Dear sir,
I had given my commercial vehicle registration number tn54m5017 for accidental claim at rajashree ford coimbatore.
Before carrying out the work they demanded me to make a advance payment of rs 3500 which i made as per their request.
On completion of the work the total bill amount was rs 11631 for which my insurance company has settled of rs 9798.
The rajashree ford coimbatore has to return me back of rs.1667 which they are refusing to pay back.
On repeated phone calls and visits to the service centre my body shop service advisor mr. Prabhu and agm mr senthil. They are just dragging the time and failing to take any action on it for which i am very much disappointed.

I kindly request you to take a necessary action in this regard and settle my refund of rs 1667 which they have collected extra from me.

    Y vehicle car brand ecosport - py01cb 8586 with the fault in a/c repair was left with the authorized service dealer at pondicherry. While attending to rectify the faults the rear seat was removed and the lock got damaged and the service engineer mr. Thangaraj representing sarveesh group agreed to rectify the same in the next service time and by the that time we would complete the formalities for getting the damaged spare repalcement approval from the company. This happened during the month of march 2017.
    Subsequently last month when attending some minor faults, with the same service dealer again they failed to complete the pending lock replacement issue with the newly appointed service manager thirupathy.

    Now my car is at the service station in puducherry for the past three days and they are refusing to replace the lock damaged by the service team. Without replacement i am not prepared to take delivery of my vehicle from the service station.

    This may please be properly addressed by the concerned team so as to rectify the lock replacement.

      I have been contacting sai agency, bhopal for some services / repair.
      Each employee keep "passing the bugs" & not addressing the core issue; the height of it is all are clueless about their portfolios. This team doesn't want to deliver/cater services to customers whilst hundreds of ford cars are commuting in bhopal: then why not have another team who can be productive?

        I have car ford figo titanium plus vehicle number ka 01 mn 1297. 14th june 2017 i was driving my car in my home town and suddenly other car stopped in front of me and i rammed at the speed of 70km speed to the other car but air bag not opened and i feel ford is not a safety vehicle even though at 70km speed air bag didn't open so we were travelling 4 people in my car by god grace everyone are safe and i want ford people has to answer about the safety issue of my issue.. I have attached the car photos... If in case ford not able to solve this issue then it will be bad customer service

          There is manufacturing defect in vehicle. I am complaining since very first day. Average millage / oli consumption of the vehicle is in city 11 km/per liter. On highway 14 km/ per liter with ac. Vehicle purchased on 3rd oct. 2014 but till date no body listening to improve it.
          After complain it was given to gautam budh ford noida. At 29700 km and service also due for 30000km on 4th may 2017. They done nothing and by negligence they left the coolant hose pipe unfitted. I suffered badly. Vehicle became too hit near meerut (U. P.) and we all family harassed badly in 45temprature. I have also road side assistance but no body visited till 2 hours at nh-8 modi nagar. I arrange self at own level and vehicle rushed to orchid ford meerut (U. P.)
          Just think how negligence your workers and staff. All coolant flowed due to loose hose pipe. No care at all. I have all proof of orchid ford meerut for this negligence. Vehicle still with poorest millage.

            I have new figo titanium petrol. The engine is not able to pull in 3rd gear with a/c in an average indian road while other cars in this segment does. I complained in the service centre when i went for first service. They told that they adjusted. But still it's not upto the mark. Whenever​ i want to overtake or drive through a sloppy area, the car forces me to shift to 2nd gear. Which makes a sudden jerk and it's very annoying. What should i do now!?

              Dear sir/madam,

              My name is vinod kumar reddy basani, owner of ford figo aspire which was brought on 31st may 2017. I underwent so much agony in owing this vehicle which did not end even till now. Here by am summarizing the details for your reference. I don’t want others to suffer in the same manner as i have gone through. If things like this happen to the customers, am sure going forward, people tend to not to buy any vehicle from ford. Before buying this vehicle, i have compared all the segments of vehicles in this category and have zeroed upon this beauty. As a human tendency, i have got deals from 3-4 dealers of ford and after getting a better deal from vibrant ford at khairtabad, i decided to purchase this vehicle much against the wishes from my friends and well-wishers. At this point, i actually wanted to purchase hyundai xcent where i have booked it by paying some amount as well. I cancelled this in the last minute after comparing the features of both. Here again i regret for not going with my decision. Given below is the scenario happened with me during the purchase of the vehicle. Iam dividing the entire thing in two parts for your easy understanding.

              Pre-purchase of the vehicle:

              I have been offered 8.31 lac orp for ford figo titanium. Citing that as a good offer, i decided to purchase it. I have been forced to pay the amount to guarantee the purchase. Though i was outside, since that was a good offer, i somehow arranged to transfer this amount to the dealer to reserve the vehicle. What came as a shock to me when i went to showroom was, the vehicle that was guaranteed to me was sold off to some other person and vehicle price was increased to 8.48 lac citing that the executive made some mistake. When i raised this concern, people are dumb to respond on this. They blindly said, the vehicle was sold to someone and if i want they will return the money back. Is that how the dealer deals with the customer? Am a middle class person and even an increase of 100 rs is burden for me. People should check for the price they offer to customers and if they have committed something to customers, it has to be fulfilled and i believe executives will check with their seniors before the price is committed.in my case, price offered was 8.3 lac and final price as said by them post selling the vehicle to someone, was 8.48 lacs. I would please request you to, please monitor these issues at the dealerships. Two ladies dealt with me on this case and one lady blindly said no for the initial offer as that was the mistake of her colleague. Now tell me is that my mistake or their mistake. I have to fight a lot but still they are stubborn with their decision. I thought to approach someone at that time, but stii we humans will makes mistake and i thought this was one and i left it. Post all this fight, since i need a vehicle at the earliest, was left with no choice but to order another vehicle which is sportz model of ford figo aspire, as that was available immediately. Though it was extra burden on me with almost, 40k extra, i have taken this vehicle on 31st may 2017 which i feel is a black day for me.

              Post-purchase of the vehicle:

              I started the vehicle from showroom and have gone 2 kms and then the trouble starts with # from the vehicle. It gave # during the drive and what i thought was since it was a new vehicle and may be the system was new to me from my previous vehicle, i thought this was happening.

              June 07, 2017:

              I went to pick my cousin from airport at 12:00 am and reached shamshabad. The vehicle was running smoothly at that time an i was on speed of 80 kmph. All of sudden the vehicle started giving # in such a manner as if something badly went wrong with engine. It stopped in the middle of the outer ring road. I tried to start it but no use. I was lucky enough on that day as there was no vehicle behind me. Else, i don’t know what would have happened to me. Vehicles on that road travel at a speed of 100kmph and imagine if something would have hit me on that speed, i don’t know where i would have been. It took some time to start, went 1 km and stopped. This has happened 5-6 times during that time between 12:00 am to 1:00am. I was lucky enough that after so many, attempts my vehicle took me to home.

              June 08, 2017: considering the issues faced, i took the vehicle to vibrant service center, balanagar, to have it checked. I was told there is some software issue with the ac part, which has been rectified and asked me to get the vehicle in case if the problem persists. I took my vehicle and reached office. Till that time, everything was going well. It was at 6:00pm, i completed my office and was returning home. I just drove, 1 km, the vehicle stopped in the middle of the road refusing to start. It took some time to start and i drove for another km where it stopped completely and did not start at all. Not able to do anything, i have called up road side assistance number around. It took almost 3 hours for them to reach the place where the vehicle was parked. Since fortune ford was the nearest dealer, my car was towed to their service center in tolichowki. Till then, thgough it was delayed, all was going fine.

              Now the problem starts, may be the dealer felt that the vehicle was purchased at vibrant, they could have felt that whatever has to be done, it hould be done by vibrant ford and not fortune ford. That could be the reason, my car was kept at their custody with no work done. When i called up on saturday and enquired, i was told that the problem was not rectified and since that they had some many other cars to be checked, it will take time and a free suggestion was given to me to take my vehicle back to vibrant service center as since i purchased it from them, they should be able to do it. If this is how they do the things, why did not ford inform me initially to tow my vehicle to vibrant, when i called up rsa. There one day i lost completely i. E friday. I called up vibrant ford if they can assist me in getting the vehicle back to their service center. I was not confident if the vehicle will take me to vibrant if i drive and go. Much to my dismay, they did not and was requesting me to get the vehicle on my own. Having no option left, i travelled from home to fortune ford which is like, 50 kms away, to take the vehicle. I was told that the vehicle was not starting initially and it took sometime for them to start the vehicle before my reaching over there. I completed the formalities at fortune service center and took my vehicle to vibrant service center on saturday. So like this, another day got wasted.

              Yesterday ie 12th june, my vehicle seems to have been inspected and what they say is there is an issue with, fuel system which they said are replacing the entire part. There is no update as long as i don’t call them and check. Is this is how the customers are being treated?

              Dear sir/madam,

              My purpose of writing this mail is for you people to understand how things are dealt before and after sales of the vehicle.in my case, i feel strongly i have received a defect piece which i don’t want to have it anymore. Let ford take this vehicle and keep it with them and do whatever testing they want on this vehicle. I want a brand new piece for the amount which i have paid and not a repaired one. Either give my money back or a new vehicle. You might be wondering the number of kms that i have run on this vehicle. Its hardly 300kms when i started facing this issues. If this is how customers are cheated, am sure, no one will trust the brand ford for sure. I need justice on this part and i feel to approach consumer court for all the mental torture that i went through from the beginning.

              Waiting to hear an update on this at the earliest. Very sorry, if you found my mail harsh, but please understand it has come through my heart for all the agony that i have gone through.

                Hi ford,

                I bought ecosport 1.5 titanium+ diesel variant from fortune malayalam cars ltd cochin and got delivered on june 1st 2017. I was taken aback when i noticed that am getting a "video signal not detected" and i realized reverse camera not getting detected on the brand new vehicle just delivered. I noticed it after i moved 2 km on my first ride on this expensive purchase i made. I came back to the dealer and to my surprise they told me that its not installed and they are yet to receive the software update from ford which they expect in a week time and i can get this updated from any ford service. I made my plans a week later to travel bangalore on my new car. I was looking for the reverse camera hardware and which gave me another set back as i end in not finding the reverse camera at all. I made another call on june 4th to the sales representative who taken care of this deal. He gave me a very lame response that they didnot install the reverse camera as well because it is yet to be received from ford which might take another week or 2. They were following up. When i asked if i can get this installed from bangalore where i plan to travel. He confirmed that it can be done only at cochin fortune malayalam ford.

                Concerns to address
                1. I don't really expect such a bad experience from ford india from the very first phase of this relationship. There was no proper communication regarding where i had to call them multiple times to learn regarding this missing hardware the hard way.

                2. I still dont have any eta on when i will receive reverse camera and get this installed to get my ecosport 1.5 diesel no more look like a defective piece.

                3. I need ford to take the responsibility of my inconvenience and get this issue resolved at the earliest.

                I am sending a mail to [protected]@ford.com with the bill details. I hope i can get this resolved and have my peace of mind at the earliest.

                    I gave my ford ecosport at fortune malayalam cars on 24 may 2017 for its 60000 km servive and after the service the vehicle was brought on 25 th night. I purchased the vehicle from the same dealer in 2013 when the vehicle was launched. Till this service the work was ok and they accepted cheques. This service was very poor and was attended by an apprentice by name vishnu who claimed as the servive advisor. Just after 2 weeks of service my a wrap between two front tyres has come off as they changed a spare from which engine oil has to be drained. Now they are not willing to rectify the issue. Even they that they can accept only cash payments for the service. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful. I was charged 9500/- for the service.

                        I am spending a lot of money for this ford figo in every year i couldn't bare this at all. My car no is tn-07 bl 2890. Last year in chennai ford service centre i spent more than 30k and again spent nearly 10 in trichy rockcity ford. And this year they are telling all the injectors are gone so i have to spend around a lakh. Do you think its a valid thing??? And the service guy is telling contaminated diesel is used how can i identified is that a contaminated diesel or not??? We are putting diesel in a regular bp bunk and its been more tha 6 years then why it happened only now... Basically its a problem with ford manufacturing really hectic pathetic. I do have vw polo but i never spend this much at all... So bran matters if your not helping me in this situation.

                          I had purchased brand new ford fiesta top model. Till now i had got bills totql bill above 2.5 lakhs. My car is just driven 1lakh km and now ford showroom is telling engine fail turbo fail. I heard that ford engine and all are powerfull nothing happens till 3lakhs. My car got spoiled in 1lkh km and i had loss of so much money. Last bill i had worth rupees 20000. No result. Still my car is eating mud outside. Bad service looting customers and fail cars. I would like to go with maruti now. I will tell all doctors all my friends and all collegues not to buy ford fail cars. I will never allow my known persons to buy for cars. They just loot u. Even i need cars for my hotels i wont buy ford now and bad company.

                            Guys, if you don't want to waste your money then please don't choose oxford institute for any course. Seriously, they show that their are better than others and for that charge a high fees too in comparison to other institute. But, i think their services are not just equal but poorer than other institute's.
                            *they have a single teacher for 5-7 courses.
                            *they submit all your fees in advance, so that you have no way to escape.
                            *their teacher taught you only 10-15 minutes in a two-day class, after payment of your fees.

                              Dear sir

                              Undersigned went to ford service centre, solapur (Solapur-hyderabad highway – 413006) for periodical maintenance service and finally came out with following defects:

                              1. Coolant getting emptied due to back pressure on account of overheating of engine.
                              2. Leakage from crank oil seal
                              3. V belt worn out
                              Above defects couldn’t be rectified due to unavailability of respective spare part like engine gasket, crank seal and v belt.
                              Initially total estimate for repair charges given to me was rs. 15500/=. However, when contacted 2nd time, service manager quoted rs. 125000/= as total estimate for rectification of stated defects.
                              I wonder how ford india can survive in india if service facilities are so ill equipped and charges are 10 times higher compared to maruti india and others.
                              Hope this feedback will help you to find out why ford india has such a thin presence in india.

                              Sub: Issue raised in the above complaint by me (Owner of stated Ford Figo) has been resolved

                              Final thanks to Ford India team for patient listening and resolving the issue in a beautiful manner. Sorry for pouring out some harsh words initially coming out of frustration/anger.

                              I have received my Ford Figo car in perfect shape with all maintenance work done well before time and at a very reasonable cost. With my 28 yrs experience with Cars of different make I am, now, sure that I would have never got similar work done in such a short period at a very affordable and reasonable price from any other service centre.

                              So, the myth that FORD CAR Maintenance is very expensive, is totally wrong/misplaced. Again, Salute to Ford India Team.

                                Dear ford

                                1. I purchased ecosport in dec 2014.

                                2. I completed 3000 kms within 15 days and went for 1st servicing. I had alignment issue and after check it was found that the end rode of fornt side was bent and it was changed under warranty. With it there was a sound which remained unresolved even after many tries.

                                3. I completed 10000 kms by dec 2015 but throughout i felt pull in stearing and shared the problem at service centre. All they did was alignment but the problem remained the same.

                                4.in nov 2016 i took it for 3rd servicing at tanish ford gurgaon. Till now i was driving the car with pull to right side throughout as nobody was able to solve the problem. This time after service i was told the rear side tyres are completely gone but only from the outer side. I was told this happens due to alignment.
                                This time they could not do the alignment and referred me to another workshop of ford as they had better machine for alignment.

                                5. The other workshop tried to align and balance but could not do it and said the problem is with dead axcel and sent me back to the service centre. The service centre then kept the vehicle with them for next 20 days.in these days they first changed the front shockers and aligned and called me for test drive. The alignment was still not proper and i was told they will have to put the old shockers as new shockers are not resolving the issue and company will not allow to change it under warranty. Further they interchanged the dead axcel with some other car to fins out weather dead axcel is faulty. Meanwhile i had changed 2 tyres, did 7 to 8 test drives with different mechanics, advisors and even service manager.

                                6 finally i was told a technical person from company has come and he has solved the problem as the problem was with steering rack. I again test drove the car and accepted out of frustration by being partially satisfied. I was assures the problem is resolved and it this time the tyres wore out in same pattern then ford will change the tyres. By then i had lost all the energy and was travelling in taxis to work for all these days though ford reimbursed taxi bills after another arguement. At the time of delivery i was told drive the vehicle for atleast 2 to 3k kma and check if tyres are wearing out in same pattern or not. I was also sold extended warranty to be on safer side.

                                7. Last week i noticed the tyres were wearing out in same pattern (I am used to of driving this vehicle with 1 side pull since 15 day of after purchase). I took the vehicle to same service centre and what i notice is the advisor has left the job and service manager is changed. With all my patience i explained the complete case to new people and i was told it will be solved in 2 3 days. For the next 3 days i gave 10 12 calls to service manager and ge received only once. Today when i visited leaving my job halfway i was told we need to change steering rack, shockers, nuckles and tyres and the estimate is 88k. And nothing will be covered in extended warranty.

                                8. Dear ford i have given up on you after spending 12 lac and still repaying loan. Today i have registered this case with consumer forum. All i want from you is resolve the issue but i am assured now i can't trust noone in ford.

                                9. Please go through the history, all complaint numberes which were generated throughout, all the job cards that were opened. The vehicle number is rj14 cx 4448 and my number is [protected]

                                  Dear sir, please refer the above informations regarding the car i purchased from your dealer. Till date the car has run barely @ 400 kms. Only. This is single hand driven car. It is being observed that, after 3-4 washing of cars from out side, lower section of left side front seat, looks very hazy. It looks that there was some rework (Dent / damage & touch-up) activities done before selling the car to me. On my asking to the dealer, they are not admitting the fact and not responding properly.                                     My vehicle is FORD FIESTA CLASSIC -DIESEL -2011 MODEL VIN No :MAJBXXMRTBBS66059. All these years the vehicle was under FORD care.

                                    Recently the vehicle oil sump got hit on a stone kept on the middle of the road leading to stoppage of oil circulation in the engine. No evidence of oil leak or spillage observed from the engine bottom. After 2 -3 kilometers of drive the engine got seized.

                                    I am reaching out all the major DEALERS in Chennai and received a very shocking info that Ford has stopped the HALF ENGINE supply for this MODEL and only BABY PARTS are available. Their is no market news about this and we are standard on the road with a FORD product in hand.

                                    The ultimate news is that even the HALF engine block which was supported till April 2017 is not available to the customers any more. The discussions with the dealer clearly shows that they literally have no clue how to assemble the engine using the BABY PARTS . For customers who are part of FORD this may be a hard lesson learnt. I do hope FORD will not leave their customers half way in the middle of the road a look for a market growth.

                                      I have purchased one ford figo titanium on Jul 2015, chassis no. MAJ1XXMRJ1EL21086, registration no, WB 26 T 5731 DT. 21/07/2015. When I have asked for Roadside assistance they have told me as my vehicle life was 03 yrs I have to pay the charge. Yesterday when I enquired in this matter I find that my vehicle entry in your system is July 2014. That means your dealer had sold me a second hand vehicle. Now I am putting all this matter in consumer forum.

                                      your service centre situated in Chetla is also doing total unsatisfactory job, while doing denting and painting they are not matching the colour with other portion of the vehicle but charging the full amount.

                                        Dear sir,

                                        Myself, vinu k george working deputy manager, axis bank main branch, writing this mail to express my deepest disappointment and concern regarding the extended warranty that you have offered for my new figo 1.2 ti-vct car that i have purchased from kairali ford cheranellore showroom.

                                        I booked the mentioned vehicle on 20/04/2017. Sales adviser mr syam nath and sales manager mr. Anoop assisted me in booking the vehicle. And i was informed that the expected delivery will be 30/04/2017. But as specified vehicle was not in stock, sales adviser told me that there will be a delay in delivery and the same can be expected by may 4th or 5th only. I agreed with the same and after a few days, mr. Syam called and told me that the specified vehicle is available at kollam. When i asked the reason he told the said car was booked for another customer but there's a delay in arranging the finance. I was convinced with the statement and my car billing done and delivery happened on 29/04/2017. I paid full amount including extended warranty also. Also i was told that as due to system issues they were not able to give me my temporary permit and extended warranty papers. I got my tp papers on 02/05/17, but my extended warranty paper were handed over after 2 weeks.

                                        After continuous followup i got my extended warranty papers on 15/05/17. And it was really surprising that the given extended warranty is starts on 28/02/2017 whereas i booked my car on 20/04/2017 and billing done on 29/04/2017, and the paid extended warranty is showing "this contract is sold at free of cost".

                                        I checked the same with mr. Syam, he told he can't do anything in this and told me contact mr. Anoop. I contacted mr. Anoop and explained the issue. He told it's a small mistake from the back office team, which will be solved by your end. After 2 days i received a mail from mr. Anoop with the "new" extended warranty where instead of "free of cost" showing a amount of 5982.66+tax (6600.16) and 486.5+tax (1104.00) {total: 7704.15}. But the extended warranty starts on 28/02/2017 which is 2 months prior to the vehicle delivery date.. I called mr. Anoop again and informed the same. He told as the vehicle sales is already been reported to ford on february, the warranty will start from february only. Instead of modifying the warranty start date, he has also offered me accessories worth rs 2000. However, i'am not interested in that offer and from this i understood that its a clear case of miss selling.

                                        I have been talking with your staff since last one month and the issue is still not resolved. Request you to investigate this matter on a priority basis. Attached herewith invoice copy, extended warranty papers (Old and new) and booking mail for your reference. I need to get this issue resolved immediately

                                        if you cannot provide service you should not sell it in the first place
