Hi, I would like to bring to your notice a recent experience i had with Ford India/ Noida Ford. I bought a Ford Figo Titanium on 28th Nov-2012 from Noida Ford. Despite of regular service and maintenance from Authorized Ford Service Center, the car started Giving Black Smoke right after ten to 15 days of last service ( 6th service). I bought brand new Ford Ecosport Titanium - Diesel on 30 Sep 2013 from kairali Ford, Kochi. I have done all the regular services untill 40K. When it reached 45K, it has been noted that there is a significant amount of oil level shortage - about 2L shortage. Kairali Service Center, Kochi topeed up the oil.
