I own a ford ecosport having registration number gj01rl5289.
I am facing the issue of power window switch of rear right hand side. The vehicle has ran only 12, 500 kms. Switch is not working. I visited the service center to resolve the issue but the person there, said it will be changed under chargeable basis as the warranty has expired. My concern is that all the services of my vehicle has been carried out according to ford's schedule then why can't you provide me the switch on goodwill basis. I had heard that ford has mastery over customer satisfaction. Then why this kind of service provided.?

    Require rear parcel tray for ford figo 2010.
    Searching to get it.
    I have bween trying sice last two years.
    Every time whenever vehicle is given servicing, always out of stock.
    Yesterday during chat number given, who so far not responded at all. [protected], [protected] hyderabad.
    It has become difficult. Without having a rear parcel tray i lost all cherishma in qwning ford figo. Hope you would understand the concern and agony. So far i have not been happy with ford in resolving my earlier issues. Hope this time possibly you would on top priority consider and resolve at the earliest.

      Hi team,
      Hope all is well!
      I am rohit kumar, owner of ford aspire - dl 11 ca *, which was bought on 2nd apr 2017 from harpreet ford, prashant vihar, new delhi.
      This email is regarding the complaint of harpreet ford - moti nagar branch, where i have performed the insurance renewal for my car. The service quality and lack of information with custom representatives went very down the average and it led me down on "after-sale-response" from the harpreet ford team.

      Please find the description of the issue in below details:-
      1. March 2018, i went to harpreet ford - prashant vihar for my insurance renewal (I physically visited the showroom instead of performing a call), the representative out there told me that the insurance team is located at moti nagar so no information will be provided.
      • sad with the response, they should have atleast noted down my number and would have arranged a call-back??? Do we care for existing customers, and do team believe in returning customers?? I believe "no".

      2. However i got a call from harpreet ford - moti nagar for insurance renewal, and the new insurance was bought one the same day. No problem with the insurance renewal representative - she was very helpful on call, described everything patiently, helped to understand difference between two policies she was suggesting.
      • good work here from the policy renewal support team.

      3. The insurance renewal representative told me that a hard copy can be picked from harpreet ford - prashant vihar, i just need to call 10 mins before going there, and this all happen when i was trying to reach out to insurance department of harpreet ford while driving to prashant vihar showroom.

      4. The main probelm went on 14th apr - with the main desk representative (Whosoever was available on[protected] and mr. Neeraj thakur (Who was the team lead - instructing a female representative from background).
      Very politely i asked about the insurance renewal department and mr. Neeraj thakur told me of a call-back from concerned department which never came.
      Upon my check after 30-40 mins, there was a female, who said me to call on a number - [protected], as the insurance department is somewhere with toyota (Which i never knew, nor is concerned, i know harpreet ford - from where i have bought the vehicle), however this number went busy for more than 1.5 hours and there was no call beck/response. I was standing in middle of nowhere, waiting for a good response in between of my home and prashant vihar.
      Upon my 3rd call, the representative on[protected] didn't picked my call - i tried 3 time and it went un-attended for each time - testing my patience and bringing my temper to all good level. And when i changed the number and called from another phone, it was picked and when i asked why my phone was not picked on[protected] she said "number can be busy, or there was no one near the phone" which was actually not the case.
      She was been instructed by "neeraj thakur" - and she talked very rude saying "sir, this is not the insurance department and we can't help if the number provided is not been picked up, you will need to see yourself for a solution". When i said, i just need your assistance to reach to the correct number - as for me the main desk of harpreet ford moti nagar is the main number to call, she denied to provide me anyfurther assistance. However as soon i asked for the person who was instructing her from background - she said "he is neeraj thakur - tl (Team lead)".

      Well, these are the points that will guide you through the problem i faced today and it completely shows:-

      1. Poor after sale service of harpreet ford moti nagar
      2. Least/no experience representative sitting on main desk number - zero information to customers!!
      3. Rude team leads, who actually don't want to mind the business which is out of their scope.
      4. Least responsive team, they actually didn't bother, else won't have said "you need to find a solution yourself", where i am standing in middle of road during a summer-afternoon (The incident happened from 3:15-5pm on 14th apr)
      I hope keeping in mind with the customer service and a good growth of ford india, team ford will think of a better way providing internal trainings to handle these situations.
      We all work for "client first-motto", and it should be reflected with our approach and work, which will be always appreciated.
      Happy to discuss this further on call/ face-to-face if required, but really sad to refer any friend to visit harpreet ford for any new vehicle or expecting any service.

        My new ford ecosport automatic purchased on 31 dec, 2017 has undergone 2044 km had met with a breakdown on this 1st april 2018.
        Defect was vehicle is not getting start. When we give the key it wont get start. Just make a sound.
        Please note, the vehicle has done its first service on 26th march 2018.

        We had taken the vehicle to nearest dealer after repeated request to customer care and roadside assistance as no one was properly attending our request and my family was standing at hot sun facing a temp of 33 degc from morning 10 am to afternoon 3pm
        After repeated requests and our vehicle has towed to nearest ford dealer at kollam kerala on 1st april 2018.

        While troubleshooting on 1st april the dealer was unable to find the root cause of the breakdown. Finally on 6th april they informed us the control box of my brand new ecosport has been faulty and is not repairable.
        Also they had informed this part is out of stock with them. Hence they have to get the part from chennai ford.

        Today month april i received the call from kollam ford that vehicle is ready. (After 2 weeks)

        I am totally upset on this incident as my whole family lost its trust for this new vehicle. My wife was pregnant my parents were old, they all are sad and fear to get into this vehicle.

        We want ford to replace the vehicle to new one as this incident may happen again. Or else company has to give us total of five year warranty on all mechanical and electrical parts.

        The control box that got replaced now is high cost item around 1 lakh cost for new part.

        Since the car is new they replaced or else we have to pay this amount. The part got defective due to manufacture error.
        Hence we cannot take this burden on our head.
        After two year if same issue persist do we have to bear this charges.

        Wrong and faulty components need to taken care by company. If they deliver cars with that, they have to either replace the car or should give full 5 year warranty to old car.

        They are now not willing to give extend warranty. That means they themself is not confident of the part.

        New ford ecosport has totally disappointed me. Its only three months old with 2000km engine run.

          Commitment of delivery : on or before gudi padwa 18 march 2018

          Status : no delivery till today –and all sernior person ignoring the call, only reply on whatsapp, or asking junior person to talk to us.

          Concern : why delivery date agreed i[censored] r not having booking with company.

          Solution: need car any how or take the burder of difference of price and give us tatnium automatic with same price

          Detail as follows :

          In this whole episode, we have booked the car only based on the confirmation of delivery and price, till last minutes of feb company person was confirming
          And all of sudden they all are denying to keep commitment for price and delivery.

          In total event your people and company in totally in fault for miscommunication and misguiding the customer.

          Once the price, delivery date and everything ok, then how u can change the deal in last moments, inspite of having delivery.

          This shows that you want to sale at extra price to other clients, and why we should pay extra for you employee mistake.

          We will take this matter to ford company as well as auto dealer association, not because of price but giving wrong information before booking, and once getting advance cq your keep client on toes.

          Please forward my email to your organisation head and owner, as you all are not giving the name and contact detail, we will find it out from our sources and same email will sent to all.

            Problem details :submitted my car to ford india on 7-3-2017 but till date his car was not repaired when ever i contacted to them they said that parts are not available and same times give false commitment to me for that send so many mail to them but no positive response.

              I bought a ford ecosport in 2014 and after 9000 kms the clutch failed the dealer told my driving style is an issue so i changed my driving style but again at 16000 kms the clutch failed and again in 28000 kms the clutch failed but the ford india is telling the same story again and again and till now i have spent 70000 for clutch i request to you to take necessary action and change it for free of cost

                For all ford figo users, especially figo models of 2012 beware our cars have a real degree t to which the company isn't paying heed. Again post serivicing my car last week. I was asked to change the damper pulley and one part to get rid of this problem which i did. However just exactly after week, again my steering wheel seized, engine got shut the engine, oil and battery lights at the dash board lit. This all happened in traffic the only good thing was it happened on a less conjusted road. I had to switch off the car and after 5 minutes again had to switch it on. Post that the car has been normal. But the worrying this is this happening to often and cam lead to something major if not dealt with.

Though the said vehicle was purchased from same company at the time of buying vehicle sales team does not apprised if cng will be installed they will not do even paid service.                     With reference to complaint raise by me with SrvReqNo:[[protected]], Ford team had call me and told that as MRF as rejected the replacement we cannot help further.

                    Firstly I'm sorry to tell that, when I reported the issue at KingsFord Surat, they told to approach MRF office in Surat to get the resolution immediately, they did not guide me to disassemble the tyre and then approach there. I direct went with tire loaded in my Car, were I was told to get the tire disassemble from the ring and bring only tire to get it inspect. I took all pain inspite of my Car is under warranty and did all required and approach them again.

                    On inspection they told this is due to some accidental impact on the tyre, or your car had fallen in some pothole and this is not covered under warranty.

                    I’m very much sure that my car has not impact anywhere, if it had than car would had got damage or atleast the ring of tire had got damage. Sir I very well know that Ford is an American Brand where road are smooth without potholes, but sir we are in India and here we will find normal pothole on road. Also there is no visible impact on tyre from outside, there is cut in tire which is internal and no external damage, So it seem there is surely a technical fault which had lead to such bubble on tire.

                    Please get it replace ASAP.

                      I have buyed ford ecosport with registration no - dl3cce8576 from harpreet ford, prashant vihar in 2016 end

                      After 3-4 months, we observed some starting noise problem, coming when ever we are starting the engine & battery also drains out very quickly

                      So in next service may'2017 we pointed out this problem to service center harpreet ford okhla, they keep the vehicle for 1 day for inspection & said vehicle is ok

                      After this, we again observed same problem & again reported same problem to service center manager on nov'2017, & again this time they keep the vehicle for 3days for inspection & came with a conclusion that, this is battery problem & they change the battery as vehicle is in warranty period

                      Now again same battery low issue problem with starting noise problem came

                      My request is to harpreet ford customer service team to escalate this problem to ford customer service dept on urgent basis & resolve this issue as soon as possible

                        I, munish kumar regret to inform you that none of the promises, mentioned during purchasing of ford car are being adhered to by your team, atleast not at bhagat ford agency at pathakot.
                        I detailed about the incidents happened during my visits to bhagat ford service center, pathankot.
                        The navigation system of my ford ecosport ecoboast stopped working within 2 or 3 months of purchasing of this car. I really didn’t understand that how the navigation system of a new car could stop working. However during second service on dated 08/01/2018 of my car i mentioned this problem to the service manager and service adviser of bhagat ford agency at pathankot. They advised me in written (Annexure attached) that the new rvc with revised software will be installed after that it will work, so i leave the car at agency.
                        After five days on dated 13/01/2018 (Promising date mentioned 12/01/2018 in annexure), i went to the agency for receiving of car but it regret to say that even after five days the car was not ready. I reached the agency sharply at 10:00 am but they delivered the car about 2:00 pm. I was really too late and in hurry so i didn’t check the navigation system. When i checked the navigation system it was not working. I really disappointed that even after five days the problem was not rectified. I surprised even more when i checked the service annexure (Attached) in which it is mentioned that rvc with revised and fly audio software has been re-installed. The level to make customers fool is much higher than expected. After two or three days a call comes from the bhagat service center, pathankot regarding customer’s satisfaction toward servicing. I told the agency staff that navigation system problem was not resolved.in their reply they said that next time when you visit to pathankot this problem will be resolved and request me that when call comes from headquarter, given 10 rating to each services.
                        Next time i visit to pathankot agency on dated 29/04/2018 and told the same problem and also request three to four times to the service staff name goldi that removes the little scratch by sketching from front side portion. I felt that none of the staff took interest to this problem as the problem was little and also no due servicing of car in which they earned money or some points. I left the vehicle for two day at the agency with a promise that the problem will be resolved in due date. I called to the agency on the next day about the progress and as usual they gave assurance for next day. Next day on dated 31.03.2017as expected same things happen the car is not ready, only washing of car was done that too without removing of scratch. The problem of navigation system was remaining same. I told the service manager that i will give you in written that this problem will not be resolved by your staff as none of them (Except deepak sharma) shown interest to this problem. I told him that the service staff who couldn’t remove a scratch by sketching even after two days which hardly take 5 minutes, those will solved this problem. The problem is not that the problem is solved but the real problem is that the staff behavior is really unprofessional.
                        My job is at chamba, 120km from agency, so it is really difficult to come again and again from chamba for minor repairs and it become more disappointing when your car ‘s problem was not resolved even after 4 to 5 days.
                        So on some of the points mentioned below i really need clarification:
                        1. How the navigation system of car could stop functioning even in warranty period?
                        2. If it happens then how the agency could mention in the service performa (Attached) that the problem was resolved? Either they lied to their customers or they didn’t know how to resolve the problem.
                        3. Why the car is not delivered to the customers in time after servicing or minor repair even after four to five days? Either they didn’t listen to the customers problems or they are not capable to do the same.
                        This is my fourth visit to the bhagat ford agency, pathankot and every time i had got a bitter experience. But this time i didn’t remain silent either your office will resolve my problem or i will sue your agency in consumer court against your services with documentary proof.

                          Last year harpreet ford, ghaziabad manager sold me 1 year extended warranty for my ecosport. They charged around 15, 000 rs. They told me they will send me documents later but they didn't provided any single document. From last 2 months i am asking for the document just to know what all is covered in extended warranty. But they didn't send me the details and today they told me your warranty is expired. So basically they cheated me in the name of extended warranty. I want to take this matter to consumer court, kindly guide me.

                            I have brought you top model verient of eco sport from surat ford.
                            Hello ford india my name is gajendra sinh rana. I am a resident of surat. I have purchased eco sport titanium plus model from your showroom surat ford at surat for forty days from today. At present, my car is running 5200 kilometers.in this, the tire of the unstable bridgestone company is absolutely glamorous. There is a problem in the 3 tires of my car in the train and there is a problem of quote. So tell me what to do about this:. Because of the low profile, due to the problem of punch and quote problems, you would recommend to the sir that the size of the tire in your top model or the alloy wheels instead of 17 inches would be 16 inches.

                              My ford figo diesel titanium was last services in the months of nov and dec 2017. However today while driving i faced a serious issue which could have resulted in a horrid crash. My engine siezed, steering wheel got locked followed with a strange smell in the car. The engine indicator was on and after some time it went of. Later again my car was fine, but again after driving 10kms i experienced the same problem as mentioned above.

                              I need a resolution to this.

                                It is a new ford ecosport two months old. Once as turn left the tyre hit a curb stone and tyre burst. I replaced the tyre. There were no other damages. 15 days alter the steering went cross and took it to dealer workshop. He told me there is no problem with wheel base but cross member, pins, and shocks could have failed. The wheel is out by 2 degrees and hence the steering is cross. I could not believe the cross member which is main load bearing member with two wheel mounted can get bend on curb stone hit. Yes the pin which could be weak link could have got bent.

                                I contacted ford india and narrated the whole incidence and the case. They have said that more than 2 lakhs car is sold out and there are no cases of cross member failure. But they needed time to investigate.

                                In my understanding the cross members are designed for indian roads.in my case it is normal hit of curb stone and no other damages to the car. If a car cross member to be damaged then it has to be severe accident where the car rolled over and severe damage to body etc. The car is spic and span and in new condition.

                                I think the cross member is either not damaged as stated by the service center and if damaged it must be manufacturing fault.

I ordered for the roof cross bars before 2 months in the accessories department. but till now I didn't get any reply from them.i am very much disappointed by their activities. thereafter I won't suggest any of my friends to Ford. sorry.

                                  I have a car (Ford new fiesta, rj 26 ca1624) from last 5 year and the maintenance coast of it is above 5 lac in this time and still the condition of its not ok in 2017 the car goes through maintenance above 10 times and spent above 1 month at garage and the ac condition is still worst and average drops below 10 and car stops due to heat when ac is running

                                    Dear sir,

                                    I am driving ford aspire from last 2 years i sent my car for paid service of 20000 km and even after service there is no improvement in car even noise has increased and some of the issue which i told to advisor are still not solved.
                                    I am feeling it's better do service of ford car from outside.

                                    Please help me out my vehicle no is up14 da 6591 and my vehicle service was being done at noida ford.

                                      I am NAveen gupta from moradabad (UP) my ecosport is just 3 month old and i want the first service done on time i given a call to Venus Ford Moradabad to pick car for first service i talk to there service manager Mr Rakesh he told me that soon you will get a call from my office .i got a call from some person from Venus ford Moradabad (UP) he tols me that we are busy in camps and have no time to pick your vehicle for service you come to our dealership with your your Ecosport and we will do the service .I told him that I am a business man and i do not have time to visit your dealership pls send some driver to pick the car for first service he told me that we do not have practice to pic and drop your car after service .
                                      I am really dispointed with the attetude I am a old loyal customer of Hyundai first time i purchase the ford car and the behavour and attetude i found is really disappointing

                                        I have purchased ford ecosport car from the dealer m/s. Muthoot automobile solutions pvt. Ltd calicut on 19.01.2015 (Reg. No. Kl 11ax 6539) and the same has now completed more than 41, 500 km. Journey. But during these period of 3 years i have to replace the clutch 2 times ie on 31.12.2016 from service center of mothoot calicut and on 12.03.2018 from pvs ford meenchanda, calicut. Both time they charged more than 10, 000/- for this replacement. On inquiry with the service center it is informed that the regular clutch failure may due to the bad/ wrong driving habits. This may not be true since this vehicle is driven alone by a professional driver during the entire period. It is fact that once or twice, during long block in city driving a burning smell had came from the vehicle and after parking for sometime there was no problem. Can you please clarify why this repeated clutch failure occurred twice during a short period of 3 years. Some of friends opined that it is a common drawback of this vehicle. Is it true?
