My Ecosport white color 2014 model got stolen from my house parking on 1st feb 2016. During purchase, company said it has the unique key and remote key which can never be copies and re-made unless approved by ford and it has mobiliser which helps buyer to track the car in case of any emergency,

Now, its been 3 days my car is stolen and I am chasing police and ford people.
They all saying it cannot be tracked and Harpreet ford sales manager, , Gurgaon saying very easily that every car can be stolen and keys can be made without any hassle.
They are not ready to help in terms of tracking of car by any given chance.
This car was my life made up of my savings and it was very important for me that leads to material and money loss.

Police is not asking colony guards who are the major suspects of this crime.
I have cctv footage also showing my car is being stolen at 3.:12 am.
Nothing can be used as a evidence as said by Police rigorously.

what to do ???
please help

    I own a Ford Eco sport (TITANIUM). Had been on a trip lately the car is just 15 months old approx. To our shock THIS Tough CARs' alloy wheels got RUPTURED and TWISTED in one trip itself. Even a greater shock to us was that the RUBBER TIRES were completely fine. SO THAT MEANS THE ALLOY WHEELS WERE EVEN MORE DELICATE THAN RUBBER TIRES. Moreover when we mad a complaint to authorities then instead of helping us THEY BLAMED IT OVER TO SOME "EXTERNAL IMPACT". A great seeming technical term concocted to BLUFF THE CUSTOMER AGAIN. This is what you WILL GET WHEN YOU BUY FORD CARS. Being a responsible citizen I felt it was my duty to post it on platform for other customers to know what they will get in the name of TOUGH SUV range. CHEAP DEFECTED ALLOY WHEELS. After buying this costly car we ended up with a rs. 15, 000 bill in name of alloy wheels and SOME GOD KNOWS' EXTERNAL IMPACT. SO NEVER WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON FORD CARS... NEVER BUY THEM... CHEAP STUF[censored]NDER A HIGH FY BRAND NAME... CHEATERSSSSSSS... FORD... A CHEAT BRAND

      we buyed this car from pondicherry showroom at one year back now its start troubling( engine problem) we sumbitted the vehical for service one month before still now they are not delivering. The mechanic in the showroom are saying its a manufacturing defect.

        I am using Ford Figo car for 2 years 10 months, the car is under third year extended warranty currently till Feb/2016.

        I am doing all my body work in Ford showroom only.

        Currently Bubbles are formed in the Front LH door near to waist area due to rust, Please find the attached image foe the same.

        This is the quality of Ford paint work you provide in cars which cannot withstand for three years also, then why should customer buy ford car when its paint will get rust in three years.

        When i approached service they say they can support only 50% for the rework, is it my fault for the poor paint quality in your car.

        I want this issue to be rectified and give to me under full Warranty

          Dear Concern,

          I would like to bring your attention regarding on serious & common problem with Ford Ecosport. The clutch become quit harder and its not working properly. From the first impression it appeared like a clutch problem to me. Later the service center called me and told me it is a clutch plate problem. They told me it is my fault, I don't know proper driving, you use clutch too much and company told they wont pay...

          I own a 1997 ford e 150 van.what a joke! total fail! nightmare to work on, drives and handles like a boat at sea and something breaks just about everyday on it. cheap plastic parts everywhere.terrible seating and interior, rounded dashboard is retarted!, junk stereo, and more annoying quality issues . prone to rust and poor quality paint. electrical problems ! exensive parts heat and ac system prone to failure, trans and axles are junk! burns oil, exploding park plugs etc etc![poor engine design] i will never ever buy another ford again i do not trust this vehicle to go on a long trip in . cheap cheap cheap! spend more for quality . resale value? even the junkyards dont want them. every other ford i ever owned also had problems all the time too. my 93 gmc van is 4 times the quality this stupid ford is . dont buy a ford!

My car is in same condition at when I gave it before 4months. So pls inform them to clear my car in accident condition and make them it to new.. Thank u

              I have been trying to buy Eco sport from last 2 months and looking for test drive.Unfortunately there is no prompt support from this dealer. They just give a call and schedule date to test drive and will never turn back. Inspire of giving feedback to customer care it goes in vain. They just say thank you for my valuable feedback and will come back. But they never revert. I request to ask some otherr dealer to contact me for test drive.

                My car ford ikon registration no. DL2CM 9072 IS parked at RAJHANS FORD DHANBAD JHARKHAND with a complain of over heating . The authority over there is saying that it is non repairable and things has to be changed the cost will come up to one lacs. If this is so that means Ford cars are defective and dies after one lac kilometer. It is very strange . I will market against your product I am working in bank and in advances will stop people taking ford vehicle . I did a great mistake by opting ford vehicle.

                  I met with an accident with my ford figo titanium & hit it from the front. I got radiator, Air-conditioning system, engine mounting etc damaged but my AIRBAGS did not open. I just got lucky to keep away from the tragedy and I have not got any proper reasoning from ford service center executive rather they gave me their words that this kind of problem happened with ford. I need a proper explaination why even I after paying so much for the top end model and all the features like ABS, AIRBAGS etc. I have not been feeling save driving a ford now.

                    I have purchased a used Ford figo car registration no RJ14CQ0548 from a used car dealer on 20th May 2015 in Jaipur Rajasthan. This car manufactured in 2012. On 13th June 2015, my car is demaged in fire due to short circuit (manufacturing default). As per Ford India, reason for burning was non Ford fitments I.e. audio system and rear parking sensor. As per my knowledge, if this instance could happen due to audio system and rear parking sensor then the fire must be in the desk board and should have destroy interior part of car but in this case short circuit point was in head light which I never changed yet I have written mail to Ford India and asked below mentioned facts- 1. Can any short circuit happen in head light of Ford car due to fitment of audio system/rear sensor? 2. How many dealers are telling truth/informing to customer that non Ford fitment are not allowed in your cars? 3. How many short circuit cases you faced in Ford cars from Jan 12 to till date? 4. How many objections you received for technical issues in your car? I have not received any revert mail from side of Ford India. I have finnally sold my car and beared loss of Rs 1 Lacs. I want this mony back from Ford india.

                      I had given my car as there was a gear problem they had made a bill of 72000 but the problem was not solved again I gave my car for repair they said That parts are not available again made a bill of 13000 I request you to take strict action against them

                        Dear Sir/madam After servicing and air conditioner work air bag symbol indicate on my dashboard. allready they are check my car to time after services regarding air bag indicator. Today i have been called by Harpreet ford and i visited the same. Service centre( Harpreet Ford) has shown the cut wire tapped with blacktape under hand break . And creating a new issue of cut wire regarding air-bag indicator repairing. I have so shocked to saw their explanation as i have never serviced my car outside your service centre. And on third visit, they have created a new shocked issue which is intentionally created by them to cut the wire and tapped. This is unbelievable act by your service centre staffs. And i found, the same tape used in covering of wire has already thrown near my vehicle and was fresh. I request to you to please take a serious action regarding this and investigate the whole issue on ground level because i have experienced of fraud with this service centre earlier as they had claim for replacement of radiator fan but didn't replace the same.                           We purchased ford figo diesel of November 2011 model from the Dealer Metro ford, Palace cross road, Bangalore and regularly serviced in authorised Metro ford service center, hessaraghatta Road Bangalore, our concern is the car brought 4 years ago started showing defectiveness by the end of second year from the date of its purchase .As the car door has already rusted from top and going worst, As this proves that the product been sold to us is defective for which when asked with your dealer and service person about this defectiveness we did not get any liable response or explanation which directly showed your negligence towards customer support Which Brings me to a dilemma weather all ford products have the same Quality, As my ford Car rusted Early at the end of its Second year, a gentle advice to ford is that from now on they sale all cars with validity of three years, As mine lasted only for two. At last Will this Email Mean something to Ford And Resolve my Problem Or if I get the same irresponsible reason I would be forced to take this issues to media.                             Espected Sir/Madam, Here I Vijay Danodia s/o Shri Omprakash Danodia Purchase your ford Eco-Sports From Simon Ford on 09/02/2015 and it starts displaying ABS MALFUNCTION SERVICE NOW after running 2498 kms on 15/03/2015 and brokendown. On contacting the concerned service centre they asked us to bring the vehicle to service centre which is destined 220 kms from our hometown. As per their instruction the servicemen (RSA) took the vehicle to sevice centre by tochening it. The problem has been resolved after 5 days. With assurance that there wouldn’t be any further problem, but all the promises came out to be false the vehicle keeps on creating problem the vehicle never runs satisfactorily. We keep on contacting through phone to service centre but they never replied satisfactorily and taken us for granted although we followed their each and every instruction . Finally after running 29458 kms on 13/10/2015, the vehicle brokendown completely, and start displaying ENGINE OIL PRESSURE LOW STOP SAFELY. RSA again took the vehicle to service centre by tochening it on 17/10/2015. And till then vehicle is in the service centre (SIMON FORD BILASPUR C.G.) This has created lots of problem to us financially and mentally. In theabsence of vehicle we hired a vehicle on monthly payment, our driver ws also became joblessAnd paying monthly installments let us felt regretting. Sir we also have other options like consumer forum but we don’t want to spoil the repo of such a well knowned company. Sir kindly consider our problems and fulfill it by monetary terms, we don’t want vehicle back as it creating problem since the date we had buyed it. And there is no further guarantee even. I belong to a middle class and cant afford such a huge loss. So sir I am closing this letter with a hope that you will respond to our complain as soon as possible.                               My car is just 2.8 Years old and 32000 KM done. today i went to get problem checked for vibration in stearing wheel to saluja ford. To my utter surprise i was told that stearing rack has a leakage and it needs to be replaced with cost of 16000 + labour charges + Oil charges. My question is how come new car with such less KMs driven that too in chandigarh / with 100% service on time with track record can develope such a major and costly problem. This is my 3rd car and i faced no such problems with other cars. Please reply with probable resons Regards. Ashwani Chaudharhy

                                  I purchased my ecosport on (1/10/2013).I gave my car to service 21/08/15 for 50000 kms paid service, post service i was keep on getting the oil signal display in my car i called up the elite ford service station they said me to get the car back and also i complained this issue to customer support ford india delhi.Then i took my car for service again and they checked all the parameters and said your car is absolutely normal.I took at from service station and again got the same oil indication symbol, called up service station they said it may be a software problem not car problem.I was travelling to my native place on(10/10/15) from (Bangalore to Madurai) while going near Krishnagiri i felt there was some extra sound coming on the engine.I stopped the car and called to ford road assistance and they told me to stop the car.I myself checked parameters of the car everything was normal and i didn't find any issue.Then akash ford people took my car to their service center.After two days akash ford people called me and enquired about the problem whether there was any accident or hit.I said them clearly nothing like that happened because car doesn't have damage and they too agreed for that.They checked the vehicle and told there is a scratch on the oil sump and it looked like old hit that is the reason you were getting oil indication symbol on your car.now the oil the doesn't pass to your engine properly that is the exact reason for getting the sound from engine, now your engine got ceased and they told me to pay 150000 rs for the replacement of new engine and i have told them that mistake is from Elite Ford side you keep the vehicle.After coming from my native place i will handle this with Elite Ford.I toed the vehicle from Akash Ford to Elite Ford on (26/10/15).They told me that they accept their mistake and do their best.today they called up and told that because of sump damage everything happened and their putting me in trouble.They are trying to hide their mistake and asking me to pay approximate of 2lakhs.Why should i pay this much amount without doing anything?This is the kind of customer relationship Ford is giving?I referred five people to buy ecosport and they bought also.i didn't expect this from Ford. i need necessary action to be taken from Ford.Thanks

                                    I bought a brand new ford figo car in nagpur showroom bt after some day the horn problem is arisisng sometime play horn and suddenly off the horn .i went to showroom 3 or 5 times bt they do tell a permanant solution about problem.they just time pass the client and ok.sme pbm is arising from 6 month continuously.
                                    this site is make for customer complent from ford company i[censored] are not responding my complent then this is company loss and doing a frod with people.
                                    plz take quick action as early as posible.

                                      I am Narayanan from Chennai own a Ford Ecosport Diesel vehicle for which I asked for 2nd free service from Chennai Ford to pick my vehicle from my home where a Driver name Boopathy came to pick the vehicle who asked me to sign a letter from Chennai Ford mentioning I am solely responsible for any accident/ Damage to my vehicle during the travel to service center which I disagreed to sign. So he left the vehicle without taking my vehicle stating only if I sign the letter. Tried to get in touch with FORD INDIA customer care no.[protected] but there is only voice message stating all the customer service executives are busy for more than 15 minutes and I spoke to Mr Shoaib who has registered the complaint. I would like to launch a complaint against the Chennai Ford and Ford India for the poor and lethargic service after sales. My contact no.[protected]
