Worst experience received from company & dealer as well (Family wali feeling-bull #),
Purchased vehicle on january-17 after first service
Baring noise is there from the car and dealer suggested that your all four tyres are defective and charged me on pro-rata basis. And then i complain to ford customer care and even worst reply received from the company as well and the dealer is clearly indicated me in such a manner that ford will not any action against our decision and the same is followed by the reply i received today.
Ok then but be rest assured that the your family wali feeling tag will soon be converted to unhappy family experience.

No tyre in good year is coming with price tag of 4554/- first,
And if i assume all four tyres got defective at the same time but why they have do gear box and clutch alignment as if they have the problem with bearing and gear box and do not want to raise the issue with ford part and so that why they created a opportunity to fool customers and charged them also for the same.
This is my problem and view because i am facing this issue within 10th month of purchase.

    Dear ford team,

    I have purchased the ford trend petrol car on the date 04.11.2017.in an very short time im suffering many problems with, there are couples problem comes in such as back seat lock, safety belt switch, tail light not working etc. And at when i visited your service center they say it takes long time to repair due non availability of spares and you should wait for few days.

    Please tell me is it worth to buy ford car instead? If can’t be reliable and appropriate to customers.

    That’s not the actual to wait for repair but in very much short times how these problems comes out?

      Dear sir

      My ford ecosport (Titanium eco boost variant) met with an accident which was parked in front of my house and got hit by another vehicle. Therefore i took my car to your dealership saharsh ford at gangtok, sikkim. There is some insurance formalities pending therefore the work hasn't started yet.

      However the dealership has treated us with the most disrespectful manner and cheated us.

      1. We've already paid rs.10, 000/- as advance. They quoted rs.100/- per day as parking fees, a month later through registered ad they quoted the parking fees to be rs.250/- per day. That however was least of our concern as the advance we paid hold true for at least 3 months. The issue here is we found out that the car has been sitting outside the dealership in open air for the past couple of months. (The photos of which are attached.)

      2. Upon enquiry we were told that it's only during daytime they'd do this otherwise during night they park it inside, this was found to be utter lie as when we visited the service area at night when the center was closed it was still left outside. (Photos of this are also attached)

      3. Besides this, the car is in even worse condition then it was before and the headlights and fog lamps are already missing. These are only the things that we could see from outside, god knows what they've done to the inside. (Photos of the day of the delivery and the photo of the car now is attached. One could clearly see the headlights and fog lamps intact.)

      4. Now they are not willing to park the vehicle inside and they have the audacity to ask for another rs.50, 000/- before they do it. Rs.50, 000/- for what?! For placing my car outside in the worse possible conditions and stealing from what's left of my car?

      The dealership saharsh ford at gangtok, sikkim has clearly tarnished the reputation of the ford company in india. This is a voice o[censored]nison from many people around here who shares the same opinion.

      I would like ford india to kindly look into the matter asap and for once teach the dealership to treat the customers with due respect.

        We are also having the same problem in our ford figo car 2012 aug model. We are facing from dec 2012 and akshaya ford they cleaned the diesel tank and temporarily solved the issue, but the same problem came again with in a month and that time mpl ford said its due to injector issue. And they said 2 injectors having issue but they replaced only one. But the issue not solved. So we given the vehicle to chennai ford they have reprogrammed and solved the issue. After a year mil light flickering started again reprogrammed and solved as temporally but these times the car is under warranty but they not replaced it.

        Now again we are facing the issue they saying to replace two injector which is 40000 rs.
        We are very much disappointed because of this care.
        Ford spoiled their name itself. Dont know why they are taking back this model cars and rectify this issue.

        I want to know any one filled the case in consumer court for this issue.

        As i know many of them having this issue in 2012 and 2013 model diesel figo cars.

        If anyone filled the case let me know

          This is regarding an error appearing on dashboard of my ecosport purchased in sept.2017 from ford dealer m/ s cargo ford, ahmadabad as "engine service now" regularly but randomly. For attending & rectifying the fault my vehicle has been given to m/ s cargo ford,
          S g highway, ahmadabad for 4 different times & for more than 5, 7, 26 days. But so far none of the time the vehicle was given back with proper solution, rectification fault so far & therefore it was once again given to the same dealer today i. E. 13th dec 2017. During the last visit when the vehicle was given to cargo ford from 2nd nov 17 to 28th nov. 17. Cargo ford continuously were in touch & consultation with ford chennai technical team on their hotline. Inspire of this still the problem is continuing & i am pained, stressed, harassed for ford's technical team to provide any fruitful solution to my long pending unresolved problem. Due to this painful scenario i am also forced to spend additional expenses on local transport for attending office either by hiring taxi, rikshaw etc twice i was given an alternate figo vehicle which was petrol based instead of my diesel ecosport putting me in spending more on fuel expenses. The only option with me is to contact toll free customer care & sending email which i have been doing but no satisfactory reply on my complaint resolution so far. Now i started feeling whether ford who can manufacture 1 car in say 3 mins is having such capability or not & if not then why they give high tech features which they fail to resolve in case of problems for such s long period of more than 2 months or they are either not having right approach, sincere efforts, lack of commitment, care towards customer, honesty.
          Wish they understand & sincerely attempt to resolve the problem by taking utmost care & fix higher priority. Failing in resolving the issue either i may be given additional warranty of 2 years or give me another new ecosport & retain my ecosport for their study & research purposes.

            Dear ford officials

            Your harpreet ford service station in gurgaon seems to be in big greed mode. Last time i wrote about their looting habit by creating cases which are not genuine & charging big service bills. Again they have done something which shows that they just want to fool honest & loyal customers of ford brand.

            My ford endeavour hr26 bm 9024 went for service on this week for issue of bubbling & brushes which were changed recently & they charged me a bill of 8000/- approx. I agreed & got the delivery but the bubbling issue was even more than what we gave to them. We went back to them & they said you have pay now some 20000/- for some issue in car. I opposed & said that you are fooling us, so they called me back with 50% discount on bill saying pay 10, 000/-.

            I again said that this is a non-sense & then i got a call from some new engineer who said sir problem was not in part but in tyres. He even said that he has done road test with other tyres and found issue is resolved.

            Post this feedback, i said that we have just purchased tyres an year back from ford so this must be in warranty. For which he claimed that yes they come with 2 years warranty. I said fine check your records & do the needful replacement.

            Now comes an amazing story from engineer that warranty is based on how much time you have used the tyre. I think your team needs a training on common sense & should know what they talk.

            After 2 days again a engineer called me & said that it is not tyre issue, it is issue of alloy wheels. Seems they are not competent to diagnose the issue & just finding a way to loot customers where ever.

            I am repeating what i wrote last year, do understand that a loyal customer when goes bad can be as bad as you can't even imagine.

            I am really disappointed & appreciate my message reaches right set of people who can intervene. I am looking for a root level correction in your approach & a working car of mine.

              We wish to inform that we have brought eco sports 1.5 dsl iti mt-diamond white in the month of december 9, 2013 with engine no. Dd87879 through your registered dealer ram motors services, delhi.

              The vehicle has been serviced throughout the last four year through your dealer and now we are facing problem with engine, mainly the high consumption of lubricating oil plus low power as well less mileage etc and vehicle has run around 73500 km till date.

              Hence, you are requested to please intervene this matter as well arrange to replace the engine or overhaul the engine.

              We look forward an urgent call /an action on above matter.

                Hello all, i am writing here after i hit hard wall in reaching out to ford india. Tried my all means of reaching ford india to solve my problem which i am facing... No help from ford india. My echosport car have lighting issue. Unable to see far distance objects while driving fast on highway. I can't go more than 60km/he with this lights. Service [protected]@elit ford bangalore checked it and told everything is fine no issue with lights. And how did he checked it on noon just focusing the lights on the wall with the distance of 5feet. Ford claims they checked it as per the process and my meat all the parameters perfect. I'm not sure in which age ford is in testing parameters.

                  I want to report a complain about my car ford ecosport embiant 2013 make. I bought it from chhabra ford rourkela on october 2013. Car just running 28000km only n engine problem coming. Such a failur product. Pls suggest what to do what not to do.
                  Service provider comes time to time in my place for engine oil change & other nessery periodic maintainable. But they don't file or show this work in their workshops reports.

                  So no fault of mine if company says no time to time service.

                    Vehicle given for servicing at 75372 kms, and i paid service amount of 59900/- inr because it had some major parts to be replaced like camshaft. After running for 7000 kms the engine got seized because they missed to replace engine oil. Now they accept their mistake of not replacing oil but not agreeing to compensate for that. They offer 25% reduction in overall bill of 125000 inr

                      Hi, i am vishwanath from mysore... I left my car in ford service station in mysore on 30th november for just to replace bumper, a/c & condenser... They assured to deliver within 3 days which is ridiculous... Even after 7 days they have not even touched my car taking an excuse of non availability of such a common spare parts.. It's shameful for a such big ford company to give an silly excuse. When i contacted head office in chennai, even they just neglected and did nothing for my request. They didn't even had a curtisy to call back. Ford company charges exuberant labor charges & still they make customers to beg & plead forbetter & quick service.. I am extremely disgusted with this company...

                        hi,

                        i sumit sambher have bought the ford fiesta car in 2012 and since we have purchased the car we been facing issues with engine voice and car power failure. This was reported many times to ford workshop at okhla, however every time is informed that normally ford engine do make sounds and it’s quite normal. One of the incident i have reported to the workshop and informed the service advisor that in the comparison to the other ford vehicle my car sound it way high. Advisor informed me post checking the sound it’s normal but i insisted the service advisor to diagnosed the vehicle completely. After a day i got a call from the workshop that there is issue with fuel injectors and it need to be replaced. I was really shattered as it was a new car which i drove on 20000 km approximately. As my car was in warranty ford replaced one of the fuel injector of my car.

                        even then the engine sound was high and i reported to the advisor and he informed that sir now it’s has no problem please take your vehicle. I followed him and continued my journey, even though i was feeling power loss and engine sound issue which you can see in all my car records. Every time my vehicle comes for servicing i highlighted the issue and even told the manager mr gurmeet that i think there is issue with other injectors too. Again they did the diagnoses of my car and informed fuel injector working fine.

                        on my car warranty expiring year i have done numerous attempts to tell him the issue with my car and missing problem, they informed sir there is problem with the oil filter. Now 2 months back my car went to workstation and i highlighted the issue again with the service advisor and he did the diagnostics as recommended by me. The service advisor called me and informed that sir there is issue with the fuel injector which need to be replaced or repair which have a estimate of 50 thousand.

                        now my question to ford is as follows-

                        1) why the advisor has misrepresented the facts to me when there was issue with the injectors since inception.

                        2) at my numerous attempts even after the diagnosis why i was informed there have been no issues.

                        3) why there was no resolution was given to my problem at all time.

                        4) why it was informed sound was normal.

                        5) how come fuel injector failure arise at just 48000 km

                        6) when my car warranty has expired, now how come the diagnosis has been changed.

                        7) when i has reported the same issues why there is difference in the approach of the advisor post the car warranty expired.

                        this is really not accepted from a brand like ford where car failure issues are arising so soon that to fuel injectors. I want an urgent resolution to my problem as i was traveling abroad couldn’t get time escalate to ford on on my last service but now i came back to india. I will not pay for the injectors replacement or repairing charges by any means as it was deliberately not replaced by ford in my warranty period.

                        i will be waiting for your prompt closure on this and also want ford to expedite the process of resolving my issue as lot of issues can arise with this problem and i might end up repairing my car on every visit.

Also to inform you that my injector was replaced before my car got transferred to my name.in case of any clarification i can ask my relative mr sunil jain to give you the insight of this or you may ask it from your service advisor harish who was my service advisor all the time.

                          I am rajesh chouhan few day back i booked the new ecosport titanium plus and at the time of delivery they said that you have to wait 10 more days for the delivery because we gave your car to a person urgently. I paid a booking amount of 28k to the dealer 'sainath ford' indore. They are saying we have titanium varient available if you want we can deliver that and talk in a very rude manner.

                          We want the proper action against them delivery date was 3 dec 2017 and not got yet.

During purchase an amount of over 30k was collected as tcs but never deposited to the government. I now have the liability to pay that amount.                               Hi. Im ramesh. Left my ford ecosport car for service at hans ford, iyyappanthangal, chennai - 10000km - second service. Came back with full of scratches inside the dashboard, next to monitor & above the steering. When asked, stating we don't know. Very lethargic answer. People weren't responsible enough or serious to perform service. I strongly recommend not to provide service at this centre, as they don't hold responsibility for anything.

                                I contacted company dealership for servicing of my car and asked for cleaning of my car and some other problems and my front left tyre was making sound. They changed all my tyres and charged me 4500/- (25%) as my car had run more than 10000 kms and after that i asked for cleaning of my car and they charged rs. 1500/- for that and after that when i was driving my car some oil kind of thing was stuck on my windshield which i wasn't able to remove and contacted company dealership and they gave me no response and after i filed a complaint on website and however they are trying to patch up between me and the the executive (Heera lal, ks ford, kota (Raj) and not giving me and my refund. It's been 3 months and still haven't received any call from dealership for resolving my problem.

                                  I have complain on tool free no, but without any service a sms came to my mobile your service request [protected] has been closed. I have 2nd service on 07/11/2017, the ac is properly not working, send mechanic and service properly with in 7 days, i have purchased the vehicle from odisha ford, cuttack, odisha, it is distsnce from my place is 200 kms.

                                    I have done my eco sports car full oli change with suspensions change and clach plat change service with cauvery ford magadi road bangalore service center car req no ka41 z2692 but after few days i got error showing engine oil change service required and suspensions bad sound whenever we applaise brake some obling his coming especially in mad roads.. At the same day i have contacted your representative his name mr, srinivas and again i have handover my car to cauvery service centre to resolve the problem after 2 days mr, srinivas representative was called me and inform problem is saloved and ask me to take the vachical.. But still now problem not resolved and i am getting same sound in suspensions, this problem i am facing from past one year but this service centre peoples are not able to resolve the same.

                                    I request you to kindly resolve the problems as earlier.. We are planning to go out of station...

                                    Ford is showing fraud advertising in TV channels that servicing charges are 3500 around but if you visit the service center you will come to know the actuality.

                                    Instead of 3500rs they will charge you 10000rs.

                                      I have serious concern with cauvery ford, magadi road branch

                                      I have given my cars (2 cars ka0ford fiesta ka03mq2916 & ka05mj8144) for service on 11th nov 2017, request for ka05mj8144 car for same day delivery with 70k service.

                                      I have request team to service the car (Ka05mj8144) completely and asked them to address the vehicle concerns like engine noise & vibration, coolant and air inlet hose checking/proper fixing, door and window rattling noise. And also requested them to check thoroughly as i am planned to travel 1500km from 13th nov 2017.

                                      11th evening by 7:30 pm i took my car delivery, after 1 day that is on 13th nov 2017 started from bangalore and travelled around 130km, there was a sudden smoke from engine, we stopped the car and checked the engine compartment, there was a huge smoke and coolant leakage/spillover across the engine, immediately we called the service advisor and service manager and explained the same he asked me to park the car for some time he will arrange the technician from tumkur outlet, after few minutes they asked me to start the car but it was not cranking, it feels there is no compression in the engine same has been communicated to sa & wm, they said vehicle need to tow to nearest service centre.

                                      I have waited in the middle of the road for 3 hours but no one reached the location, there was no towing arrangement (Cauvery service centre was just 25km away from the breakdown location), i tried trough my sources i got the towing vehicle in just 30 minutes and one technician reached after 3.30hrs from cauvery tumkur, he confirmed that due to coolant leakage thermostat broken and engine got some issue. This issue just after 1 day of service, thanks for the such a quality service.

                                      I had sent the vehicle back to cauvery ford service centre by proper towing facility (Thanks for the serrvice advisor support, he paid rs.5000/- from his personal money for towing vehicle where cauvery ford is not bother to support the customer even after agreed to pay before vehicle loading) and requested them to give the proper reason and diagnosis report why the breakdown was happened immediate after service, but till date there is no proper response from team cauvery ford. They are giving wage answers and there is no engine diogenes report from them.

                                      I have raised my concern with ford call centre and cauvery ford service centre but there is no response from any one, please address my concern and resolve my problem on priority.

                                      Note: the team was very unprofessional they are not even recorded the concerns in job card and inventory check sheet is not filled properly same has been complained to service manger at the time of vehicle handover for service on 11 nov 2017.

                                      We have waited at service centre for 1:30 minutes to attend and take the vehicle for service, waited 3:30 hrs in the middle of the road to attend/support some one, now i am waiting for 9 days to get response from ford as well the dealer. Great support by ford india. Thanks and congratulation for wonderful service and loosing the customer 5 years of trust, faith and satisfaction.

                                      Please look into it and do the needful, if not i will approach some one/media where i get resonance and support...

                                        This is my experience with elite ford mahadevpura, bangalore

                                        I gave my figo for 60k service on friday[protected], they told car will be ready in the evening, but evening when i called them they told car can be given on saturday @1:00 pm, i went there with my wife and seven month old son as we had some plan for the weekend after getting the car. They made us wait for six hours!!! And finally gave my car in a pathetic condition!!!
                                        I had some problem with my key-set it was working fine with remote but manually it was not working. They asked me to replace and i agreed, when i reached there they asked me to wait as work in progress, every 15 min i was asking them the status they were telling another 30 min like that, it went on for many hours, finally when the car was out for delivery i found front left door lock was not working (Which was working fine when i gave the car for service) and mirror control panel was misplaced and hanging down!!! This is in a car which they gave for delivery!! When i complained they asked me to pay another 2800 rs to replace some door latch, i refused as it was working fine when i gave the car for service, they again made me wait another 3 hours with my family (They didn't even give the human consideration to my kid as well) and finally told they cannot fix it without replacing the part for which i have to pay.
                                        I took the car and left there around 7:00 pm with my damaged car. The worst part was yet to see, when i reached home as i got a doubt i checked the car thoroughly and found the steering oil was leaking as the steering oil tank cap was broken!!! (I doubt that they did it purposefully).
                                        Never expected these kind of cheating from authorized ford dealer!!!
