I serviced my new gen figo at chennai ford on 9th sep 2017. Then after completion of service i started back to bangalore on sunday when i started driving 20kms then i notices service warning light glowing in dashboard tried reaching immediately the service advisor but no response.. So google’d and found it was service due warning.. Surprised after service within 20kms drive i started getting warning so with a half confidence i drove to bangalore and reached. Then on tuesday (12 sep) i drove my car to office with 2-3 kms drive i saw a new warning light glowing.. So i called the same service advisor of chennai he suggested me the service due indicator can be skipped but the other one was electrical malfunction that needs to be checked not to drive more.. So i visited elite ford service center to get the same checked thus dropped my car at service center. Got a call from elite stating my car was ready to deliver on friday… i received the car and found no error (It was a zero bill service, service advisor said he does it on good well)… but that was only for few kms.. Then i started getting service due indicator.. Then i parked didn’t used it 1-2 days. Then i drove to office on tuesday (19 sep).. Similar thing happed and visited elite ford service center and escalated the issue but the response was pretty lethargic… even escalated to ford customer care but no big use about the issue. Finally got a contact of gm of elite service.. Informed all my concerns and then he came into picture and resolved the issue… the issue was the last service was not done correct (I. E. Oil strains in nap sensor, water marks in connectors…) which made the warning lights glow unwantedly. He said his senior technician checked it and verified by doing a test drive for 20kms…and charged me rs. 1015.00 for the service or fixing the malfunction. The pain i gone through no car for proper 2 weeks and unnecessary strain and co - ordination with ford service center guys. Wasted fuel for the test drive all waste from my pocket…. Now i want to know from ford what is my mistake and why this all charges to me..?

    My father and mother had a narrow escape after their car went for a total malfunction of their ford fiesta millinium 2013. After the engine indicators blinked, the brake did not work and the accelerator was dead with immediate spike in acceleration. By the grace of god, no one was injured, though the vehicle is badly damaged. The vehicle is currently towed to the ford dealership in ernakulam. The 5 yr old diesel vehicle has done only 27k and they are now saying the engine needs to be replaced because the failure was due to engine oil contamination with piston chips. The vehicle is there for nearly a month with no solution in sight. We are asking for contact of regional service managers and they are saying they will do work only when directed by one mr durai pandi from chennai. I hope someone can help us..

      In just seven months with just 7k travel my ecosport clutch has worn out. I feel there is issue with the clutch in ecopsort. Worst part is there is no replacement or warranty. On further enquiry i found out my office colleague also faced similar issue with clutch for his ecosport diesel vehicle.

      I have faced so many issues from last one year for my eco sport.. In an year my car has been toe 3 times but still i am facing problems in my car. Can anyone help me. What should I do now.
      After following up multiple times in last one month could not get test drive for Ford echosport...

        Sir,
        Regarding above mentioned subject i would like to state that prince academy of higher education has purchased ford endeavour 4x2 xlt (Chassis no.[protected] from ford dealer situated at sikar rajasthan in month of aug., 2016.
        After six months of purchase, peculiar sounds heard during journey. On service call there was no solution even after 3 days holding of the car at service station. After 20 days again the car sent to the service center for the same complain. This time service center changed disc brake related part & the complain resolved.
        Currently the car has run totally for 29 thousand km since purchase. All four tyres (More in 2 tyres of rear side) has been denuded only by 29 thousand km journey. Since last five days, my car is at ford center, sikar (Rajasthan) for the same complain. The service center did not find any reason for the complain & after 5 days they are replying that this issue is due to low air pressure in the tyres.
        How could it be possible that same thing is happened without any indication/ alarm of low pressure in the car. The car is being handled by single expert driver since purchase.
        Even after 5 days my car is at ford service center, sikar. No appropriate resolution of my complain.
        I have faded up with the services by ford india. It’s happening third time in last 13 months. I am also very afraid regarding my safety & security during journey in this defective car.
        Kindly resolve my issue immediately, otherwise i will go for prompt legal action. After my long frustration with ford, even i am ready to donate my this ford endeavour car to municipal corporation for waste transportation.

          Yesterday 07/10/2017. I got my ford figo petrol u. P 32 dd 1326. Serviced at mgs ford lucknow my car has driven only 10k kms in last 3 yrs and there was no major problem in my car i just asked them to do normal service when when i returned at 5 p. M the final total i was suppose to pay was rs 10444. The receipt i got finally has nothing mention in it for what i have been charged rs 10444.

            Bought new ford figo titanium (O) with six air bags recently. Have created an issue ticket with [protected]@ford.com as air bag not deployed during accident. Even after a week haven't got reply from support team. Car got damaged on front right till the door and rear end got hit to cement pole. People from ford bodyshop saying air bag will deploy only it impacts engine. What does it mean? What is the use of six air bag? If something happen to car rear end or to the door, air bag will not open?

              I own a ford car registration no is mh46p5360 for the last 6 years. Since the last 6 months i have been having a problem of the car tilting toward the left.

              I have taken the car to the powai showroom in mumbai thrice but they are unable to diagnose the problem. I took it to the service center in new mumbai as well, they are also unable to diagnose the problem

              Pls help me as i am really disturbed.

                I have called for the ford roadside assistance [protected] from my mobile regarding this complaint of breakdown from 10am - 12.30pm[protected]. Three of their executives have answered the call in the careless way. 3 hours has got over & vehicle has got stuck in the city traffic, no one is having concern of our complaint & no one is coming for assistance even though cauvery ford mysore showroom is just 6 km from the point of breakdown. All of their executives will be saying to wait for 15min. I am saying them that i have been waiting here from 2&½ hours but still they don't bother & again they will be repeating same to wait for 15 min.

                This is too irresponsible way of treating the customers that too our vehicle is under warranty

                  I am sudha madhab pal from bankura, west bengal and i am purchased ford aspire titanium 1.5d from banerjee ford, durgapur, w. B. On the dated 06.05.2017. But still now i have no any legal papers (From r. T. O). Just like tax token and r. C. Due to negligence of your durgapur dealer. I remembered this issue to concern person of durgapur dealer but he repeatedly response i shall give you tomorrow or day after tomorrow. I am also harassed by police (As a penalty of no papers). Previously i have recived only temporary registration certificate and tax token which validity expired on 9 th of june 2017 and after thet i recived only number plate document for reciving registered number plate. So pls take necessary action against this type of irresponsibility as soon as possible. All details of my car are shown bellow

                    On 8th of september my car got crash and tow right site door need to replace, due to friday week off of satyam ford they decided to get car on next day, still car is in service center and no one is updating me and i am just traveling by train daily and paying emi of car, its almost 1 month car is in service center please help me out with it.                       This issue is not related to you, but i really need you help and support i had given my vehical at satyam ford for minor work at your service centre on 1st july 2017 they had returned my vehicle on 27th july 2017. Afterwards it has indicator issue i had called to conceren person they have checked but not solved this issue then i complaint to ford india. After ten days without doing anything they thave return my vehicle at my home with minor scratch which was happened at your workstation. Then again i have called to ford india, ford india sanctioned 50% discount on that part the part was not availabe at your service stataion after exact one month after so many remainder the part came at your service station, they through ford india they have collected my vehicle at your service station. As per the commintment given to ford india & me it should be repaired within 4 days but i still i diid not get my vehicle. To me

                      If possible please talk to ford india cutomer executive (S) and check your own record may be you have call recording of about four months find the nacessary conclusion and grade working culture of your satyam ford thane

                        Our ford figo stops while on run, even when its running at high speed, just in the middle of the road, it stops, gives beeps and seizes any movement. This has been very risky, and despite getting serviced a no of times, this keeps recurring.
                        We find it too difficult to handle this problem. I hope ford has some solution, i also wonder how ford like a company can sell such vehicles.

                          I bought a ford ecosport titanium 1.5 petrol, 2017 manufactured in india to export to guatemala.in all the brochures from ford india all ford ecosport has speed auto door lock sensor but in my car don't work.
                          I ask the ford dealer about this and they told me that ecosport exported to guatemala don't has the feature. If the car has central door lock i think the dealer need to program the auto door lock with scan ford.
                          If the car don't has the sensor ¿the dealer can install in guatemala?

                            I bough ford aspire car in october 2016 and as a part of diwali offer i was committed lcd tv but despite of continued follow up over telephone as well on email since then both the dealer kavish ford-andheri (East) mumbai and ford india failed to fulfill their commitment.

                              I have ford eco sport diesel and currently it has run 11000kms. Offlate while driving a unusual sound comes up (Squealing kind) while accelerating. This keeps continuing until the rpm considerably reduces and repeats... From the second service it was told that it is coming out of the tires. Cannot believe as it was the case each ecosport should see this strange sound...🤔. I feel it is something to with the belt or some friction creating this noise which needs to be checked by cauvery ford service with care.. Expect faster response as the car is still in warranty
                              Have any one noticed such issues.

                                  I have a very bad concern regarding this hans ford porrur sales showroom regarding their sales which i have experienced. They make a false promise and a wrong commitment to the clients regarding the booking, and a very bad response and feedbacks. Being a existing customer of ford for the past 10 years i am too dissapointed to change from ford to hyundai. I wish ford could take necessary action regarding this issue....

                                  Today (24th september, 2017) i have called by body shop manager of pahwa ford and he told me that, engine has been seized and asked me for insurance papers. Although i have submitted insurance papers but still i am not able to understand how engine has been seized for this minor level of water and nothing happened in other vehicles. Problem seems in ford vehicles only. Although i have given insurance papers, i will not pay a single penny for anything weather it will be done or not done by insurance or dealer. Its seems technical problem in ford vehicles only.

                                  This is the first rain (Yes its first rain only) for my new ford figo aspire and i am returning from my office and this has happened. I am afraid and worried how i will continue with this vehicle in long run of 8-10 years. 3-4 months rain occurs in north india and in first rain, aspire has shown his class — engine seized. Also i have taken feedback from many persons, if problem arises in engine, how well and effectively it will be repaired but it will not work well like new engine. Problem will keep on arising in future.

                                  I request you to call this vehicle in your plant for full checkup of technical problem and kindly replace my vehicle or return my hard earned money as its only 3 months old and even the ribbons on the vehicle are intact and engine has seized. Seems i have made mistake of going for ford.

                                  As it does not even completed 3 months, you can imagine my situation. I am too worried about running of my ford figo aspire in future now and request you consider for replacement of vehicle or return of money.

                                  Also i noticed that, the Air suction Pump in Ford Figo Aspire is on the front Grill and whereas in Hyundai, Maruti etc its on the Top of Bonnet. With such design of Air Suction Pump, water issue will always be there. Its measure problem in North India where 3-4 months of rain is normal.

                                    I have given my car for service on 22/09/2017 to jay ganesh ford in rajkot gujarat for normal routine service and they provided me free pickup drop service my vehicle got serviced as promised but when i received the vehicle i observed 3-4 major scratches on my front winshield. I approached the service advisor but he does not have any kind of satisfactory answer for my issue, please resolve my complaint.

                                      My car pb65ak8987 (New car, two month old), which i was given for replacement of windshield and pick car on 21-sept 2017. Today (23-sept 2017), when i open my car, i was surprise, whole floor of car full of water then i have checked and found that water is coming from windshield. Its a big fault of ford services, it should not be except from ford india. I reached ford and given my car but they told me that we will wash floor but not replace it. I think when it will be washed it will smell in future as its my new car.
