reach back quickly.

                I have booked Eco sport Trend plus from Udaipur Rajasthan (INDIA). One problem I observed is; Even when the car is centrally locked, the Car can be opened from inside 'normally' while in motion (without driver's intervention)... This can cause accident if someone (especially children and old men) accidently opens the door while the car is in motion. What Ford people is saying is it is an added safety during crash.

                So please help.

                  I own Ford Figo Titanium 2014 model, I purchased it in Nov 2014. Ford has given me a damaged car. I am constantly facing multiple problems till then. But in Feb 2017 i got to know about PCM part damaged and I got it done with the costing of 60K. On 9th July my car collapsed again, service center reported the same problem of PCM Part failure again. I can't afford this failure again in 1 year of duration. This is a completely damaged car.I logged the complain to Ford India but till now I have received no response. I am trying to connect with them but they are not interested. I want refund of my money. I am getting mentally financially and physically harassed. My car is in service center from 3 days, Please help me

                    The dealer opened the engine and the other accidental parts of the car without survey and without our consent. This act of agency O.s Motors Jodhpur has deprived us from getting the insurance claim. Now demanding 80000/- for repair or Rs. 5700 for releasing of vehicle un-repaired.
                    The insurance advisor and the supervisor is talking too rough to me. Their language also is very unprofessional.

                      As there is Android auto in EcoSport, if phone is not functioning well, v get helpless, thr must b inbuilt navigation in such high-end model. So u must atleast provide facility to install navigation software .As when phone attached v can use android auto, and when phone is not attached v can use inbuilt navigation.this inbuilt navigation is available in ur titanium version

                        I am cheated by Tanish FORD, sector15 Gurugram. I booked three in number Ford Aspire Trend and deposited Rs. 874000/- in the account of Tanish Ford before 30/06/2018. I was told telephonically by Mr. Ashish (A sales representative from the dealership) that i will be delivered vehicle within next two working days and Rs. 400000/ per vehicle will be financed on zero percent interest for three years. But after that the dealership refused to deliver the vehicles to me saying that the scheme has not been renewed by the company for this month. My question to them was why did they accept my booking amount under such scheme about which they were not sure of ? Now they are asking me to take my amount back and refusing to deliver the vehicles under zero percent finance scheme. It's my request to undertake this matter judiciously and direct the dealer to deliver me all three vehicles or else I shall be forced to take the matter to Courts of Law. Hope an early and positive response from your side.

                          I wanted to gift a car to my mother on her anniversary in May'18. I had booked an EcoSport - Trend - Petrol - Blue Color on 21st March, 2018, from Prema Ford, Patna, Bihar. It was in my mother's name Ahilya Mehta. Document No. - 117793. The tentative date I got for the delivery was 20th May, 2018. However, I did not get any information even till the end of May. When I started chasing them thereafter, I got to know that they will not be able to deliver the vehicle because of its unavailability. This was after more than 2 months of my booking. The dealer tried all the while in getting the required vehicle from other dealers in Bihar, but was not successful. They put up a special request to Regional Sales Manager but even they did not help. I talked to Sameer Philip, Sales Manager, but did not get any help. Later he started avoiding my phone. In the next few days, it was made very clear by the dealer that I will not be able to get the exact model and color I want from Ford as there is no vehicle of that make and color in their plant itself. Now, this was shocking. This is pathetic from Ford India. Finally I put up a complaint at their Customer Support Centre on 13th June'18 - Service Request No. [protected]. I got a call back from them a couple of days later, but only noted down further information from me. I kept on waiting and had to even cancel my flight tickets twice but still no resolution. I live in Delhi so had to travel to Patna to collect my vehicle. Also, I was left with one option only for communication and that was through phone. Since I was left with no other choice but to opt for a higher model so that at least I can gift that vehicle to my mother whom I had promised to, on her marriage anniversary. So I have to cough up more money now for the higher model as well as pay more interest now against the loan I have to take. All of these hardships and financial loss have to be borne by me. This is in addition to the approx 4 months of waiting for a particular vehicle. What has Ford India done for me? Nothing. Nothing at all. Perhaps they did not even call me for next 20 days after I had put up the complaint. Even till date they do not have any resultion for me. Should they not be liable to give me compensation for all the time I have lost, money I have wasted in booking flights, hundereds of acll I had to make, the increased amount of interest I need to cough up and the extra money I have to pay for higher model just because there was no option at all for me. I need a compensation now from Ford for all of these.

                            I bought a ford ecosport trend+ diesel vehicle on 20 October 2016 from Lathangi ford. Now I decided to sold my vehicle and found a prospective buyer. When the buyer applied for the loan to purchase my vehicle, the bank guys nominated a 3rd party to verify the vehicle. To my surprise, they told me that chassis number which is usually punched below drivers seat was in a different font size. They rejected the loan saying that it is a tampered vehicle. To get a second opinion, I took the car to the JSP ford centre and they also confirmed that the font is different, which is not same as the one which is punched in the production plant. I raised the complaint with ford India, but they are refusing to accept the vehicle as tampered one. They are insisting that it is correct. I verified with other vehicles also, the chassis number is punched in a particular manner except mine. Now, ford have closed the complaint without even giving proper reason for punching it in a different way in my vehicle. Banks are straight away rejecting the vehicle as tampered.

                                Yesterday i dropped my car for service and specified problems to be solved at service center.
                                They assured me to complete servicing by evening 5 pm through a call
                                But till 5:30 pm no call from their side for the completion of service,
                                After that i tried to call them but none of them responding me clearly regarding completion of service of car.
                                However i went there by 6 pm for any update but till that time my car was on service and the staff was assuring me to complete it within 15 minutes
                                After 15 minutes i came to know that my car was on washing, just like they took time and complete it by 8 pm but it was not completely serviced as my problems in job card.
                                I couldn't get my car after waiting approx 2 and half hour at service center because they are unable to fix the problems and they took next day too for the bluetooth's problem but all is wastage of mine time with ford servicing
                                The worst experience of servicing with ford

                                The major problem i was facing that my car's bluetooth is not working properly since i purchased the car and at every time of service i disclosed my car's bluetooth problem

                                What is the solution for my problem???

                                  I just want to submit this complaint regarding abs breaks which didn't work when I was driving in spiti valley.
                                  I have ford Eco sport bought it on this fab from chennai ford
                                  But car breaks not working in bumping roads, and in spiti I don't know how I serviced, when I tried to stop it
                                  It made a really noisy sound and stopped after 100 feet or more
                                  I already called and inform, but also want to write it down for other safety
                                  I really like the car, but now I m really afraid to drive it .plz do concern abt it

                                    I bought ford endeavour titanium 3.2 vin number majaxxmrwajl50751 from imperial ford ferozpur on 10 may 2018. As of date 30 june 2018 i had taken car for general check up and found that the engine oil was leaking from the engine of the car, which the technician at ford found out was leaking from the front and back crank seals of the car. Then i was informed that that seals of the car had to be replaced with which i was very uncomfortable as its a brand new car just driven 3000 kilometers.
                                    When i inquired about the root cause of they didn’t had any satisfactory answer. I am owning an toyota fortuner which is a very durable and reliable car and never had any problem with it.
                                    As the car is in agency the technician are telling me that engine has to be lowered and transmission has to be lowered to put the new seals in, which will have effect on the genuinity of the car with which i am really uncomfortable as i wont be having full confidence with the car after i get it back from them.

                                      Dear Managing Committee of Ford India,
                                      I own very nice FIGO car registered under number GJ-06-DG-7692 . I love it very much.
                                      My both the door locks of left side FAILED i.e. FRONT & REAR DOOR of left side- The doors were not getting locked, ONLY RIGHT SIDE DOORS were getting locked.
                                      This INCIDENT came to my notice on 7th JUNE 2018, that the car is not getting fully locked.
                                      Thus, I lost most important SAFETY of passenger sitting on LEFT side, as well SECURITY of my car and BELONGINGS left in the car.
                                      My car was due for service on 11.06.2018 and request was place by me to the Service In-charge to look into the Locks problem. The Service adviser after due complete checking, informed me that both the locks are not in working condition due to breakage of the leaver part which is made out of the fiber/plastic metal.
                                      Due to usage of poor quality material in the locking system, both the locks failed which were not repairable by replacing the broken part.
                                      I was left out with no other option, except to replace them with new LOCKS with the New CABLE. These replacement of LOCKS and LABOR charges for replacement of locks cost me nearly Rs.9500/-.
                                      Had these parts of locks were made out of soft iron metal, then locks would not have failed. NOR I would have to spent this big sum for this failure.
                                      I feel, this is fault on the part of FORD company for using the poor part in the LOCKING system.
                                      I will be thankful, if reimbursement paid to me by FORD INDIA for the above breakage in the Locks.

                                        I was driving a toyota fortuner from past 6 years, recently i bought a ford endevour from novelty ford amritsar. On 1st july 2018 i noticed a leakage from the back of the car. On checking i noticed that all the coolant had leaked. I did not receive any problem in my toyota fortuner and any other car ever. This is my first ford car and the experience is not good. On 2nd july 2018 i visited the novelty showroom with the car and they dismantled all the body parts. I am sure that i wont be getting the original fitting as it was before. I have lost my trust in this company. One and half month old car and it needs to get repaired. What is the guarantee that i will be getting the same fitting as original. I am genuinely not interested in taking this repaired car back now. It's been only one and a half month and i am not comfortable with driving a repaired car.

                                        I was driving a toyota fortuner from past 6 years, recently i bought a ford endevour from novelty ford Amritsar. On 1st July 2018 i noticed a leakage from the back of the car. On checking i noticed that all the coolant had leaked. I did not receive any problem in my Toyota Fortuner and any other car ever. This is my first ford car and the experience is not good. On 2nd July 2018 i visited the novelty showroom with the car and they dismantled all the body parts. I am sure that i wont be getting the original fitting as it was before. I have lost my trust in this company. One and half month old car and it needs to get repaired. What is the guarantee that i will be getting the same fitting as original. I am genuinely not interested in taking this repaired car back now. It's been only one and a half month and i am not comfortable with driving a repaired car.
