I have purchased Ford Figo from Noida Form in Dec 2012. After 1 year/11000 KM of run, car started suspension issues. I have raised this in all the services. Please check your records. Since 2 years I am getting jumping rod issue. I visited your service center 4 times for this jumping rod issue. Issue is coming again and again but you people are not fixing it permanently.

I am very frustrated with Ford and specially Noida Ford service.

    My ford ecoboost car (2015 model) got breakdown near Chearthala and Kochi; on the way back to Bangalore from Kollam, Kerala; on 3rd Jan and towed to the nearest Ford service center (Malayalam ford, panangadu, Kochi 682506)and found that one side of the clutch is completely gone and replaced. All services are done ontime at metro Ford st. Marks road, Bangalore. Already a complaint registered against my car and done milage test(at Metro Ford, No.63 St. Marks Road, Bangalore 560001) and dected the issue is with clutch and breakdown happened in between.

    The defective clutch is with me (pictures available with service engineer midhun, i am having the replaced cluch for avidence)and found that it is a manufacturing defect. The service centre folks dont have any answer since the clutch replacement on a ecoboost vehicle is the first time and the total driven is only 16K kms. The one side of the clutch is completely gone and impossible with driving, that too clutch usage is negligible since 14K+ kms driven in highway. Even though it is manufacturing defect, service center folks are not ready to raise the complaint and clutch replacement didn't reduce a single penny even on my ford extended warranty period. I also took 5 days (2/1/2017 - 7/1/2017) for the repair.

    The vin number is MAJAXXMRKAFE29202.

    As per ford delears the ford won't manufacture a clutch which will run only 16000 KMs. The brand new car clutch will last for 40000 KMs even on half clutch drive inside city or a lady driver.

    The ford customer complain(concern number is[protected]was also closed without contacting me and mentioned as no answer from me. The Metro ford, palace road, bangalore detected the cluch issue after the official milage test.

    The manufaturing defect iteams should be replaced by the company. If the ford claims that they produce low quality stuffs like this, then there should be some automobile experts to detect the root cause. But still they mention as SERVICE center & customer RELATIONS.

    Hope I am will get a possitive response.

    Dear Sir, I request you to please open a service station in Bargarh District .Because in Rourkela branch the service is very poor and so distance from bargarh. In Sambalpur branch some parts are not in stock so also we faces so many problem while driving.

        Ford Figo Titanium bought in Jan 2016 was taken for Servicing.
        On delivery, it was shocking to see that the car was neither cleaned inside or outside. If this is the state why the company has to schedule servicing? Sai Agency, Bhopal, MP is a huge failure in all perspectives! This agency is an embarrassment to Ford aspirants.
        Even tax charges are appearing to be not genuine; it is quite apparent that any amount is added into the bill. What confidence one can have in your system or servicing modalities?

          Sir i have ford ecosport titaniam desal no up 78 dm 5761 wich i purchased from sumpan foard swaroop nagar kanpur i went for some repair work on 11 jan 17 and they said come tomarrow on 12 i decaide that i went for full service i choose pic and droop servish and on 14 they said i pic yr car but till 1 pm i make 7 call on [protected] they tell each time driver is comeing but no one come last call on no [protected] that ladey missbehave me havely and give challege to me do u watever u can do i make a complaint to workshoap managaer chandan no [protected] but he also not take any action so kindly provide me accestance wat shuld i do how i servsh my car

            I had been running from pillar to post for the issue which stands unresolved. my car is at noida ford dealer place since oct 28, 2016 and has not been rectified so far. i had asked ford to ratify my estimate as given by service partner which has also not been done. the parts are being sold at 3-10 times of the cost being sold in other countries.
            i can share the data if need be. the cost at which the engine or transmission parts are being exported from chennai port to other countries is abysmally low. while the same part being sold in indian market at 10 times the cost of at which it is being exported. in other countries, like in which i live uae it is still cheaper. do you think it is justifiable cost?
            i think the company is interested to sell in bulk to foreign countries customers rather than indians. the company is squeezing citizens to shell out more money.

            moreover, the dealer is harassing that if i will not pay him advance 50% of estimate he will not service the car. i have never made 50% advance payment in my life for getting the car serviced. he is also claiming a charge of inr 500 per day over me till the time it is serviced and claims no responsibility of car as he has parked the car outside his premises. this is total hooliganism and clear harassment and nobody in ford company cares about it.

            the ford local team is least bothered and has not intervened nor ratified this huge cost of servicing.

            the contact details of local ford team is also not being shared by service partner.

            please help me to get some number so that i can talk and understand the validity of charges as mailed me by your channel partner.

            the companies email addresses such as [protected]@indiaassistance.in which is visible on the website doesnot works. the local branch telephone instrument installed at office also does not work properly and has not been repaired for the past many months as they donot want customers calling on thier office lines.

            whosoever, wants to understand about actual transmission parts cost of ford figo, please feel free to write to me i will give you the correct price not the 10 times expanded cost from ford channel partner or ford india motors. please write to me at the following email address. i will email you the total cost.

              I am a person who had plans to purchase a ford vehicle and the dealing and interaction from FORD Malayalam in Kerala was so poor with no responsible management that I had to cancel a booked vehicle. In short i would say that you can not trust this company. The moment that company received the payment, they started making excuses and the attitude changes. Then the sales team considers that their task of trading a customer is done with. It was a total wast of time and efforts. Never trust Malayalam FORD in kerala.

                I have a lot of only negative experience. I changed fuel injectors first and after few months facing another problem in gear box.
                Because of this, i cant apply gears like 1st, 2nd and 3rd gear in smooth way. As consulted with service center, first they changed clutch mc but still facing same problem after test drive.
                Now they are suggesting us there might some problem in gear box and it may take expense from 30k to 50k.

                Very very disappointed. This car is not suitable for indian roads.

                Please dont buy ford cars!!!

                  Hi friends this is pravar from bhopal madhya pradesh ph [protected].
                  I have ford figo 2011 model.
                  Engine gets off while in running condition. (Imagine how risky it is to drive with family).
                  For 1st 3 years in which warranty was covered, several times i went with the complaint and ford dealers in guwahati assam (Himmat singh ka ford) and bhopal madhya pradesh (Sai ford) said that they will connect laptop and problem will be resolved.
                  But nothing got solved and now when the warranty is over sai ford bhopal madhya pradesh said that fuel injectors are to be rectified for rs. 32000.
                  I have most of the jobcards with me and if i dont get justice for this i may go further for help.

Gl 52941 from your company (Showroom at balarampur, berhampore, murshidabad) and the registration date 5th oct. 2016. Car no. Wb 58al 0888.
                    On 1st january 2017, driver move the car from garrage and the left side tie rod connecting broken and crashed the car to a boundary wall and car was not fit for run.

                      Myself Satinder Kumar, earlier owned Ford Figo and after successful Ford Figo experience, I decided to go ahead with Ford new car Figo Aspire instead of my brother's suggestion for Hyundai i20 and another brother's suggestion for Maruti cars owned by two different family members.

                      Regardless of every family member's suggestion, I decided to go ahead with Ford Figo Aspire, bought on October 3, 2016. This is to further state that I noticed disturbing noise while driving from tyres.

                      I went to Saluja Ford next day and brought it in their attention about the same car having noise while driving from tyres. They told me to drive it little bit some 2000 KM as this car is April manfacturing and maybe the car tyre's have hardened. I did the same but when the problem did not solve, I again went to Saluja Ford. They changed the tyres to see if the noise still comes, and after changing tyres, there was no noise at all. Then, they called the person from Goodyear of which my car having tyres. Goodyear personnel said Rs. 3600 will be charged for changing tyres and then there will be no noise for which I talked to Saluja Ford company GM. There Saluja Ford GM behaved very pathetically I never expected they behave in such a bad way with such an old customer. I took my car back and after few hours same day, they send me apology letter for bad behavior. The service manager called me to take my car back to agency and they will change the tyres.

                      After that, they kept the car in agency for 2 days and told me someone from Ford India will come for inspection of car. I got a call from someone named Rajeev from Ford India. He inspected the problem and told me this noise will keep coming from tyres.

                      I would like to hereby bring in your kind notice that one of my colleague got the same model Ford Figo Aspire Trend and he is not having any sound from his tyres whatsoever.

                      This is to further state that Mr. Rajeev from Ford Figo told me that there will be a noise in all Ford Figo Aspire Trend models and models above Trend will have no noise.

                      If it is so, then why my colleague who is having same model does not have any noise whatsoever in his car just run only 19000 km. Why there was no noise when Saluja Ford changed my car tyres just to check the problem which I raised there. Why did they tell me to drive car for 2500 km and after driving 2500 km, they again told me to drive 10, 000 km and after driving 10, 000 KM, the person from Goodyear told me to pay 3600 and car tyres will be changed and there will be no noise in the car after that.

                      I would like to state here that Rajeev said there will be a noise in car from tyres meanwhile there is no noise in car of my colleague having same model.

                      I would like to add here that Saluja Ford misguided me and also gave me April manufactured car in October and when I went for registration, there I found August September manufactured car same model same color.

                      I went to buy Ford Ecosport but Saluja Ford salesman suggested Ford Figo Aspire counting its benefit and told me this car is really good and you will have wonderful experience.

                      I would like to state that Saluja Ford totally misguided and did not take my complaint seriously. Beside that, they have no manners to behave with customers. They need to have some etiquette to deal with customers.

                      Further to add, I had noise in my car tyres of which I brought in Saluja Ford attention and they told me to drive few kilometers, this problem will solve which did not and asked me to pay 3600 and they will change the tyres and then there will be no noise.

                      Why I should pay 3600 when I very second day raised the complaint. How can Saluja Ford personnel can misbehave with me and ask me to pay. I am also having worries they do not attend customer properly, they are going to misbehave again and would not take my car service properly if I go to Saluja Ford for my car service. Should I go to some other agency for car service or I get my car service done someone from outside.

                      Please look into the complaint and change my car tyres without any charges. I have raised the complaint very next day of purchasing. Please also tell them how to behave with customers so that no other customer faces misbehave.

                      I look forward for your kind attention on this issue ASAP.

                        My echosports car is laying in your dealer outlet at Sivasagar, Assam, India. having problem in warranty claim.my car met a problem and informed your nearest dealer and they changed the turbo .after 50km test drive we took the car but same day while we were on the way to home the car got sound in engine and the exselatar didn't work .as soon as we informed the dealer they took it to Sivasagar and referred it to Jorhat but they are asking to pay extra charge for the pulling vehicle as we know Ford has RSA facilities so kindly shootout the matter soon. We are not getting any response from your customer care no.
                        please give us a early solution. My car no As04N/6006.

                          I met with an accident on 25th Nov 2016. Actually a vehicle coming from wrong side on sharp turn that's why I couldn't balance my car and collide with vehicle coming from front caused major damage on engine side. On 28th Nov 2016 I given my car at Sai sakashi ford wakad pune for repairing. I have been assigned engineer Devashish and he told me that as this is major damage so it will take at least a week to evaluate repairing cost. After that he will work with insurance person and deliver my car in a month. Now its almost one month to go and he even not touched my car. During this one month period he has also given several false commitments to me and also misguided me to go for total loss for you car. He even not picked my phone several times. When yesterday (27th Dec 2016) I visited Sai sakshi ford for update on my car service manager told me he will take serious action against Devashish and assured me that he will repair my car soon. Immediate next day (28th Dec 2016) I got a call from sai sakashi ford that my car can't be repairable within my insurance IDV and it will go for total loss and I have to pay sai sakshi for to amount 10000/ for evaluation of repairing cost as well additional parking charge 300/ per day.

                          Due you think this behavior is really ethical and compile with ford policy ?

                          If total loss was the case then why they have not done the repairing cost evaluation on given time (1 week)? why they have kept my car for 1 month. It clearly indicate that they are trying to make only money by making their customer fool.

                          As of now I have not paid anything to them and not even going to pay a single rupee.

                          There is lots o[censored]nwillingness I personally feel from Sai sakashi ford and specially from engineer Devashish.

                          Its a kind request to Ford India take my query on priority and take corrective action against sai sakshi ford and engineer Devashish so this will not happen in future and no more customer suffer like me.

                          This a trust on ford that's why I am again planing to buy only a new ford car even this happen with me.

                          Hope you will understand my issue and take action proper action.

                            Dear Ford Officials
                            This is a utter sadness that how Harpreet Ford, Gurgaon is looting the customers in service bills. Seems the worst hit is Harpreet Ford Company in this demonetisation & they have found the way to fool honest & loyal customers of Ford Brand.

                            My Ford Endeavour HR26 BM 9024 went for service on 09th Dec 2016 for routine service at 80000 kms & they insisted me get dry cleaning & misc services done to ensure they get good business. I agreed & asked them to do same. On the committed delivery schedule I reached at service centre post there phone call & they were yet do complete dry cleaning. I waited on gate for an hour & took the half done car as they said its there closing time. The issue of wheel alignment & requirement of back light was still open for unavailability of parts reasons.
                            Post the feedback call where I rated my experience the Harpreet Ford guys gave me a call & asked to bring the vehicle back & promised a good service. Yes they dry cleaned it well this time & I asked that wheel alignment issue has been road tested or not. They said yes & I took the car delivery.
                            The very next day the car stopped in my parking & while switching it on it went bad. I called them up & post a struggle to get through the right person finally some engineer visited next day in evening & said that battery has gone down. I am surprised that how could after a complete health check & re check of vehicle the battery can go down in a day that too when we got it replaced at 53000 kms. Anyways we had no option but to get the new battery installed by paying them there desired fee.
                            All happened & next day when I started my vehicle I saw a yellow light in engine when I called them about issue they again asked us to visit service centre. Post wasting our 4 hours they said to leave the vehicle. I had all my trust in Ford Brand since I bought my favourite car but with horrible experience today when some engineer called me & said that now we need to pay some 25000 more to repair some valve etc . I literally felt that I am on a doctors table with my heart open & he is demanding money to stitch it back. This is simply ridiculous & bad . I was planning to buy new Ford as I was happy driving it for last 5 years but with such bad team at ground I will never recommend anyone nor endorse Ford.

                            Do understand that a loyal customer when goes bad can be as bad as you can't even imagine. I am really disappointed & appreciate my message reaches right set of people who can intervene before I take you guys to legal.

                              We purchased ford endeavour from mathura road outlet, this is the first and the last time we are taking for car. everything was good till we took the car from the showroom but after that nobody bothered to help us, nobody updated us about the permanent number. we wanted a specific number but never received it and after few weeks we received a call saying that they are giving us some other random number and because of this there will be mismatch in the series of number of cars in our home. only once we received the call from the supervisor as to ask why we are not accepting the number and then he never bothered to get back to us. they do not know how to behave with the customers.

I have received a mail from Ford India regarding a clerical issue for my EcoSport and they have given me an impractical time line (30-45 days) to resolve the issue. I think that it takes a minute to make a mistake but to resolve the issue, it takes 30-45 days? Very bad!!

                                I brought Ford Figo diesel car top model in October 2011, car was in good condition with good mileage as well but suddenly since yesterday I am facing issue with car jerking and information icon blinking with yellow indicator below kms display.
                                I contacted Ford service center where they have detected the problem with fuel indicator which cost 18000.rs..

                                Please suggest me what should be done. I can see lot of complaints in this regards and if ford company is not fitting good condition parts during manufacturing it is really a very big issue..

                                  We have complain several times to kaikan form for body rusting, but they not listen about the rusting problem, now the car is full of rust and holes are seeing in car due to rust, so i request you to kindly arrange to take up the matter with kaikan ford and do the needful immediately.

                                  The distributor, Harry Ford Trivandrum, said that the warranty is not covering the tyres. So we want to pay for getting it replaced. For one tyre, we are paying over 3000Rs and what surety do we have regarding the quality of the tyre. The tyre manufacturer is MRF. If this issue is not solved, we will be forced to approach Consumer court.

                                    I have purchased Ford Aspire Petrol in June 2016. So far the vehicle has used to run below 3000Kms only. Some times during driving, to control the speed of vehicle, we have to apply break and clutch together slightly. When applying clutch and break together slightly, the break pedal becomes stagnant and the vehicle will run without break. If we release the break pedal and apply again, it will work. The service personnel at Kottayam, Kerala has checked the vehicle and told that this is happening because the fluid for break and clutch is coming from the same container. From this it is understood that the problem is a technical problem or manufacturing defect. Since it is a serious issue and the consequences may be severe, I am not confident to ride my vehicle at present. It is shocking such a complaint from the reputed firm like Ford. So your immediate remedial measures in this matter is expecting. Hope the Ford will keep their dignity.

                                        I have purchased a ford figo on 24/9/2016 from M/s.Kairali ford, Trivandrum, Kerala bearing chassis no. MAJGXXMTKGGD06302 and Engine NO.GD06302, Petrol.The problem is faulty in fuel level indicator . I have observed that in the morning when we start the start the vehicle first time the fuel gauge shown almost full even though the actual fuel qty. is less may be 5 or six ltrs .Three times the vehicle was taken for rectifying the problem, but the still the problem is continuing. Now i feel that my vehicle selection is wrong . I have used many many cars, now i feel that I am mistaken. I believe in the brand name, that is the only mistake.
