We have done routine servicing on 18 th july 2017 in plant ford (Rakesh rajpal abhikaran automotive pvt. Ltd) and mention noise in car. They have checked car with help of taken trail. Finally they told us shock absorber and end (Tie rod) assembly damaged so they changed. I took my car after servicing no trail given us. Now in pune rainy season is continue lot up road damage and water on road and slow traffic. Fortunately i got few dry day and i ran car above 40 kmph and i got same noise in car again also one noise added in this noise. It means my problem is not solved and lot of accessories replaced. Can my car again check properly? And can i know why so many accessories replaced and why that noise came again also why additional noise came.

Misbehave by service center staff, specialy your service manager mahendra singh, he is misbehave and loose talk with me today also not provided the complain ragister to logde my complian.

    After driving for 21000 km in well in a year, one night at filling station the vehicle stopped (May 2017) while getting the tank filled. Neither tank was empty (Not in red zone as per display) nor engine was in running, after filling the tank to full the vehicle did not start. Addressing the issue to helpline at night 11:30 (23:30hrs) vehicle was towed (Less than a year old vehicle; regular services done in timely at their outlets). Next day i was handed over vehicle at night, since i had a professional engagement, i was not available. I picked up vehicle at night from service station. No information was given officially about the problem and rectification either from service team nor thereafter.

    Therein after 2 -3 weeks of running i observed two faults - one while auto cut-off in filling station the as per tank display fuel is getting around 20% less in tank and other outside temperature display is showing error as it displayed temperature up to 51 deg c.

    Having cited the problem to their authorized service station, they are trying to rectify the problem for past 2 months of 5 visits of mine wherein 3 days they kept the vehicle too but none to relief. Both the problems persists.

    Service engineers are trying to just shoo away decently without either solving the problem nor having any committed approach to understand and resolve the issue.

    It is mentally agonizing as i am not able to peacefully drive the vehicle in absence of faulty information. It is probable that other information like speed or rpm or other also may be erroneous as i am unable to cross check.

    Please guide how to proceed for the issue.

      I puchased ford figo car just 3 years ago. I took my car (Getting problem to start) to harpreet ford (Sahibabad u. P) on 14th aug 17 for repairing as car wiring was cut by mouse. After 2 days they told me there is engine wok (Of rs. 8000) as pully belt have been bent. I said ok to do this as i comes into my budget.
      On 19 aug 17 they is saying that total cost will be around rs. 50, 000 to rs. 60, 000 for same work. How can they assume that too much cost for repairing. My colleague also working there saying that this is maximum cost of rs. 10000 for this work. Why he didn't mention such cost before opening my car engine. This is totally fraud. Today 20 aug 17 i am going to this service center and i will go to the consumer court if they will take charge of engine open.
      Please take immediate action against suchfraudd/cheaters. Due to such advisors (Service centers), i am feeling very bad to purchase ford car. I think if they will do like this no one will go for repairing to your center.

        On 12Aug 2017 at approximately 11AM I called the 24 hour help line for roadside assistance.

        I called three times and never got to speak to anyone, so, no help was received.

        What is the purpose of this so called assistance ??

          We booked ford eco sport on june 29th 2017 from fortune ford, tolichowki, hyderabad. At the time of booking we were not informed about few accessories not being available. When we went to the showroom for final payment on june 30th, we were told by another sales person that they
          Do not have certain accessories available, however we will get it within 3 weeks.
          Delivery of our car was on july 03rd. I am writing this complain on 20th aug, way beyond the promised date of getting our camera.
          We have contacted the dealer at least 10 times during this period, but all in vein as they do not respond when we are going to get it.
          I am looking for your intervention here as it is getting delayed and i am shocked seeing the lenient attitude of the dealer.

            I bought my ford fiesta in july 2007. The car is regularly serviced at talera ford (Wagholi, pune).
            The car just came back from a regular service in may 2017.
            On 4th july 2017, the car caught fire in bonnet, due to possibly a short circuit (Details were never provided). The car was towed to service center same day.
            Since then, till today (17th aug 2017), i am waiting to know when my car will be repaired and delivered back to me.
            (1) the service center took a long time with ford india to explain/ analyze the issue - almost a month.
            (2) ford india rejected the proposal to do the repairs on their cost. I don't see any fault of mine and yet the proposal was rejected.
            (3) inspite of having insurance with icici lombard and filling the claim details, even this is not progressing for last 2 weeks due to details pending from ford india.
            I have made 2 visits to the service center which is quite far from my place ( 20 kms) and personally requested the service managers to expedite. Still, till today i don't know when will the repair be done and how much i need to pay, though i still don't agree that i should pay for this.
            I had bought ford fiesta expecting better service. Now, i am reluctant to buy ford as my next car.

              As i was suggested over the phone call, i have met mr. Pushkar at the agency point.

              Question occures to my mind that why was i asked for the same when that fellow didn't have anything to assist me with. He only made the same offer i had already heard over the previous phone call. I wasn't satisfied with the offer made, than why i was asked to approach the dealership. It was frustrating.

              Should i consider that you are teasing me?? Whatever you did has made me more annoyed. I am just stunned to see this teasing behaviour of yours. I hereby thank you for wasting my precious time. I also thank you for your non supportive behaviour and non resolutionery attempts to put the matter off.

              We will now see each other on social media, where i will definitely be informing people about the quality of a ford car. Fortunately i have found another person with the same problem, who never did complaint for the same, beacuse he never believed that ford can help him. I will also help people by telling them about your poor customer query resolution. Your previous written response will be an added advantage to that.

              You will soon be finding a legal notice from my end. Hope you don't tease me on that's reply.

                Fraud Case-
                10 June -
                I visited ford showroom i.e KAVISH Ford SakiNaka Mumbai for booking of Ford Figo aspire trend model, 2016 model. I had a conversation with an executive, RIYAZ ANSARI for the purchase of the car he told me the Ex Showroom Price approx 742000 and I accepted the offer and have a booking amount of Rs 10000 as they have gave me a discount amount of Rs 125000
                and all was discussed by the general manager
                1st week of July -
                I Recieved a call from Ford and I visited the showroom, there again RIYAZ ANSARI gave me a new Proforma invoice for the same car and said this one is includeding GST, I agreed again and Visited bank with the proforma and sanctioned the loan on the amount including GST
                I submitted all the documents and money to the showroom And the promised time For RTO was 10 days and I Recieved it after 18 days and 2 days ago I Recieved the Number From RTO
                After Receiving the number for My Car I Visited For the Delivery Of The Car But Then they created an issue stating that I have to pay more lumpsum amount for The Receiving of the car and was Created by the General Manager NISHANT SINGH, He demanded for more money stating he will give the car according to the old pricing of the Car

                A prestigious Company like Ford doing this kind of fraud with his client is a matter of Disrespect, Even the General Manager over there was rude and Having serious Attitude Issue, He doesn't know how to talk to a consumer, The way of talking and all the aspect was unfavorable The way he talked about the discount was he was giving from his pocket and denied for the accessories of the Car in a rude way, I have Another Car Ford Fiesta and I have recieved all the accessories but he was saying I have given 125000 discount what else do you want from me.
                I have submitted the money to the Company 1 month ago and have received the EMI for the Same loan, Who will provide me with the money gone from my side as I have not received the Car Yet and the I have the 2nd EMI on my head, Who is Responsible for all This ???
                In Any Condition I want my car to be delivered Anyhow by tomorrow or else I want the whole amount I gave returned to me in Cash Soon
                ive been fed up from all this from last two month and I need a resolution now or else I will complaint Against Ford at Consumer Complaint Court

                  I drove last day on hilly area and my ecosport started giving out smell like a burning tyre, when i checked it was clutch plate smell. I called pearl ford, ambala from where i purchased ecosport, the service manager said it was driver's fault that he drove it with excessive use of clutch. Now service manager said, clutch plate will have to be replaced with new ones and the cost will be paid by the buyer i only. I had driven my car only 13500km and i purchased it on 18th october 2016.                     Made the mistake of purchasing above mentioned ford figo. A major part was changed while still in warranty.
                    On 31.07.17 it was towed from my workplace and repairs worth rs5086/- carried out vide invoice norriah0389300 dated 31.07.17.
                    Since then it has been in and out of the k s ford service station, new sanganer road, sodala, jaipur, for the same problem, which they failed to rectify..
                    Personally went to the service station on 12.08.17 again as the car refused to start again in the morning. No response from the company so far.
                    I am a doctor and have to go for emergencies to the hospital at odd hours.
                    Kindly look into the matter urgently as your company is getting lot of negative publicity.

                      My car number is mp 09 cp 6377, last night it broke down and when i called road side assistance they told me that my policy is expired. I understand that my policy is expired but it was your duty to call me for renewal of the service. I had to leave my car at an unsecured location due to your inefficiency. Infact the 24 hour number provided of the workshop was also not picking up my call. I suppose with this type of service till when i will last with you. I know it does not bother you to service one such customer but every one customer makes sense to company.

                        Dear Concern,

                        I would like to bring your attention regarding on serious & common problem with Ford Ecosport. The clutch become quit harder and its not working properly. This is third time I am facing this issue with cluch plate and last two times I paid 36000 rupees and Ford changed my clutch plat every time. This happened again and I am not going to pay another 18000 rupees for the same cause.
                        I very frustrated with faulty CAR and its parts and I have lost my all confidence with this Car and Ford.
                        Every time I hear from service center that I don't know proper driving, you use clutch too much and company told they wont pay for it and I should bear the expenses.

                        I drive my car single handed around 28000 km till date. I have decades years of driving experience and driven more than 20 lakh km and have not faced similar issues in other cars but service center clowns had the nerve to blame to me for the clutch problem. This is definitely a case of faulty clutch plates. Kindly help me in this case as the replacement charges are very high and fault is not on my side.

                        I think there is drastically some problem in ecosport clutch, as i see so many owners are complaining about clutch problem. Now this is the time company has to seriously look into the matter rather pointing fingers on the customers. Its better to recall and check for the problem.

                        I know very well you guys would not be surprised to see this email because same issue already raised by many customers & you guys are master and know how to handle your customers. You should try to investigate the problem in proper manner instead of start point out and blame game with your customers. This type o[censored]nprofessional and arrogant attitude definitely will affect your business sooner or later. I am going to share some data here and see how you guys are serious and capable to resolve your customer complaints.

                        The customers would not expect this kind of response from such good reputed company.

                        Please share your grievance to the MD email id is nothing but an eye wash and all the communication remains in the cold storage without any action. Inaction will substantiate this inference and must be shared with masses at large this inaction as an evidence.

                        I request you to please study and revert immediately if at all you have concern for your customers or else will be assumed that you are requesting me to take up the matter with masses at large through print and electronic media and also to initiate legal action under specific sections suitable for customer rights.

                          My ford figo 1.2 exi model 2010 got its hose power steering leaked.
                          On reaching tawi ford jammu service centre i was told that my faulty part has already been replaced in 2014 free of cost as there was some manufacturing defect in the said part and as per the policy of the company it was replaced.
                          It is highly regretable that a faulty part didnt develop any fault and the part they replaced gave up in 3 yrs and i had to cough up rs.5112 as service and labour including spare

                          Today(7/8/2017) my driver went to change the battery of ford ecosport keys and he was being charged 550 rs for which is available in 120 rs on net in flipcart and amazon etc.

                            I am yogesh sharma purchased a car of your reputed company harpreet ford dilshad garden branch. (Ford figo titanium on 3rd july.2017).
                            At the time of purchasing car i am pay the full payment through my od account.
                            Due to some delay or reason loan has been disburse on 18th july.2017, and loan amount r's.534500/- (Five lakh thirty four thousand and five hundred only). Has been transferred your axis bank account.
                            On the same day i speak with your reputed company executive mr rahul and mr shishir to refund my excess payment rs.534500/- (Five lakh thirty four thousand and five hundred only). After so many reminder, they give me every time new excuse but still i am not received my balance payment.
                            I am paying the 14.5% pa. Annual charges of my over draft accounts (Interest charges of daily basis).
                            Please confirm me who is the responsible to pay the last 20-23 days interest,
                            I request you to please transfer my money to my bank account. Please do the needful...

                              Whilst taking a ford fiesta classic for a routine service of a less than 5 year old car the service manager at odisha ford started to bring up all sorts of problems that did not exist to increase the cost price of maintenance. For instance, he kept insisting that the car tyres had low treads and would not prove it, whilst at the service station the report showed the car tyres were fine. He also showed that the replacement price of some of parts at a higher price insisting that they needed replacing. Later he used the tack of bringing the price down to the correct price point insisting that he had delivered savings to the customer. These practices are unethical behaviour that should not be practiced to increase service business.

                                With reference to my previous complain id 1640330 dated 25 jul 17, no reply has been received from your end on the subject problem. The decaying growth and rusting is increasing rapidly. Stains are on the several locations of car body. As no reply has been received from your office, that seems i'll have to look forward to opt out legal procedure, and will not be good for a brand name. Hence, it is my request to take up the matter and resolve it at the earliest. Else, intimate me if company is unable to do it, so i shall go for another option. Your reply is eagerly awaited by me for subsequent 2 days.

                                    Today(7/8/2017) my driver went to change the batteryof remote car keys of ford ecosport and he was being charged 550 rs for the batteries and he was held whole day for that he had only 150 rupees in his packet he talked to me on phone i live 60 km away from the place i checked on net this battry costs only 120 rupees in market and is available in 120 rs on net in flipcart and amazon etc.later he could manage some how from his friends and could get out from the service centre as they were not returning the battery even .

                                      My ford fiesta car has been maintained right through by kochi ford dealer kairali ford. It has been done with service upto 1, 20000 km though the car had run nearly 70000km. My recent problem was with its engine injectors. They identified problems with three injectors within a span of 5 months. More over the cost of one injector is nearly rs. 20000. At the last instant when i again landed up in a situation to change the 3rd one, i couldn't afford that. So i taken the car to local work shop and tested the injectors. The result was quiet surprising. The problem is the with the two injectors they have changed few months back. The injectors already there since beginning is in good condition.
                                      The problem i have been facing with the injectors has been notified to both ford and kairali ford. No corrective action on how and why these are getting faulty in few months were left unanswered. When this new finding raised to them they all come forward to re check the issue. Now after doing the job in local work shop, the system is in its normal condition

                                        I sent ford figo for service on dated 24/4/2017 invoice no. Rr1ah0065900 they returned on 26/4/2017 but on 7/5/2017 i had complaint for the noise coming from the engine but no one entertained 4-5 times i called on cc and service center after that they had sent to pick my car (Dated 31/7/2017) complaint no.[protected] but till date they not informed about the problem
