1. I bought figo aspire on 19th nov 2015. And since last 1 month it is having problem in pickups. Today 23rd august 2016 in has only ran 1410kms and not even a year it is having problem with the engine. I am very disappointed.

2. So, i scheduled booking at dehradun bhagat ford for 23rd aug 11am. I came here and they send me to customers service department to mr. Bhupendar. This person didn't help me out in any thing. I was talking to him and he was just ignoring. I waited for 1 hr then some other guy listened me and helped me. Now its been 3 hrs and they have not started doing any thing in the car. I am very disappointed with the service provided by bhagat ford dehradun especially mr bhupendar. He was dealing with his own special customers who came after us. And ignoring us. Even after doing the booking they are behaving like this.

    I bought my ford figo aspire in sept 2015. Since first servicing, i have noticed the problem with the vehicle. It is jerking/vibrating (Engine not firing) after 60kmph speed. This is ongoing.
    After couple of months they said this is the software problem and reinstalled software but again the problem started after one month..

    I need a permanent fix for this..

      Since last one year, i have faced challenges with my ford figo titanium deisel variant. It is a nov, 2010 model which has been driven for around 93, 000 kms so far.

      In the last one year, if i just calculate with the amount of services and repairs that have been done on this car (Excluding the amount spent on the damages or something else) it will come close enough to 1 lakh.

      I think a car which has not been driven so far for about a lakh kms, and i have to spend that much if amount on this car, its completely undigestable.

      Talking about this month only, i've spent 45000 rs. As the adviser from the service center has said that the shaft and few more parts of the engine head needs to be changed.

      How can i buy this thing, if engines head has been opened up, n mechanics have worked on it, still in just 3 days after all repairs has been done, my car again left me stranded on road without any response from engine.

      When i took it back to the "harpreet ford" service center, they are now suggesting to change the whole engine which will cost me for about 1.60 lakhs.

      I am completely confused in this scenario as if the engine has been opened up, why this thing has not been brought to me at that time, they have made me pay 45, 000 and now they want another 1.6 lakhs to change the engine.

      I am a service man, and its something completely out of my pocket.

      Even before this, i have made the repairs for engine and other related parts and have almost spent around 1 lakh on its repair and maintainance i just cannot afford to spend another penny on this car.

      Please look upon to this scenario.

        Hello Ford Team,

        Thanks for the reply !

        I visited the dealer Cauvery Ford, Shimoga on 20.08.2016 for further enquiry about the premature failure of injectors and the details are as under...

        1. Car serviced on 09.06.2016, and they charged Rs.16256.00 for spares & service charges.

        But, the performance of injectors / engine not checked during the general regular service as the IDS connector was not available with the dealer at the time of service. Still the dealer serviced & delivered the car without diagnosing the injector / engine performance.

        2. We observed noise from engine on 15.08.2016 and pledged the car to the dealer on 16.08.2016.

        They insisted us to change two injectors for the reason of faulty functioning.

        As the car was critically required for us for our day to day activity, we agreed to for changing of injectors at that time without knowing the reason.

        And the dealer changed two injectors, without any in depth expert analysis of faulty injectors and they charged Rs.34460.00 on 16.08.2016.

        On further investigation, the dealer said, the reason for Mal-functioning of injectors is Poor Quality of Fuel.

        This reason is not acceptable to us, as the dealer quoted above reason without any analysis and it was a vague reply.

        If the reason is quality of fuel, dealer have to furnish analysis & validation report.

        Ridiculously, the dealer connected IDS before assy of new injectors, but not analyzed the performance of injectors after fitting of new injectors. ( no back up available with dealer )

        From the review of other customers we learnt that, fuel injectors fitted to car manufactured during 2011 & 2012 are the faulty injectors ( poor quality ).

        Also, expertise & skill level of service crew is not upto the requirement with this dealer.

        Hence, we are requesting Ford to arrange for re-reimbursement of the amount Rs.34460.00 we incurred for replacement of two injectors, as the reason quoted by the dealer was baseless and without any analysis proof and the dealer is not expert enough to service the car.

        Also, if Ford already aware that, injectors fitted to this car are faulty ( 2011 & 2012 ), pl. arrange to replace remaining two injectors free of cost immediately.

        Failing to above requests, Ford has to explain the reasons why we should not file a suit in consumer court as per the law to claim the compensation.

        Also pl. forward me the customer satisfaction format for rating this dealer.

        Looking for immediate reply from Team Ford.

          Vehcle no. Ar-11-1304 ford endeavour. Date of submit 09/06/2016 and date of delivery 18/08/2016. As per our advice the work properly not done after 2month 9 days, biling amount of said vehicle not satisfactory as work done a sum of rs.1, 94, 000.00 only. The staffs of ti ford guwahati behaviour is not satisfactory. Kindly review all bills work done.

            Sir i buy a ford figo diesel from ti ford guwahati, but now got starting problem in this car and done servicing in chakrapani ford, jorhat assam. The problem is gone but the car is not drive to smooth and poor pick up after servicing. Service adviser said low pic up may be reason for fuel injector. Now the car is in pre owned dealer warrenty but they unable to tell me what parts are will cover under this warrenty. I really confused. Can u inform me about this policy in details. The dealer has worst about customer satisfaction they dont given any interest about my warrenty.

              I buy new ecosport trend+ diesel chassis no. Majaxxmrkagk from bhagat ford, bathinda ab motors pvt. Ltd. On dated 8 july 2016 and i buy fancy no pb 04 0123
              They forc me the registration will apply through our agency and they give me provisional registration certificatewhich is valid only for one month l. After month when i asked about registration certificate they give me lame excuse ita under process later 6/8/10 they told me we can't apply fancy no. You have apply for for it. As per rule they have rights to prevesional registration when i got my doecument after 35 day dto fined me ₹700 late fees after that police harrased me due to incomplete documentation till now after 45 days i could't get my rc manger blamed to accountant hold it or forgot to deliver ahead. I am not satisfied with your services.

                This is serious issue, we own a ford ecosport trend 2016, registered in name of joy thomas, purchased from malayalam ford cochin on april 2016 got break down at cochin international airport entrance today around 5 pm india time. The vehicle's engine switched off suddenly and didn't start after several times attempt by the driver and the technician from edapally service center. Finally recovery van came up on request took the vehicle. We as the owner of the vehicle are concerned about our big money spend to buy this new ford vehicle. Really we are unsatisfied about this vehicle and lost our trust on ford brand. Kindly consider this issue and please do the necessary steps at the earliest. I believe as a reputed company you will value our time and money. We demand a sudden and favorable action from you so that we shouldn't loose our money.

                  Hi,

                  I got delivery of ford figo aspire trend mt on 4th august 2016 (
                  Car engine: gk00849, chasis no: majzxxmtkzgk00849.), where i have paid a invoice amount of rs. 6, 12, 722. but, as of today, i can see that the prices of the same model has got slashed by rs. 80, 000 - rs. 90, 000. meaning my car has got depreciated by a almost 20% in price. is it fair?

                  How could you do this for the customers? who trusted you and spend money on making there first car purchase.

                  I would take this as cheating from ford. i need a explanation from ford on this issue. let me know how can ford compensate me on this issue.

                    My car ford figo is not working. It is showing all indication while at running on road n suddenly stop in the middle of road yesterday evening i.e., 16august 2016.
                    After this not start at self. But after 15-20 minutes get start but still all indications were blinking. Car accept no acceleration n moves very slowly like ant. Hardly i arrange to push the car to my home. I ask customer care for road side assist n they confirm for morning for arrival of technician. Car start in morning but not move. Technician moves to his office and recommended that he is responsible for car start not movement or running.
                    I sent this car for service on 06th august2016 n receive car on 09th august2016. After 40km car was stop working than we arrange to send the car to workshop. I receive the car on 13th august2016 and confirmation with no defect found.

                    Main problem:-
                    Car not working n shows all indications.
                    Car stops suddenly after start blinking's of signals around meter.

                    Only resetting of programme PCM is done.
                    Today car will be deliver at my working place for trial.
                    This is related to safety issue. While we are driving a car & suddenly it gets stops than car behind may hit the same & do accidents.

                      My car was services last month at noida ford, sector 63 noida. I was told it was a major service and then later i was called and told that the v belt was worn out. When asked about the life of the belt, i was answered that there is no much life to the ford parts. Anyways i got it replaced and the total cost of servicing was about 25000 inr, which according to me is a huge amount considering the cost of the car and for a service request with normal complaints as pick up and engine noise etc. Once the car was delivered, i had to take it back to them the next day as there was still so much of engine noise, and the steering wheel alignment was totally out. Which means no testing done from their end post servicing. The adviser kept on denying but finally accepted and fixed it. After couple of days i again had to take my car back to service center as there was a strange noise coming out of the engine. There was nothing done and the response i got was strange-
                      "this is a problem with all cars, this cannot be fixed". I am driving this vehicle for past 4 years and this was the first time i came across this noise. How do i believe it is something that ford needs to fix in their design.
                      Finally nothing was done and i am still driving the car with that strange noise, no pick up, poor mileage after paying 25000 for service. Details below

                        Just wanted to share the terrible experience i had gone through at kairaly
                        Ford cheranallur branch. Am not sure if its an odd example, or you are
                        Receiving complaints from many of those who ever been a customer of yours.
                        Also i have not much hope that i will get any satisfactory action from your
                        Ide.

                        Coming to the issue.
                        I had purchased a 2009 model car from your cheranellur branch on
                        July 22nd. The sales representative (If i remember correctly, his name is
                        Antony) told me that its ran only 54000 kms, and showed me the odometer. It
                        Took me a few days to realize that the they had set the settings to display
                        It in miles. So actually the distance was 87000 kms approx. I took the
                        Vehicle to the branch and demanded my money refund, but the sales
                        Representatives were like it was 54000kms only, and i might have ran
                        33000kms (In just 3 weeks, out of which 2 weeks the vehicle was in
                        Workshop.. Interesting, isn't it?).

                        After a lot of talking he gave me your kerala sales head's number (Not
                        Exactly sure if he is really the kerala sales head, thanks to his way of
                        Communication. They told his name is santhosh, his mob# is [protected]), and
                        The response wasn't any better.
                        I am damn sure everyone there were really convinced that the mistake (Or
                        Fraud, am not sure though) is from the sales representative side, but they
                        Are not at all ready to accept it.
                        The only reason i sold my existing car and bought a new one is that it
                        Crossed 100000 kms, but became stupid enough to buy another one which is
                        Almost 90000 kms.
                        I am really curious to know whether this terrible misbehavior (*or fraud???*)


                        Is specific to cheranallur branch or it is your company policy.
                        I am really eager to know your response on what was happened to me.
                        Call me, in case you are taking your customer complaints with any seriousness.

                            I am venkata subramaniam k from chennai.

                            On 25/03/2016 my car (Ford fiesta) met with a head on collision due to a guy who drove on the wrong side of the road. Luckily i was alive, thanks to my air bag and seat belt which saved my life. A case was filed against the guy who drove on the wrong side of the road and unfortunately this guy had an expired car insurance. Hence i had to use my insurance for the repair.

                            After the formalities of fir etc., i gave my car at hans ford iyyapanthangal on 25/03/16. On 28/03/16 hans ford gave an estimation of rs.2.78 lakh. The body shop manager mrs. Subulakhshmi was the contact person for us. She said the cost of original ford fiesta sxi model dashboard fitted with 2 air bags costs us rs.1.17 lakh and if we agree for ford aspire plastic dashboard, the cost of rs.97, 000.00/- will come down from the estimation since it costs only rs.20, 000.00/-. She said this is no different from original dashboard and will look perfectly fine therefore we happily agreed for the aspire dashboard in order to bring down the estimation cost to rs.1.81 lakh.

                            She called us one day and demanded rs.1, 00, 000.00/- as an advance to start the work. We were shocked at first because they were the ford dealer but without starting the work they wanted money like a road side shop to buy the parts. During this time, we had also submitted our insurance formalities to them and still they wanted money without starting the work. With great resistance we negotiated and paid rs.50, 000.00/- towards advance and obtained a receipt on it as well.

                            After regular follow ups and their several falls promises on delivery dates finally on 25/07/16 we were told that all repairs were carried out and the car is ready for a test drive before final fittings. We went and did the test drive and also informed the defects found. It was recorded on a paper by the service manager. During this four-month period we were always told that one or the other part was yet to be delivered and they had ordered for it, further the body shop manager also said that they will check for parts only when the assembly is done and then they will order the parts and it will take a minimum of a week or two to get them delivered to chennai. I have few questions here for ford, why don’t a great company like ford have an inventory management system and proper engineer to say what all are the parts required for the assembly and order them to together? Why is it every time one has to assemble and then realize that a part had to be ordered in order to complete the assembly? Ford also claims service promises through advertisement but why can’t have the dealers promise on a delivery date? Why is it so difficult for the ford to estimate a correct delivery date? Is it due to lack of proper engineers or lack of management in estimating a delivery?

                            Later, we were informed that the total cost of repair was rs.4, 00, 000.00/-. It was a great shock to us because we had bought the top end car for rs.8, 50, 000.00/- in 2009 and now just the front parts of the car with any major part like the engine costed us nearly half the price of the car. Normally, anywhere the cost difference between the actual and estimated will be more or less 10% - 30% maximum. Where as in hans ford the difference between actual and estimated was more than 100%.

                            Since the car was purchased on aug 2009 on insurance co. M/s bajaj alliance settled the liability of rs.2.33 lakh and the remaining amount of rs.1.76 lakh was asked to pay to hansford. The car was promised to deliver on 30/07/2016 after fixing the complaints made on the test run and is yet to be delivered to us. The painful part is they hold our car for repair for almost half the year and no replacement car was also offered for us to be used during this period. I would have spent more than rs.70.000.00/- on cabs during this period because of falls promises and dishonoring of delivery dates by hans ford. They completely lack empathy and cannot estimate or honor the delivery date. Though we have taken up this issue with ford customer care the ultimate result is only favoring their dealer hans ford. According to us ford does not care about their customer and do not have qualified staffs to deal with the customer vehicle. I would have had a better experience with a road side shop.

                            Thanking the president of ford for taking time to read our complaint. Hope we get a better justice here.

It was a great shock to us because we had bought the top end car for rs.8, 50, 000.00/- in 2009 and now just the front parts of the car with any major part like the engine costed us nearly half the price of the car. Normally, anywhere the cost difference between the actual and estimated will be more or less 10% - 30% maximum. Where as in hans ford the difference between actual and estimated was more than 100%.

                            Since the car was purchased on aug 2009 on insurance co. M/s bajaj alliance settled the liability of rs.2.33 lakh and the remaining amount of rs.1.76 lakh was asked to pay to hansford. The car was promised to deliver on 30/07/2016 after fixing the complaints made on the test run and is yet to be delivered to us (Today, 15/08/21016).

                            The painful part is they hold our car for repair for almost half the year and no replacement car was also offered for us to be used during this period. We would have spent more than 70.000.00/- on cabs during this period because of falls promises and dishonoring of delivery dates by hans ford.

                            We feel that ford completely lack empathy and cannot estimate or honor the delivery date. Though we have taken up this issue with ford customer care the ultimate result is only favoring their dealer hans ford. According to us ford does not care about their customer and do not have qualified staffs to deal with the customer vehicle. I would have had a better experience with a road side shop.

                            Nobody, from Ford India Contacted me regarding this issue and my car is neither fixed nor delivered to me.

                            I was called for a delivery on 23rd Aug and my car was worst in condition and it was really awful to look at. I don't know how a sane person or an organisation can deliver a car in such a condition. For all the advertisement on the services you make to cheat the people the output reflects the quality. I had made a written complaint to fix 18 issues now.                             I clearly understand that my car had met with an accident but my interiors where never dirty like this and the un-fixed parts are a disgrace and just reflects the face of your customer care and services. As of today 3rd Sept I have not got my car delivered yet. When called today they say that they are unable to find the GPS device and the knob of my music system.

                            I am really scared what other parts are missing from my car now for all the careless people you have in your organisation. I demand an explanation and also a compensation for my days without the car which you are failing to deliver me.

                              With due respect i am forced to write you this mail. As a customer of your vehicle model ford eco sport
                              Purchased on 08/04/2016 from sarthi wheels (India) pvt. Ltd. Anand. Below problems i faced within the
                              4 months and its much much problematic for me :

                              1. Wiper spray is not working
                              2. Fr rh side power window not work properly
                              3. Fr left hand side vehicle jerk
                              Now come to the point and that when i went for 2nd service i was forced to pay rs.1800 for motor of spray
                              Than negotiate at 50%, i was socked to hear as we never thought that a brand name works like this type.
                              Finally i paid 50% to change the motor of wiper spray. Invoice no. Crbng0108200
                              Although my next two problems are still laying and i am completely helpless. You have a good name in the motor
                              Vehicle industry and these issue mean us and as well as you. I feel ditched and waste of my money too. Problems are in product
                              And suffering we are. Strongly look in this matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible or i will be forced to take other option to take it

                                They don't have any commitment of delevery
                                They don't have demo vech
                                I went 2 wice there but there was no vech available to show

                                What is this happening to ford... Ford is know for service and commitment i hope!!
                                Now they r asking for extra price..
                                Are we fool who is waiting for car from last one month and now pay extra also
                                Pls look at this matter urgent and get vech at same price and urgent

                                  I own a ford fiesta classic model car, newly bought on 30th april 2011. I have used this car in a few cities i happened to work in in the last 5 years; i have always used the services of authorised service centres in all these cities i was in.

                                  Unfortunately, ford, one if the largest global mfrs, doesn't even have created a software to keep track of details services provided across their service centres - even within a city! That's a pity, given that even small gadget mfrs have this service details for their customers; and their main competition maruti and hyundai (My first hand experience) are way ahead in this and many other aspects of after-sales service. This doesn't help proper valuvation of the car when one wants to sell his ford serviced thru their service centres - an unnecessary loss to ford buyers.

                                  Ford doesn't have on-road service, they don't have towing facility for their cars beyond first level warranty period, etc. Adding to the woes of ford buyers.

                                  It's surprising that ford's attitude towards this has not improved in spite of being the very first multi national car mfr in india, being a mfr with experience of customer service expectations in western countries where it is lots bigger!

                                  Either ford is taking indian customers for granted or they are giving up - neither of which should be ignored by potential car buyers.

                                    My vehicle dl12cb[protected] model) ecosports ecoboost 1.0 petrol titanium (O). It was broken down and failed to start on 7 th aug 2016. When i towed that car to gautam budh ford noida they said your battrey is dead. When i said it is new car (Only 11000 kms run), they said it is not in warranty u have change to new battery.
                                    How can battery be completely dead in 2.3 years (Only 11000 kms run)? It can be possible only if either battery was old or some manufacturing defects.
                                    No body communicated me regarding extended warranty when i purchased the same.
                                    Even during 1 and 2 services check no body complained about battery. Checks were ok as per invoice.
                                    New battery cost is 3500 rs (After - 500 for butback). I have never visited any other place except of gautam budh ford for any services or repair. Even some time i have doubt that they may have changed the battery (Not sure) during services. They do work in complete secrecy they share nothing. When they were checking my dead battery like gravity, voltage etc they didn’t share anything. They talked in close room and they said it is dead. Even no manufacturing year or serial number of battery was mentioned on invoice.

                                    Being salaried class it is difficult to maintain such a high maintenance car
                                    Pl look into matter and please compensate the charges of towing (1400 rs), battery (Rs 3500) etc. I can show all invoices to ford representative.
                                    Pl reply such that i can share some good experience with ford.

                                      I bought ford endeavour on 7/8/16 with chassis no :
                                      Majaxmrwagd21720 and on the very same instant ac isn't working and we taught that it is normal till a few hundred miles. Now after 140km it stopped on the middle of the road all of a sudden and it wouldn't start for 20 mins... Now after letting it cool for sometime it started and wouldn't go beyond 20kmph after that!! After all this is apprised to the dealer... They came to my home and promised to repair the vehicle. Now it's been 4 days and yet i dont have my car with me.

                                      First of all this is least expected from a company like ford, now they wouldn't reply to my emails and they are not bothering my grieving about the entire issue. Now after paying sooo much for a premium car like this why should i suffer like this.

                                      I need a solution for my problem. Why should i even accept a defective product in the first place!!! So i demand a new car in place of this defective car.

                                      I hope my problem would be resolved as soon as possible as this is causing huge trouble to me as i am loosing lot of money. I lost my reputation in the society for choosing such a car and lost my prestige

                                      Please help me with this issue and promise me justice

                                        Dear sir,
                                        On 6/8/2016 i went for my ford figo uk-08-ah-1390 service at bhagat ford dehradun. After completion of service i received my car today (9/8/2016) morning. But after traveling 40km by my car, my car stopped working. And observed the following -

                                        1. All indicators on dashboard start blinking.
                                        2. Car engine stopped working.
                                        3. I have tow my to home.
                                        4. Lever of car bonaut found broken.
                                        5. Cleaning of engine was not done.
                                        6. Even car was not cleaned and only washed.
                                        7. Accelerator/throttle not working after car stopped.
                                        8. Heavy vibration of engine observed.

                                        I am totally unsatisfied with my car service. And it is request to the company please do the needful on urgent basis.
