Hello Sir,

Detailed scenario of my Ford Service experince :

I have given my Ford Figo for service on 13th June 2016 in Noida Ford Sec -63, Noida.

A day before i personally went there to show the problem(Door Sound) to Mr. Ritesh, he agreed to it and said you have to drop your car for the problem.

Next day my car got picked from my home then all the problems started :

1. Mr. Ritesh(+91 - [protected]) called me around 11:00am and said " your car's ac is not working properly, should fix the problem" and i replied no thank you i'll manage

2.Same day Mr. Ritesh called around 5:00 pm in the evening and said "your V-belt is badly damaged" i told it's ok no problem i'll manage please deliver my car after fixing my initial problem(Door Sound).
he replied " No sir i cant deliver the car now you have to get this v-belt fixed or you can come and pick your car"
3.Then i have no option left other than replacement then he called again around 6:30 and said "sir you have problem with gear box" and i told him please figure out everything and tell the problem .
4.He said i'll give your car next day . i have no other option other than agreeing, Surprising early morning 10:00 am he called and said your car is ready for pickup.

(how can he fix the the car after 8:30pm and do the repair before 10:00am)

I have taken my car back without saying anything and payed Rs 9015/- for no reason and after two days my battery got wasted and my car has same initial door problem for which i have complaint for.

I highly recommend please do a check on Mr. ritesh i think he is involved in some kind of stealing/exchanging the parts in Noida Ford .

He exchanges the part of some other car with our car's part and takes bribe from other car's owner and provide them those part against the bribe and take payment of new parts from us

Please i am sure this would have happend with many people out there in noida.

Kindly check and solve this problem. and this is very serious

Please i want Ford to review my car again and fix all the problem.

    Hi Ford team,


    I am impressed with Ford initiation of knowing the bill before we go to service station (dealer) for the Service of the vehicle.


    This intention will definitely bring the customer closer to Ford, helps to forgo the wrong intention of competitors spreading rumors of high cost maintenance of Ford vehicles.


    I happen to see your sight which estimates the service cost and parts which we can replace while servicing.


    Here is a complaint in regard to VIBRANT FORD Hyderabad, Telangana.


    This is the fourth time I have visited the Vibrant Ford for my Car ECOSPORT service and every-time my bill was never lesser than 6000.00, may be they would have replaced some parts which Ford has not recommended during the 2nd, 3rd services, that's OK,


    But this time the intentions of Vibrant FORD Employees were not good, I have seen the Technician who has hastily banged on Wheel nuts which ultimately damaged all the 16 bolts (Is the quality of Ford parts are sub-standard or the Service station directed them to damage the goods/machine for buying new parts, which will ultimately spoil the reputation of Ford).


    I have drove my vehicle into Vibrant ford just for the 40000.00 service, the vehicle was perfect with no faults or any damage or repairs).


    Initially they have estimated Rs.6900.00 towards service (by the end of the day they said they will exclude discounts and will conclude with a new figure).


    My Ecosport was attended by the mechanic after 3 hours and the mechanic was a junior under no supervisor/mentor guidance, he was in a hurry to remove the Wheel nuts in the process he could not remove them with the tool, so he has inserted the tool and hit with hammer, which damaged all the nuts (4*4=16 nuts), he blamed the substandard bolts and also he complained that for all the cars this is a usual problem and he suggested not to go for the same Nuts (with cap) and suggested ordinary nuts for the vehicle which cost me each Rs.250*16= 4000.00, other wise the nuts with steel caps would have cost me 6400.00


    He has fixed Air Filter and oil filter etc., no windscreen fluid was filled in the container (it was just filled with water) but was very much charged for the same.

    After which the vehicle was given for Wheel Alignment and Wheel Balancing, after which the vehicle was reported with Engine Malfunction, when I have entered the Garage 6-9 mechanics were standing surrounding the engine, on seeing me everyone were alerted and when asked the reason with the mechanic, he said nothing is wrong with the car, then when i have seen the car monitor I could see that the error message was Engine Malfunctioning, here different mechanics have given different reason and wanted to play down the issue.


    Even gear knob leather was pulled out (what was the necessity to touch the gear knob inside the car)???!!!


    When enquired with a senior person who was tensed has given me a reason saying that the pipe in the engine was fitted wrongly, for that the mechanic who attended the car denied saying told us that he has fixed it correctly before the senior itself who wanted to hush up the story.


    And in one instance one of the senior mechanic said that the air filter was not fixed correctly, so the engine malfunction error??!!!


    I am sure the intention of the mechanics and the staff to cook up the wrong story and the reality is defiantly different.


    For the sake of more money the mechanics under supervision of Vibrant dealer supervisor are looting/ damaging the vehicle at the cost of FORD reputation, they are playing definitely foul with the engine and the car.


    (in simple: They are damaging engine to create a bigger issue, so more money earning for their service center).

    My Questions to Ford

    Please let me know, did anybody brought to your notice that the parts supplied are sub-standard? (16 nuts spoiled, the reason explained by Mechanic is shocking).


    Do you have a standard guidelines to the dealer to have well trained Mechanics?


    What type of guidlines given to supervisor?


    If the bill estimation is mucher higher than the proposed amount by Ford, what is the action on Dealer?


    From the 2nd Service onwards Vibrant Ford is charging me morethan 6000.00, can you please explain why?


    Have I done a mistake of strongly recommending 10 customers to Ford for new vehicles?


    If they are forcing the services which Ford motors does not recommend, how do we control them, as for example they charge for washing and cleaning the vehicle after service, but strangely they never clean interior, they just vaccum clean and apply dashboard shiner...thats it, but the chanrges are exorbitant??!!!


    You can never achieve pinnacle in Inida without being customer friendly...though we appreciate your efforts, I am being a loyal Ford customer, but definatley not sure if I stick to you for long with zero tolerant and wrong intention dealers.

    Fraud service.they charged 2000 rs for cleaning fuel tank.they didnt even open my tank anf cleaned
    The fat lady and manager who are really irresponsible.the whole unit have attitude .they behave like they owned that service station.but obviously they look like manhole cleaners.
    When i went to admin dept regarding complaint that fat lady is making fun with her mates.i dont want to use unparliamentary language for that piggy look lady.but still want to say to all if you all are born to one father then take reponsibilty of your ___hole job.dont enjoy someones hard earned money.you bloody manhole cleaners.

      I am fully shocked, one Ford Fiesta Classic (Rs. 8 Laks near about ) I have purchased from your Ganges Ford, on October, 2011, till now it has run only 70, 000 KM, now it was hospitalized at your service center for back cum pressure of engine and I have got an estimate for service i.e Rs. 1.65.000/-.
      now the situation is I am going to be hospitalized as because of you like reliable house of Car Maker.

        Staff has no respect for customers
        Pathetic...!!!, shame on harpreet fords for employing staff members like mr. Hari, even after i brought my car after prior booking and making me wait for abt 2 hrs, this guy used such foul language, which i never expected at a ford showroom. If there is any cctv recordings plz i request the management to check how this guy replied to my enquiry. I would strongly recomend ppl to buy ford vehicles from any other dealer, rather then coming to harpreet fords and getting insulted by guys like him. And am asking to see the recordings as i was so polite to him and his rude and foul language is making me so angry now. If i would have been impolite to him, then i deserved it but what's making me angry is even after making such a polite enquiry, he used such words, as if am getting my car services for free.

            Hi, I purchased a new Ford Aspire(Petrol) from Tanish Ford and with a zeal, I did tank full and again filled fuel worth of Rs 500 on top of it, Tanish Ford had provided 8ltrs of fuel at the time of delivery as claimed by them; (however I dont have a way to prove this).
            Almost worth of 4000rs petrol fuel, I could run the car about 400KM only. It is like Rs10Per KM. Average is less than 8KM/Ltr; apprx 7KM/Ltr.

            3 days ago, I visited Tanish Ford, they said, please send this car to workshop; they will check & fix it. They kept the car for about 7 hours and did nothing. Upon follow-ups, they mentioned, that, it is not car issue, upon driving, it will be better. And returned the car.

            On top of it, there was a small dent on the right hand side back side, they did not fix that also and returned as it is.

            I never expected such a poor service from Ford. I feel like I made the worst decision of my life to get associated with Ford where service & response is so pathetic.

            I am highly disappointed.

            I feel like taking my money back and give you car back.
            Please advise the possibility of this.

              Hi,

              I have bought a ford eco sport ambeinte model (Uk07bq7265) from bhagat ford dehradun - booking date - 21/03/16, insurance date 11th apr'16.In two months only i am feeling that i have been cheated by the company.

              Below are the reason for making above statement:-

              1) my vehicle manufacturing date is nov'15 which was delivered to me in may'16.
              2) amount paid by me is more than invoice however differential amount is rs. 600 only but company never bothered to return it
              3) vehicle was having small scratches & a dent in showroom itself which was accepted by me since vehicle was already registered
              4) most worried part is that i got to know from some reliable source that vehicle is not having original paint in some areas and is re-painted.

              It’s a breach of trust by ford company to their customers and want to have a survey by ford company to evaluate above statement. Looking for a positive response from your side

                Car accident on 6th march, 2016. Severe accident from front side of the car. Airbags did not deploy. Ford Service centers declined to give any report on that. On many complains, Ford India gave a report that the accident was mainly on the side of the car and less frontal impact. There was not even a scratch on the side of the car, complete frontal impact, can be seen in the images. Car’s safety features are not up to the mark.
                Very poor service from ford dealer. They took 2 months to repair the car, but at the time of submitting the car for the job they told us that it would take only 1 month. They delivered the car which still had problems in its breaks and wheel alignment. On 6th June, 2016 the car is again sent for proper quality service. It has been 10 days for which they have not been able to repair the car, and they are just dragging this issue. They have already made a bill amount of Rs.3, 50, 000. We are harassed with the kind of service received from Kaikan Ford India Pvt. Ltd and Ford India. We would like to return the car and want claim for damages.

                  Sir,

                  I have purchased a Ford Feasta (Titanium) from Vibrant Ford, Khairthabad on March 31st 2015. Vehicle No. TS07EL1129. At the time of buying they have told us the this vehicle millage is 32 km/ltr. So I have purchased the car and it is not giving at least 20 km/ltr. also it is giving only 13-14 km/ltr.
                  There is another problem with this car i.e. It is not starting some times, this has happened 3 to 4 times and when I have lodged a complaining against this once they have told that there is a censor problem and cleared the problem and vehicle has started and after few Days same problem has occurred once more and after lodging the complain again they have told that there is water pump problem and cleard it. Now on Saturday[protected] when my son was seriously sick and I wanted to take him to the doctor so I tried to take my car again the same problem repeated and the car did not start and I got fed-up and took him in auto to the hospital. When I came back home and once again tried to start it did not start so I have once again lodged a complain and they came in the night 1.00 am and took my car to Sanath Nagar service center.
                  I have spoken to Mr. Ali Service Manager, Sanath Nagar Service center Sunday and he have told that he will look into the mater when I go on Monday.
                  On Monday when I have called him he told that there is a Censor Board problem and will replace that board with new one and intimate me after checking hole Vehicle.
                  When I again called him on Tuesday he is not lifting the phone I have tried several time but he is not lifting the phone and on Wednesday when I have called him he is telling that which vehicle and what is the problem and immediately he has given phone to his subordinate to speak.
                  This is to inform you that Mr. Ali Service Manager has no responsibility even to speak to the customers and since three days there is not response from any of the persons of Showroom neither service center and when I have tried to speak to them they are telling to speak to customer care every time. Why this problem is not been identified and solve permanently. Since 4 times I have been told something and temporary solve the problem, If I go outstation in this vehicle and the problem repeats again then what will my situation.
                  If you people do not rectify and solve the problem permanently then replace with a new vehicle because I am suffering a lot with this vehicle or else I will go to consumer court against you

                    I have been facing complaints on my new ford figo such as, vibration from fronter, sounds coming from doors, booming sounds from engine and rpm is getting stuck at 1000 rpm when the car is idle and during the time of shifting the gear up and down, since the first service.
                    I have taken my car to the nearest ford service centre which is Kairali ford, even though they have tried to fix the fronter couple times, its still occurring. I am totally unsatisfied with the car and the service. As I have put my money in it I need a convenient driving experience ona my new car which I am not getting now. I have never banged my car anywhere, and I have been driving my car smoothly only.
                    I have taken my car to the service centre for more than 5 times and they couldn't fix the problem.

                      I have several problem with my car Ford Ecosport since the time i have taken it .Also Harpreet ford Okhla service is too bad & after taking 3 times my car they are not able to rectify the problem.My charging port was not working & i have complianed it for 3 times.Earlier 2 times they have not rectified & when thrid time i strongly complained then they have taken my car from last 2 days & not returning saying some part approval has to be taken from company .There is no response from their side .My car no is HR26CP7201

                        Myself sri ujal jani owner of ford figo bearing no od-03f-2573, my complaint is that i have submitted the vehicle on date 19.05.2016 to gk ford, raipur, tatibandh, chatisgarh for denting and painting, they ask me for documents and i have submitted the same earlier but till now they have done nothing or not taking any step to dispose my vehicle.Further i have asked my driver to visit the gk ford on date 10.06.2016 but he says me the car is still pending and they are doing nothing.Further i have submitted my insurance and r.C but again they are refusing to repair the same.Unfortunately this embarrassing. Please do a little fouvar for this.

                          I am a Ford loyal customer and purchased my 3rd ford vehicle but this service level discourage me to remain loyal for long. I love ford as a brand but find it disappointing at service level.
                          Vehicle no MP04 CP 0934, Fiesta Classic Titanium
                          My Policy no. FBA/[protected]

                          Vehicle is submitted for repair since 13.06.16 but our insurance is settled as per the policy explained to us. Hence we are not getting our vehicle back sin 25 days.
                          Is it justified to put us in problem for such a long time. Why should we suffer.

                            This is in reference with letter regarding Ford VIN MAJAXXMRKADA30069. Reg No CG-15-CQ-0099 of Ford Ecosport 2013 model. There is continous problem in the suspension of the car and its creating a lot of issues again and again, I request you to kindly look into it and we have given it to the GK Ford which is in Raipur.To be very frank we are fed up of the car due to continous problem and Mrs Shalini you had given me your words that you will help us out with a solution. The engine got replaced twice in a year due to oil consumption and many other problems, the company people are not listening to the complaint and they had promised to take away the car and give our fund back at the original price we had got the vehicle for.

                              I purchase my car from capital ford having number 0d[protected]Bhubenswar-odissa) since last4year, this day color prob was find, he has not properly work, or not properly was my car in service period so please kindly consider my problem, in last service i will change my front glass bot the roof was damage in the workers.                                 On month of may, when i was driving to trissur, it was noticed that engine warning alarm was blinking and rpm was reset to 2 in my car. Next day i gave my car to malayalam ford for checking the above mentioned issue. After checking they told me that there is a problem with the fuel injector and they advised me to replace it. While discussing with the service advisor, he told me that they will try to rectify the problem by cleaning and refixing the injector. I got the vehicle after service and i rectified another problem after two days. The car was having less pick up that i can’t even overtake an auto rickshaw. There was no warning alarm shown at this time. So i gave my car to kairali ford for checking the issue. After checking they told me that the problem is with the egr. They advised me to replace it. As two service centers are given two different solutions i searched in several forums like ford owners forum regarding the same issue and i found the same complaint was raised by many ford figo and fiesta users. So i asked kairali ford to confirm the issue. So they went through my complaint and after one week they told me the problem was with fourth injector and they advised me to replace it. So i decided to replace the same. After replacing it again showing some variation in another injector. And they again told me to replace the injector. One injector costs around rs. 21100/.
                                After searching in a lot of forums and websites i found that the problem is with the faulty injector fitted on 2012 model ford cars. So i am requesting you help me to sort out this issue as i have faced a lot of troubles because of this issue. Requesting a support from your side to sort out the issue.

                                  This is regarding complaint number (Ford India –[protected].
                                  This is a case of a severe self-drive accident took place in Madhya Pradesh( Sagar District, HighWay) on 9th Jan-2015, around 3P.M. where the car hit a path hole on the highway and met a severe accident due to the tyre burst in the impact and caused the new Ford Ecosport (Registration No: KA-03-MV-0061) lost balance and car turns right side and hit severely a curb, pavement edge of the highway, followed by the Car then jumped to the other side of the highway and straight fall under a 30~ft dried bridge.

                                  In all these severe incidents the car got damaged ( 90%), but the faulty fitted airbag did not open and caused severe permanent injuries to self and co-passenger( both were having seat belt-ON, during the drive). The injuries to both myself and my wife( co-passenger) has impacted our life to extreme bad side and have been suffering and struggling since then with conditions like… was not able to work at office due to injury impact and got fired at job place and unemployed since last 2 months, my wife is still not able to do regular house hold activities( being a housewife, this is the basic minimum work she has to take care) and taking rest at her mom’s place, forcing a husband, wife and a baby to stay separately since last 6 months and so on…. My happy family life is disturbed completely and How bad can be a situation come in one’s life? I’m really sorry to say I’m suffering to this extreme condition in my life due to the faulty airbags fitted in the new ford Ecosport car. If the airbags were opened as per the expected functioning, we would not have been hurt to this extreme and our life would not have been disturbed to such extent.

                                  I’ve tried to communicate to Ford India and the follow-up happened for 8 months, but no support from Ford india. I’m now setup my mind to take this case to next level at Consumer court and challenge Ford India for the poor fittings in the high end SUV cars and not following the general safety measures, which is causing fatal life injuries to customers who trust the Ford brand and spend their hard earn money to buy high end SUV cars.

                                  This is a case of negligence in addressing customer pain points and not following safety standards in the high-end SUVs and poor fitting of the car's safety equipment.

                                    This is to bring in your notice that i am the owner of ford Figo diesel (2011 model). One of month back my machine started giving noise on left side and also steering became hard, after recognizing this problem i went to Saluja ford( vaknaghat) distt. Solan (H.P.) they checked my car thoroughly and told me that link road and end need to be changed, I agreed upon that and they changed the both parts and charged me Rs. 3000.

                                    when i went to home very next day the same noise started coming again, I called ford saluja vaknaghat they asked me to come again. I went again after week and then again they checked the car and now told me different story that now shockers of both side, clutch plate, steering pump, and wire/pipe which connects to steering pump need to be change, as i was frustrated till now, i agreed upon that and they charged me Rs. 31500
                                    when i went to home very next day again the same noise started coming again, I called them they asked me come again. I again went to vaknaghat saluja ford, they again checked my car and said sir the steering rack is damaged, This time this was hight for me and when i asked them what this nonsense patient comes to doctor to find out the disease and you every time doing operation of the car also keep replacing part on parts every time.
                                    Then they told me that part will come next week and they will charge only 50% of the steering rack from me, i told them this is wrong, i have wasted my precious time again and again here and already spend huge amount to get the problem resolved but still the problem occurs.
                                    Then after week when the part came i went again to service station and then they replaced my steering rack but after that few of noise again coming then mr. Deepak who was the service in charge told me very different story he told me that rim of the tyre is not well. This was again frustrating for me, i told him that i am coming to you from last one month and now you are saying rim is not well and before this you already changed so many parts

                                    Then spoke to Mr. Manoj branch head of saluja ford vaknaghat but that person was not ready to listen me. I told him that you should not charge me as every time I came to you regarding my car problem every time you you are changing parts on parts but still the problem occurs but mr. Manoj was not ready to listen anything, then asked him to connect me with general manger mr. nandi but to my big surprise mr. nandi was not raedy to talk with me. what is this???????????????

                                    In nutshell very bitter experience, every time when i asked them to give the complaint book to write feedback they refused, if this is the story of ford service station why one should buy ford car there is no permanent mechanic is the service station, every time i visited there was new face and new parts change suggestions...

                                    i need my car in proper condition without paying now anything as you guys have wasted my time and money as well. The parts which was very well in condition u also changed those parts and still the condition of the car is status qua.

                                    problems in saluja ford vaknaghat:
                                    1) no permanent mechanic
                                    2) service staff do not cooperate
                                    3) branch manger is rude
                                    4) they only focus on money
                                    5) always eager to change the part whether it is fine
                                    6) frustrating type feeling always

                                    Looking forward for action against saluja ford vaknaghat otherwise i have knock the door of consumer court or other door of justice, also thinking to post this on social media.

                                    would like to bring in your notice that presently i am running a car with fault after paying huge amount to dealer and if something wrong happened dealer and as well as ford India will be responsible for that.

                                    i will not pay any amount to dealer now.

                                      My car MH 34 AM 6886 was available at your show room on 16/17 May 2016 for necessary repairing due to accident. Repairing work start on 23 after getting clearance from Insurance. During accident my vehicle damage from right wel left and from bottom. Unfortunately claim sanction of Left side as well as left side bottom damage. Other repairing was carried out in my scope costing Rs. Apprx. 15500. by service department.
                                      Received car on 30 May 2016 after getting all jobs done. It was very surprise that on next day I found very abnormal sound from left side and un comfort to run vehicle as it is bubbling, this was informed to Mr.Ankur on 31 May 2016.
                                      This shows poor quality of work carried out from your end and pain to the customers. Presently I am leaving at Maihar .
                                      Ford India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      Once again for corrective action and repairing I have to bear minimum Rs.5000 and if any damage, wear out during shifting of car from Maihar to Jabalpur will be charge to Ford Jabalpur.

                                        I purchased Ford Figo 1.5 AT on May 29, 2016 from Metro Ford on Palace Road, Bangalore. The car was a faulty vehicle which was delivered to me, had 2 major problems from the moment I drove out the car from the showroom.

                                        Today is the 3rd day with 180 kms driven and my car is in Metro Ford Service on St. Marks Road, Bangalore. It's been 2 days and the problem has yet been resolved. Dealer refuse to help, service station cant fix the problem.

                                        I feel I am being severely cheated and would be taking this further under fraudulent case against Ford India, specially Metro Ford Bangalore.

                                        Just so you know, a 3 days old car with 180 kms driven was replaced the entire transmission panel and still the transmission issue not fixed.
