My Eco Sport NO UP78 DZ 4973 was under service on 05-08-16
But when i got delivery after service it was not properly cleaned
Engine parts had a layer of dust even inner side of doors black spots are clearly seen I had to wait for 50 minutes to take delivery.

    Hi Ford India,
    It is so disappointing the way your service provider Riddhi ford motors behaving with their clients. Wondering those who gonna buy your beautiful Ford Mustang and how you gonna provide services to the higher end client when there is no professionalism in your service provider.
    Last week a guy from Riddhi ford pickup my car from my place for normal service and was some problem in door handles, ABS sensor, and some bodyshop work. I strickly asked him to make sure whoever work on my car tell them don't left the ignition ON unnecessarily.
    After 3 days when I went to the service center at around 7 pm all the employees left except to two people, by taking there permission when I check my car the ignition was ON and I show them also. Still some bodyshop work left so they take another week to finish and when they handed over this Wednesday the battery was dead they didn't inform me and starts with the help of another battery. When I was leaving one of them said sir please drive at least 20 to 25km, when I ask them why they tell me ur car battery is bit low so better don't switch OFF your car.
    As I hardly drive 1km car stops and the battery was dead. I call Ranjeet my service adviser and explain the situation. He told me that everyone is off now I'll talk to my senior and just revert you back, after that neither he call back nor he receiving my call. I also tried to call ford customer care toll free no. but was not able to connect. I was struck for almost 4 hours in the middle of okhla tank area near jasola...even after paying Rs 17000 for this kind of service. Even next day (this thursday) I called early morning they told me okay we will pick your car...it's more than 40hr nobody either call or pick my car...and many services related things like door handle are still jam one of the is not open from outside... this was second time happens with me...

      I, Mrs. Mary Gilda rose, had booked a Ecosport Trend in Pon Bharath Ford, Nagercoil Dealer on 15.04.2016. Booking No 0025/2016.For above said car, paid initial payment Rs.10000. Mr. Vasudevan (ASM) who promised us the delivery will be on 2nd Aug. As we invited to take delivery, followed by transfer d 5 lacks from HDFC Nagercoil branch.

      But on the particular holy day the person not give delivery the car and behaved very bad manner with me. which shown that he was not interested to keep his promise. Earlier the particular person who called & informed me that my car was ready to deliver.

      Now, my dream of driving a Ford Car has been destroyed. I have been insulted by the showroom and I disappointed. From the beginning the customer treating manner in this showroom was irrespective as well as utter negligence.

      Here by we look forward a respective reply from your end.

        This is regarding a series of problems I am facing with ford new fiesta since I purchased it from Noida Ford in Dec 2013. Registration number is "UP 14 CC 7154". Covered under extended warranty till Nov 2016. It was serviced regularly with Noida ford every time. It had not even covered 10, 000 Kms and the back gear started giving problems. The problem is whenever we try to engage back gear and accelerate after that it dis-engages itself intermittently quite often. And when it disengages itself, the engine issues a loud screeching sound which HURTS a lot. I took it to Noida dealership and they kept it for 1 week. Later they returned it saying we have tried some adjustments with gear cable but cannot fix it properly because of in-sufficient guidance/feedback from flood stricken chennai head office. Ultimately I took it back from them with dissapointment on such excuse. infact back gear has now started disengaging itself after vehicle moves for few meters backward i.e. problem has become worse and it irritates so much that cant be explained in words and remains unresolved. Then after 2 years of purchase it's clutch gasket oil started leaking which was surprising as we have never seen such issues even in quite old vehicles of other brands. Nodia ford replaced it under extended warranty but we are not sure when it will break again. Now just 2-3 months back steering started issuing noise while turning it either left or right. Slowly the noise increased and we were just about to take it to report to Noida ford dealership then suddenly on monday its engine base platic cover fell down from the front while driving in daylight issuing loud noise. It was a total nightmare for us while struggling on the road trying every bit to stick it back but we failed miserably in that effort. Somehow we managed to tie it back with a plastic rope temporarily. Then next day we reported it to Noida ford along with the vehicle after booking an appointment. They told us that all the front 5 nuts of the base flap broke thats why it fell dow. We have never even heard of such instance from anybody else. Then after examining the problamatic steering, executive told us that the intermideate shaft (universal joint in local language) is malfunctioning and needs to be replaced with new one. He also confirmed that the part is covered under extended warranty and we dont have to pay for it so we allowed him go ahead and fix the issue. Then to add to over utter dismay, on the date of delivery executive told us that the part has been replaced and issue has been fixed BUT the part is not covered under extended warranty and we have to pay the price for it, and we were like either he has gone mad or out of his mind. Firstly they confirmed that the part is covered under extended warranty and now without even taking our consent about price they replaced it and then asked for its charges. This incident has totally lifted my hopes for ever dealing with Noida ford ever again. In this short span of time we have faced so much issues with this Ford vehicle that we cannot describe how does it feels to experience it with almost new vehicle and that too when it has just clocked 15000+ Kms. This is not a cheap car likes of Nano or alto to issue such problems. We spent lot of money on expensive sedan to experience its delight which has turned to dissatisfaction and regular irritation. We are not even sure how many more issues we have to face in future with this piece of crap. We have not faced such complex issues even with old swift car which is proving its worth since last 5 years without any such hassle. Please look into it and help us.

          I purchased new ford figo in dec 2015.
          It runs fine in normal city conditions but sometimes its become challenge to overtake 800, 1000, 1200 cc cars as its 2nd and 3rd gear has lot issues with A/c and non A/c and if you go to hills or even on flyovers in city you will feel the glitch.
          Even after complaining several times they wont able to accept it and now blaming me why didnt you judge the pickup problem of the car.
          I have been saved 3-4 times from accident.

          I have to fight a lot to push the car in 2nd and 3rd gear.even after pressing full accelerator odometer sticks to 50.


          They are doing fraud with the customers.

            Having made full payment to ford dealer in mumbai, i have neither got the car nor refund. I requested ford india for intervention who initially took up my case but their recent response has not been encouraging at all. I had booked the vehicle going by the good reputation of ford. However it is turning out to be a very bad experience that too with such a reputed company like ford. Ford will surely appreciate the fact that it takes long to build a good image in the market and it does not take so long for the image to be tarnished. Ford should take full responsibility for the misdeeds of dealer who cannot keep business commitments towards ford and valuable ford customers. I seek intervention to get my amount refunded since i am going through a lot of pain and suffering owing to this lack of action from ford to get my refund despite repeated requests and several follow up discussions with ford. It has been a very long pending issue and i hope that with the intervention of this complaints forum ford will respond in a way that suits their good reputation internationally and eventually support me by refunding my amount.

            I am really surprised that Ford which is such a reputed company is not doing anything on this issue of refund which, in terms of money, will cost the company no more than a couple of seconds of advertisement.More so since this good will gesture will win back one customer for Ford and go a long way in further building up the good image of Ford

              I sent my car ecosport pb 10 fu 5969 to ford agency in ludhiana name imperial ford
              I just sent my car for spare wheel cover.
              But when i went there to take my car i was surprised neither fitting of the cover was proper nor quality of paint.
              I don't think they given me original ford product.

              I don't recommend this agency for any ford car go for bhagat ford rather than lmperial ford.

              Disappointed with the attitude of imperial ford people.

                Hi team, i'm owning ford ecosport nearly for an year.[protected].. When i purchased the vehicle dealer were supposed to produce the spare key but they gave me the master key alone and when i asked for the spare key dealer told me he will give in a month i'm not sure why they didn't produce its been months now still i didn't get my spare key... I'm sick of asking them multiple times. I'm highly frustrated about this i need someone to look into this issue asap and give me a fix ​.​

                  This is regarding the complaint against the ford figo dealership-

                  I have purchased a ford - figo in december 2015 (Hr 30 p 7274)

                  During my last service i shared that there is a cabin noise which ford dealership inspected and said that there is no issues.

                  After that there has been two services and just last week at 20, 0000 kms. During last service firstly they said it was wheel bearing problem then they deny that it was tyre problem. During the last two weeks the noise got more and was reported to ford which they said is absolutely ok and there is no noise. It was totally ignorance on the part of the ford mechanics.

                  Today i specially went and forced them to get the vehicle inspected infront of myself and saw that all the four tyres are damaged.

                  Today they finally accepted. But the serious damage has been done to tyres. They have refused to replace the tyres and asked me to pay 50% (Rs. 10000) which is totally unfair as this is their mechanics fault of non diagnosing the problem even after repeated reminders.

                  Request you to please support me for resolution.

                      My car ecosports. Car number: dl 12 cg 1700. Is standing in, okhla, new delhi from last 7 days. The harpreet ford manger is saying that something in the car's engine has bended. And half of the engine wil be renewed, and it will cost aprox.1, 27, 000. But the car does not have an accident. It is a manufacturing fault. Does the ford engine only works till 5, 00, 000km?

                          I have purchased a ford - figo aspire in january 2016, only 6 months back.
                          During the purchase i shared that there is a cabin noise which ford dealership inspected and said that there is no issues.

                          After that there has been two services done firstly at 10, 000kms and just last week at 20, 0000 kms. During the last two weeks the nose got more and was reported to ford which they said is absolutely ok and there is no noise. It was totally ignorance on the part of the ford mechanics.

                              I purchased my car number hr 10 z 1101 on 1st april 2016 after the purchase i went for the service at harpreet ford gurgaon.. I dont know what kind of service they did to the car and after that there has been 4 incidents when i visited them again and again for some kinds faults in the car.. Yesterday when i visited them they asked me to drop the car for 1 oneday and promised me to deliver it by sunday.. Today in the morning when i called them they told me that all the wiring system of your car is damaged and we need some more days to repair it.. I have no words for such a poor service and now i dont need the car, keep the car with you i am going to file a complaint in the court. Either refund my all money or give me a new car because i cannot take the same car again.

                                I (Jagadeesan) bought ford - figo (Blue) tn22-cl-3372 at july 2013 and services done as per the ford recommendation (Ie. Every 10000km). Last week i given vehicle for odo meter dte error & start-up delay (Approx nearby 38000km)
                                During services, service representative called me and informed that battery dryness need for replacement and front disk brake worn out to be replaced.
                                I agreed to replace battery and though i replaced the disk-brake with pads for safety reasons but not fully convinced for replacing the disk brake assembly
                                It was surprise to me, how the brake disk should wornout, in this range of distance run (Approx nearby 38000km).
                                Suspecting the quality disk brake to be verified and hence, ford to assesses this asap.

                                  My car ford was given for repair of parts but in front of my eyes my car accident happened but no response received till now as it was shared on your feedback form. Also while i reported for booked service at 9am sharp still i chased with your people till 9:45 am.In betweeen the floor supervisor misbehaved with me and told me to leave my car alone without delegating it to any of mechanics.
                                  I want to know who will pay back for my time and patience as no reversal shown for misbehavuour and accident done by your employee.

                                      Ford company and talera ford are two faces of the same coin.
                                      This is to bring to your attention that my ford figo registration no. Up32 df 4032, maj1xxmrj1au23948 is being serviced everytime for more than last 5 years at talera ford, nigdi, pune. I had issues with noise coming from some part of my car few years back (At 45000 km). Thereafter servicing was also done at 50, 000 km, 54, 000 km, 63, 000 km and 70, 000 km. Everytime i have brought up the issue of noise coming from somewhere in the car but unfortunately the incompetent service centre guys have been unable to find out the problem. Even writing to you several times i have reflected the incompetence of this service centre vide complaints[protected] on 26/11/2011, complaint made on 26/02/2014, complaint no.[protected] on 04/11/2015, complaint no.[protected] made on 04/01/2016. Actually i'm fed up of making so many complaints without absolutely no results (But only assurances everytime) that i've lost all the hope of my vehicle being repaired as i understand that ford india has got a highly irresponsible attitude towards their customers.
                                      This time during servicing your highly incompetent service advisors told me the following:
                                      1. To change all my 4 tyres (Front two tyres have only run 16000 kms, and rear 2 tyres only about 25, 000 kms!!! 11)
                                      2. To change the link rod for front tyres, though i highly suspect that major part of the noise is from rear side.
                                      3. To change the front shockers
                                      4. To change the brake caliper
                                      My tyres after running only 16000 kms have come in the red zone. I was told that was because they found that camber was out. How is it possible that when you did the alignment at 63000 that camber can go out and cause my tyres to wear out so heavily. The solution which they are telling me is to extract more money from me and harass me rather than finding any solutions.
                                      2 days back i drove on the pune-mumbai expressway and was feeling my car was like hell, vibrating heavily after speed increased to about 80 km/hr. And noise increased tremendously at about 105 km/hr. I was in a hurry so maintained only about 90-100 km/hr. I want to know that does the ford motor company provides such a pathetic car which cannot run properly even 70, 000 kms. And do they provide so pathetic a servicing through their incompetent money making service centres that the problem could not be rectified for at least about last 25, 000 kms. Pls. Note my previous emails made on the same at 63000 kms.In jan. 2016 (Complaint no.[protected], which in itself is a sufficient proof of your incompetence as a company unable to troubleshoot and resolve such complaints.
                                      Not only this, today i had a tyre puncture and when i changed my tyre, i found one of the nuts had not been mounted last time properly and cross threading was done, which is very easy to happen with the pneumatic torque spanners which the staf[censored]ses. It was very difficult to open the nut and after i changed the tyre and was tightening the same, the stud broke off. No my tyre is only on 3 studs. I'm not running my car and hold your company and service centre responsible for the same.
                                      Moreover i tried to complain on your toll free no. [protected] at about 1730 hrs. But there was nobody to attend so i had leave a recorded message marked urgent, but nobody called back. Moreover i tried to do online chat with one mr. Aryb, but alas! He could not help me other than provide me with the same email id which everybody knows from the website.Intentionally you have not provided any customer care other than writing and explaining it on email, which will deter customers from making any complaints at all. It is highly frustrating and illogical of a company like yours!!! But i think that is what your standards are and you have proved it time and again since i have purchased my car. I regret my decision to buy and drive your pathetic machine and i will never go for a ford vehicle and will tell everyone to refrain from doing so.
                                      Fyi, i got a feedback call also from talera ford service centre and i conveyed all the issues and i was promised a call back to resolve. But alas!! Who is interested in resolving, talera ford could never live up to its promise, so call never came, though several days passed by and there is so sense of seriousness and responsibility in them in particular and in your company in general.

                                      I hereby put you on notice that any damage whatsoever which has already been done to my car and which is further going to happen will be responsibility and
                                      Of ford india, employees and management of ford india, ford india service centre, specifically talera ford and their service advisors and employees. You are hereby notified that your are responsible for the following costs which you will have to bear willfully or through the court of law directive:
                                      1. Cost of all damages which have taken place or will be taking place due to the problems already notified
                                      2. Cost of pick up and drop off my vehicle
                                      3. Cost of diesel consumed while doing all the road test for my vehicle
                                      4. Cost of taxi/cab services which i'll require during absence of my vehicle as it has been entirely your negligence and fault
                                      5. Cost of any future damages which happen due to vibrations - whether engine damage, gear box damage, axle damage, tyre damage
                                      6. Cost of hire of any experts to prove the case against your incompetitiveness
                                      7. My daily salary for the no. Of days i have taken leave to get my car services and repaired, but due to your incompetitiveness could not be done
                                      8. Emotional damages for frustration, anxiety and stress which you have given to me from time to time.

                                      I'm giving you exactly one day to respond (Because one of my studs of my car is already broken because of fault of your service staff and in case i need car services i'll billing everything to you).
                                      Fyi i have many more concerns which have never been resolved or satisfactory answer about which has never been provided by your service centre or your company. I'll be taking up those matters with you later, but for the time being this is the primary issue.
                                      Ford India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Sir i get tied to call you and your dealer subham ford but still there is no any response from both side, it seems that company has no any intrest in customer service issue, they have only intrest in selling there product, at last i think that i have to sell my car for such a bad serviceand response fromyour dealer subham ford gorakpur, i think that i have done a mistake to buy a ford car, i have called so many times to customer care but still there is no response and so many times to your dealer but they are not reciving my call, when i try to onother number they recive and not giving a satisfaction answer,
