Sir,
Regarding above mentioned subject i would like to state that prince academy of higher education has purchased ford endeavour 4x2 xlt (Chassis no.[protected] from ford dealer situated at sikar rajasthan in month of aug., 2016.
After six months of purchase, peculiar sounds heard during journey. On service call there was no solution even after 3 days holding of the car at service station. After 20 days again the car sent to the service center for the same complain. This time service center changed disc brake related part & the complain resolved.
Currently the car has run totally for 29 thousand km since purchase. All four tyres (More in 2 tyres of rear side) has been denuded only by 29 thousand km journey. Since last five days, my car is at ford center, sikar (Rajasthan) for the same complain. The service center did not find any reason for the complain & after 5 days they are replying that this issue is due to low air pressure in the tyres.
How could it be possible that same thing is happened without any indication/ alarm of low pressure in the car. The car is being handled by single expert driver since purchase.
Even after 5 days my car is at ford service center, sikar. No appropriate resolution of my complain.
I have faded up with the services by ford india. It’s happening third time in last 13 months. I am also very afraid regarding my safety & security during journey in this defective car.
Kindly resolve my issue immediately, otherwise i will go for prompt legal action. After my long frustration with ford, even i am ready to donate my this ford endeavour car to municipal corporation for waste transportation.
