I bought new ford figo aspire (Ambiante 2017 model with chassis number (Majzxxmtkzhj60876)) on 6th feb 2017 and today i was driving as usual on it and as it was heavy rain today, so there was water on roads which is very common, but as i tried to cross it suddenly my car got stucked and i just came out and got it out from water by pushing it manually and tried to start it again, but it was really shocking that it didn’t get start i was very shocked to see many of cars were passing on that watery road, like maruti 800, auto, zen, santro and many more normal and old cars without any stucking problem. Whereas i have a brand new car!, when i discuss all these things with company bhagat ford panchkulla form i bought this car, they said the engine has got ceased and its need to be replace, as there is no options to repair it, but i am wondering that it was just my first during rain and the engine got ceased, so what is its guarantee/warrantee from company and what is its life? If it got failure only in 5 months and i have to pay them for it from my pocket as it will not be count in warrantee/guarantee and its cost will be approx 80k – 90k, which is not possible for a middle man like me who got this by loan. So what is the company assurance and quality of a company like ford. I just hope you will understand my concern and help me out on your level best by repairing/ replacing my car engine under warrantee/guarantee as in just 5 months i got this major failure which cannot be expected in a brand new car if you can’t do this then i don’t think so that your company deserves any recommendations or good opinion to people for your products, quality and service.
