With reference to the trailing mail, am able to understand clearly that the vehicle delivery status is tentative & still the status is hangover & even a senior most management person cant able to give a clear picture, infact this makes me more fishy & worried to have such information on condition of the vehicle, also to note, there was a repeated service issue on water flowing inside the car thru some portion and that has not been stopped so far, even after repeated compliant registration, definitely seems to be a manufacturing defect & that need to be rectified on top most priority without any other reminders...
Ford is a Global brand & trust in which is expected thru dealer network service & the company officials promptly commitment in terms of timely service or warranty replacement & that is the assurance which each & every single customer expects for a brand to keep trust moving forward...
Hope my trust is still alive...Expect timely delivery with proper replacement in parts for non repeated complaints.

Updated by Sasi kumar.a.k Its really surprising that a prestigious car makers like Ford India is not at all having any concern towards its valued customers. I have been continuously harassed by Chennai Ford dealer and inspite of serious feedback given to Ford customer care on the feedback call, But no action has been taken by the concern authorities/representatives from Chennai Ford or from Ford India. Otherwise i would not have been so much in trouble incase necessary action would have been taken by its representative based on my feedback.
Looks like there is complete policy and process paralysis with such a prestigious car manufacturer. Will request you to check all the recorded feedback call of the respective customer care.
In the trailed mail, Mr. Joseph Mathew stated delivery date tentatively on 3rd Feb 2016, but today only they are sending the estimation for my vehicle. This is really a inept customer care and ineptitude of their service. Even in high ranking management person also could not able to give proper commitment.
To attend the same and repeated complaint they are giving estimation of Rs-1, 70, 507/-, this is really unethical and fraudulent act and merely a looting a money from the customer pocket. Even to produce this false estimation they are taking 2months time, and now they are telling the horror stories which I could not able to listen or spend single penny because which is deliberately deceptive. From the purchase of this car, which is in Chennai Ford Workshop more days than in my parking shed.
Really very horrible experience and pissing more of the reckless attitude and service of the Chennai ford executives and representative and authorities.
Expecting to give more priority to resolve my issues and to deliver the vehicle in this week, without getting solution or a positive response, need to force to go another level.
