Hi all,

Till now i have not received my car from crossland ford and ford india, already been past twenty days. What’s your management doing, every time they were saying they will handover my car within two days but no action been taken from your side. We have also approached gm of mr. Vinod (Employee of workshop) he is also repeating same things but no action taken by him, so request you to kindly take this matter seriously and provide the solution otherwise i have to take legal action against your company by consumer court. This is my last request.

Hi all,

This is to update you on the same concern that still not getting any satisfied reply from ford India and insurance company which is lead to my business loss and mental harassment . today I visited Ford india service centre(Crosland) and approached Mr. Vinod and he confirmed that insurance company (The new india assurance co.) Refused to pass claim due to non availability of Fitness Certificate then I told him that I have Fitness Certificate dated 19-7-17 And Accident Date was 31-7-17 so how its possible that that time Fitness Certificate not Available. Then he told me to talk Direct to Insurance co. I approached to Mr. Ashish Sahay Telephonically and he repeat the same thing again then I ask for the contact details of Mr. Ranjan Saxena/ Ramesh Krishan Meena but he refused to give the same and disconnect my call. Kindly find my attached fitness certificate and previous mails. Also the insurance period mention on DO mail was Wrong.

Now its my clear Request To all of you that please short this matter asap. Other wise I am going to consumer court within next two working days.

After that you liable for complete mental harassment and my business loss during this period.
Mr prakash of malviya nagar jaipur denied to accept my car for ac servicing under free check up campaign.

    I have a Ford figo aspire Titanium Petrol Model 2017. I drive my car more then 11000 km
    2 service metaintance done by Imperial Ford at Ferozpur.
    My car gives only 10km per liter milage in city with ac speed 0 - 50 kmph
    On high way gives me 14 km per liter milage with Ac speed 60-70kmph
    I m suffered from this problem pls help

    Milage problem is not resolved by Ford company. My heavy mistake in life buying a Car Ford Figo aspire.

        After servicing the car @40000 km, just ran for 1500 kilometers. Pcm giving an error and can running only in pcm mode. Checked with ford service center and they informed that the pcm gone bad and it has to be replaced.

        Mine is just 3 year old figo ran only 40000 km. How come this pcm gone bad in a short period of time. This electronic device gone bad after the warranty period just expires. It seems a poor quality product installed in my car that just stopped working. Or i suspect the ford service center didn't look at anything during the periodical checkups and services. Very pathetic service from ford.

          Tyre was getting deflated every second day, on checking it was learned that tyre is fine but tyre wheel rim has a crack. Now dealer is saying it will not be claimed in warranty.
          I dont understand how a rim can be broken so easily and that too for a car like ecosport and with alloy wheels. There are no records of major accidents of the car also

          And why it will not be replaced in warranty.

            It is very regretful to say you that i have purchased and took delivery of new ford figo (1.2p) titanium on november 05, 2017 from diara ford, ranchi and exchanged my old maruti 800 (White) with assurance of exchange bonus of rs 15000/- but so far i have not received any amount from the dealership despite making enquiries several times with the concerned dealer.
            During the course of enquiry regarding exchange bonus, the staff of diara ford did not have satisfied reply. It is hereby requested you to look into the matter and make necessary arrangement so that exchange amount could be delivered to me at the earliest.

              I had given my figo car to kairali ford servicing center at puzhakkal padom, ayyanthol thrissur. Car was working fine. But they said all filters to be replaced amounts 7500. I said ok. But after some time they called again and said two fuel injectors also have to be replaced amounts 32 thousand. For that i said no. They said some harsh words and then i told them to bring back the car with first said replacements only. But when i received back the car at home it was fully defective and the power transit indicator was on and the car lost all performance, no speed. These are people who running servicing centers for extruding money from consumers.
              Is it the company policy. Isn't there any thing the company does against these types of people.

                This is to inform you that i sahib singh bought a new endeavour 3.2 at on 5th september 2017, when i bought the car the bumper was dislocated and the general manager said me to replace the bumper whenever i get free after like 1.5 months later i called to the dealership general manager whos name is rajeev sethi he left the job there was a sales manager whos name is rahul dhiman who also promised me the same like gm did, i start calling him to replace my bumper its been like so many months he is mot even responsing my call and the bumper looks very annoying i seriously dont like the way they are treating with the customer i request you to please take some actions against dealership i can provide screen shots of the chat aswell

                  I have latest ford ecosport 2018 with sync infotainment system which has lots of glitches when connected via android auto, will we owners get our system to to new fly system with inbuit navi if not its a cheating just after the launch of facelift company upgraded back to fly, so the customers who bought the facelift version should suffer from this glitch and slowly you guys will stop the support to the sync system also.                     I have purchased an eco sport in october 2014 and last service of my car was done on 11th november 2017 (Meter reading 15302).in that service engine oil was also changed charging rs. 1056.29 by me.
                    Just after four months a display is showing in my car "engine oil change due service required". During this four months my car ran only 1200 kilometer.
                    Then why this notice is showing on my car i cannot understand.
                    I also asked the representative of ford that engine oil should be changed in my presence at the time of service. However, when i reached the service center engine oil was already changed in my absence.
                    Please intimate me what action should i done and what is the reason for the same.

                      I got my figo car service done on 26 march 18. At sai chhaya autolink bhopal mp. And paid rs7716 against bill no. Rriah0948000. They did not changed and topped up the oil, and no interior enrichment was done. Instead they charged money for both as well as motor care along with service charges for all these works. The cleaning and washings were alsro very poor.
                      My vehicle has hardly run 33478km and the moter of blower of the vehicle was found burnt which shows the sub standard material provided inspite of regular services. All this is quite disappointing.

                        Hi team,

                        I’m ajay from delhi, i just wanted to update that tanish ford sector 15 gurgaon provided me fraud document of insurance and i paid 18000 rupees, i have all the documents. And i contacted to customer care 4 days back but didn’t get any update till date. Please update me if ford is promoting fraud cases and not taking any action so i can go to court as well. Please suggest... I will wait till tomorrow and if i will not get any update i may have to go file a case against ford india, tanish ford and people who are involved in this fraud documentation. I need verification of tanish ford as it’s serious case and don’t know how many fraud documentation they have done till date and will do in future.

                        I entrusted my Ecosport (KL 60 H 7799) @ Cauvery Ford -2S Mangalore (BKP).
                        They show No responsibility. Communication is poor. I am thinking of even to avoid my lovely brand Ford.

                          I provided my car Ford Figo Red for a regular service to Gautam Budh Ford On 7th of April 2018. As I stay in Delhi they provided pick and drop.
                          My car was picked by their executive by 7th morning. The executive called me that some parts needs to be replaced. My car was having problem in starting so they informed that self needs to be replaced and one of the fog light was not working. Anyhow the executive called me on 8th and informed me that some parts needs to be replaced . I agreed and they performed the service and it was third day my car was not handed over yet due to part unavailability. On fourth day i.e.10th night my car was delivered in night at home address. My wife received the car and signed. I reached home and thoroughly checked my car and found so many fresh scratches on two doors and handle(Left side). I also found my front left light, indicator and fog lamp are not working. I immediately took pictures of the same day and called ford executive and explained about the scratches and headlamp problem. He reconfirmed from driver and later came to know that car got scratches due driver as he banged by car somewhere near to my home only. Now executive said sorry and confirmed me he will pick up the car again for denting and painting. So after 10 days i.e. on 22nd April 18 they again took my car for denting and painting. The person who came to pick my car, I informed him about the headlight and fog light problem. He opened the bonnet and checked the cables . He found all the cables connected to Headlight and other lights were cut from the mains. He connected the cables again in front of me and the lights started working. Now from 22nd April till today my car is lying at ford and am going office through CAB and paying 1000 Rs per day. Today is 7th day and they have still not started the work . The advantage they want to take is that they want to use my insurance for the denting and painting. As the executive told me they will repaint whole car with using my insurance and the 50 % amount Ford will pay. I agreed and they needed my signatures and some executive was supposed to come my home for getting my signatures on the paper. Till now no one has visited my place and everyday I am calling them . My car is lying there from 7days and till now they have not started the work. I am totally frustrated with the kind of service and customer care they are providing. I request you to send this to higher authorities of Ford and punish the people responsible for all this mess. I want my car back in good condition.

                              I have booked my ford ecosport titanium + diesel on march 6th @ tristar ford vizag.

                              Till date there were 03 delivery dates committed :

                              31st march, 15th april and then 20th april.

                              But now suddenly they do not know the status and are not even committing a new date. Response from the ford india is too much poor. They do not bother i seem

                                Dear ford team,

                                As i m one of your regular customer since last 8 years. This time, on my regular service (23/04/2018) at saluja ford service center at chandigarh... Your engg suggest me to change the rear tyre bearing. And i do that also by paying 6000 additional for the same along with service charges and total amount was 13185 rs. But the problem of sound because of bearing is still same and have no use of change the bearings. I call to your service incharge at site on the same day around 7:30pm, 23/04/2018 evening and complain the same problem.. But till now there is no reply from there side.. I m in dought that they have either not change the same or replaced with other used spares. Because i was not there during the service time.

                                Even after service as i collect my car.. No one suggest or available to take the final drive to check the proper service also.

                                Its indeed frustrating to me to have the service from your center, so plz do the needfull to resolve the problem and be in trust with us for future services.

                                  I did 40000 km service of my ford figo petrol which cost me 11236 rs. Out of these pure servuce cost is 1366 and engine oil is 818.36 rs. All other charges are additional.

                                  The ford advisor told me that these are certain jobs ford recommands and gave me list of 12 items.

                                  Being non technical customer, i agreed and went ahead. But later i checked on website of ford that 40000 km servuce cost is approximately 4000 rs. There are no items that ford recommends to be done in this service.

                                  I am also charged vas item with 750 rs for which i have no clue.

                                  My 30000 km service cost was 1649 rs which is 15% of this service cost.

                                  I am attaching my retail invoice for both service for reference

                                  I am not going to do any service at official ford dealer from this incident.

                                    I have the honour to state that i am a retired army officer and nearing the 60th year of my life. I own a ford fiesta diesel version. Registration no apbu 4580.
                                    I am a regular customer of gautam budh ford located at noida.
                                    My problem started after my vehicle developed a fault during the regular servicing of my vehicle. The dealer refused to repair it free of cost, even though the fault was developed while the vehicle was in your workshop. The amount required for the repair was not much, but on grounds of principle i refused to pay. The vehicle was not repaired by the dealer and i lodged a complaint with the customer service, but the dealer being powerful prevailed over my complaint. That was a rude shock,
                                    In the recent incident i wanted a pick up and drop for my vehicle for routine servicing and repair of ac. However i was told that no driver is available for the pick and drop. I told the person to request the gm for the same but to no avail. I seriously feel that the service of this dealer is pathetic. The tragedy is that there is no other dealer in the vicinity where i can get my vehicle serviced. I can be contacted on [protected]. Rgs

                                      I bought my vehicle ecosport titanium diesel from "saluja ford mohali" in january 2018 and have not received my rc card even after 3 months now, which according to the rules should not take more than 20 days.

                                      From the past 3 months, every single day i've called the dealership to get an update on this but they have no idea what needs to be done.

                                      I drive my car in and out of the city mostly on highways. I have been stopped and challaned once because of missing rc, in another instance i just escaped the traffic police by paying a challan, they were all set to impond the vehicle.

                                      I am fed up, frustrated, and feeling humiated at the same time after running around for my rc for 3 months now. No wonder i am not the only one here, i am in touch with few more customers who bought the vehicle in february.

                                      I have no other option than proceeding with strict legal process and i am pretty sure we are aware of the consequences.

                                      I am in a shock to see such delay of most important document of a vehicle and looking at the dealers laid back responses and ignorant customer service.

                                        I do have same complaint. My ford fiesta has driven only 30k, fuel injectors have been diagnosed as faulty in the authorised service centres @ thrissur. No further diagnose or repairs possible on injectors, simply needs replacement. Each injector costs rs 18, 000.

                                        Note: so called ford authorised service centres do not even have the facility (Test bench/equipment) to diagnose and clean/repair such costly parts. They simply wants replacements and costs us a fortune.

                                        Extremely disappointed with the brand and people. I would never choose ford in my life.
