I hv bought ford endeavour on mh12qm4770 on 20/06/2018 from dhone motors pvt ltd hadapsar. Very next day i found 2 problems in car that in night front glass visibility is not there and vehicle is imbalanced, can't drive straight then took to workshop n found that some major problem is there and 5 hours they were doing wheel alignment and cleanned the mirror n gave me back.
Next day i gone to mumbai and it was heavy rain and found that water is coming in car like anything video is attached for your reference. And vehicle is again imbalanced and mirror work is also not done.
I have bought this vehicle because i have trust on ford and this incidence made me really disappointed. I need my vehicle to be replaced. Waiting for your result because going to spread all this thing in market if i will not get any positive feedback. Now my vehicle is in your service station and they said they will open the vehicle n repair but you only let me know is this right that new brand vehicle should get open.. So waiting for revert.

    My car was received by m/s. G. K. Ford, ford dealer at raipur, cg on dt. 18.06.2018. Beforehand about a month before, the dealership detected the problem of engine oil entry into coolant circuit during normal check up. But due to non-availability of spare parts, they could not rectify the problem at that time. They assured to order the required parts from company immediately and inform as and when the parts reach the dealership. On 18.06.2018, when the general manager of the dealership, mr. Pattnaik was contacted, he informed that they have received the parts and took the car to the dealership on the same day with an assurance to repair the car within 2-3 days. Till now on 28.06.2018, the car has not been repaired by them due to one or the other alibies. I need help.

      I purchased a ford ecosport vehicle (Ford assured) vehicle from fortune ford on july-27-2017 and since then i have made many visits to the service center regarding the issue of mi light glowing, over heating of car and door glass but recently when i pulled out the service history i found that this issue was reported already thrice in the year 2016, but they sold the car without the repair of these issues for which im wasting my money.

        Dear team,

        I purchased new eco sport-titanium+ on 22 june 2018, friday.
        The car broke down on next day of it's purchase.
        Car gear box stucked on it's 3rd gear in between of road. I ran the car only 50 km and it was already ran 130 km while vehicle was handed over to me.
        I called to the ford yamunanagar service line manager, he sent his engineer and then he resolved the issue. Today i visited to the ford yamunanagar authorized service center, then again physically checked and acknowledge the clutch plate issues.
        They said it is manufacturing defect and asking me to change the clutch plate under warranty.

        My concern is how this major problem arrise just after a day of purchase, don't ford have any quality team to check before bringing vehicle to road?
        I want to you to change the defective piece.
        Can any one suggest.

          Dear concern,

          I have bought your new ford freestyle on 15th june, since day one there is the start problem in the car by repetitive complaints to the showroom the problem is not getting resolved, the showroom has kept the vehicle for one day even then every morning the problem remains the same. Either send your trained person in the morning and get it checked or else change me the product.
          Hope the ford will keep up to the big words they boast for.

            I have bought ecosport tit+ diesel on 17/01/2018 after running 4000 kms one of my tyre got bubbled after that i visited showroom they logged compail to bridgestone . after getting inspected the tyre by the bridgestone personels they said that your tyre got cut and we cannot do anything in this after my pressure and my goodwill on showroom they replaced my tyre with the new one on the goodwill basis from showroom again on 10 days ago i was a bit outside of the city and one pothole came and i could not mannaged to espcape through it however i mannaged to slowdown my vehicle to 40 km/hr at that time and when i passed through that pot hole my rear tyre bot damaged and the impact of the pot hole was not so harsh that any tyre could have easily mannaged to shock it up after that i was in trouble no network no men was there to help me somehow i mannegd to replace with spare wheel afetr tht next day i visited showeroom explained that tyre is very week it just cannot handle indian roads they logged my complain in ford and what ford had done they had rejected my complain saying tyre has been damaged .. please do not buy ford ecosport or any ford vehicle pathetic after sales warranty by ford

              I am rama devadiga writing this complaint because there is no proper resolution received at service centre at turbhe, mumbai. My vehicle ' right and left side mirror glass hit by rust and not getting the correct solution from your end.

              My vehicle is purchased in jan 2012 and only 6 years the vehicle is spoiled due to rust. I believe ford will replace or do the necessary services on my vehicle without any extra cost.

              Please do the needful urgently.

                I purchased a ford figo aspire petrol car in january 2017 from m/s bhagat ford dehradun uttarakhand, at the time of purchase the average fuel mileage described was 16-17 kms per litre, but since i purchased the car the average car mileage is 11.7 kms only, i visited several time to the dealer to complain about that but nothing was done. I was shifted to ford india from maruti inspite of the reservations of my cooleagues and friends to shift to ford. An immediate action is required

                  I have calling ford showroom in ahmedabad for my car key not working. I have done many calls but no reply they will say will call you. Till time no response received.                       I am av. Sunil kuamr from gurgaon. I am completly disturbed and harrashed after purchasing my car ford figo which i bought in april 2015 from harpreet ford gurgaon. Originally it was a defected car and doubtfull that harpreet ford sold me test drive car. I never found a pickup in this car. I complaint to service and sales department about the same.. Major problem detected in my car was break issue at 1500km. At 6000km all break system and drum damaged. After long fight with dealer and ford some part they changed under warranty for some i paid from my pocket. Break system was applying break also after geting foot out from break pedal. It was effeting car performance. Due to that my clutch also gone. All time in service and maintance break was a major issue. Dealer was charging money for this problrm but never solved this isssue. Half of my time i wasted at harpreet for. It was a big harasment for me. My life became hell. After such a long harrased period of my life which started after purchasing this car last month they finally decideed to kill me when they rejected my warrantee in warrntee period. My engine found low compresssion and need to be replaced under warrantee but harpreet ford giving unjustified reason and asking me to pay 250000.00 for engine repairing. Why should i pay when my car was under warrntee.

                      I am suggesting my friend that not to go for ford cars. I will start a social media ompaigh against ford india and harpreet ford headind "say no to ford" and "ford india is fraud with india" and "ford is fraud".
                      I will go to consumer court bcoz it has a limit of being harrshed and facing hell life due to purchasing car of fraud and fake dealers.

                        Dear sir mr praveen from sao chhaya auto link bhopal came to me at 4pm the car was dirty i asked him to leave the car for trial but he was not ready to leave the car for trials and now he is not picking up my phone even after 32days dealer is not willing to deliver my car in spite of my repeated complaints you are not taking any action against dealership means you want me to file a civil/criminal case against the ford india please go through my previous complaints and do the needful also intimate me regarding the action taken by you and also send me complet details of day to day work done by the dealer. This is the height of the harassment thanks dr i d chaurasia

                        Thanks for concern and information please see my previous complaints the basic problem was noise from the right front wheel which is still persisting and i made a complaint that take an action against dealership and ask him to pay the compensation and you just harrashing me that after the order of insurance come by you will deliver my car then you very much for harassment and favouring the dealership without completing the repair of my car and holding my car for one month dear sir i accept your threatening and challenge you can hold my car even for months together i will never ask for my car keep it with you you can use it or through it thanks a lot again for harrashing me please go through me all emails dr i d chaurasia

                          Am also facing same problem. I have bought the car on april 2017 and it was ran 7000km only but clutch plates gone to due to clutch hard. Service centre guys blamed me for that and charged me. After that i was run only 3000km and gave for second service and told that clutch getting too hard. They done service and told that clutch plates gone, it has to replace again. I was bit surprised about it. I went to service centre and complaint clutch hard issue in between but they told that clutch is little bit hard comparatively other brand cars. Is there any solutions or any prevention for the issue. We have to fight for it

                          I too have the same issue. But in just 10k Kms changed the clutch and break pads. Ford ppl claims that it's because of over ridding the car... Worst cusotmer service

                            We brought new car on 02/06/2018. We hardly drove 350 kms. There was a probem with the tyres (Tyre burst). We were travelling to hyderabad in the midnightand the issue occured in the midway of our journey. We did not expect new car with this problem. We had to wait for one hour for roadside assistance to help us. Pls replace the tyre asap. We have purchased from the vibrant ford khairatabad hyderabad

                                that you didn't took my follow up regarding the vechicle, at that moment sales executive misbehaved and spoke arrogantly, why should i take your foolow up, hearing our argument sales manager jumped into the situation and said we dont want to sell you our car, it doesn't matter if we lose one customer, we are self contained we dont need customers we work on our own terms.
                                Being a customer i am shocked with the behaviour of the staff, are these normal standards of the company to misbehave with customers and ill treat them saying dont need customers and it doesnt matter our income, kindly look in the matter as they are not doing favour selling cars cause in return we pay them with currency

                                  My EcoSport 1.5 D TREND+ -HP44413, CH NO- MAJAXXMRKAHP44413
                                  Mate with an accident on dtd: 01.05.2018 at 08.00am from Nashik (MH) to Nagpur (MH) after @120kms from Nashik front driver side tyre burst and vehicle went to wrong side while controlling vehicle it was turn around and we means my Wife, Son & Me (Ajay Dhote - Driving car) mate with a accident.
                                  ME and my son was safe but wife had head injury he was admitted for treatment.
                                  My Complaint is :-1. Why tyre burst? after investigation ford team said that it is on side cut but I'm not satisfied with this answer. May we loss our all family member due to this incident.
                                  2. On same day dtd: 01.05.2018 vehicle lift and reach to your dealer next day log the claim, but still issue not resolve by Ford & BAJAJ ALLIANZ GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED. as this is first policy, we took the policy after referring the FORD only.
                                  3. Now today complete 40 days over for this instance but still I'm not know what will happened, but dealer parking charge @Rs250/day bourdon on me.
                                  4.BAJAJ ALLIANZE asking me to reduce the insurance cost as there repair cost and salvage buyer cost not match with insurance value. and if vehicle repair they will give only approved amount not as per ford estimate given for repair.
                                  5. If vehicle gone for Salvage then I have to pay 5% estimate charge to Ford dealer as per Ford given estimate to Bajaj Allianz, not as per they serve and accepted. Means one side Bajaj Allianz not consider the Ford Estimate and other side we have to pay 5% as per Ford, this is not correct for customer no transparency in Ford dealer estimate or Bajaj Allianz not taken the Ford estimate in consideration.
                                  6. In all above case I'm completely frustrated how Ford India work? no customer satisfaction as well as no transperancy with insurance company, no time limit for insurance company and it is earning money source to dealer, and customer who saved our life and his unlimited liability save the life by god grace and Dr. treatment.
                                  7. Pl. help me out, I'm your corporate Customer working in Bosch India LTD., I have strong belive on value systems of FORD.
                                  8. Requesting you once again pl. help me to come out of this situation

                                    Sir i have ford fiesta 1.6lc car since from 2011. I left my car with rajshree ford coimbatore for 110000 kms service on 04.06.2018, my order no ro18b003274, my car assured delevery date 05.06.2018, icall my service advisor mr. Josh prakash jebadurai and sr service manager mr. Ashok nambirajan several times. There is no responce. This is very bad experience for me from rajshree ford, coimbatore, i am a esteemed customer for rajshree ford from 2006 (Ford ikon), my car is stopped nearly 8 days in service centre with out correct responce, please do the needful,

                                      I purchased a 999cc petrol engine ecosport ecoboost from kairali ford, muvattupuzha, kerala. The dealer essured a milege of 18kms per litre due to low engine cc and we belived it as the engine is only 999cc and charged 1.5 lacs more than normal petrol engine. Now after 2 years o[censored]se hardly i will get 11 kmpl. The company and dealer cheated me and looted the money.

                                        I have purchased a ecosport from vgo ford faridabad. I have goven my car for 2 weekends saturday sunday and in weekd days too they are not ble to revtfy it. Its been 1monyh only i purchased the car. And been sitting here in the service centres like dumbs... Then what for warrenty is... If its a manufacturing defect why should customer bear the jeat you either replace the infotainment system or you replace the car or you return the money... Its so harrasing. I am not buying a third grade model. Its titanium version.. Still after sales services bugged me up... I am seriouly forced to advice people not to go for buying ford if this exist and will flood reviews in social media. If this continues. I have many jobs to do on weekends instead of getting my car to your service centre. You can rectify a simple acreen issue... What elae to expect... Plz replace the car plz give my money back... Suzuki and wolksvagon are way ahead of you people in handling complains and getting customer satisfaction...in that much of time you should have replaced the sustem by now...
                                        And you can take it further what to do with it. Atleast customer can take up problems of his life.
