I have ford ecosport since 30/11/2015 vehicle cover 24000 km. Now from 2 months engine gives light sound on 4th & 5th gear as rubbing of piston with sleeve on racing. Sound close as left pressure on race paddle. Please clear my problem.

    मेरी कार क्रमांक CG 04 LQ 7285 जिसका दुर्घटना दिनांक 18 अक्टूबर 2017 को बालोद (CG ) में हुआ था उक्त दुर्घटनाग्रस्त कार को जीके फोर्ड रायपुर में दिनांक 19 अक्तूबर 2017 को मेरे द्वारा शो रूम में छोड़ा गया था। ..लकिन उक्त कार को आज दिनांक तक पूरी तरह सुधारा नहीं गया। .अब तक मुझे शो रूम के अधिकारियो द्वारा करीब 7 से अधिक बार बुलाया जा चूका है। ...लेकिन गाडी में हर बार कुछ न कुछ खराबी रहने के वजह से गाडी को आज तक मेरे सुपुर्द नही किया गया। ..जिससे मुझे बालोद से रायपुर आने जाने में करीब 20 हजार रूपये की आर्थिक क्षति व इससे मेरे कामकाज भी प्रभावित हो रहा है। ..जिसके चलते मैं इस शो रूम संचालक के व्यवहार से परेशान हूँ।

    My car number CG 04 LQ 7285, whose accident took place in Balod (CG) on 18 October 2017, the said car was released in the show room by me on 19th October 2017 in GK Ford Raipur. ..but the said car was not fully repaired till date. Until now, I have been called by the show room official more than 7 times. ... but due to some failure in the car every time, the car was not delivered to me till date. ..when I came to Raipur from Balod, financial loss of about 20 thousand rupees and its effect on my work is also being affected. ..because I'm troubled by the behavior of this showroom operator.
    Respected Ford Management is requesting you to give me my car as soon as possible and try to damage my loss from the Raipur GK Ford Show Room Operator.

      Dear sir, i had purchased eco sport car on[protected] from jayashree ford ranchi jharkhand.in the name of trilochan singh, near bharti bhawan, jail road east, ranchi, jharkhand.
      During my purchase i did not get the bill of accessories which i purchased from the showroom. My first free service has been done but was not satisfactory and for which i had complained but was not given any attention. And now during my second free service i have not been informed and when i called the service centre i was said that my free service has been lapsed and you will have to pay regarding the same and was also said that they thought that i have serviced my car from dara ford ranchi and which was a very disappointing response from the showroom.
      I request you to provide me the second free service and guide jayashree ford regarding the same as this was showrooms fault.

        I have a ford figo diesel titanium 5 years 79000 kms in very fine condition.
        All the services done on ford only at every 10000 kms done.

        I observed the amber engine light on console, last week i went to ford, got the same checked...

        After around 3 hours of checking they told me that egr and two injectors need replacement.

        25000/- for egr
        17000/- per injector means 34000/- for two plus labour charges, almost between rs. 60k to 70k which really is a hefty amount for a five year old car.

        Knowing the same i got shocked,
        As the car is done only 79000 kms and suddenly all these parts need a replacement even in last service they didn't observe/reported any issue related to engine.

        When i complained in ford india... After around one week they reverted with an are offer of 30 percent discount on the parts only. Even after discount i need to pay somewhere between 45k to 50k which is a huge amount.

        I also found, there are several complaints on ford's facebook page related to egr only which means ford has issues with egr. But i don't know why ford is not thinking about it. They must fix the same by recall the cars without any charges.

        I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the ford now... Not able to understand, what action to take.

          We purchased car on 31/8/2014 from chabra motors, rourkela, orissa. That time warranty was their for our car n its parts but after 3 months of purchase our warranty was canceled without our knowledge and at the time of purchase, some amount was taken from me in the name of warranty so this is basically a cheating done. So this cheating is actually not against us but against ford company also, so we would like you to take action as soon as possible. If action not taken we will be forced to go to court and complained not only against dealer but also against ford company.

            I have a ford figo with middle version. I was regular to the service in every 10000 km. Now 50000 km crossed. There was a complaint in the break pad and replacing the same due to thinness during the service on 50000 km. However it makes noise in the front right side while driving in the irregular road. I went back to the center and recheck the same that there was a problem in fitting of break pad. But still i felt the same sound. I have a fear of, is that any problem while applying break?

              I have purchased your ecosport amb. Patrol 2 year ago. Last 1 year my car has come starting problem. Some time car not start.and power are reducing. Car has missing prob. Means 1 and 2 nd gear has very less power. I did complaint to my dealer Saluja ford solan many times.but there response is very negative.i want my car ok otherwise I have only one way to go consumer form. Thankyou

                I bought a ford figo in dec 2016. I had a couple of punctures last couple of weeks and had it checked. The person at the service station mentioned that the tyres needed to be changed as they were not of good quality and had been damaged. I would like to understand how a 13 month old vehicle tyres could deteriorate so badly that would warrant replacement. I have only driven on city road and highways to warrant any harsh usage of the vehicle.

                  On 04.01.18 i went to sri sri sri ford for the routine service of 40k. On my complaint against the abnormal sound the service manager suggested to replace all the four tyre and on my approval they done so. But after returning from the service centre on font-right tyre got deflected on the very next day and the saga continued and on 07.01.2018 i had sent the sanp-shot tyre along with the bill copy to the service manager through whatsapp but to my surprise there was no response from the service team. Again on 07.01.18 i pinged him and called him over telephone then he suggested to send the vehicle to the service centre which was not possible for me to send the vehicle which i also told him then he suggested me to got it checked outside. On checking the mechanic told me that they have earlier placed a tube in that wheel as it has some issue which was no more and the same thing when i informed to the service manager he told me that if so then he will send it back and on my request will send it to my address on 13.01.18 but did not received any further communication till dated i. E 18.01.18 and again when i called him he relied that the their service team checked the alloy wheel before replacing the tyre and it was in good health and the tube they have send to scrap yard where as the alloy is found still leakage.

                    Hi, last month i went to lakshmi ford for normal service. They said you have oil leakage in steering rod and they said we can’t fix this you should change whole part (It app 15k). I have changed it and now i just showed some other server center and they said why you changed whole part, we can fix only that damaged part (With 2-3k amount). I am not a rich person, am middle class family. How they cheated me. I spend 25k for that service. I need clarification why they did this.

                      This is case of cheating that I am following with Ford for last one plus month. I booked through Amazon and allotted a vehicle which they diverted to another customer without conforming with me. Another Dealer took 50, 000 Rs prior to launch and still not allocating vehicle. Multiple calls/complaints to Ford and Amazon but no resolution. My money is locked.

                        I purchased ford fiesta diesel car in 2011. All was well until 2015 and the car had clocked only about 25, 000 km by then. Somewhere around january 2016 i started observing rough engine noise, un even idling and jerking and in june 2016 the car jerked several times on highway and the engine check lamp started glowing and the car would not accelerate beyond 7500 rpm. Took the car to cauvery ford bangalore and injectors 1 and 2 were replaced at a cost of about 50, 000 rs. Around dec 2017 i noticed the problem again and took the car to cauvery ford binny mill road and they are saying injectors 3 and 4 need to be replaced. They also said the egr needs replacement. They say there is no guarantee that the replacement will last long, they simply put the blame on adulterated fuel. I contacted many of colleagues who use diesel cars from maruti, honda and toyota. None of them ever faced any injector issues. How can only ford vehicles have the problem when all other car brands are doing fine with the same fuel.

                          -service manager pankaj started quoting replacement of battery & some other parts which was not required

                          -sent back car without any servicing & repairing

                          - full online payment taken without servicing of car

                          Talked to head of service centre & he started abusing me instead of his supervisor pankaj

                          Complain didnot resolved by ford India executive .I must say very bad customer service of ford India whether they do not focus on resolving the problem .Even they did not bother to revert on problem points raised .Rather straight forward they refused to do anything

                          While Dealership did cheating & fraud by taking money for servicing online while no servicing was done at all .No action was taken against the dealership .Mr Pawan Negi & Sevice advisor Pankaj from Okhla workshop did abused me in the whole process but no action were taken

                          Ford india just wasting customer time while not giving any resolution to the issue .A lower lever executive sits in customer care who is not capable of giving any resolution .

                          I would like senior management to look into the issue & resolve it

                            I gave my for figo tn 07 ca 7546 for service at eureka ford the ford agency in chennai, india on 25.12.2017 morning for the 50, 000 km service and got it back on the same day evening.
                            Wh​en i got it back i notices that the rear sensors were not working. I thought this may be due to some loose connection and took it back to the centre to recify it.
                            ​they tell me that the 3 wires to my sensors have been cut and they do not have the sensor and hence they cannot rectify it and ask me to go to their teynampet showroom!!!
                            First of all the sensors were working when i gave it for service. But they tell me that a rat must have bitten my wires.​
                            The wire connecting the sensor to the car is missing till the a roll inside the side of the dicky.​ if this has to be a rat bite, the rat has bitten the 3 sensors exactly at the end and then again entered the side enclosure and bitten the wire again and then swallowed the 3 pieces of wires totally!!! I dont find this believable or even possible on a probability angle.
                            ​i even offered to pay them for a new sensor. But they refused to do anything because they do not have spares here for the sensor. They refuse to take any responsibility and simply turned me away​.
                            I raised a complant with ford on their website and after a lot of persuation a person from a company called autocorp comes and inspects the car. He says that the sensors cannot be services and the same have to be changed. He charged me rs.1, 390/- for this. This being a company vehicle the bill is taken by my company but the pain of being cheated in broad daylight by such a big american campany is really painful.

                              My name is jayaram - yeshawanthapur bangalore. I have figo diesel 2011 and have done 72000km. I am also facing injector malfunctioning problem. This problem is there since oct 2017. After my consistent request they said it is an injector causing the problem. Replacement cost is rs.20000. Me being a mechanical engineer can't understand what technology the ford is using in designing an injector. I wonder this may be some kind of money making technology. The ford should understand that we spent our hard earned money to buy a car and further it is difficult for us to bear the expensive cost of spares. More than that why this kind of failure. Today 9th january 2018 my car is in quiklane yeshawanthapur and being investigated. I am not blaming any technicians at ford. After all they are employees and highly skilled in their job. But i blame the company "ford india" for fielding a beautiful car with badly designed injector. But i still go with ford ford and only ford

                                I am using ford ecosport, vehicle no. Mh-46 ap-4379, facing a very serious problem with rear tyre of my vehicle. Both rear tyre only were worn out in a very after 20000 km. When i observed this problem, immediately informed contacted service team and checked my alignments which was found correct.
                                Same i checked with bhavna ford for alignment report during last service which was also correct. All reports are with ford service centre.
                                I asked for resolution of this problem since long time but still it's not resolved. I bring my vehicle 5 times to service center then they start investigation and inspection. After long exercise, they concluded that this is happened due to faulty parts link rear dead axle but their corporate service team not accepting this. As per their opinion, it is fault came due to impact. They judges through photograph whereas all service team has different opinion. They didn't find any spot of damage or bend on my dead axle.
                                Now they want to replace on my cost. My car is under 3 yrs. Extended warranty which is started from 11th nov. 2017 and all issues were raised in the month of april-2017

                                This issue is still not resolved. After long discussion, Ford is now accepted to change only mechanical parts however, they are not ready to change tyres also. In this case due to use of their faulty parts in my car, my both rear tyres are worn out. Both front tyres are still in very good condition. They are not ready to take ownership for entire problem. Partial resolution is not acceptable to me. Why I can bear tyre cost, when it is happened due to defective parts. Company has to replace my tyre also and must ensure their quality.                                   I don’t know whether it will fall….in to the deaf ears or a kind heart. But at least i will have the satisfaction that i have voiced my feelings……
                                  We were travelling from kalyan to pune. Our ford eco sport developed a complaint on road at around 5:00 pm about 2 km away from kalamboli. None of the gears was working and we did not have any idea as it stopped all of a sudden on the middle of the road. This year in the month of may also the vehicle did not start one fine morning and later it was realized that battery had complaint. It t was purchased in last february 2016.in a year, the battery had a complaint, now in 1 and a half year the gear/clutch has some issue. We really doubt the quality of manufacturing too now. From then we called the customer care toll free number for on road assistance. Everytime we received variety of answers like, 'we will give you a number, you contact nearby mechanic, we will bring and drop the vehicle to pune etc... Etc... Neither a mechanic from ford was available nor they could give any assurance when the help can be provided. The area was not suitable for family to hold on at that time as it was surrounded by trucks and it was new year eve. It is the second time we are experiencing the same that no immediate help/solution is provided by the ford india. Finally they asked us to pay rs.7854 for dropping the vehicle at pune. It was told that the crane will come in 25 minutes. Sitting on the road side we paid the money online and then they told us it will take one and a half hour for the vehicle to come. As it was already 7:18 pm, we were not ready for it as there were 3 ladies inside without even basic necessities around. They should have immediately provided us help by taking the vehicle in custody and leaving us free.
                                  The panvel service station was hardly 10 minutes away from the spot, still no person was sent from there stating that it is closed due new year. Then why should the ford company shows the tag of "24x7" on road service while purchasing the vehicle? Is this just a "market strategy???" even a panipuriwala sell panipuri made in dirty water by simply saying it is the best panipuri available in that area. Does the ford have no business or market value so that they have to sell it with a "fraud" tagline?
                                  No doubt, the amount we paid should be paid back to us. But who will pay for the mental, physical and emotional stress that a 69 year old mother went through in the past 4 hours, a girl aged 14 who wanted to use the wash room but was not available there, a trauma of a man who has his mother, wife and a girl child with him standing on the side of the road surrounded by the trucks? If it would have been happened in a lonely area where no one could support us, imagine the plight. After all when we call for assistance, the people just ask us to hold on and that too last for 5-6 minutes with a reply, ’sorry, we could not contact the concerned person.’
                                  Finally we ourselves called a crane from the very nearby area (Which ford service should have been done) and dropped the vehicle about 3-4 km away where a person known to us stay for his official work. At night we had to trouble them too for managing with our vehicle. Who is responsible for all these??? Of course we ourselves as we have blindly believed the false promise of 24x7 on road assistance given by ford india.
                                  It was a pathetic conversation that was done by the toll free number and most of them attending the calls are not sure about what kind of a help should be provided.
                                  They should have immediately provided us help by taking the vehicle in custody and leaving us free. They kept on saying they will send people in 25 min, but every time changed it in to 45 min, 1 and a half hour and all blah... Blah...
                                  It was just a night mare and finally we reached kalyan in a hired vehicle at 10:30 pm. Now we are planning to give it back to the show room as we cannot take any more torture on road at night.
                                  Great going ford……. Thank you for keeping customers engaged 24 x 7 for holding on the phone.

                                    On november 25th, saturday my car (Fully insured) met with an accident and for the repairs i went to imperial ford, ferozepur. Basis on the initial investigation on the damage they sent the initial estimates to surveyor o[censored]nited india insurance company. But they missed mentioning one part (Worth 4000) and ac gas (Approx 4000) initially to which surveyor is declining claim for these two. Why a customer should suffer because of mistakes of ford. All i am requesting is pay me back. Pfa emails.
                                    We are not receiving any response from ford. All the information is given in detail in previous complaint along with attachments. Problems: 1. Air filter and ac gas (Cost approx 8000) not included in initial estimates (Ford mistake - it should be there) due to which insurance company declined 2. Amount paid by me rs. 42919 while bill is rs. 41906. 3. Salvage charged by insurance 1200 (Not deductedin bill)
                                    Ford India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    Ford figo after using for 58k KM, 3 fuel injector got issue and need to be replaced, it costs 58000 rupees.

                                      I have taken a new ford figo aspire 1.5 trend diesel from kairali ford kottayam on 18/7/2017 in the name of ks subramoniam the key hand over ceremony on 14/7/2017 and the temp registration is taken on the same day. First we took insurance from new india insurance and because of higher rate, i cancelled the new india insurance and took from national insurance. Physically i made the vehicle delivery on 18/7/2017. Now the consultant from the dealership is asking me to pay the third party amount of rs. 5151. Because dealer, didn't get that third party amount from insurance company. As per my information insurance company rejected that claim amount because of delivery date mentioned in rc book as 14/7/2017 and on the rc book they shows the temp reg date as delivery date. After getting the new policy i was taken the delivery, so pls do the needful requesting your support to get the deducted amount to the concerned dealer.

                                      They are literally forcing to renew policy from them & told me that if you will not take it from here might be problem in service ..
                                      Even after refusing insurance manager is forcing & talking non professional manner

                                        My ford aspire completed 16400 km, observed humming sound so taken to ford service palspe phata panvel. Initially for 2 days it has been told we have communicated to high level and after 2 days it is informed that tyres need to changed.
                                        Its absolute shocking at 16400 km tyres need to change. Kindly resolve the issue asap

                                        In my Ford Ecosport titanium diesel car after running 30k KM clutch is too hard. either I need to change the Car or clutch or my knee. Please suggest if any one have any solution for this.
