​I am an unfortunate owner of 2 Ford cars and I am from India​.

This is regarding my Ford Ecosport​ TDci​ bearing VIN MAJAXXMRKAFE34661.

The vehicle was admitted at the ​"​Kairali Ford​"​ ​in ​Kollam​ District of Kerala​ on 17th Feb 2017 for 20, 000KM service. After service they did wheel balancing followed by wheel alignment. But caster was showing "out by +6 degrees and 12 minutes. They tried aligning the wheels after removing the wheels and putting it back. After 11 unsuccessful attempts I insisted them to report the matter to Ford and seek help from factory.

Instead of reporting to Ford, they shifted the car to another Kairali ford service centre in Karikkod (3 -4 KM away and the vehicle has been under service for wheel alignment issue since then. They tried replacing shockabsorber, knuckle and lower arm from another vehcile in the garage in various attempts and tried alignment. But could not suceed in any case. They repeatedly loosened centre link of suspension and tries fixing it (without the help of alignment special tool). After having done these trials for over 20 times in last 4 days, I got fed up and inisited that matter be reported to Ford Hotline. FInally they contacted the Ford Hotline. Today​, the 5th day of torture continued with them repeating the whole process (this time with special tool for photographic evidence). You can witness the whole "thamasha" if you see the CCTV camera footage. 3 times they tries to manipulate the settings inside the software to get the caster and cambar values to desired value. I checked the claibration values inseerted in the software and found their malparctise. ​When asked about it, they verbally abused me and insisted that they wont carry out the repair if I dont walk out of the dealer campus.​ I do not know if this is the way Ford treats customer, but unfortunately it seems so.​

I asked them to show the incident history which they reported to Ford, but they refused. I suspect serious foul play in their conduct. I am waiting for a response from Ford GM-Services (from factory). If I dont receive a response, I am going to take it up at suitable forum including that of all social platforms and I shall not be responsible for the consequences.

Vehicle has been run for 19200KM only and is under 2 years with full warranty till 2019.

    I have booked Ford Ecosport in Dec 2016. It has been 3 months now and I have not received the vehicle yet. Every month the dealer asks for more money than the price given at the time of booking. After receiving the entire payment, they have not given any receipt.
    The escalation was to the corporate office but still they dont resolve the issue.
    This is a sheer case of misleading the customers

      This is to inform to the higher authorities that I have bought a ford figo car on august 2016. the car have completed approximately 5800km. now the rear tire of the car is having likage from the sides I have complaint it to the tire company but they refuses giving the reason that this specific model of the tire doesn't cover the warrenty for defact on the sides of tyre so this is my humble request to the authorities that please take some actions regarding my issue as its not yet been an year and I am suffering various problems due to this so please take certain actions and help me in solving my problem

        I am a ford ecosport user and my car have some problem in air conditioning and i visit 1 show room and they said complaint in AC COMPRESSOR SOLENOID SWITCH, and there is no spare available for this parts
        if change the whole unit this will be very high cost
        so please let me know the proper spare parts is available or not for AC COMPRESSOR SOLENOID SWITCH

          I am having All New Fiesta Petrol Model 11/2011 and regularly being serviced in authorized service centre. The vehicle's VIN MAJ2XXMRJ2BJ81903.
          There is a problem in driving the car, i.e. while shifting to 2nd gear during slowing of the car eg. bump/speed breaker, the engine goes off, although clutch pedal is fully pressed. This creates me scare as there is chance of accident behind or front. The personnel in service centre could not identify the problem and rectify. Pl.advise.

            Dear Sir

            Few days back, I placed my car Ford Fiesta
            at Ford workshop Nowgam Srinagar for repair of
            Front Bumper, a tyre and minor dent on Bonnet and condenser
            which Was damaged due to my vehicle got skidded and hit
            a pole nearby, now they have repaired it and demanding
            Huge 1lac 47 thousand for this repair.
            They are justifing it by saying they have changed head lights, fog lights, side mirror, wind shield and some mechanical
            Parts without my consent.
            I am totally Shocked what to do??

THEY RETURN D VEHICLE IN DUSTY CONDITION .I asked u r service people begged/prayed plz give it clean they refused to do so atleast i begged i have to go my home town bandar nearly 70kms plz atleast clean d wind shield they cleaned only wind shield u again begged and even they aggressively replied its over to u, apart from the above atleast u r failed to first uncleaned condition, second i begged/prayed to plz atleast clean the wind shield & reverse back glass they refused to do so .plz give justice is correct from your people side

                My vehicle no is MH15-CA75 and it's Ford Endeavour. On 1st Feb 2017, I gave my vehicle to Kavish Ford at Powai, Andheri East for normal service like Changing OIL and etc. The service centre took 6-7hours to complete the job and they called me for picking up vehicle. When I went there to pick my vehicle, before I inspected my vehicle, I paid the invoice of 40000Rs however I realized later that, many things were not working such as Vehicle wasn't accelerating, window glass was jammed and noise was from left mirror. I pointed this to service centre and they gave me in writing that it's their fault and they will repair it. On 15th Feb 2017, they gave me vehicle delivery to my office. On inspecting the vehicle, I realized that steering was all blocked. When I called them, they said, it was not functioning well before even. Now when I looked at the invoice which I had paid, I am shocked to know that they charged me for steering and suspension repair (Which was working before even) and now at the time of delivery, It wasn't working. I raised a complaint to Ford. But such kind of service is not acceptible from a reknowned company's service centre. My vehicle's steering is completely jammed. I suggest ford to look into this matter urgently as I am not at all happy with the service. I have all the bills and records which clearly shows that my vehicle was at excellent condition, and not it isn't in working condition after 14-days of service by Ford Team.

                  My name is Dennis Steven Anthony and this email is in regards to the most pathetic and obnoxious experience I have come across with a ford service centre it feels like I made my life's most horrible decision by trusting Ford Service centre are good and I trust me I am very patient person and takes a lot to get me pissed off and with the following events which has happened will make you understand why I have gotten to this situation to send you'll and email, and this is not the end after this I am most definitely putting my worst experience with ford specifically SC ford vasai and their employee's on all social networking sites never the less let me enlighten you'll with the events.

                  on 11th Nov 2016 I had my car(Ford Fiesta) sent to the service centre and I was attended by the service Advisor (Dinesh Jogi) and I explained him precisely that the car was stopping without any reason and he assured me that issue will be resolved they took a few days and quoted and amount of Rs. 28, 502.24 for the total cost of servicing the Technician who worked on were as follows (Mukesh), (Abdul Rehman Sayyed), (Vikrant Patil) now I paid the amount and took the car so there were new front shock absorbers and fully serviced car I went out to the beach with my family and while coming back the car stopped and I mean dead stop firs the thought was the petrol but no it wasn't empty tank but some other issue I had to push the car and mostly had be embarrassed in front of my family and unknown people I called SC Ford no one answered apparently they were done for the day so no one was available so I called a local mechanic and he checked and said that the car was getting overheated so it stopped so asked me to wait and then start once it cools down so I called SC Ford in the morning and asked them to pick the car up and check the driver from SC Ford came took the car started it drove a little far and the car stopped he then called the service centre and spoke to some person there in interim my brother called the complaints team in Chennai and had a word with them I spoke to the so called supervisor (Mr Bernard) from the SC Ford Service Centre in vasai and he said that he might need to tow the car and with such audacity he was asking me to pay for the towing and he said that there was an issue with the engine oil leak and oil pump gasket and fuel rail and fuel pump needed replacement and I had asked not to replace it or change it so apparently I came to the service centre with an issue of the car stopping suddenly and I asked not to take care of the parts which was creating the problem however I replaced the shock absorbers can you imagine a manager putting the blame on the customer for their inefficiency so I still agreed and asked him to take the car because I wanted to get the car fixed because that was more important as I said it was very difficult to get me annoyed so the person took the car and then after checking (Mr. Bernard) Quoted and amount of Rs. 22, 000.00 for changing the parts he did all that and the Service Advisor this time was (Praveen Boricha) this all happened till the month of Dec 2016. as per Mr Bernard after the first Service the second Service is required any time after 3Months or 10000Km whichever comes first now me and my Family went to Nasik and were coming back to Bombay on 30th Jan 2017 and while coming back the car base was brushing on ever speed breaker the steering was not stable and on the western express high way the brake oil pipe started leaking and breaks were not functioning properly.

                  if you imagine on a free way with my entire family how furious I would have been after spending almost more than Rs. 50, 000.00 on the car Servicing and this happening not even 2months after the servicing, I called SC Ford today and spoke to (Mr. Bernard) and he with a shameless attitude is asking me to get the car to the service centre because he cannot send a service advisor or a technician and I am supposed to spend my day and a take a day off work to take the car to them to show them their mistake. eventually he agreed to send some one. and now primarily I need the names listed above in this email to be removed because they don't know what they are doing and putting innocent life's who trusted them in risk and they have the audacity to tell me that in service they will only check issues which will be informed to them nothing will be checked proactively if there is any pipes rusted or if there is any issue which might occur they don't do that. And they sent me an estimate of Rs. 18, 500.00 for the fix now how shamefull is that and they did not even hesitate to send me that and now have sent multiple emails to the customer complaint team of ford and they finally to answered my call and said that has already spoken to my brother and they have informed the dealer to get the brakes done thats it no compensation no actions against the dealership it seems no one is bothered to do anything which way more than disappointing

                  I need some explanation and some concrete action.

                    Purchase New Ford Eco-sport from VGO Ford Faridabad. It Run just only 3000 Km. and its three tyre get defected. Defect is that all three tyre get leakage from side not lower side of tyre. Leakage is very minor cz air leak completly in 4-5 days. When I Complaint they told that it is not manufacturing defect. not ready to change tyre. I am following up from last one month.
                    I Suggest not to by any Ford Car. Its Service very Poor.

                      We had book ford figo aspire at 20 november 2016 and taken the delivery at 5 jan 2017 .but the manfuctaring of the car had done at 2015 they had given uss 1 year old car we sufferd aa great lost from this they are fraud ..now the dealear is not doing any thing and telling us to pay penality to get new model of the carr ..our exprence with ford is really very very bad ..

                          I bought from fortune ford, tolichowki on Nov 14th 2016.
                          I have been observing the Airbags LED from the day 1.
                          As a first car owner, I didn’t know that it should not GLOW .
                          I came to know by Pick up driver that it shouldn’t glow. I have immediately reported the issue the to Tolichowki Service center .

                          They were telling that a cable should replace which cost about 20-40 K Rupees.
                          As a first time car owner, I feel miserable that this cost me and no suggestion whether it is covering in warranty or not.
                          I like FORD brand beside other Indian brands but this hurts me to digest the fact.

                          I need the escalation matrix to escalate this issue.

                          I have surveyed the market and decided to come to FORD brand besides various other INDIAN brands.
                          Even though my friends, colleagues and family members suggested to go for MARUTI, I have chosen the FORD .
                          Please let me caryy the same faith on Ford and let me spread the good word to my friends, colleagues to come to Ford .

                            Cauvery ford people have lost their nuts, these days and the experience is really bad, initially when the car was not having pickup, they told there is a rat bite and I'd to fix it and they charged 2, 800/- and when I got the delivery the speedometer was not working when i asked the service engineering again that guy says it is rat bite, and I've not clue how can this happen within 30 mins of getting the car. And again I'd give it for service the service engineer had billed Rs. 4, 800/- (they say pay by cash only ) and I've no clue for what it was when asked he said rat bite and service charges. But they-they did not charge for the first time. After taking the car for the second time, my car was beautifully working power windows now that doesn't work, and in figo if you go in little speed the car's door get locked automatically, and this also doesn't work. When i asked the service engineer he says battery week/down. I was like completely lost i gave for some reason and something else is happening with these guys. And upon all these the guy who comes to deliver the car demands for tips :(

                              Hi!

                              I am having a Ford Figo-ZXI model which I bought in September, 2012 from Kaikan Ford, Kolkata and I have visited your Howrah workshop on last Tuesday i.e.on 17/01/2017 for routine service and for few repairing works. I asked your workshop In-Charge Mr.Aniruddha to check thoroughly my car and let me know how much I have to pay for this repairing jobs and routine check up, since there was a small dent on the right side two doors also there was few scratches on the left side two doors and on the bonnet.I also asked him to replace the right side looking glass cover and mirror as that was also broken. He has noted all those things and also I told him to polish the car and apart from that whatever routine check up needs to be done like air filter, tire pressures, water level in wiper etc.Finally I asked him that how much I have to pay for all this things also he conveyed me that since there was rust on the right hand door of my car, so I can't claim for insurance.He said that approx Rs.15000/- will be the cost accordingly I was agreed on that part.Then he said that he will be delivering my car on 21/01/2017 and he will intimate me over phone once the things is done. But unfortunately neither I received any call from him till 21/01/2017 evening nor he bothered to pick up my phone. I was very irate and called up your Chetla Service Center then they said that currently the car was at Chetla service centre and they have just done the body works and they also said that I will be getting my car on 23/01/2017. Since I was preoccupied with other important thing on the mentioned date then I asked them to deliver my car at my residence accordingly they were also agreed. Suddenly I got a call from Mr.Aniruddha and he said that I have to pay approx Rs.14000/-naturally I was happy.As per our conversation I received my on 23/01/2017 and I paid Rs.14500/-(Rs.500/- for petrol).Your driver also acknowledged and signed on the bill, as I was in so hurry I didn't even check my car also as it's trusted brand to me. After two days I found that scratches on the left door and on the bonnet was remained same. Even I found that they didn't refill water in wiper also which comes under routine check up. Then I immediately called up Mr.Aniruddha and I was shocked after listening his answer that I have to claim insurance for those works and later on he gave me the number of Mr.Kingshuk of Chetla Service centre. Really I am very dissatisfied with your poor service and your employee's customer commitment level.I have also given my feedback on your poor customer service to your Customer Care Executive as few days back got a call from them.
                              Now you are requested to look into this serious issue and resolve it.

                                As my ford aspire met with an accident on 16th Jan, I took my car to Malayalam ford service centre at Kochi on 17 th... they told we should replace two left side doors. And the insurance company inspected the car and approved for replacement on the next day ., service team told me they will replace as soon as possible as my car is running as a taxi ... now its the 10th day over still they are not yet repaired it, and while contacting them, they are just responding like making the process delay without proper reason... as a taxi I lost these days trips and it will cost around 25000 ... ..as a new ford owner I lost all kind of hope on fortune Malayalam car service ... it's such an dissatisfied and disappointing service I am facing now from them... dear customers please don't purchase cars from Malayalam ford as they are really backward in proper service... hope the higher authorities will help me to get my car repaired soon... totally disappointed

                                I bought ford figo titanium patrol manual option on last october. I bought ford's car with so much expectations. Then for the first service, I took my car to malayalam ford angamaly service center. From there I got very poor service. For my first service, they didn't even washed the underbody. I don't know what they have done there. Now my car's brake disk is rusting. For a new car, I don't know why there is this much rust in my car. Now I really don't know what to do about that. Dear customers, please don't buy car from ford. Even if you are doing that, please don't take your car for service at malayalam ford. You will only waste your time and money by doing that. Hope the higher authorities will see my post rectify my concern. I am totally disappointed.

                                  It is a feb, 2008 ford fiesta zx1, engine no.8b44519, vehicle number up-12q 0033 purchased by sis.
                                  This car was previously serviced at sai ford, bhopal in the month of feb & april. On 25th aug.2016 while driving car started dropping the acceleration and after halt petrol indication was zero and there was no petrol in the tank. However, during drive there was no such indication perchance due to sensor malfunctioning. After filling the petrol continued my drive to office. On return i noticed starting trouble and jerks/ loss of acceleration during drive.
                                  On 26th morning car was handed over for servicing to sai ford and problem was intimated. I was told that it was a major service and vehicle would be delivered on 27th afternoon. As per schedule car was delivered at my office after replacing the battery and full servicing costing 21k. Further they informed that car has completed 1, 00, 000 kms and need engine block replacement costing 60k which appeared completely indigestible.
                                  Surprisingly, i faced identical problem while driving back on 27th evening. Next day it was sunday and i tried to contact the concern service advisor and customer service manager but no one picked up the phone. Yesterday, when the problem was discussed with service centre they told me to deliver the car again for rechecking without standby facility.
                                  This was my 3rd visit at sai ford for servicing in span of seven months which ended up with wastage of time and money because of inferior quality of services and attitude of service provider. To inform you that in past 7 years, i had never faced such poor quality of workman ship from ford authorized service centres. I have already forwarding three service invoices of sai ford for your review.
                                  Kindly arrange necessary corrections as authorized service provider are responsible for developing the image of brand among users.

                                  Comments - this complaint was forwarded more than three times since last year but there is no response from manufacturer side. I have seen many more complaints those were left unsettled by manufacturer cell.
                                  Note:-
                                  This is the kind of after sale services being provided by ford. Customer care/complaint cell appears functional less.
                                  It has been decided not to recommend and purchase this brand in future

                                    I purchased Ford figo new car at your show room (HOWRAH) purchased date:17 June 2015 .

                                    Sir/ mam my new car is full rusted I complain last 4 months ( Oct 15) at your service centre but he is not serious this matter either he says I send mail company but company is not taken any discussion.so what can I do.

                                    Sir/ mam this is not right answer so I send you mail with pictures of car
                                    please see this matter seriously or change the all doors and diki

                                    I hope you take a Quick discussion and replace all rusted doors and diki.

                                      Dear sir/madam

                                      We at talak homes & estates are a customer of ford and a owner of figo car in goa with a good service history since year 2010 with dealer. Our car met with an accident on[protected] due to which the car was in parking area of dealer in verna. Post this the insurance company started the claim settlement process, which took almost 45 days for its survey, formalities & due diligence. Now that the insurance company is ready to settle the claim & salvage buyer who wants to take ownership of car & purchase the vehicle, the dealer is charging us for parking charges with price of rs 18, 000 for 30 days with further price negotiations & discounts.

                                      We are the troubled party who has lost our car & also not responsible for the delay to settle the claim. We also had plans to buy a new car but are unhappy with the ongoing dealer response & service. Please look into the matter

                                        I purched a brand new ford eco sport, from riddhi ford, mohan co-operative area new delhi, on 13 dec. 2016. There was a representative named yash commited false regarding, car cover, perfume etc. But, from the day of purchase he is making me fool continuously, as, "sir, i am coming to you today carrying all accessories etc. Etc." from the date of purchase he is making me fool. Now yash is not receiving my phone. And i have already given a written complaint to the superior of yash his name is rakesh. Matter is not only for car cover< i can purchase that from market only for rupees 1, 000/-. But they are making me fool
                                        Finally i am very disappointed to riddhi ford, and will never advice to anyone to deal with them.
