Ford fiesta car logo removing naturally just because of the Ford company not being used a quality gum for fixing. My car both side logo as automatically removed. Company have to take necessary action.

    I've been told that there's a delay in manufacturing even after waiting for over three months for the new ford ecosport titanium + at 2018 model (Blue color).
    My vehicle booking was made on 27th of nov 2017 and i've waited for over 3 months now.

    Not just that, i've even paid the advance amount of 3.4 l and also handed over the bank loan disbursement document of 10 l to metro ford bangalore.

    They still have not given me any confirmation of when i can expect my vehicle. The showroom themselves are clueless. I don't know if i should believe their word since i can't expect a major us based car manufacturer like ford can run into such delays.

    This is honestly pathetic.

      My new ford figo car (Tn23 cb 7528) have crossed only 23000km and been properly maintained with periodic services etc.. But now i been struggling with the car engine service symbol (Spanner symbol) is getting on in mid way of driving and the engine rpm is reduced automatically to 3000 rpm even at the gears at neutral and the acceleration pedal is fully pressed.

      I been stuck off with this car for now 4th time mid way on high ways and each time i been taking this to the dealer and unable to find the issue yet, but every time my car is been test driven with all possible ways to manipulate the issue again and being ruined.

      I am very unhappy with the car now just because i never even give the car to anyone for driving but its been used now by ford as test vehicle to find the the fault they have. I have paid for a new car to ensure i get a car of trouble free atleast for 100, 000km's but with in 23000km my car now become a test drive vehicle and yet they not found the root cause of the issue

      I worry to take my family in this car as i dont know on where it will get stuck?

      Also i have other issues as the wiper went not working and found some connector problem and rear window switch failure at 18000kms, now have too much noise in the car, strong petrol smell inside the car. Where is the ford quality i trusted to buy this brand??

      Really i am looking to sell this car and go with other brands.

        I have re-confirmed with the sales representative number of times upon the delivery date and he too said he is sure on delivering the car on the said date. But today...

        Hello Group

        My car Ecosport titanium+, year -2016 purchased in May, 2016.
        REG KA03 MY 2980 .
        Brokedown at 12000 KMs and clutchplate replaced and billed me 13K .Blamed my 10 years of driving experience and funny blamed the foot mat
        Any mechanical engineer will vouch for this cause

        Now after 4 months and at 19000 Kms, same old Drama repeats - Car brokedown, Tow, Service center gives me gyaan about my driving and this time they invented a concept called half-clutch which has caused this problem it seems, billed me 14K

        Is this way of life (too much drama) for ford ecopsort customer every 4 months or 5000 kms .

        How do you risk a consumer's life with such faulty clutch?

        Please let me know how do we like to take this forward

        Otherwise Look forward to fight in Consumer court .

          I have booked ecosport car in sai chhaya, bhoapl. Gm of this showroom has committed delivery on 14 march but now today morning he has called me and denied to provide me car on 14 march-2018. Is this working style of ford india???

          My father is rto in rajasthan transport deptt and he alongwith my mother has came at bhopal from rajasthan and now annoying situation infront of me.

          I need car on 14 march-2018 at any cost.. Pl help

            This is to inform you that from past 2 services bhava ford, panvel is lagging in their customers satisfaction. I booked a service at 10 am this saturday and i was the 1st customer to reach before time and it took 90 mins to change oil filter and oil change which is hardly 20 mins job. After that it took 4 hours to wash my car after scolding the representative. I was looking for the time i found that we take appointment for our car and these people take initiative for walk-in customer. From 12 pm my car was standing idle and other cars were put for wash. This is what bhavna ford is doing.
            Because of the monopoly of ford customer like us have to go to ford for service or else other garage on road side can perform better job than ford.
            Ford india is least bothered for their customers who made the company grow in india.
            I will surely not recommend any one ford only because of the lack of customer service and sales.

            After receiving the car, the car from inside and outside was looking like it was a forced job after paying 3200 rupees for service this is what I got and this is not the first time. Ford india has assured me last year that if it happens again they will surely take action. Hehehe action, directors, Ceo siting in their are only concerned in selling and meeting their targets they don't even think about customer who are facing these kind of issues. Ford india if you can solve the issue please do call

              My self rakesh chaudhary. I had planned to buy ford aspire and on 18. Jan 2018 i paid the booking amount of rs 30, 000/-
              From the dealer - mahavir ford (Bharuch, gujarat)
              I then started with the process of loan, of rs : 350000/- and got it sanctioned as well. But the process of couldnt go further since the down payment of rs 400000/- which i had to pay, got delayed since the amount which i was suppose to receive got delayed too.
              In the meantime, i got a message from axis bank on first week of march 2018. That ur loan is passed and emi will start from this month.
              I haven't paid the down payment and when i inquired with axis bank, they said we got the down payment receipt. How is that possible without giving the downpayent! So basically now, my emi has started without getting the car and and has put me in mess. All thanks to ford and it's ford dealer mahavir (Bharuch, gujarat).

              I have all records,
              First i spoke to the mahavir ford dealer manager - parth upadhayay.
              He was making fun and was taking things lately when i said, without my notice ull have given the bill to axis bank andy emi has started and in return his answer was really pathetic.
              Then, i called ford customer care, there barkha das attended and her answer was, we cannot help u. Sorry. So this was the reply for putting me in this situation by ford.
              After that, i anyhow tried getting no. Of some senior who could on ford's behalf could really take an action against the culprits, so i spoke to prabhu elumalai who is i guess the service head of some specific zone in india. I called him and explained him that without my notice my loan has started and without getting the delivery of the car, i need to pay it's emi becuase of ford mahavir (Bharuch, gujarat) but to my shock he too refused to help and said its not my department. I asked him at least tell him whom can i approach in ford and explain this matter for which he just straightly refused. So by far my experience with ford was really pathetic and the harassement i have been experiencing and leaving my work i am just spending time in these things. What is the solution.!!!

                Hi ford team,

                I have purchased a ford - figo in 30th november 2015 (Tn14 d 6977)

                During my last couple of services (Mpl ford chennai and eureka ford chennai) i shared that there is a cabin noise which ford dealership inspected and said that there is no issues and ignored my statements.

                For your kind information, last november 2017 ford warranty has been expired.

                Just last week at 17, 0000 kms (Approx.) and i want for 3rd servicing in hen’s ford chennai. During last service firstly they said it was wheel bearing problem then they deny that it was tyre problem.

                I specially went and forced them to get the vehicle inspected. And then finally, they have confirmed there is a mechanical fault in back right hand side wheel bearing issue due to this all tyres are damaged. Now they are saying it is not under warranty and you have to pay and rectify the issue asap otherwise vehicle will be risk.

                Request you to please support me for resolution.

                  I have given my car ford eco sport trend 1.5 reg. No. Up 32 hu 2770 for 2nd servicing at mgs. Ford near new high court building faizabad road lucknow uttar pradesh india pin code 226016 under pick and drop service on 7/03/2018. Firstly car was not picked up in time. Secondly delevery was promised for same day at 6 pm, but car was not deliverd to me till now and when i tried to contact the service center no one responded despite of many calls. Then i called to the technician to whom the car was allotted, he said service station is closed. This is something which is not expected. Looking to this careless attitude, i also doubt whether service personels at service center have actually serviced the vechile or not, since i was not there they might have not changed engine oil or other schedule replacement due at time of 2nd service. The service center kept me in dark kept ime waiting to no irr responsible response.. I have to finally hire ola to reach home at abt 10 pm.. Also since its examination time here, i have to drop my daughter at examination center in next morning at 7 am but i have not recieved my car to drip her.. This has hurt me a lot both mentally and financially, how can u expect a service center to be so casual and careless.. I request you to kindly look into the maater urgently to resolve the issue..

                    It's very bad experienced with commitment towards services provided by your team. Its been already 2.6 years spent with ford family but the services provided by them are very harshed and bad. People are not able to rectify the issues related to vehicle and same issue happen again and again.
                    Now i feel i had done a big mistake in my life to take a option like ford.
                    Behavior of sales and service person is quite pathetic.
                    U people are here to create a big market in india but i[censored]r basics, etiquettes are not good as well as up to the mark then u are just doing blunder with the brand name ford.
                    Right now i have a latest issue with my car related to driver side door lock today, but problem not resolved by team members. I am waiting for the service person last 45 min and when he comes he told me that lock is not ok but practically it is locked by master key.
                    They all come without tool kit.
                    Are they came to see my face or came to give sympathy to me.
                    I just wait for last 4 hours but still right now car is on the road with door locking condition.
                    And sales/service team member mr. Abhi sharma from pal ford haldwani u. K just shown his misbehave with me.

                    What the hell these people are working in such a brand name. If these people are not able to satisfy the customer then i think that there is no need of them.

                    There is a Ford station wagon white car parked outside between 21 and 22 golden tulip bunglow half on the road. Pls tow the car. It is on the road. Near Shreyas foundation near manekbuag Ahmedabad. It is blocking the way for driving . Has been parked for more than two days. Pls remove it

                      My vehicle running is not more than 30, 000 km and purchasing date is 27th Dec. 2015.

                      I have also cross checked my balancing and wheel alignment at outside center also but it shows within limits but still problem is as it is.

                      Your ford center dealer not support to road trial peoples and marks the remarks as Ok

                      I take road trial my vehicle to all service center like Suzuki, Hyundai, Mahindra and Mahindra, local service center etc., according them that there is a problem of vehicle pulling towards left side. Due to this issue my right hand side shoulders suffers heavy pains while driving the car due to continuous holding of steering .
                      It is very unsafe for human and self-safety.

                      If you are not resolved my left pulling vehicle issue within 15 days, then I will raised the compliant in Maharashtra State Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission

                      I viral this message in society, as my vehicle is in warranty period

                      Looking for your support urgently. If any unfortunate incident happen with me and my vehicle it is your responsibility

                        While giving my car ford ecosport for servicing number - up-32-hf-1241 in mgs ford lucknow i gave my stereo in working condition but while taking delivery it was not working.
                        Company is telling it is fitted with external fitting so warranty is void.
                        I am not asking for warranty i told them i gave in working condition and i want in working condition.
                        Kindly check for this.

                          Hi my name is sandeep dhawan and i am working as a deputy vice president with one of the mncs,. My phone number is [protected]. I recently bought ford figo aspire. I never though people at ford does not offer any respect to its customer and rather insult them.

                          The below was the text that i issued for raising my 1st concern to which not satisfactory response did i get. My experience further worsened when the the customer care representative mr. Taha arranged for a conference call and he also behaved like and agent to saluja motors ford service center. I was again insulted during this con call. I have written the 2nd email with the below mentioned text

                          Hi thaha & ford,

                          This is really astonishing to receive such a response from ford which is only ford representative friendly and not customer friendly.

                          The response doesn’t really capture the issue that i raised in my first email and moreover the issues which cropped up during the conference call which was arranged by taha. I really feel like insulted not only by this reply but as how i was again treated in the ford service station and on the conference call which had the presence of taha (Customer care representative) and mr. Gian parkash.

                          The email below the doesn’t really capture the inappropriate language & behavior that i had to go through by mukesh the representative sent by mr. Gian parkash with preset instructions.

                          On the conference call also mr. Gian parkash was joking & laughing as if he was aware that even the customer service is also on their side.

                          Mr. Taha i am really disappointed with you reply as it doesn’t address the above two issues which you were definitely aware and you have ignored then delibrately. I categorically mentioned to you and you heard it yourself that how mr. Gian parkash was joking and laughing while the conference call was happening between you me & mr. Gian parkash.

                          I hope and wish that someone else apart from mr. Taha also reads this conversation and also listen to the call records of the conference call.

                          Really disappointed as even customer service, ford service station all did the same thing to me. I assure you that i will never step in to the ford service station and customer service ever as don’t want to get insulted.

                          I am going put this experience to the highest authorities in ford and all other social media appropriate channels.

                          Hi,

                          This is sandeep dhawan i have bought the car with the registration number ch01-bq-2204. The car registration is in the name of kotak life insurance. Today i went to get the first service done at saluja ford chandigarh. There was a wedding in the house so i got the car decorated. There were some tape residual marks on the car. While i gave the car for the service i told them to remove these marks and they said we will take care of it.

                          Post this while i was about the car handover to me, a guy with the name of sahil told me that we cannot remove these marks as this will lead to scratches and some marks. He insisted me to go for the coating which will solve the issue and this treatment will cost rs. 1500. It seemed as if they wanted to force me to get this treatment for the car and therefore they didn’t attempt to clean the tape residual marks.

                          Further i had to tell the people literally during the cleaning the car has spot here & there, whereas they should have taken care it on their own.

                          I was later called by my gian parkash who was the manager at the service center who shared that without coating this issue cannot be resolved and wanted me to go for it. I told him that when i bought this car on 1st january 2018, it was confirmed to me that coating was done on my car. To which he said you need to get this done again. He further stated that he will give further discount which is another evidence that he wanted to push me to get this treatment done. I said i wouldn’t want to pay rs.[protected] for this and said its okay let me see if there is something that i can do to remove these tape residual marks.

                          While i was about to leave the ford service station, it was really astonishing that a representative was sent by mr, gian parkash, who obstructed me while i asked him to get aside. He very rudely said wait as he wanted to take the pictures of the car and post this he used inappropriate language with which isn’t acceptable at all

                          I have attached the scanned copy of the feedback form that i filled while i was there is ford service center.

                          I never expected this kind of treatment within my first visit to ford service station. There is big mismatch in the advertisement that you do for ford service and the actual experience in the service station. There is a huge difference in how you treat the customer while he is making a decision to buy the car and after he has bought the car. I am really feeling insulted and i believe that i have made a wrong choice to buy ford machine.

                            Your car might develop this issue too, it might help you.
                            I recently bought a used Ford Fiesta, it developed a engine issue where there was idling problem along with the engine check light, the car would stall in mid of the traffic and the RPM would not raise above 1000. I took it to Elite Ford, Mahadevapura, Bangalore to check this issue along with 80K service. Their app quoted some 4K and change, but when I took for service they right away asked to go for 100K service which cost around 6K and without even checking they asked to change the drive belt and the timing belt. The total cost was some 12K along with wheel alignment and balancing which they never did but charge alone was posted in the bill. The next morning I started the car and hit the same issue, again I went to them and this time they said the battery needs to be changed as it is a non Ford battery, what the hell ???!!! I accepted for that since they might have a good idea on the issue and another 5.25K went down the drain, next morning again I hit the same issue. This time they said the ETB sensor needs to be changed, I questioned what if the issue is still not solved ? they said then the ETB itself should be changed. I clearly understood none of their engineers are knowledgeable and are ###.
                            Did some research on net and came across the below link.

                            I ordered a MPFI cleaner for Rs. 270 on Amazon.

                            Took it to a local mechanic paid him Rs. 100 to open the air hose and spray it. I watched over a week and the issue is now fixed.

                            I fixed the problem myself at a meagre Rs. 370 for which Ford quoted approx Rs. 24000

                              This is regarding my recent service done at talera ford pune.

                              Car: ford figo diesel (Model 2012)
                              Car registration number: mh12jm4412

                              Few days back i observed some strange sounds when i start my car. Immediately i took my car to service station, where they checked evry thing and replaced ac belt, that's what they told me.

                              Next day i took my car out of pune, while i was driving, i observed that noise was still there and dashboard started flashing battery warning, so i switched off ac and called ford service station again.

                              They assured me that you can drive that car and once ur car is at service station we will rectify the problem.

                              Day1:

                              I got a call from a guy "swapnil gaikwad" that your damper pulley, alternator pulley are damaged because of the some external plate which might have hit the car from below. They also sent me a snap of the same.

                              I insisted them not to go ahead with servicing, as i want to claim it using my insurance.
                              This guy immediately told me not to go for insurance, as it wont be claimed user insurance & it will take approximately 12k for repair.. I found this fishy as why this guy is against insurance, when he himself told me that pulley got damaged because of someexternal plate.

                              I told them not to go ahead with replacing part until i confirm it from insurance guys.

                              Day2: i called my insurance company "bajaj allianz", and given them all the details

                              Day3: i got a call from bodyshop guy that mostly your insurance won't be claimed and the bill will be approximately 19k, as this damage was not external but because of some broken part of pulley.

                              I called up swapnil gaikwad and this time he told me a different story, that actually its part of a pulley which has damaged other parts.

                              How come the story changed once the surveyor has visited the place?

                              How come the estimated bill changed from 12k to 19 k?

                              How come the damage to alternator pulley and damper pulley happened because of internal part, when they themselves initially told me its because of external part?

                              Why were they initially insisting me not to go for insurance?

                              This clearly shows that they didnt service my car properly even after keeping car at there place for 24 hours and charging a bill of 7k.

                              Also, i checked from a expert mechanic that this might have happened because of loose pulley tensioner, which these guys ignored during service and ultimately resulted in a huge damage with a bill of 19 k.

                              I have been a fan of ford from a very long time and i recommend ford car to all my friends, but incident like these really put ford service in bad light.

                              This is not the first time i observed that service guys of talera ford are technically incompetent.

                              We don't have many options of authorized service center in pune and talera ford seems to be the only big service center nearby.

                              I believe that ford makes best cars, but pune lacks good service center.

                                Ir/mam,

                                I own a ford figo automatic car and its registration no. Is kl-07-cl-11.

                                I regret to inform you that the car i got delivered from malayalam ford, ernakulam is a defective car, which is giving trouble since i bought it.
                                There were like few instances that the car had to tow it to the kairali ford for the repair. Once it got stopped in the middle of the road while my mother was driving and i had to call the customer care and they forwarded the car to kairali ford and after the inspection they found water content in the petrol tank after inspecting it for 5 days. (Thank god nothing happened to the engine.) they then cleared all the water in the petrol tank and it was running smoothly until it stopped responding one morning.

                                There was no lights and horn and even could not start and i understood it was some battery problem as this is not my only car and have been using other brand cars also. I quickly called the ford customer care and they came and jump started the vehicle and took it to the service centre of kairali ford. They inspected the car for 2 or 3 days and told me there is a trouble in the battery and it has to be replaced. I obviously agreed to it and they replaced it and gave it to me. This happened 1 month back.

                                Today after a long weekend when i tried starting it wasnt responding. The car is completely dead. Customer care guys said they will come today and check it. But i dont have any trust in you. This is the third time and i am like fed up. Your dealer here is not giving a thorough inspection and who wouldnt know how the battery get drains?.

                                They should have checked the alternator or some electrical wires or some fuse.

                                So i would like to request you to urgently look in to this matter and do the need full or else i will be forced to take legal action against you.

                                  gps navigation not working in ecosport

                                  I own ecosport diesel reg no ka01mk8883. At around 17000 kms i had to change the clutch plates from service provider lathangi ford. Now i have driven 33000 km again facing same problem. The service provider just blame the driving and never accept the drawbacks. The vehicle posses. I have driven ford fiesta diesel for 40000kms without any problems with clutchplate. I request ford people should respect the customers. And accept the problem, and set it right at the earliest without any charges.

                                  its already 12 days since my complaint was launched to ford india .there is no response form the people concern.hope I get the response at the earliest. so many people are complaining about faulty clutch plate.these people are taking the customers for granted. hope they set right things so that we can belive in ford products.

                                    I booked a ford ecosport titanium diesel with bhagat ford jalandhar by paying an advance of rs 30000/-on 15 jan 2018. The papers from the csd canteen were given to the dealer on 08 feb 2018 with availability cert from the dealer. I was promised delievery on 16feb. The sales executive was reminded on 13 feb again. He confirmed that the veh will be delievered on 16 feb at 11 am in the morning. On 16 feb at least 6 to 8 times they delayed the timing to about 4 pm. After that i was told veh will be coming to jalandhar by road from a ludhiana showroom which is about 60 km away. I refused to take that veh. After talking to dgm i was promised a delivery on 18 feb 2018. The veh delievered to me was in shabby condition. Features were also not explained properly. Second key is still pending. No customery courtesy of cake cutting and pic clicking was performed. This coutesy is normally extended to every customer. Will ford india take some action against the dealer for this uncourteous behaviour and shabby treatment to the customer of a new ford car.
