Hello team,

This is to bring to your kind note that i have booked a ford figo titanium diesel variant (Deep impact blue) with hans ford, no 235, mount poonamallee rd, ayyapanthangal, kanchipuram, tamil nadu 600056 on 20th march 2017 and know i deeply regret why i opted for a ford. The sales executive mr. Shankar promised me a very speedy delivery by march 24th 2017 later he cooked up a story and requested for delivery extension to 31st march 2017. We inquired on the requested date another excuse was made stating that the vehicle is in transit and due to lorry strike they are not able to deliver it on promised date.

There were many such false promises made till date and i don’t know what is the status of the vehicle. My last inquiry was on 18th april 2017 which is almost 30 days from the day of booking and the sales supervisor mr. Manikandan again made a false promise stating he will deliver the vehicle by 21st april 2017 for sure. All i got paid back was only disappointments. Because of the irresponsible false promises made by the sales team i force sold my old car on an urgent basis to pay the down payment by the date of booking believing the promise that was made.

I had to rely on cabs and rented cars for my transportation which costed me around rupees 30, 000/- will ford or the showroom take responsibility for this? Is it a right way to do business to a customer making false promises?

I have completely lost the credibility and reputation for ford. Upon enquiring i came to know through the internal sources of hans ford the vehicle booked by me was sold to another customer who was willing to pay full cash on delivery. As i opted for ford finance is this the way to show your respect by keeping me on hold? I am deeply depressed with this act and i am filing this in consumer court for the ill-treatment. I hope the attached mail would suffice, i have waited for more than 30 days as per the company policy and still i don’t even know the status of the car. Once i get justice for my state i am willing to cancel the booking because if pre-sales service is more than bad i do not have confidence at all with the after sales service.

Finally ford have given me deep regret and i would never suggest a ford to anyone. If there is some feedback you need for your service i would just rate -1 in all areas.

    I had puchased ford titanium plus on first april from bhagat ford agency pathankot punjab. At the time of delivery they promised that your bill, form 21 22 will be delivered with in 2 days.. But today is 22 april and no bill and other docs send to me by this agency. I called even ludhiyana headquarter but they didnt response me back.. I called several time to agency but they made excuses every time.. Now 30 april is the last date for applying for rc. But it seems that ford india agency having no concern about their costumer.. Your 24 x 7 no is not working.. No one is picking up the phone.. I had worsed experience with ford india.. I will never recommend your vehicle to anyone.. Now its time for consumer court against you for cheating their customers

      Dear sir / madam
      I niket chopra have purchased a brand new eco sport ambiente petrol car from the dealer cargo motors (Guj.) private limited located near s. G. Highway ahmedabad. I have made booking amount of my car on feb-17 and final payment on 31st march 2017. I took delivery of my car on 4th april 2017. Mr. V. Elangovan vice president - operations who is in charge of the cargo dealer, mrs. Jayshree kulkarni - sales manager and mr. Abhay shah - sales executive has assured me that in next 10-12 days, all necessary docs will be submitted to rto office ahmedabad for registration, but i am sorry to say that still my rto passing is not cleared. Presently i am residing in jaipur and came to ahmedabad on 21.04.2017 to pick my car.

      I am sorry to say that i got a very poor response and feedback. I have found lack of communication from your team. At the time of purchasing car, your team has assured me that all registration, car number plate and rc copy will be given in 10-15 days after taking delivery, but i am still waiting.

      I have kept all my pending works aside and took holiday to pick my car from ahmedabad and take it to jaipur, but it is of no use as my car is not ready.

      Your team has given me false commitment which is really absurd and bad for service sector. I am too working in service sector and feel bad when commitment is not adhere. Ford india is one of the well-known mnc in automobile market. Such a poor service and lack of communication will tarnish the brand image of ford.

      Please take necessary actions and compensate me for the loss i have made by wasting my time and money.

        I purchased my Figo from Bhavna ford Nerul Navi Mumbai, in April 2012 and my car registration number is MH 43 AL 1190 and as advised by Bhavna Ford Nerul, I took the loan from Capital First Ltd, Mumbai, my loan number AL520405 ( when I took the loan that company was called First flight and later they changed to Capital first ) and duly paid all my EMI's and my last EMI paid on 5th March 2017 and the Capital first acknowledged my mail confirming that my loan is over. They asked me to send a scan copy of my RC book which i sent on 20th March 2017 for which after 1 week they replied, we received your mail and we will look in to it. But till today 19th April, my NOC has not come to me because i need the NOC from Capital first to apply to RTO so as to get my Hypothecation revoked. I asked so many reminder mails but no satisfactory answer, On 17th April I received a mail from them asking for the scan copy of my RC book which i sent on 18th April 2017. I am really frustrated with their highly irresponsible service and when i contacted Bhavna Ford Nerul, they told they will help but i am doubtful. So i want to request you, can you intervene and reprimand the Capital first to act immediately and send the NOC to my registered address, As i am currently employed outside India, i am unable to follow up vigorously and i am really worried and when my wife contacts Capital first customer care they respond irresponsibly.
        So pl take up strongly with both Capital first and your Bhavna ford Nerul office people, since because of them i took a loan from Capital first, not knowing their reputation like this.

          My Ford Figo 1.2 Trend is under Warranty and was purchased from Zaara Ford Kharagpur only dt: 28th Oct 2015and delivered to me on 3rd November 2015.

          Subsequent to my complaint lodged against noise issue in my Ford FIGO 1.2 Trend Petrol, On 16.04.2017 I handed over my vehicle to Zaara Ford, Kharagpur for requisite fixtures.

          Service center Manager told me that all my 4 Tyres (MRF make) are observed with safety issue as they have become twisted in different regions and have uneven wear year.

          Tyres or any other vehicle fittings are manufacturer decision & part of supply (MRF or any other brand). If any defects comes up, vehicle maker is supposed to come forward with resolution on supplying substandard quality to customers.

          I was told that for Tyre replacement, I am supposed to pay additional amount, despite my vehicle is under warranty period.

          In this fast paced highly competitive market, this product from FORD india lost its quality in span of 1.5 years only & customers are harassed for money again and again on the name of replacement.

          From the date of purchase of this vehicle, numerous troubles I am witnessing issues of door noise, and my car has been sent more than 4 times in service center.

          I trusted FORD India that Tyres or any other fittings - The Quality & Safety measures were checked before sale and vehicle handover to me.

          It's a question on Genuineness & Integrity that an inferior product was sold & now I am being asked for additional money to replace or fix the same, though in Warranty Period.

          Whole day I tried to calling FORDs customer care number but nobody responded.

          I hereby seek your kind attention over this problem.

            I purchased a ford figo in year 2011 for 6.3 lakhs rupess and from that time i have been facing a lot of problems with the car. The car has been a big hole in my pocket as this has been as it has been asking for repairs in every two or three months and which has caused a lot of problem to me. Ihave done proper services from the authorised service centres but still it has been asking for repairs again and again. I have paid 2 lakh rupees for the services of my car and which has been of no use as the company is asking for 1.7 lakhs rupees more as now they are saying that the engine work is to be done which be total 3.7 lakhs i will be spending in a span of 5 years on a car which has ran 55000 kms. What type of cars are made by ford which have so much high maintenance and in the Advertertisements they say that they have a very low maintenance. Even once they endangered my life when after few days of getting my stairing system changed while driving on the highway the stairing got jammed due to which my accident could happen. And when they took my car to the service station they said that they didn't cleared the air when they changed the stairing oil which was highly disappointing. And my car stays at the service centre more than with me then what is the use of buying a car. I have been facing a lot of problems as evwn after spending on buying a car i have to travel by public transport or by cabs. I don't think any consumer could pay that much amount for the service of the car in such a time.

              Visited on 1st April at ratnaprabha ford services chilkalthana Aurangabad after check ip found speaker not working properly and lockset problem. They ordered the same speaker and told will call you once recived speakers.speakers . after 1 week again I visited at service station and after waiting 2 hours told me that we have received wrong speaker.speaker . once we received correct speaker will call you and still I'm wating.wating.very pathetic services provide by ford I also put the note for the same problem on face book also.

                Good Morning,

                I bought Ford Figo Aspire (Titanium Plus) from Malad (E) – Mumbai SC Ford on Oct’16. But unfortunately on 04th Apr’17 while I was driving the vehicle suddenly the break stopped working and my car banged the opposite person’s car. After this incident, quickly there was indication on display about ABS malfunctioning. This incident happened @ 1830 hrs.

                The very next day, i.e. on 05th Apr’17 I raised this issue/complaint with SC Ford and got an appointment for 06th Apr’17 @ 10:00 am.

                Till date I haven’t received my car back. The style of working of Ford is really pathetic. Does it takes so long days just to replace the ABS ??

                Daily I have to spend Rs 500/- for travelling to and fro also facing too many difficulties. I need reimbursement of this expenses occurred from my pocket by Ford.

                I was knowing that Ford is such a good brand in market but I wasn’t knowing that it’s service is really pathetic. Do you think we would recommend to other’s for buying Ford cars? Not really !!!

                I need the delivery of my car on or before 15th Apr’17 or else I’ll raise my voice in such bad manner that all customers will know about the service rendered by SC Ford.

                The choice is yours !!!

                    Dear sir/madam,

                    I have a ford figo vehcile no ka01 mj 3649. I am writing this to draw your attention for complaint on overall bad experience of service centre in ncr (Noida).

                    Just to brief you, i had bought this vehicle in 2012 from lathangi ford in bangalore. Till date all the services are being done only in authorized service center. I was quite satisfied with the service and experience of lathangi ford bangalore & ford service center in jamshedpur. During this period i did not faced any problem and my vehicle performance was very good.

                    However i started facing problem when i moved to ncr and service was done in gautam budh ford in noida. After service, when the vehicle was handed over to me some sound was coming from the vehicle due to which i returned the vehicle. Nxet day they replaced some air filter and said that problem is resolved however i was facing issue of more sound in engine which they said normal and it will improve later,. After almost a month the sound increased and when i again visited they said there is leakage in the gear oil and gear system has to be replaced. They replaced the gear system and i had paid all the expenses approx rs. 30, 000. A vehicle which have only run for 25, 000 km and transmission break down is quite surprising.

                    Almost after 6 month in feb 2017, again i observed some picking up issue which i reported them. They arrested the leakage however pick issue they could not resolve.
                    I changed the service center. I visited sector 63 noida - noida ford service center. As my service was due and was facing low pick up issue, i visited on 5th april 2017. I explained them very clearly the issue and also said them apart from servicing they have to arrest the pick up issue. At the time of delivery of my vehicle, service engineer ensured that the pick up issue is resolved and he has personally checked.

                    Very next day, while driving again i faced the same issue. I called service engineer and explained. He said he will call back to pick my vehicle to resolve the issue. But even after my several calls he did not responded, so i called crm team. They apologized and said they will pick up my vehicle on 9th april -2017 (Today) but they have not turned up today. I am still facing the issue.

                    Very bad experience of mine with both the service center in regard with service and response. I really doubt on mechanic capability and management response. I have already made a huge loss of rs 30, 000.

                    This is condition of a vehicle which have only run 36, 000 km.

                      Hi Ford Team,

                      I have my car Ford Figo RJ40CA0693 i went to Noida ford service centre sector 63 for its service and after waiting there for 30 minutes, one of their advisor reached me and i told me that i want my car service and my major concern is AC not working and Engine fan sound is very noisy also my car gets overheated after 15-20 minutes of driving. They took my car for two days and told me different different faults in my car and they took more than 25 thousand from me and i have provided this amount as i have trust on Ford. I would also like to inform you that 8 months ago i also went there for same issue but they not resolved it and told me that this type of sound is always comes in Ford engine but believe me that sound is not normal. So lets come to the main issue. I have provided 25 thousand to them and took my car home and after 4-5 days i went to a function in gurugram with my family in my car and after reaching Akshardham which is nearly 15 minutes from my home sector 50 Noida. the car overheates the a/c not working since we have started our journey the engine was making sound like hell. My family and i have to stand there in 2"O clock hot sun. after 20 minutes we started our journey again as the situation looks in control but again after 10 minutes the same situation happened and my family blames me for all this and i completely feel cheated from FORD. i booked a cab from there and my family went there in gurgaon and i had to come home and i missed my very own friends function. what sorry for inconvenience you people are providing and when i visited next to next morning at their service centre to take my care home they told me that fault is from my side i have denied to dont work if AC is not working also as per their Advisor Santosh i told them not to work if Engine is very noisy and car heats up. How customer refused to work on any big concern even i clearly told him. I asked them about proof then the showed me meaningless papers which are not related to this case. I called their senior Mohd Waqar and explained him all then listening both sides he clearly understand that fault is there is advisor and in their service. He scolded him and told me that if i agree he will debita all the expenses of 25k from Mr. Santosh because i had to faced lot of inconvenience. I had to stand there and to flight there for my rights. but for my surprise there is no action taken by their senior or anyone. They just clean filter of a.c and engine and told me please check if this issue persist we will resolve it. What the hell from you FORD. Are you providing thsi service. they providing me washing coupons. I dont want please give me enough explanantion on written basis why this all hell is happening. why u people cheated me and some compensation from such a big company Ford. I have filed a case in consumer court for the same also from now i will escaltalting all this on social media. You people have cheated me i loose the trust in Ford. Please take action in next 3-4 days. or otherwise ready to see legal notice with my attorney.

                        I had to get my ecosport serviced for which I was given an appointment on the 4th of April 2017 to planet Ford on satara Road, Pune at 11am. I reached the service center at 11.10am. Till 12.25pm no representative came to take possession on my car.12.25 representative took the car on the ramp and left it there for 20-25 minutes They made me wait for more than an hour. 12.30 my half incomplete Job card was made. 12.55pm after complaining to the manager finally they took car. No value for time. Everything works there at their leisure. Just to take complete possession of my car they took about 2hrs. I told I came on my allotted time so I expect the car to be delivered on time as well and the service representative had no clue. They said they'll give it at 6pm. I was ready to take my car and get it serviced else where and they couldn't even process that simple request. The only reason for the inconvenience they caused me is they have too much work load. If that's the case why did they give me an appointment in the first place. Utter nonsense.

                          I have purchased ford endeavour diesel 3.2 version with registration no ka05mt8010
                          (engine no GC04053) in june 2016.
                          starting from 5th day of delivery of the car, i am facing technical problem in the vehicle, totally i have sent the vehicle for repair at least 14 to 15 times to metro ford Bangalore.
                          every time when i send my car after break down service center says there is a problem with electrical wiring and they will do temporary repairs .
                          last month car broke down when i went to coorg and i had to call ford India call center and get it fixed i am afraid to take this car out of Bangalore.
                          last time when i visited to service center and told them that i will inform to ford India they requested not to do so,
                          to day also car got switched off when driving and i have left car in metro ford service center.
                          i have repeatedly complained this issue with call center people of metro ford service center and also with ford India call center people
                          when they call me for feed back and also complained in person in service center.but no body is caring for my complaint
                          i have paid nearly 40 lakhs for this car and facing hell lot of trouble with the car and service center.
                          i am feed up with this and mailing to you.
                          please look in to the matter and solve it if not please let me know is there any buy back option from the company ..

                            I have purchased a above model (black Color) from Ratnapprabha Ford Service, Aurangabad (MH). At the time delivery, some linings are on disc-brake, immediately I have reported the same to above agency, they have tried to change it also, but I have been told that, it is consumable item, you will not get the replacement. the same complaint I raised with FORD feedback team also. kindly look in to the matter.

                              Hi, Bought ford figi - diesel around 1.8 months back.For the last 1 year we have been facng problems with the accelerator & the engine shuts down on its own while driving .We have taken it to the workshop multiple times however the folks there have not been of real good help & the problem arises time & again.Need support else I really want to excalate it further because it isn't a real good experience with Ford

                                Greetings of the Day.
                                This is to bring to your kind attention on the negligent attitude of ford authorized service centers. I used to consider myself to be a proud owner of Ford car but this has changed with the pathetic resolutions being offered to customers who have I believe invested a lot in buying Ford cars.
                                I am a resident of GURGAON and have always given my FORD FIGO CAR bearing registration number GJ01 RE 7647 to authorized Ford Service Centers (Harpreet Ford Gurgaon, Near Hero Honda Chowk) only so that I don’t have to face petty issues day in and day out.
                                However I would like to quote here that even after paying the HEFTY SERVICING COSTS which is way higher as compared to other brands servicing cost in this segment the small servicing check points are not adhered to and is a case of complete NEGLIGENCE.
                                I happened to be a diehard fan of FORD Cars and bought my FORD FIGO CAR in the year 2014 with a hope that it is going to be a joy of my life.
                                But my positive thoughts about this car have been shattered since the very beginning as I was forced to wait for atleast a year to get the exchange bonus from the dealer in Gujarat and since last 2 years I have been constantly complaining about the Horn, AC and Headlamps (High Beam). I have got my car serviced at Harpreet Ford Gurgaon Authorized Service Center (Near Hero Honda Chowk) thrice and reported the above mentioned issues on a regular basis. To the best of my understanding, these are a fundamental check that one needs to perform and should be a part of routine service checks. But unfortunately there has never been a single instance when the issues have been resolved permanently. During my car’s last service I specifically pointed out the mentioned issues that are lingering on since long to the Service Manager and humbly requested him to resolve them once and for all.
                                To my utmost surprise these issues are not resolved and I had to pay for these petty issues to service center when I recently travelled for long distance since I have no other options.
                                 At many occasions while driving with my family I have to stop the car and fix the Horn’s loose connection by myself since I have no other option due to non availability if FORD SERVICE CENTERS in the nearby areas
                                 It is quite humiliating when I travel in my FORD FIGO CAR with my colleagues and the AC stops all of a sudden and we are forced to open the windows and take the dirt that is outside. This is seriously insulting. I had even paid for getting the same checked during my recent outstation trip with my family. I paid from my pocket for service lapse made by Harpreet Ford Gurgaon Authorized Service Center (Near Hero Honda Chowk)
                                 I am really afraid of taking my FORD FIGO CAR to the highways since the Headlamps on high beam don’t work properly
                                I have always been a big fan of FORD CARS and promoted the brand to my family and friends reason which we have around 4 FORD FIGOS and 1 FORD ECOSPORT in the family but due to my bitter experience at FORD SERVICE CENTERS I have seriously stopped giving any feedback of FORD Cars as I don’t want my friends to fall prey to the poor very poor Customer Service.
                                I always pray to LORD ALMIGHTY when my friends, colleagues, relatives travel with me in my FORD FIGO CAR so that they don’t face any issues from the concerns mentioned above.
                                Sir, I sincerely request that this is my dream car which I purchased with my HARD EARNED MONEY and praised about to all known to me. It is a humble request to improve the SERVICE STANDARD since Customer Service is the only way a Brand can improve its image in this competitive market. It is the word of mouth that helps people in INDIA decide on which brand’s car to take. I truly believe being in the Customer Service Industry that we follow the Universal Principle of Customer Service Industry “ONE TIME RESOLUTION” as in my case and of many other esteemed FORD customers it is MISSING COMPLETELY.
                                Even when one pays such HEFTY Servicing charges and experiences such horrifying instances, it is very disheartening to believe that this is being faced from a company like FORD.
                                I would humbly request to please take heed of this matter and take appropriate action to make the lives of your esteemed customers who can drive the brand peacefully.
                                I cannot call myself a HAPPY FORD CUSTOMER.

                                  We bought one Ford Figo Model car No UP14BS 6019 from you in the year 2012 in the name of my daughter Ms Tanvi jain. We have been getting it serviced through company owned service center only, Harpreet Ford Sector 63. We have spent around 2-3 lakhs on spares only in the last 4 years. The car has clocked only 80, 000 Km. We have requested them lot of times to look into the matter but they always ignored it. This goes against your adds in news paper abour profomance of your cars. We request you to look into the matter and give us the relief. we are a middle class family.

                                    Hello,

                                    I had booked a car in lathangi ford on feb.. They said delivery will be in 15 days. Also they took a booking amount of 45k where as other showroom takes 10k. After waiting for a month also they never gave an update about the car status. Eveytime whenever i called them they either disconnected or said they are busy. Then finally i cancelled the order and asked them to refund and emailed them with the receipt. But they said i have to go to showroom and provide them a form. After i reached their showroom they said they had accepted my email and started the process. I had no idea why did they call me to tje showroom then. Anyways they asked me to wait as their MD is outside and only he can sign the cheque. Again i waited for few days and now if i call them they either do nit receive the call or say that they are busy. I am not sure what shall i do to get back the booking amount. I would highly recommend everyone to avoid the showroom.

                                      I have a ecosport 2015 model. i drove it around 35000 km, at this km i suddenly noticed that the engine oil is empty although the car got serviced at 30, 000 km. when i approached the dealer he is saying that the problem is a comman one and a entire lot is having the same problem. so he asked me to only changed the block to which i don;t agree because if at 35, 000 km i had this problem, what is the guarantee of the engine would work fine. beside engine repaired at workshop is not preferred by me as the engine assembled at the plant is entirely a different process. please suggest me what to do/ they have cheated us by selling a manufacturing defect part and now merely by changing the block they want to clear off the thing for the time being. please suggest me what to do?

                                        This is Sravana kumar having car AP28BW6038, which I gave service last month ie., February 2017 they charged 27000/- for servicing after service driving my car clutch system is not working properly. when I contact the ford car service center they said I have to replace the clutch my question is before servicing my car is working but after servicing the clutch is syste is failure. I am thinking they changed my clutch with old one. I am totally dissatisfied for their service and their service is very very bad.
