I am owner of ford eco sport titanium+ at, car come with bridgestote tyre 205/50 r17.
2 tyre has damaged after 6k drive only.
After that i visit ford showroom, they refer my complain - bridgestone, after al lot of complian and mail they take about 7 days for appointment for tyre infection. I visited there, find upprofeesional pathentick service as footpathshop. He is mnc company for name only. Clint respect, time, money nothing for bridgestote. Report provide its not in guaranteed

Bridgestone ecopia or 17" tyres simply cannot handle indian roads.

Wonder where does the responsibility start for ford or bridgestone.
This could be quite damaging to their reputation

      I left my vehicle with rajshree ford for 30k service and complained about braking noise and brake failure during a speed bump / pot hole. They said it's rectified and still the noise is prolonging. They said it's usual noise. Looks like customers are being taken for a ride with rajshree ford. I have tried all the 1800 numbers provided by ford india still no use. Nobody cares about customer

        Dear sir,

        I am having ford figo vehicle in my name. Details as under;

        Date of manufacture : 2011
        Chasis no: maj1xxmrj1bl44884
        Engine no: bl44884
        Vehicle no: br01bd5031

        I purchased the aforesaid vehicle petrol version but it is surprising to know that in the owner book it is mentioned diesal. This has costed me rs.3700/- recently as while communiting the vehicle from patna to bangalore, the new driver fed diesel in the vehicle instead of petrol referring the details in smart card.

        How come this type of blunders can happen i. E. To mention fuel as diesel instead of petrol in owner book.

        Please do the needful for correction of the same as this may create problem henceforth also. Please also reimburse my expenses incurred and get the vehicle checked for any damage done inside due to adding of diesel instead of petrol.

        Looking for your quick response. The vehicle is presently in bangalore.

          I gave my car eco sport dl1cu 5791 on 3rd of april to ur moti nagar service center for claim of insurance... They told car will be readied within 15 days of date post the claim is approved... All went right and claim was passed nd my car was readied according to them... They informed me to come and take the delivery on 25th april... Wahen i reached moti nagar service center i was the back camera nd spare wheel cover cap was broken by them as it was intact nd working at the time of insurance claim as verified by their own insurance executive... They say it was damaged in workshop in kundli by mistake nd will replace it them self... But till date on 2nd june i have been going regularly to service centre and seen none of it has been done, i meet their head of insurance (Sanjay) as well as their gm of insurance they have regularly avoiding me and giving false reasons nd saying come tommorrow or day after as so on... I have been feed up please look into the matter as i have been facing a lot of problem since i have only 1 car... I need to u cab daily

            Hello ford india i bought gajendra singh rana surat from the ford dealer surat ford, the top model of ecosport 3 months ago from today. everything is okay in this car, but the 17 - inch alloy wheel has been given and it has a low profile tire indian roads do not stop at all. in the first 5000 kilometers in my car, there was a problem in 4 tires, but our dealers were able to solve the problem from the side of surat ford. but back to my car, there is a problem of tire again, tell me what to do next 11, 500 kilometer. i have spent 1225000 to buy the car and have bought your car. (note: there is a problem of tire breaking in my car.

              I ownd my ford figo aspire in nov 17. Before 1.5 months i made an accidental claim of rear right fender and bumpher at ranchi diara ford, the result was highly disappointing. They have taken time for one month. Paint quality is too bad, it was not smooth and some dot marks, color shade is different. They said it happens, spraid color all over the car and then rubbed my complete car with 2000 grade sand paper that's why clear coating of paint is damaged so shine is reduced, they changed rear right fender, firstly finishing was bad then i got angry then they resoved. But still not so good. When they deliverd my car rear right gate rubber was not fixed. Also there is many more problems. Also made sone scratches, then i told to me they are not able to sove my problem properly so i recived my car, i disappointed with ford. It can't be ford for which it is famous. I totally disappointed with paint quality of diara ford ranchi.

                My ford ecosport 2016 model's clutch plate got worn out after driving only 12 k kms.
                I have other hyundai car which is 2010 model and still has got same clutch plate which came with it.
                This is absolutely disgusting and un acceptable from ford which is such an old company.
                Dealer is asking for 14 k or 18 k depending on fly wheel condition.
                I need complete reimbursement for the amount.

                  The worst service centre i have ever seen in my life, that is tristar ford of vizag.. Force to do servicing from outside agency... Tristar ford force us to take policy from his agents only.. Otherwise they are not going to help us.. Previous servicing was patethic... Plz do something otherwise i have to complaint for rog or in court regarding this... I am fed up.. For last one month i am trying to renew my insurance but can't do it..

                    My vechicle no is ka14p7185 and i was paid the insurance amount of rs 2027 wile making payment one of your executive told that if you have not claimed in the period of 2017 to 2018 then with discount you need to pay 18000 but i was tought i claimed but after making the payment i came to know that i was not claimed in that period. So now if i ask them regarding on these no one is respoding properly

                      This is ankit sharma from jammu (J&k), india. I purchased ford endeavour (3.2 titanium 4wd) from jainco ford last october. The vehicle is barely 06 months old and only run 7000 km but its very disheartening to tell you that my sunroof got non functional and was stuck wide open almost a week back. Moreover, the anti-theft alarm blows off on its own on many occasions now. The vehicle was then placed at the dealership for a day after which they returned the vehicle claiming that it has been repaired.
                      However, the state it has been returned is really appalling as wires are hanging out of rearview motor and sunroof making strange noises. This is ford’s flagship vehicle worldwide and these kinds of faults and response from dealership is just unexpected. I request you to redress the issue at the earliest.

                        Our ford figo up 53by 6337 purchased in2012 at gorakhpur needs repair. Unfortunately service center here giving date 29/5/18. It appears they are not able to help as they are overburden. I am a practicing doctor and feel hampered because o[censored]navailablty of car.
                        Can not you think of opening another authorized service center so that gorakhpur could be served better

                          I bought a ford aspire, tdci on 28th april 2018. When i visited the office, sales relationship manager mr. Ravish, contact no. Is [protected], attended me. He told me that on aspire ambient, have power stearing, power window, music system, ac/heater & abs with ebd. Then i finalized my car on same time & paid the down payment in cash and rest amount paid by cheque. But at the time of delivery, in ambient model dont have music system, back power window and abs with ebd. After that i will check from ford portal & chat with ford customer care helpline, they also confirm that ambient model dont have the abs with ebd. Then i called to mr. Ravish, but he cannot accept that ambient have no abs.

                          I though that the sales person of ford misguide to the customer for increase his sale.

                          I need compensation about harassment, due to misguide to the customer.

                            I have booked my ford ecosport titanium 1.5 diesel on april 7th @ jayshree motors pvt ltd. Jamshedpur

                            Till date there were 03 delivery dates committed :

                            20th april, 30th april and then 15th may.

                            But now suddenly they do not know the status and are not even committing a new date. Response from the ford india is too much poor. They do not bother i seem.

                              I took delivery of a ford ecosport 1.5 tdci titanium model on 06th april 2018 and within a week started noticing that the door lock sensor was not working regularly it was working intermitently took it to the dealer jsp ford bangalore from where the car was purchased and the sales advisor also checked from his end and the door lock sensor was not working hence i was suggested to go to the service department to check the issue and appointment was scheduled with the service advisor.

                              Took the vehicle to the service center as per the appoinment and showed the same to sa (Service advisor) when the issue was still happening and he tried couple of times and then it started working upon my persistence the sa took the car to the garage and connected to the laptop and said that he has disabled and enabled the door locking program and there will not be any issue the next moment i tried and the door locking sensor was not working for some time and later the sa tried and it started working. I was not able to buy the explanation given by the sa but did not have any choice but to come back and its been 2 weeks since then and i have noticed the issue multiple times and observed that the issue happens only when it is raining or the car had a wash after some time it starts working again.

                              I am sure the sa will not buy my observations and checked with other ecosport users in facebook groups and many ecosport owners are facing this issue and awaiting a solution. I am surprised when this seems to be a known issue how the sa is not aware and wy no tsb is created for this.

                              Would need help with regards to this issue to be resolved asap.

                                I went to venus ford, moradabad for servicing of my car ecosports bearing sl. No. Up23 r 1919 on 06.05.18. At the time of servicing my car's mileage was showing 14.7 km per ltr. Now after servicing it has come down to 13.2 km per ltr. I was charged rs. 15830/- for servicing and changed some parts. I was also charged @1.75% transaction charged when i made payment through card. I was not allowed to stand near my car and was forced to sit in the waiting room. Ford india claims milege 23 km but after servicing it has come down drastically. I think venus ford moradabad not serviced my car properly.

                                  We purchased three ford figo in 2016 one diesel varient and other two petrol varients my car is petrol varient with no up 21 be 8592. I always keep my car up to date regarding its service, insurance and all works done under companys authories dealer of moradabad i. E venus ford.
                                  Two months back i got my car serviced by company for which i paid to the company. Last month on 18 of april 2018 for joining a function i tried to start my car but it doesn't show any movement next day i called many times to the company for my complaint they send their technician after 4-5 days to check car he came and started my car and said more he could tell me about its any problem after a check up in company they took car to the company made check and raised a bill of approx 600 rupees and said now its all ok. On 30 april i got my car back. I went to abroad for some business purpose on 13 i came back my driver couldn't came to receive me from airport dew to the same problem in my car again. I contacted company again after many calls they send one technician yesterday and he said your battery is damagaed now and your car is out of warranty now they can not do anything in this..
                                  Now please tell me who is responsible for all this.
                                  They are also saying you put one music system from out side and it made your battery worse. I said we put same system in all our three figo's they are working quiet well why only problem comes with my car only..
                                  Now question arise here who is responsible for my cars warranty finish.
                                  Please help me out from my this problem.
                                  Please arrange a new battery to my car

                                    I bought a ford aspire titanum on 8th feb, 2018 from guna mp i paid full payment.. They paid the rto amount on 24th march after 1 and half month i do not no why though i paid at the time delivery. There after they submit the documents in the 17th april 2018 after 24 days of the deposit of the moeny. And so far registeration card is not handed over to the customer.
                                    Secondly they promised to provide the facility at showroom but after several reminders and above 5000 running of the vehicle they assured to bring the vehicle for first check up at gwalior 215 km away from guna and will bear one side fuel expenses still not cleared. On second service i handed over the vehicle at guna on 16/5/18 asking service charges i asked clear my issues they said it is the matter of company not our issue and refused to release the vehicle to me. If matter is not solved immediately i shall lodge the complaint in the police and file a suit for compensation.

                                    How you selling ford's car if you don't provide parts it over 10 days no parts available of ecosport car on gwalior dealer...if we contact them they tell no parts available how could i repair my car ...if you don't have part's then why are you selling car...in my car dent is available while deliver me new car i complaint it nobody listen

                                      Dear ford, i buy first ford figo car from patiala bhagat ford in 2016 and now i buy second ford figo car in last month and at the delivery time company gives me only 1/2 or 1 liter desiel fuel in car and now company works harassed me due to fastag sticker which is compalsory for latest cars as by law act and company workers commitment to me before the buying car that they give approx. 5 liter fuel at the time of delivery and now i go daily to bhagat ford patiala for my fastag sticker but they do not respond me well.

                                        Odisha ford service centre is harrasing me by initiating a new problem each time i bring my car to the service centre, actually my car had no mechanical problem before entering the service centre, only coolant problem was there and my side mirror cover was broken, therefore i brought my car to the service centre, but after my work got done, when i took my car out of service centre i got many problem like engine oil leakage, some sounds were there while driving, they told that barring sound, which sound was not there before entering the service centre, brake problem also started after that they told me for disc and pad changing, but after changing the problem didn’t resolved and again told me that there might be problem of brake booster for which the brake is not functioning, then told me clutch plate should be changed because clutch is very hard, like wise they estimate me about rs 90000 to resolve all problem, while there was no problem before entering the service station, after that they initiate many problems one after one they are humiliating us mentally, physically, and economically also
