I sent ford figo for service on dated 24/4/2017 invoice no. Rr1ah0065900 they returned on 26/4/2017 but on 7/5/2017 i had complaint for the noise coming from the engine but no one entertained 4-5 times i called on cc and service center after that they had sent to pick my car (Dated 31/7/2017) complaint no.[protected] but till date they not informed about the problem

    Ford figo vin no maj1xxmrj1bl47546. Regnocg04ta1122 in name of priyanka sharma. Car covered only 15993km. All stipulated services carried by ford dealers. During service i have been told to replace gear pwr stri rack and i replaced it total casting amount rs 14860 paid by me to ti ford guwahati. When my vehicle is being used delicately and properly annually services are done. Then this costly part replacement seems inappropriate and required to looked in. May be there default fault.

      मैंने मेरी फोर्ड फिगो गाड़ी की सर्विस आपके फोर्ड सर्विस सेंटर पर करवाई लेकिन मैंने जो भी कंप्लेंट गाड़ी की आपके सर्विस एडवाइजर को लिखवाई उनको सही नहीं किया गया और गाड़ी सर्विस होने के बाद मुझे ऐसा नहीं लग रहा है की गाड़ी की सर्विस हुई है गाड़ी की स्टेयरिंग टाइट है फीडबैक में भी मैंने कंप्लेंट करवाई थी लेकिन उसका भी कुछ नहीं हुआ मैं आपकी सर्विस से बिल्कुल भी संतुष्ट नहीं हूं

      My car had a accident on 12 July. Passed my insurance on 14 July. Till today ford amritsar is unable to provide parts blaming ford india accessories department. Today is 28 July. And they r saying spare parts from company are not available.

        My ford diesel ecosport around 4 years old have issue of high engine oil consumption. Vehicle is regularly serviced through your auth service centre... Last serviced in march '17. Now the ti ford guwahati service centre has said that turbo is damaged and requires replacement... Since vehicle ran in low engine oil. When my vehicle was serviced through ti ford in march... How can it run in low engine oil now. Require immediate help.

        Bought car Aspire sports which has 15inches tires, but the spare wheel was 14inches.. why? I was laughing as the dealership said... Ye to company deti hai, hum to sirf bechte hai... Ford? 14 inch tire for a 15 inch tired vehicle. Respected Henry Ford would have surrendered to such stupidity. Do let me know if anyone has any ideas on this.

(रजिस्ट्रेशन सर्टिफिकेट) मुझे अभी तक नही दिया गया है । मै बहुत परेशान हो चुका हूँ, कार खरीदने के 6 महिने बाद भी ओरिजिनल आर. सी. (रजिस्ट्रेशन सर्टिफिकेट) के अभाव मे मै उसका उपयोग नहीं कर पा रहा हूँ, मै मानसिक रूप से बहुत प्रताड़ित हो चुका हूँ। मेरी शिकायत पर ध्यान दे अन्यथा मुझे उपभोक्ता फोरम का सहारा लेना पड़ेगा। धन्यवाद

            Poor service, no job card, no estimate amount, no proper cleanliness.
            Lack of professionalism. No complaint resolving attitude.
            I already reminded them that i will come in 30mins to take delivery, but still the car was not ready and i waited 1hour then took delivery of the car in unclean condition. Yet there is no follow up on the remedy. Really utter service. Huge disappointment from a brand like ford.

              I bought new ford figo aspire (Ambiante 2017 model with chassis number (Majzxxmtkzhj60876)) on 6th feb 2017 and today i was driving as usual on it and as it was heavy rain today, so there was water on roads which is very common, but as i tried to cross it suddenly my car got stucked and i just came out and got it out from water by pushing it manually and tried to start it again, but it was really shocking that it didn’t get start i was very shocked to see many of cars were passing on that watery road, like maruti 800, auto, zen, santro and many more normal and old cars without any stucking problem. Whereas i have a brand new car!, when i discuss all these things with company bhagat ford panchkulla form i bought this car, they said the engine has got ceased and its need to be replace, as there is no options to repair it, but i am wondering that it was just my first during rain and the engine got ceased, so what is its guarantee/warrantee from company and what is its life? If it got failure only in 5 months and i have to pay them for it from my pocket as it will not be count in warrantee/guarantee and its cost will be approx 80k – 90k, which is not possible for a middle man like me who got this by loan. So what is the company assurance and quality of a company like ford. I just hope you will understand my concern and help me out on your level best by repairing/ replacing my car engine under warrantee/guarantee as in just 5 months i got this major failure which cannot be expected in a brand new car if you can’t do this then i don’t think so that your company deserves any recommendations or good opinion to people for your products, quality and service.

                I had purchased my ford ecosport titenium plus on 4th may 2017, from cargo ford baroda. My chassis number majaxxmrkahp45629 and registration number gj 06 kp 1683. I was conveyed that my car would be fitted with a new version of reverse camera by the end of the month i. E. May.
                I am sorry to say that three have passed and there is no sight of the reverse camera. I hope you understand the need of the camera. The assurance is extended every month. The last date that was verbally given to me was 22 july.
                I am still waiting on this day.

                  I bought an eco sport ecoboost in september 2016 from riddhi ford, mathura road. During the second service (Before 10, 000 km or 1 year) on 22 july 2017 at the riddhi ford service centre, i was informed that the engine had a major problem with shaking and sound.

                  1. Was i sold a defective vehicle? Shouldn't ford be replacing the car if the engine is faulty so soon after purchase?

                  2. Since then, i have been spending rs. 800 daily for my journey to work and back. I have not been provided an alternative despite request and repeated follow-up.

                  3. My worry is that ford will hurry with replacing engine and not do a good job to avoid giving me an alternative car. I do not want quality of work to be compromised.

                  4. At the same time, i also want an alternative car or reimbursement of my daily travel expenses.

                  Further to my complaint above, I am sorry to state that I have not been provided with any alternative vehicle despite promises. It is nine days since my car has been given to the workshop. This is highly disappointing.

                    I bought 4 goodyear tyres from harpreet ford as they said that the tyres have unconditional warranty but when i faced some problem and i asked the goodyear people to change it under unconditional warranty the people told me that the tyres sold to me are not under unconditional warranty. This was such a bad remark on behalf of harpreet ford as they are just cheating the customers by giving false information.

                      I rajesh kumar, brought ford figo model-2012 hr26bu5513 only due to the renowned and a good brand names of it. But, now the body frame is in the rusting state and decaying rapidly. As it has not attained even 5 yrs, it gives a bad name to the brand name of yours. Hence, it is my humble request to take up this issue and resolve it at the earliest. Pics of the decaying body frame is attached herewith for your info. Thank u

                        Ford india providing 3rd grade parts. Whenever you replace a part ford india gives you 6 months of warranty period for parts, doesnt matter how much costly it is they only give 6 moths warranty and they ensure about it that the changed part doesnt work too long and will get replaced periodically. 3rd grade quality parts they are providing. Not at all satisfactory. What more to say about ford they arent worth to buy at any cost. I have ford figo 2012 diesel (82000km) and i roughly spent around 1 lakh (Minimum) on its parts except normal servicing cost. I am fedup of this car neither pocket friendly nor gives good mileage.

                          I have purchased a ford endeavor in september 2016 from lathangi ford in bangalore. At the time of purchase, an amount of rs.30, 363 was collected as tax (Tcs) from me. However, i find that the same has not been remitted. It does not show up in my form 26as. When i try to contact the dealer, none of their phone numbers work. Not sure if they are even in business.

                            No sudden acceleration and pick up it takes at least 3 to 4 minuts to reach 1500 rpm, even worst when switch on air condition. Km 105000 driven, installed new 4 injectors, changed ecr system, serviced the vehicle. But still have same problem,
                            Chennai ford (Arumbakkom) technician could not find the exact problem, they have tried with other mas flow system.

                            Sir my alloy wheel is broken while driving .how is it possible to break alloy wheels so easily . I need my new wheels or else i shall go to the consumer court for your products

                              My ford figo aspire hr-14m 5334 met with an accident that led to front damage. I towed it to harpreet ford workshop on 16-6-17 and they provided me estimated delivery date 5-7-17.in between i contacted and visited the workshop many times and their employees kept me assuring on-time delivery. But shockingly they told me stories and gave excuses on said date and asked for more time. Now today is 18-7-17 and still they are asking for 7 more days. It's really disappointing that customer is made in trouble and given mentle torture. Why don't they tell precise date.
                              Now i got to know why the hell people avoid ford cars. I was fully satisfied with the car's performance but the quality of service and customer caring is a big zero. Even workshop manager deals like a boss and behaves like a novice. Is there somebody who can help me out of this and tell me exactly the status of delivery.

                                I had paid a token money of rs 5000/ to bhagat ford amritsaron 7th june 2017 as neft payment (In favour of ab motors pvt ltd) in order to book ford ecosport car. Due to poor quality of service provided by bhagat ford, i decided to cancel my booking and bought a new ecosport from your ludhiana office. Inspite of repeated reminders to mr sahil of bhagat ford, amritsar, i have not been refunded my amount. I hereby request you to intervene and prevail upon these people to return my amount. I will be deeply grateful.

                                  My vehical number is mh48 y9990 ford ecosport. Last week i given my car to vasai sc ford srvice centre with problem some noice coming from front wheel. Sc ford asked me yo change engine mounting, lever mounting & front left shock absorber. They had change engine mounting, lever mounting and left side shock absorber.. But now also same noice is coming from front wheel.. Please ask to sc ford vasai to solve my problem

                                    I have a figo bought from bhagat ford dehradun. Recently, i have replaced the front bumper from them and afterwards i went for a long drive. During the drive one of the fog lamp cover was lost because they didn't fix it properly. And now when i am calling them just to know the availability of that part, i am unable to communicate with any reliable person in their showroom. Only, one staff answered the phone and she gave 3-4 other numbers to contact, out of which no one is responding.
                                    Actually i live 30kms away from their showroom and i don't want to go there just to ask whether they have the item or not. I am not expecting this poor level of service from one of the world's most popular automobile company.
                                    Ford india please do something about your after sale service, otherwise you just gonna lose your market.

                                      I booked new ford figo on 09/07/2017 at hans ford ponamalle (Chennai)

                                      Still now am not getting any proper response from them regarding test drive.

                                      As they are not keeping up the commitment am really shocked to get this kind

                                      Of feedback from brand like ford which is demotivating us as well as others to

                                      Not visit the ford showrooms again.

                                        I have a vehicle ecosport no. Pb-02w0092. My car gone for service dated 24/06/2017 at bhagat ford amritsar. Some parts which already was ordered on 18 june 2017 waa not available and some parts ordered on 24/06/2017 are not available yet. Your service manager told it that this problem was due to gst. Parts will be available on 04 july. Now he is not attending phone. I called him by other no.. He picked the phone but i used rude language and misbehaved. I have drop my car at service work shop and he does not met me while being at workshop saying that he was not available. So please look on my complaint with personal interest and arrange spareparts and give my care within two or three days.
