CONTINUED FROM EARLIER COMPLAINT OF 21st MAY 2014. THE CAR FORD FIESTA WAS ATTENDED BY CARGO FORD, VADODARA(BARODA) FOR THE SEVENTH TIME, IN A SPAN OF 18 MONTHS, FOR AC PROBLEMS FROM 23/02/2015 TO 02/03/2015. DELIVERY OF THE CAR WAS TAKEN ON 02/03/2015 BUT HAD TO BE TAKEN BACK TO CARGO FORD FOR THE SAME AC PROBLEM AGAIN FOR THE EIGHTH TIME ON 12/03/2015 AS THE AC HAD AGAIN STOPPED WORKING. I WOULD LIKE TO REMIND HERE THAT THE CAR AC PROBLEM WAS FIRST ATTENDED BY CARGO FORD ON 27/09/2013.

    Dear Ford ream. I am facing 2 severe problems from day 1 of purchase of this vehicle. 1) Clutch hard issue:- i have a severe complaint of clutch hard from day 1 of purchase of my vehicle. Same has been brought to notice of Talera ford service center at Nigdi pune many times during servicing. Every them they do the bleeding of the hydraulic clutch release system and say you will not face problem again. But it just gives me relief for another few hundred Kms after which clutch again becomes hard. It seems there is a problem in the clutch from day 1 of the vehicle which should be replaced by Ford. During my todays servidcing same has happened and i have asked them to replce the clutch under warrenty understanding the this issue is from day 1 for which they have neglected. I am fed up with this kind of irresponsible response from a Ford Dealer. I want Ford India to look into this issue for a permanent solution which could be clutch change. 2) Left front window panel speed slow and making creeking noise during during its movement upwards.Same is there from day 1 of the vehicle. All these incidences have shattered my belief on Ford product and service. I Hope i will get support from Ford India Pvt. Limited to resolve these issues. Looking forward for support. WHEN CONTACTED MESSAGE WAS CONVEYED THAT THE VEHICLE WILL BE EXPECTED AROUND JANUARY. AFTER A LONG PAITENCE AS I SPOKE TO THE DEALER - JASHREE FORD -- JAMSHEDPUR----JHARKHAND-- THEY TOLD THAT THE SUPPLY WILL TAKE LONG TIME. WHILE BOOKING OF VEHICLE THESE PEOPLE FOOL CUSTOMERS AND TAKE THE BOOKING AMOUNT. IS IT THAT THERE IS NO SUPPLY OF MARSH RED - TITANIUM ? CAN I GET THE PHONE NO'S OF THE COMPANY PEOPLE WHO CAN ATLEAST GIVE AN ASSURANCE FOR VECHILE DELIVERY.

        My car (Ford Figo- AN01J 3395) was given for repair to Ford service centre on 01 Jan 15. Its been 1 and half month, still they are not giving it back. They are giving silly excuses like spare parts are on the way. They are placing orders for spare parts in installment. I don't know why such approach is there from these service centre people. Either they are not capable or they are knowingly delaying. I don't have any other option because there is only one service centre at Andaman and these people are showing their monopoly.

          In the age and times where Customer is the King, FORD Gurgaon team sure treats their customers as least bit important. Background: Booked FORD ECOSPORT MARS RED PETROL Car on Dec 25th 2014. Expected delivery in Jan 2015, postponed due to delays from FORD and was told we will get the car by 1st week of Feb 2015, The team has only been talking including the manager in charge. What I really don't understand about this whole team is why on earth do they try to sell diesel car a completely diff model and color from what I as a customer actually want.. Do they think they have the power to change a customer's choice.. that smart?????? they don't have the basic manners of even communicating with customers properly. Just dragging on and on and not having one bit of responsibility towards their own commitments.. If the Owner of Ford in India has the least bit of customer service in mind, then he would have ensured to have a team across India to ensure customers' are heard and service is done in the right manner. U seriously need to change Man...i[censored] want to survive in this market. I have been patient enough, I want some serious action to be taken against the Gurgaon Harpreet Ford Team for complete lack of responsibility and I want the car as booked to be delivered within this week.

              Myself Ashwani sharma, writing this from jalandhar from where I bought your esteemed car Ford Figo on 17/06/2010 PB-8BQ6635 from Bhagat Ford, A B Motors Pvt Ltd, Jalandhar. Whenever my service is due I directly go to your authorised service centre, and as per the problem was communicated to your agency team, I had done with my car service. Every time I found some fishy voice in car or any other technical problem which I experienced during driving, I always tells this to your service centre employees, and they said we have correct and checked it thorough. Now I went there for accident insurance on 17/01/2015, on the same day I again told them that my gear is becoming noisy, kindly check, the same has been communicated to them before also in last service. Without getting notice of the problem they are very urgent to pursue the bill, and on 23/1/2015 they told us that your car mechanical parts that I don't know in technical language are of no use, which have to be change. Now let me tell, when I had asked them about the same problem in previous services they always said its ok, and they are very urgent to give the bill and ask for payment, if they are very sure about the problems and thoroughly checked I might not face this problem. The service is so much pathetic that the manager never go through the risk analyst to avoid any further problem. This kind of response will make your sale down, as myself as a government employee, started telling everyone not to buy any ford car. Lastly if I found any bad response while dealing with me, I will go to consumer court for the claim which I have to bear this time extra because of only bad technical knowledge of your service team.

                  I PURCHASED FORD ECOSPORT 1.5 TITANIUM DIESEL FROM NOIDA ON 24.12.2013. THE CAR WAS SERVICED FROM HARPREET FORD OKHLA SERVICE CENTRE FOR THE SECON TIME ON 21.12.2014. THE CAR WAS DELIVERED @16.00 HRS. ON THE SAME DAY BY THE DRIVER MR.ISHWAR MANDAL. MY CAR WAS STOLEN FROM MY RESIDENTIAL PREMISES JUST AFTER A WEEK ON 30.12.14. FOR WHICH FIR HAS ALREADY BEEN LODGED. I CONTACTED HARPREET FORD CUSTOMER CARE ABOUT IT AND SAID THAT DUPLICATE KEY CANNOT BE MADE WITHOUT PLACING ORDER TH THE FORD COMPANY. MY CONTENTION IS THAT THE SOME OF THE SERVICE CENTRE EMPLOYEE SEEM TO BE INVOLVED IN GETTING THE KEY CODE CRACKED AND GETTING THE CAR STOLEN THROUGH THE BIG RACKET. I FAIL TO UNDERSTAND THAT THE CAR JUST CANNOT BE STOLEN WITHOUT SERVICE CENTRE'S EMPLOYEES CONNIVANCE. FORD COMPANY MANAGEMENT SHOULD LOOK IN TO DUBIOUS AND UNETHICAL PRACTICES BEING PROMOTED BY THE SERVICE CENTRE AND TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION AGAINST THE FRAUDULENT PERSONS. THE COMPANY WOULD BE EARNING BAD NAMES BECAUSE OF SUCH MALPRACTICES IN THE SERVICE CENTRE.

                  My eco sport white colour 2014 1.5 trend model got stolen on 1st february 2016 which was bought from noida and always get serviced at harpreet ford, gurgaon.

                  I dont know who to blame- how the thievs opened the locked and start the car.
                  I have cctv footage but cant see any person clearly. All i can see is my car is going at 3 am .
                  I am help less. Police is not helping at all.

                  Called ford they said every car can be stolen - nothing special in ford eco sport.

I have this issue with Ford Figo 2011 model while I took on 31 May 2011 from A.B. Motors Pvt. Ltd. Dehradun (UK). I am one of the victim who faced worse an bad service received from both Bhagat Ford, Dehradun (UK) and SUGANDH CAPITAL Pvt. Ltd., Meerut (UP). Even they repaired and replaced my good working condition peripherals also and raised bill to lacks with 3.5 years. But now condition had over flowed to worse. Now on October 2014 I had issue for my car “Turbo to be changed. So I had talk to the “representative SUGANDH CAPITAL, Meerutas the car was not in the running condition I chained it from my residence (Najibabad Distt – Bijnor (UP)) to ford Meerut on[protected]. After a check Mr. Malik (Representative at Ford, Meerut) told me that car turbo need to be changed he told that the car needs service also. So I told him please do everything that car needs to be done. I paid 23, 269 rupees on[protected]Kms. 81939). The car run 670 Kms. Smoothly in 12 days after 12 days when I was returning from Delhi the car automatically stopped at Meerut Pauri Highway near Mawana at 11:30 PM. Me and my family were in a dilemma. About 2 hrs. I was roaming from for help in the jungle and chained my car at 6’O clock in the morning with my family and grand child who is one year old. That night can never be forgotten and regretted the day I bought this car. This is not the first incident. Every incident is just a painful and life giving journey with ford within 3.5 years. I feel a shamed owner of Ford Figo and now how can I broadcast to buy Ford. Now I had a talk with Sugandh Capital Meerut. They are not giving faithfulresponses according to them my engine is ceased and needs another thousand of money. Now who should be responsible to the pain I had taken own my family money and time. I therefore request to feel the pain of medium class customer who brought this car after so many sacrifices on financial / Personal front. Please help me to fight against Sugandh Capital Pvt. Ltd.                       I've been continuously following up with dealer for RH Tail lamp crack during service on[protected] but no resolution has been done till yet. Also during revisit for HVAC malfunctioning where they changed the resistor, but i also reported for driver door window glass malfunctioning which is still same where they did only greasing but its a motor malfunctioning indeed. Request you to kindly take up the matter on top priority as i've had a lot of feedback calls from ford as well but issue is still unresolved. Kindly arrange for replacement asap.                       Dealer is 'Harpreet Ford ncr'... Careless & money hacker
                      These dealers are money hackers, & nothing else. Also they don't take responsibility for their undoing & damage occurred to vehicle. Their service engineer can't even diagnose the problems in vehicles & every time i've got my car serviced there, i've to take it 2 or 3 times for proper rectification.

                        I am deepak and didn't ve i have bought ford figo due to minor damage ib this showrooms bodyshop but an advisor namely mr.pradeep switch off his cell for two days i have called bodyshop several times nobody can gave me satisfied answer so i have called bodyshops manager but he didn't pickup the phone i am harrased with this kind of nature of ford motors kindly help me please my car no is HR12V3350

                            Hi, I have purchased Ford Eco-sport Titanium(O) white on 5-10-14 from Noida Ford. For which i have paid Rs. 51000/- as an advance amount approx 15 days back. i requested your sales consultant (Mr. Shahrib) to adjust that amount in the total amount of the car, but he refused saying that the car is not on registered on my(Rajat Garg) name so this amount will be refunded back to me on the day when i will be delivered the car, but it was Sunday so he excused saying its sunday so i will get it on next day. From last two days i am calling him, he is passing his calls to Mr. Anuj in the sales. his behavior was very rude towards me and my Father-in-law two times prior also, which i didn't highlight thinking he is also a human being and mood swings are their. but this has been a limit because now it is on the part of my money i.e Rs.51000/- that i have deposited.

                              I, Maitri Modi, purchased Ford Figo from AVK Ford, Sakinaka 4 months back. When we gave the car for the first free service, the car was kept in service centre for 3 days and return without car wash from interior as well as from exterior. While buying the Average as told to us was 13 km/l, but after using it, the car gives just 6.7km/l. When complained to the service centre, they said they had cleaned certain parts so the average was likely to increase.But once we got the car back average further reduced rather to 6.5km/l.

                                I had bought a Ford Ecosport from Lathangi Ford motors, JP Nagar, Bangalore. My company paid the entire amount and I took the delivery of the car in Aug. The dealership is yet to have returned my booking advance of Rs.50, 000 as my company paid the entire amount. Ford Lathangi has been very unprofessional. I have emailed 4 times, called, sent test messages. But they just have not refunded the amounts. This is the first car buying experience from Ford and it’s certainly not pleasant.

                                  I would like to inform you that I had booked and purchased Ford Figo vehicle from M/s Rustle Ford Kumarhatti Solan HImachal Pradesh India and while at the time of booking a vehicle in July, 2013 I was given to understand that you are also eligible for exchange bonus in lieu of sale of your old maruti 800 vehicle, in r/o which I had deposited the copy of Registration as well as transfer papers of the said vehicle in the o/o Rustle Ford Kumarhatti Solan from Rustle Ford Kumarhatti Solan while taking the delivery of said vehicle on Ist of Aug, 2013 and papers were handed over in person to Mr.Anuj. Now I have been told by the company that we have not received your papers, which is against business ethics as a person spending lacs of rupees will never bother for a small token amount of 10000/-, but while carrying out booking of said vehicle as can be well seen from my mail there was a commitment from Rustle Ford for giving exchange bonus as per contents of below mentioned mail- Kind Attn: Ms.Poonam Sawant mail dated 26-7-13 Ref our telephonic conversation, having confirmed about the extending bonus of Rs.10, 000/- by the rustle ford on production of NOC/transfer certificate in r/o old maruti 800 sold by me, corporate discount being a govt.employee etc, I am forwarding order booking proforma in confirmation of my booking the petrol zxi ford figo vehicle. I have also transferred an amount of Rs.10, 000/- in the account of Rusle Ford No.[protected] intimated by you through SMS sent to me on my mobile no.[protected].                                     I, Vivek Kumar Gupta, owner of Ford Ikon Flair, DL 3C AR 1271, have the following details to furnish : Ford Ikon Flair Car purchased in : July 2006 Original battery ran till : 2012 (first battery change with one year warranty by Harpreet Ford, Gurgaon) Problems in starting of car : from end of 2012, and into 2013 (car towed into Harpreet Ford thrice, with other components getting replaced every time, and battery found okay as per Harpreet Ford ) Eventually, another dealer of Ford verified that the problem was with the battery in August, 2013. Battery replaced second time : September 10th, 2013 (with two year warranty as informed ; no warranty card issued), under discount ; old battery retained by Harpreet Ford, to partly cover for discount (offered due to past issues of poor diagnosis and delayed service provision ). Problems faced : Battery dead in April 2014, and replaced in warranty, with an assurance that the new battery should last two years (the period of warranty for sure) Further trouble : Since June 2014, problems of car needing to be pushed, or battery needing charging for start up creep up again, but service centre does not find any problems with the battery. September 12, 2014 : Car taken for six month service, and battery found dead again . Suddenly, the service centre changes stance and suggests that replaced battery came with one year warranty ( and not two years, as originally informed ) . And since warranty got over on date of opening of Job card, new battery needs to be again purchased by me (customer). Upon refusal to buy a new battery, old battery re-charged and provided as stop gap recourse. Queries: (a)Who answers for the cost and turmoil of tow-ins, pushing to start the car, delayed assessment of actual problem, faulty replacements of components as a hit and trial attempt? (b)Why is it so, that the original battery runs for 6 years, while Ford original spares covered battery, runs for 6 months on an average (this would be the fourth battery in two years, if changed) (c)Why is it that a call made to the customer care id on 13th September, had been answered by seeking more details, but no assurance, feedback, or redressal till the time of filing this grievance (when all status of complaints is online with the dealer) ? Seeking change in quality assurance, fault redressal, correct diagnosis first time, empathy towards customer and attitudinal changes ; and free replacement of battery as a small recourse for natural justice.                                       Hi, I have purchased the Ford Fiesta Classic on 13 th June 2012 and current running of the vehicle is around 20800 kms. Today the car is having serious steering wobbling and authorized dealers are suggesting tyres replacement as solution. The tyres are burnt out they say as they are company fitted ones and the life span of such tyres is not more than 3 years. Am not really convinced about such advices. My previous vehicles (tata) have asked for replacement of tyres, however after 4.5 years and around 47k kms. Would expect Ford to replace my tyres with stepni or extra wheel with decent branded tyres (tubeless). Have checked with MRF and Michelin they cost whooping 4100 INR per tyre. This is just nothing less than cheating. You buy a vehicle of 9L and you give cheap quality wheels. Awaiting justice. Best regards, Swaroop Deshmukh [protected]

                                        This is to bring in your notice regarding my Vehicle Ford EcoSport DL3CCC1407, the average of my Vehicle is very less, for which i have visited Riddhi Ford Okhla Service center approx 7 times, but no resolution yet, apart from average there is a sound in rear door, which is also not fixed yet. As per riddhi service Floor in charge Mr. Pawan, both the issues can't be solved as these are something ford end issue.The behavior of Mr. Pawan is also very rude and also i have been given wrong estimates by him for service work. I logged complaint with Ford Customer care, complaint no :[protected], from 26th Aug 2014, i am sending continues mails to them, but of no use, No resolution is yet provide, i have received one call of Mr. Negi from Riddhi Ford Okhla, stating we can't help you to increase average of vehicle, i am trying to make them understand that there is a black thick smoke on silencer which should be there, but they are not ready to understand and saying me go anywhere we are least bothered and not supporting me at all. Even i send lot of reminder mails to Ford customer care at [protected]@ford.com, but of no use, not heard back from them. Current average of vehicle in city is 10 to 12 KMPL and on highway it is 14 - 16, where i am running my vehicle not more than 80 KMPH, earlier my vehicle was giving good average on highway and city both, but not after first service.
