Hi.
My self varsha khandelwal, i am your user from last 8 years. I purchase a ford ikon in december 2008.
I am very disappointed with your service provider and advisors.
Every time they take 7dayzs.
Every time they replaced a part and then inform.
This is ridiculous.
And if we say that you didn't inform then the answer is mam not to worry we took it back.
What is this your all advisors are manner less
They don't no how to talk with a costumer.

They all are not well mannered..

    Dear sir,

    I sagar patwa having a ford ecosport (up25 ay 4039) titanium and also a loyal customer of ford since many years and many cars of ford in my family and friend circle.
    I always admire ford's policies towards consumer and the ethics and many times we publicised orally for ford features and services and one of my relative recently bought ford car just because of my suggestions & recommendation.

    But from a very heavy heart i have to write here that now i have to keep my words in a bag and i will never recommend any one to buy or go to capl ford bareilly.
    Its a very serious issue (unethical & wrong payment charged) which shows that the asinine practices are in capl ford bareilly and due to this i am complaining with points and all are given below :

    1. i bought this ecosport car in 2013 from capl ford and i opted 5 services till now and everytime the level of satifaction was disappointed. but this time the worst experience ever from ford service.

    2. i went to capl ford for service of my car and some denting painting work on 23rd june than the survey from icici lombard done on 24th june 2016 by mr. rajeev saxena and they told me you can take your car on 28th june 2016.

    3. i asked for estimate or quotation but they denied and told me that its your zero dep policy so u don't worry and we will tell you each and everything after survey but nobody told me anything about anything after my requests.

    4. the commitment date of delivery was 28th but nobody called or intimated me than i called on 28th to mr. adnan for the same they tolerated it for next day morning, again i called on 29th morning then again he replied to come in evening. i again called on evening than again he replied to come on 30th morning after a long procrastination i went there on 30th june at 1 pm than i am supersized that five employees were seated in my car in very relaxed mood with music and continuous the air conditioner was running in my car.

    5. then i complained this issue to service in-charge mr. shyam sundar and he actively came with me to my car and he observed that these guys were running ac without any reason he told everyone that it will be penalised on all five employees and their salary will be deducted.

    6. after this complaint i asked for delivery status then again they told me for next day delivery than i got frustrated and angry then they started working and servicing in my car.

    7. just because of two days delay in my car delivery i have to higher a rent car and i paid 5600/- for this.

    8. after 5 hours wait in service centre my car delivered to me at 6 pm than they asked me to pay 4700/- servicing charges but while i told him to see true service charge in my mobile app the actual amount was 3700/-. after watching this they provide me a bill of 3900/-.
    So the question raises that why they asked for unethical 1000/-???

    9. after final time of delivery they asked me 31477/- for denting painting and they also told me you will get full amount from insurance company after the mandatory deduction of rs.1000 because its zero dep policy. after payment made i received my car.

    10. the main issue is the very next day i was checking the bill copy of capl ford and i found that they charged 700/- for side mirror (glass pad mentioned in bill) but neither it was requested for change nor it changed but without any part replacement they charged it unethically without any prior information.

    11. also they charged for quarter panel painting and denting without any pre confirmation from me or it was not in survey report from insurer then why they do this work without my knowledge and charged???

    Now the total difference amount due to such worst practices of ford is 8929/- which was paid from my pocket due to unchanged part & without pre confirmation painting which was not requested and some unavoidable behaviour by their employees.

    I felt privilege to be a for owner but now after two feedback calls from company and my dissatisfied response nobody reverted or called me to know what happened.
    So it was my biggest mistake for buying decision of ford car and i would never suggest anyone to buy any car from ford because if capl ford doing wrong or unethical with ford consumer than what ford centralised team is doing after two feedback calls.

    So tell me who will bear this loss and who will compensate my prestige loss and how?

    Also i can mention please come bareilly and have a surprise visit in capl ford than you can see what is happening here with ford. because the brand name for is loosing and spoiling their reputation and prestige by such worst employees and ford partners like capl.

    Also i can write here, if you find any word wrong here you can penalise me and i will pay the penalty and if the unethical things found by capl what action you are taking against them??
    Otherwise i have to take a legal action against such misbehave, unethical practices, wrong payment charges without my knowledge and such procrastination in delivery time.

    Now kindly resolve this issue within 15 days from the date of receiving after that i am bound to write to regulatory bodies as well as legally.

    Your serious consideration is expected.

      I have purchased a ford ecosports vchl. No. Od 08 c 5555 2year ago from odisha ford. With help of finance but because of some problems like engine oil drains out very quickly. I havegiven it to the service center since 20 days. But the problem had not been shorted out yet. The service center team does not give any assurance about the problem and it repair. They are telling its a problem which all mostall cars are facing.
      But why shouldwe suffer. We hv spent a lot of money to buy this car. And now facing this problem. This must be shorted out as soon as possible. Because we are facing many problem and spending money for finance clearence every month and beause of this problem cant use my car. And this is like the service center had became the home for my car.
      O this problem must be shorted out.

        My engine got seized in just 25k kms and your thane service station satyam ford. directly asked me charges for repairing of 1.9 lacks.

        None of the company engine got seized in just 25k kms i am owning maruti suzuki swift wich m using for last 4 years with zero maintenance.

        This was my first and worst experience with ford. now i parked my car in my society because i don't want to invest anymore in ford.
        And i am ready to get loss of entire money.

        You guys need to come over more then your adds and commitments

        Dear ford team,

        Unfortunately I wish to inform you that I bought Eco Sports car from Delhi ford in Jan 2014 car no. DL 12 CB 3159 & VIN MAJAXXMRKADE04903. I paid for the Antirust coating service for my car, but when I went for car service yesterday dated 12.07.2016 at Astro ford in Delhi, I was surprise to see that no antirust coating has not been done at the time of car delivery ay 2.5 year back and I paid full for this service.

        Also Astro ford delhi serviced my car last time in October 2015, and they just enter the date and sign on my antirust coating card (received at the time of car purchased) that they assured that they have checked but without doing anything.

        I had blind trust on the Ford but the brand image & trust what ford is maintaining is in front of you. I wish you will understand the situation and have strict action on the dealer and ask you to refund the amount which you have taken for nothing.

          Dear sir
          Really sorry to inform you that i had sent my vehicle ford ecosport to your service station in okhla.
          Instead of solving my problems they have done further damages to my car.
          Its not the first time i hv been terrorized by them previously too.

          They are unable to set the mileage of my car, they cant repair my bluetooth, my car door gasket has been damaged, paint has been spread on my vehicle and many other things.

          They have received insurance amount from my policy but the defect is still there.

          I request you to take a strict action against them, refund my money and suggest some other good service station in east delhi so that i can get my car repairs done.

            Myself Ninesh James, and unfortunately or fortunately I own a ford icon . Yes it’s pretty old vehicle but still I care my car a lot. I gave it for servicing about one and half month back . While giving itself I told them very clearly the complaints about the car . But am so sorry to say, fords irresponsible staff didn’t note the problem and assured me to give my car back on the next day.! When I called them the next day he started postponing the delivery telling one or other reason . And delivered after one Month !!! And he charged me Rs.40 K . I didn’t utter a single word, paid the bill and took my car.


            On my way back home I noticed that brake was literally zero that I almost hit a truck in the back. I don’t know, is ford people trying to kill their customers ??? Again indicator was not working and water was leaking inside cabin from AC .Again I complained about this to service center and to ford corporate team. Few people came and checked and confirmed that brake was low. Again they took my car and kept for another one week and gave it back. This time brake was ok but leaking and indicator is still not resolved.
            Even after complaining to Ford corporate mail they haven't taken any action till now.


            Requesting your intervention in this.


            I tired searching for a contact of any of ford senior people, but I think due to frequent complaint ford higher authorities are hiding from common people.


            PS: Gave my car for servicing at - Kairali Ford – Bye Pass Junction, Palarivatom, Cochin.

              Have ford figo car from march 2012 and i am very puzzle to this car i have spent near about 4lakh rupees in four year on 6june our car radiator fan stop working and car become heat o delivered our car brijford workshop after one week we received car with pay of rs 9500 and when we start car after 15km car stop and again become heat 13june again i delivered. to brijford workshop 14june and after one week 18june car was drap our by workshop again when 20june i start journey car stop in the way after running 160km then i complain to agency and rsa and car drop on workshop 20 june after 15days it was inform to us that your car fuel pump and fuel is not working whenever from 6june to 20june car was in workshop and repair then in which way it will suddenly fuel pump stop working some mechanical fault done by workshop by which a huge amt part stop working so i request please change our car fuel pump and fuel pipe without cast because it fault of workshop

                1) clutch plate changed when car reached just 10000 kms. i had been driving maruti 800 and chevrolet beat, but never changed my clutch plate
                2) car had a fateful accident for which it was serviced, since that day the left rear paint along with outer cover started peeling of like a skin.
                3) my battery drained off completely without rendering any sign or warning from console. for which i had to call jumper twice. battery drained completely when car completed just mere 27000 km (also note: i have put a reverse sensor and three small tiny leds lights). but i doubt whether a small led lighting can drain an entire cars battery. those lights work only when doors are open.
                4) car had brushed off on 25/05/2016 a divider to avoid a back to back collision on eastern express highway. my full cooling system was down which was repaired from satyam ford.
                But now as of today while was on my way to duty an autorickshaw driver noted smoke emitting from bonnet. i immediately contacted satyam ford and on their advice got the car to service station. after their check they noted some damage but without my car been hit anywhere i can't understand how would a car damage of its own.
                5) my rear doors don't open at all since few weeks.
                6) my fuel gauge never stays still and it fluctuates up and down. thereby the fuel ajar keeps ringing occasionally
                7) the company promises a mileage is of 24 kmpl but i hardly get a mileage of 18-19 on highways.. as i most of time travel on highways. my max speed on highway is 70-80 with gears changing on every 2000 rpm.
                8) the music player that i got from you guys keeps hanging and force closes resetting itself since day one.

                i mailed them twice still no response. they are very ignorant towards customers complaints and dont value the customers as they promise in ads

That time they given me quotation including extended warranty amount. &i have given the amount. But they are not given me extended warranty paper. & no return my amount. I have calling many times & inquiry about my paper but they can't response me. They chit me. I have returned my amount. Now.

                    I am the owner of ford ecosport, registration no jh 10 aw 1320, which has been purchase from rajhans ford, dhanbad on 29.10.2015 in cash. The vehicle wasplaced for repairing at rajhans ford dhanbad on 02.06.2016 and i have paid the amount for the brokenparts but till date it has not been replaced. Attending persons on phone are not sincere and did not respond after several calls. Furthet in registration card it is mentioned as hyp with sbi but the vehicle has been purchased in cash. Pl resolve my issues on urgent basis.

                      I own a new ford ecosport less than 12 month old. The body paint at the bonnet, driver window side and near front wheel was peeling off. I have complained it but no body taking it serious and saying that it is occurred due to external impact.
                      I have received remark of mr. Chandan tondaon representative of ford india that this is an external damage due to small stone chips /sand partials hitting while running but as per my concern it is not right because if a stone chip strike on a car then it will damage the body also but it is clear that there are not damage mark on the body, only paint has came out. It is possible only when bubbles forming on the paint not striking of the stone chips on the car. It is also to be noted that when it appears on the body it is only like a dot and after passing certain time it become big in size. And we have also seen that bubble is forming at many places on the body of the car and then paint came out from that spot after few days. For your kind information shining of the car is also dull while only one year is going to be completed.

                      I need clarification on following

                      1. If it is due to external hitting then how come it is from driving side & inner edge of the window as well as engine bonnet. When such stone splashed it should more impact on downwards & less toward top.

                      2. If we go by your dealership judgement in this case. Then please let me know what quality of paint vehicle is having that goes off in just 3 months of running. For such poor quality of paint, where i am suppose to drive vehicle?

                        I own a new ford figo purchased @jan 2016 which is just 9000kms done. (majgxxmtkgfm34305)
                        I'm very much happy with the car unlike others who seems to be very dissatisfied for buying ford. it's just i'm not happy with the plastic quality used for the doors. the problem i'm facing is,

                        Whenerver i release the clutch i notice a noise coming from both left and right front doors. it seems to be coming from the seat belt panel and just below the door lever. few days ago i reported to ford authorized service center at mody ford, nagole, hyderabad.
                        They seem to have fixed it but soon after 3 days the noise again came back and it kept on increasing day by day. now when i checked it yesterday, the door was making noise even if i touch it, it feels like hollow and empty and i'm very shocked by this. the plastic used there seems to be very cheap.

                        And i've enquired my friends about this who own the same car, and even they are facing the same problem.
                        I request mody ford nagole hyd to fix this asap and i need a permanent fix unlike earlier which was just a temporary fix.
                        The vehicle is only 9000kms done, just imagine about the long run say after 1 lakh kms???

                            My vehicle Ford Figo KL 20G5878 has been in your custody for the last two and a half months, subsequent to an accident which occurred at Trichur.So many remainders in writing and in person have been made, but to no avail.The repair work in the ordinary course takes only 15days, but my vehicle has been in your workshop for the last two and a half months.This inordinate delay is inexplicable.I am very much in need of the vehicle for discharging my routine work.
                            Under the cicumstances I request that my vehicle which is in the workshop of Kairali Ford Trichur may kindly be released at the earliest after completing all necessary repairs.
                            Necessary documents in respect of the vehicle may be sent to Ford Trivandrum Office at the earliest.

                              I would like to inform you that on 16 jun when i was going from Rudrapur to Delhi unfortunately i met with a road accident.the detail of the accident given below:
                              i am driving approx @ 75 km/hr, when i saw water accumulation on road i applied brake to stop the vehicle but at that moment all the four tyre of vehicle got jam 7 whole vehicle shift to one direction resulting in collision with a truck coming from behind. vehicle is equipped with ABS but it did'n work at that time.
                              I call RSA team for help & they also check vehicle condition & communicate to me that all tyre are jam,
                              But my concern is that now dealer has tempered the vehicle & saying that all brake system is working fine.
                              i request to you that sir pl provide me the solution.

                                  Hi, i have recently purchased an ecosports - petrol (Titanium model) in the month of march'2016 and i am facing issue with pick-up of this car. It is really very bad and even not competing even with diesel car.

                                  I also got this car serviced yesterday by harpreet ford sahibabd but they also replied that the pickup cannot be improved and this the actual pickup.

                                  I am driving other cars as well and their pickups are far better then this car. Request your support here to address this issue on priority since i am really not satisfied at all with the vehicle due to this issue.

                                    (vehicle no. JH05AC-8880). We entrust the vehicle with expectation that it will be properly serviced. I took my vehicle to Prema Ford on 20.06.2016 for servicing and fixing some heating disorder. It was attended promptly and the vehicle was released at around 2.00 pm. It was alright till 23.06.2016. On 24th the vehicle was not used. On 25th, at 6.00 pm, when I went to start the vehicle it did not start. I was wondering what happened to the vehicle as it had been serviced just four days back. I opened the bonnet to see any loose connection with the battery. I could not understand any thing. But when I touched the battery, my fingers touched the cap of the washer fluid reservoir and I was shocked as the cap was broken in two pieces and just by touch it dropped inside the reservoir. This was not the condition when my vehicle was taken for servicing. I immediately closed the bonnet. I don't know what are the other things that have been messed up during the servicing. I immediately rang the service station, Mr. Shubham. He assured that he will arrange for assistance. I am waiting. Please provide immediate assistance.

                                      This is santosh kumar gupta, has purchased ford fiesta model no. 903fc6ab, registration number - up65ba5741.
                                      On[protected], narain ford, opposite ghazipur police station, near hal, faizabad road, lucknow, uttar pradesh, india. Service invoice no. - rriad00943cr, is for changing the colour of the car from k. Blue colour to d. White.
                                      During the service deal it was promised that the k. Blue colour will be removed off completely then only d. White will be applied. But after few years passed now d. White colour is getting scratched and the k. Blue is getting visible, this clearly means that k. Blue colour was not removed completely hence the service promised was not kept. Despite of give complete cash payment for the service, ford could not give quality service.
                                      Hence i kindly request you for full service again and compensation for the harassment of my belief and faith in the ford company. I lost my faith on the company.

                                        My Car Ford Ecosport TN14 1316 has affected in Chennai flood last december 2015. An It has towed in Jan to MPL Ford and After keeping the vehicle for a 4 months, MPL dealer shifted my car to Cauvery ford bangalore for repair, But Still I didn't received my Car. As Cauvery ford has Still repairing the car from Last 3 months.

                                        Total 7 months as gone. Ford is not even taken or concern about their customer to get the vehicle repair at the earliest. I have contacted frequently to Ford care and escalates to Mr. Veeresh, Pradeep from Cauvery ford, as per commitment also the vehicle is not delivered. Apart of all I have continuously told them that I require my Vechicle by Month of Jun, that has not been met.

                                        Ford committed that vehicle will be delivered in May itself which also not been met.

                                        I have to raise a consumer complaint for the same to giving a wrong commitment and I have the raise a compensation from the vehicle towed to till date. from Ford.

                                        The delay is unacceptable.
