I bought my vehicle ecosport titanium diesel from "saluja ford mohali" in january 2018 and have not received my rc card even after 3 months now, which according to the rules should not take more than 20 days.
From the past 3 months, every single day i've called the dealership to get an update on this but they have no idea what needs to be done.
I drive my car in and out of the city mostly on highways. I have been stopped and challaned once because of missing rc, in another instance i just escaped the traffic police by paying a challan, they were all set to impond the vehicle.
I am fed up, frustrated, and feeling humiated at the same time after running around for my rc for 3 months now. No wonder i am not the only one here, i am in touch with few more customers who bought the vehicle in february.
I have no other option than proceeding with strict legal process and i am pretty sure we are aware of the consequences.
I am in a shock to see such delay of most important document of a vehicle and looking at the dealers laid back responses and ignorant customer service.
Ford India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
