On 9th july i have booked ford eco sport for an test drive and i want to book car as there was guru purnima they have given me time that is 1pm i have booked it to cargo motors ahmedabad we have contact abrar bhai and bhavesh bhai manager of that showroom but till 4p. M there was no call so i have called to them but they said no car available at that time so i said them that i would visit showroom but they said no u cannot see car also we would arrange till 6pm i said ok but after 6 there were no responce so i call both of them again they didn't pick our call so i call again and again but they didn't pick up as if they don't care to sell car so i have call ford call centre they were also not taking any complaint wtf as i think ford company is not willing to sell car so i have mailed and i wanted to mail to ceo also so that they can know condition of ford in ahmedabad india. At that time honda was ready to bring car at 7pm also so i like that this is company where they listen. Shame on ford did not expected for an proof i have all the recordings. Please provide email address of ceo ford

    I booked Ford aspire titanium on 29 may 2017 to the salesman Mr Tanmoy of harpreet Ford gurugram showroom. On 12 June 17 I cancelled my booking as i got transferred to new place. On repeated calling to the salesman, he gave the assurance of issuing the cheque next day. I called again on 16, 21, 23 25 and 27 but the salesman was not bothered and gave false promises.

      Paid around 9.6 lakhs still not received the car . Lathangi Ford says they have used my money in paying salaries and do not have the cash to buy cars from Ford India so they can not deliver the car . They promised to refund handed over 2 cheques but both the checks have bounced.

      We wish to reiterate, however, that Ford sells vehicles to its dealers on a principal to principal basis, and only after Ford receives full payment for each vehicle. The dealers then sell the vehicle to the retail customers. Ford has no control over the terms of the sale between a dealer and its customers and Ford has no responsibility for the sale. Ford has no liability for the stated non-refund of the advance amounts paid by you to Lathangi Ford Ford. Similarly, Ford has no liability to deliver cars in lieu of the amount not refunded by Lathangi Ford to you.

        Last thursday on 29 june i purchased my new ford ecosport titanium model and i took delivery and i going to my home at that time there was a rain while traveling so i push the wiper button for liquid wash of front glass next minute i call to the manager that there is no liquid come in the car for washing of glass they told me that sir we sorry please fill the pure water in tank when i reached to the home and i fill the fresh filter water and water was come out down to earth from water tank and i was again call junagadh jai ganesh ford manager that some problem in motor or tank they told me that come to the showroom we will check it from that day they people are not hear my complaints and not back call to me for solving the same problem
        I did the mistake by purchasing car from your company?
        I had trust on your brand but you cheating with us
        You give my answer and solve my problem of wiper and motor by replacing
        So please do the need full action otherwise public lose the trust from your brand

Insurance current, but FC expired on 14th of june, till not FC is not getting passed in Chennai Ambatture RTO. Police want a speed controller device to installed in my car. hence he dint pass FC for my car. complained in ford sales dept and customer car, still dint get any reply. if this is the case my could I run my family, want a approval from ford for my car, so that I can get my FC passed please help. call me at [protected].

            I'am not happy with Ford ecosport clutch and clutch pedal.Two times already changed the clutch pedal oil seal .
            27/6/2017 clutch pedal fischer came out and same day given for service (50, 000km) and service supervisors said all done and perfect for drive and yesterday (4/7/2017)same issue came out. Now my machine is back to Kairali Ford service Kollam.

              Company has sent me mail stating I won car to claim that I had to pay 24800 and I paid for that.. further to that they said to pay 49000 which I did not.. the person is not ready to pay my money which I have paid for registration of my parcel containing prize. Kindly address the issue as soon as possible. Please revert back the money taken for registration.

                This is regarding new ford Ecosport vehicle special edition I brought in August 2016.This was running normally till 18th May 2017.On 18th May when Chennai temperature was above 40C it did not start from the parking lot.I called for road side assistance and they took towed it to nearest ford service center Eureka Ford in Chennai.My suffering started from that time.next day they gave the vehicle saying it is staring and problem will not occur again.After two days same problem occurred and they took it back again.returned back to me next day.on the 4th day when Chennai temperature touched 40C it refused to start.Now it is confirmed that it becomes sick at hot climate.4 times they took the vehicle and returned like this. saying problem solved and will never occur again But same thing occurred 5th time and this time they told may be starter motor defective and ford technician advised Eureka ford to change it.Experts in Eureka ford tried to change it but they broke flywheel and car was not running.Now they decided to change flywheel and did not replace the starter motor which they told it is defective.They kept the car for 6 days with them and then returned on June 12th saying problem solved flywheel changed.what about starter motor?They told it is fine and did not replace it.On 14th June again temperature in Chennai was 39C and car did not start.Called them again.waited for 3 hours in the parking for them to arrive and they took it to same stupid workshop.Now they informed Ford team will check it.But after that chennai temperature never crossed 36 and car starting normally and they want to dump the car again to me saying they did this and that.But I am sure they have done nothing to correct the problem because they could not identify why it occurs.They know chennai temperature will cross 40C may be next summer and they are asking me to take the vehicle saying problem solved like what they have done 6 times before.It is a manufacturing defect.Car is less than 10 months after purchase and in warranty period.they refuse to replace the car or refund in case the problem occurs again because they know it will occur again any day temperature outside touches 40C. Written several mails to customer care and even to Mr.Anurag Mehrotra who is one of the top in Ford India.But no help from any one.Please don't buy Ford cars and suffer like me.My car is still in their workshop with no active step taken to identify the problem and rectify it.Instead they now discovered a new reason saying it is contaminated fuel and I did not drive the vehicle much and it is just 3000Km in 10 months.This why it is sick at hot temperature and fails to start only at that temperature!What a funny explanation!As they could not identify the problem they now blame the fuel and the customer.please share if anyone else experienced same problem with ford cars.They are recalling many cars manufactured in chennai unit unlike any other company.So please be careful while choosing Ford.You are going to suffer.

                  I had booked the car Ford Aspire Titanium (Petol) though one ouf your car dealers Talera ford, Nigdi, Pune on 28th April 2017 and final payment was done by 18th May 2017.

                  I wish to buy the car in Taxi permit and for that I have submitted all the necessary documents that were requested by the dealer.

                  Its been 48 days as of today since i have done the full payment and yet I have not received my car and after several talks with the dealer they say there is been an issue by the government regarding the speed governor installation in the car. I had called the customer care but there was no assurity or any positive response.

                    This is to inform you that i have purchased a " Ford Figo Aspire" from your reputed dealer "Chakrapani Motors pvt. ltd, Jorhat,
                    Assam- 785006 on 19.12.2016.
                    I regret to inform you that the vehicle after running 7000 kms a bubble has been noticed in one of the front tyre (MRF) as reflected in the attached photograph and immediately it was informed to the dealer. After about 45 days dealer have informed the procedure and accordingly I have lodged a complaint to the concerned MRF dealer. Mobile messages given by the MRF dealer are as follows:

                    Ford fiesta classic, purchased in 2012 from S.P.Ford Dealer, Palanpur...unusually I have noticed rusting at the site of mirror attachment point on the car body, apperently visible at both the mirror sites. Car body colour white...there is no other accidental damage occured at the said points. Please rectify.

                      Hi,

                      I recently service my Ford IKON from the showrrom in Pune Talera Ford where I faced very pathetic experience service organizer Nitin Jeoge. I went with my car MH-11 AL3410 where I requested to organizer to do regular servicing of my car. I specially mentioned please do not replace radiator cap as I replaced while last servicing, still they replaced this cap and charged for same to me. After servicing when I drove my car to hometown on second day of servicing my car suddenly get stopped. I tried to call Nitin Jeoge first he received call told like there may some battery issue. I questioned like then what did you check in servicing, after that I tried to called again and again to Nitin but he is not responding to my call. My car stopped functioning at remote location where I don't get any help from somebody. So i walked 2KM from there and arrange some local level mechanic to repair my car. He found that there were some wiring problem. I have again question what they did in servicing.
                      i faced too much trouble due to improper work done by Talera Service center. I request please do strict action against them.

                            Gps not working from first week and even after 2 months, they are unable to fix it
                            bluetooth doesn't connect sometimes

                            initially, the ford dealer said I'm eligible for a loan but the ford corporate tells me I'm not eligible for a loan. A lil drama and then they say I'm eligible for loan

                            the forms are not given at one shot to sign.. they will be given in 2s or 3s. So I didn't know when the last batch of forms are being given for signatures

                            the service guy is unable to fix things even after 3 days when he said he would deliver the vehicle in 6 hrs max

                            they said gps needs an upgrade even though the vehicle was 1 month old. Stupid people. Then they said it would take 2hrs to upgrade the gps software . Suddenly they change their mind and say it is over in 10 mins. The gps functionas for few hours that day and then it stops working again.

                            ford india guys don't know their job well and don't do their job well

                            everyone is taking the customer for granted. Utterly disappointed with ford sales and service.

                              I am owner for new figo, billed feb'16, during last service my car noise issue was not solved, few days back i got my 2nd service (20000km) but after service no change, i mentioned lot of noise from engine as well as from tiers even its difficult to drive with such a annoying noise. Ford service center mentioned car is ok but tiers are faulty and i was asked to visit mrf, they mentioned after inspection, issue with shockers. Again i called saluja ford mohali from where i bought and get my service done and they respond very unprofessionally, they said we don't have solution you can write to ford, strange to see such behavior. Kindly provide solution for my problem.

                                We have cancelled our booking with ford. We had transferred 3.69 lakh towards booking via rtgs and paid 1000 cash as booking amount. Due to emergency in or family we had to cancel our booking with spford vadodara channi. We informed them immediately regarding cancellation. They didn't bother responding us. Finally 2 days later we went to their showroom where we were informed we will receive refund via cheque after 10 days and 3000 will be deducted.
                                We are not happy with the quality of service by sp ford. If we have paid immediately via rtgs why they cannot refund our money immediately. It's a huge amount and sp ford want to keep. Our money for 2 weeks. It's already been 4 days since they have our money. Is this how they make money by not refunding customers their finds and deducting 3000 for no reason.

                                  I had given the vehicle ecosport mh 24 af 1155 on 29th april 2017 to sai sakshi ford. The dicky latch was working very well at that time, however when the vehicle was serviced & given back the service technician reported that the dicky latch is not working & they don't have the spare part available. I asked the person to take back the vehicle & get it replaced & give the vehicle. However sai sakshi ford returned the vehicle without replacing the part the next day & asked to wait for 10 days. After following up for some days i understood that the showroom is closed.

                                  I took the car to talera ford on 6th june 2017 for the problem of dicky latch replacement under warranty, however talera ford did not had the part in stock as well. They said that they have ordered the part & its is expected in a few days. The warranty for the part is till the month end.

                                  After so much of follow up & inconvenience o[censored]sing the car without the dicky being operated, can i finally have a confirmation when the part will be received & that the part will the replaced under warranty?

                                      Hai all this is a small review /feedback or Experience with FORD for all the ford customer or those who are planning to buy a FORD car. My name is Balu James and am from kerala I was using ford car for the past 5 years, first I was using the old Ford Figo and after that I bought the New figo when the time of purchase the ford company is making such a great impression about the car and the company they claim are the best company and as an American company they don’t compromise in service and quality and they will be very happy to serve you. But in my experience, I had many BAD Experience from Ford company and Ford Dealership. I used to do my car regular service done before the time or kilometre which the ford assist us to do. My first worst experience with ford Dealer ( MALAYALAM FORD ) in Ernakulam District. My last service was done with the Malayalam Ford Dealer in Ernakulam in 19000 something Kilometre and they said everything is fine a and perfect, they claim that they will check all the part when the time of service and they will mark the condition of parts in their service paper which we got last at the time of delivery, in that my break pad condition was excellent. After that within 5000 or 6000 kilometre one day I head a sound from my wheel side and the very next day I have called Malayalam Ford service adviser he said it may be because of dust in break pad coz its only done 5k or 6k km from the past service and he added better don’t take the car he assist me to call the emergency service and I did the same, they tow my car nd drop it to the near service station tat is Kairali ford Ettumanoor. From their inspection they said my car’s break pad is fully done and in effect to tat my car’s break pad Rotter was also ruined in both side and even the kairali service advisor in said that same tat it won’t get damage within 5k or 6k after the last service. It happened because I last service they may not check it properly if they checked then it would be in yellow position but they have given you in green that means everything is fine. So I called the service manager in MALAYALAM Ford for ask him about this and he said he will be checking and get me back within in a minimum time, now its more than one month he never called me or didn’t get any response from the dealer side as well as from the company side this is the attitude or service providing from the Ford Company and Dealers in Kerala.

                                      That was my Experience with the ford Dealer and I was thinking it is the problem with the dealer only but the FORD Company itself is doing the same to their customer after tat an incident happened on 7th June 2017 I was in a hurry to attend a meeting unfortunately my tyre got flat on NH47 at 10:15 nit and I tried change they tyre by myself like everyone do but I couldn’t change the tyre by myself because the company given wheel spanner was not at all matching or compatible for my car wheel nut. I Immediately called the Ford Road Side Assistants regarding my complaint and they attend the call very well first and I explained everything and I clearly mentioned that company provided wheel spanner is not matching my car’s wheel so said plz arrange a mechanic accordingly after one hour a person came to place without any tool or literally barehanded and he simply said the spanner is nor working sir and he gone then its about 11:30 pm after tat I again called the RSA (Ford Road Side Assistants) for the help and they said so will arrange a Tow Service but I have to give a concern that they will be coming with a front tow up vehicle so if something happened to my car bumper or anything when the time of towing the responsibility was only mine so I said no because as an owner I wont give any permission or concern that its my responsibility if anything happened to the parts of my car and I said to the RSA that there is no other problem with my car only front tyre is flat so if you provide a flat bed service it world be great by tat time the RSA guy tone changed and said me in a harsh way you have to say whether you need the service or not I said if you provide a flat bed towing service its ok otherwise I wont he said will discuss and call u back after tat I waited for around 1.5 Hr till then no one came and I was stuck on the middle NH47 HIGHWAY on a bridge too after that I called them again and asked about the status he said a the towing guy came to me and I said no that was the response form the RSA I said no one came to my side with any vehicle then he asked me to wait and again, after tat he call me back and said the towing vehicle got breakdown so no other service is possible to provide at that time other wise I have to wait till morning so tat they can arrange another service or I have to find one by myself and it was 2am by tat time they I checked online and got Bajaj Alliance Road side assistance service I called them and they came without any kind of question they came by 3: 45 am and drop my car to the nearest service station by 4am. So because of this I was not able to go back home and my meeting was cancelled and I have to take a hotel. so the very next day I have contacted the Ford Customer care service regarding the complaint and service which I got from the Ford they person who took the call was very polite and he said sorry for what happed and within 24 hour they will be a call back from their side regarding this and after 24 hour I got a mail that when they tried to contact me I was not in the range then after tat there is no response from their side so I contacted them again on 16th of this month and he listen to all the concern and he said he will be raising a concern with above and the new and he said the same dialogue within 24hr our senior agent will be calling you regarding the concern and solve the problem after tat there was no response from the ford side then I again called them in 19th tat was yesterday then tat guy listen to everything and he said he will be transferring the call to their senior agent and I spoke to him and he said got all the point and he will be calling me back within 24 hour other wise you can go with the social media stuff and all now its more than 24 hour that’s why am forced to write this big letter or review. I don’t know why as an American company FORD is behaving like this to their customer and the sad thing was the quality of FORD car is getting cheaper and cheaper. Even the service is going worse I didn’t even get a replacement for the wheel spanner or any kind of reimbursement for my Lose happened on tat day so as an existing customer of ford I suggest the people to opt for any other car even I thing Tata motors is giving much better service. Ford customer should make sure everything is working or matching properly coz for me there was enough network coverage in that area and thank god I was not with my family too if someone got stuck like this where there is no one to help and no network coverage what will be the condition to him, it will be the worst thing that happening to a customer . Even I got irritated standing in the middle of the road at night till 4am in the morning so if you are planning to buy a ford car please think of it and even I was thinking to sell my car Thank you FORD for giving such a wonderful experience

                                        Initially after booking when we went for refund they asked to get some document which were misplaced, luckily we got this booking order form and since then we are constantly doing follow up with them. It has been confirmed by their own employee mr. Wasim about rs. 21, 000 given as booking amount and we submitted affidavit for the lost receipt as well. This has been long pending and we are not even asking for interest on the same as we are genuine customer as we already hold two eco sport in our home. Money is not important but being attached to such an esteemed organization cargo must maintain some business ethics. Their intentions were not good since begining as when i went recently they told its so old and we cannot refund, what else can be expected from them, when i told them time to time i have reminded to your employees that as and when we get any document we will come for refund, being old does not mean that they can cheat us.

                                        I have been following up the matter since very long but till date thier is no outcome.

                                        We booked a car on assurance of mr. Sam that he will take care of loan after looking at the documents, on his assurance we paid the amount. But he was unable to finance and then on we are following up with your local team for refund.

                                        We are not asking for cash part till the time we get the cash receipt but atleast clear a very small amount of shagun paid through cheque.

                                        Hope you understand, please look into the matter and resolve.
